Too worst receiving regarding customers and response

They simply working without response towards customer...

I am unsatisfied with ur staff regarding registration

I had good opinion till now on ur company because of this it's has gone

I won't come to your service centre

They are taking 10 days no even inform to customer about tr until visited showroom

I have purchase bike splendor+ on date 23.06.19 against chassis no. Mblhaw084khf07015 & bike no. Dl5scf4357, i am facing engine problem till date while i have done 1st service. Today i had gone service centre (Uppal motor) in noida sector 10. Now they are saying that engine (Piston) is not well. I want new engine of my bike as soon as possible.

Hello hero motocop, i am p. Lavanya from velagalapalli (V), chinthalapudi (M), west godavari district. And my area pincode is 534461.
I would like to rise a compliant regarding money debating.
I had brought a glamour motocop in finance from zaheer motors in chintalapudi. When i had 6months due of my finance, i had paid total due amount in (April 2019) and got the recipet from your person, then after few months i got all my paperwork related to finance but still every month my money was getting debited from my account.
I had made several phone calls to the showroom from where i had brought, but the people are not even responding after clearing the dues, i. E., what you guys will not respond after clearing your bills??

My vehicle (Splendor i smart) is heavy noise coming in the engine 2nd service itself every service i have complaint the rao & khan motors (P) ltd - hosur up to 6th service problems are not solved completed still abnormal heavy noise but rao & khan motors (P) ltd - no response and very poor service
I am already register the complaint at hero motor at gurgaon plant

Request to take action immediately

I have given my motorcycle extrem sport for service at ranjeet motor manpada thane west.
But here the management people are not responsible for the job taken by them as i have given my motorcycle job no.407 on 18/7/19 at 3pm. They said you will get your bike on 19/719. But when i ask at what time they said by evening 6pm i said ok. And left the bike for the service work.
On friday i came and found the service station is closed. I called him on next day saturday to know my motorcycle is ready or not but the answer what i got was horrible as the person who picked up the phone said there is no bike by the number you gave i said to check he said ok i will call you but the whole day passed and there was no call..
I called again now one lady picked up the phone she said still your motorcycle job is not done and the work will get finished by on 21/7/19 sunday. Today on sundays there was no call so i came and found at the service station that still the work is pending. And the time is 4.58pm. And the response what this people's are giving to the customer is horrible. As they are working in government jobs. And not bothered of anything.
If this type of service hero motocorp is giving then it is very very shameful for the company who says he is the number one in motorcycle manufacturing company.

Today[protected] i have visited sameer automobile biswan sitapur up for my bike service. Labour working in centre use my bike petrol for cleaning up the parts of the bike. When i said not use my bike petrol. Staff tell us i always use customer bikes petrol or give me rupees for kerosene oil otherwise you can go. Service center supervisor shobhit mishra said to me do whatever you want. He said here for cleaning up the all parts of the bike you have to pay either petrol or money. When i said i will complain he rudely behaved and said you can't do anything. Service center owner said you can go to the other center i will not serve you. You can verify this by contacting today's all customer he served. My bike number up 34 as 0804. Please take hard action against the owner and shobhit mishra by whom this type of the activity takes place in this service center.

I have purchased a hero pleasure from up automobiles roorkee and visited the workshop for a servicing (Amc) on 21st july. An employee sitting near the job card preparation area, mr. Raghuraj pal (Service supervisor, up autompbiles roorkee) misbehaved with me when i am talking to him politely. I have seen him talking to people very rudely and behaving very unprofessional. I have seen him having verbal spat with innocent local people while servicing. Strict action should be taken against him.

While going for 4th servicing at garage chaudhary motor contact no. [protected] khurja, bulandshehar, 203131, mr. Chotu attended my bike up14dv1553. He demanded extra money for cover my 4th service because of my bike km 10271. He told me if you give me 1000 rs i will be consider as 4th service otherwise if you not give money considered as 5th service. While i have denied the same. He was dose miss behaved with me

Bought new vehicle passion bro last month 16.06.2019 from kvs showroom at sundrapuram, coimbatore. First day to still bike problem heavy having. When i left for first service my bike at kvs showroom that time also i say starting problem & whenever start my bike i have to put choke 3 & 4 time for bike engine start. When i put first gear very high sound is coming from gear box. Recent last 1 week vehicle running condition automatically engine off condition coming this vehicle not satisfaction for me.

As per the subjected matter, I have a Hero passion xpro in black colour. DL11SW9826 I have some problem in my bike from my third service. I have already complained in service centre where I complete my service on time to time. Their reply for my complaint is very shocking.

The problem in my bike is written as follow:-

1:-When I ride my bike on the speed of 40 to 50 km/h, then bike wheel is touch with internally and damage my wheel due to this my bike average is very low about 35. .i visit service centre from my date of purchase to service to till date. But their (Mr Vijay) nothing solve my problem. Kindly resolve my wheel problem ASAP.

My hero duet engine 2 time engine siezd and dealer are not work my bike his oil low level and all time service time 15 -20 days scooty fault am buy very difficult emi pay buy a scooty but he is not work..
Dealer address jamison's hero motocorp samana 147101 patiala punjab...
And no any spare part available his workshop and market spare part not allowed and am scooty work market then warranty ended.. Why

Then what i do, how i suggest anyone to buy new bike from hero show room, and i was going 1st service then i told him but they not response and i was also going 2nd service but then again they not response me then i was not doing service there. Please do needfull. And also siencer cover are rust off.

I was buying a new vehicle from jagdish hero show room veraval 3 months ago and in vehicle all parts are rust off. When i going to show room for rust off solution but no response from there. And they told me that no parts are cover under warranty please do need full my vehicle are new then why not cover under warranty. I also doing 2 service at dealer and complain about rust off. All chrome parts are rust off. What i do please do solution urgently.

I bought this maestro edge last year in february. I used to have each service on time but these service are not of any use because their is the problem of getting engine oil finish. No proper average as hero says "65 km/l" their is no such kind of average.This is all ### the company says. Now again i faced the same problem the engine get seized between the route. If this thing will happen again and again with me . If this product is not up-to the value why are you selling things. There is no reply of emails .This is the final time i'm texting you email. If still there is no reply then i'll file a case in consumer court with all my proofs.

Today i have carried out service of my pleasure bike at up automobile roorkee. After the service i found some starting problem. I asked them to rectify. For which they agreed. But later they said that i have to wait till lunch is over. Whereas mechanic was very well present but denied to do so. Same matter i have informed to manager. He also said the same.
There is no board showing lunch time duration.
It's a small work but they are adamant to provide service.
Overall point is the mechanic should have checked the same. Which he has not done. That shows he is not a professional. How hero company giving permission to this type workers.

I am feel very sorry to say that from last 15 days i have been trying to change my self kit from your service provider tohana 125120 but every time they saying we have not available this kit kindly again visit here. Sir tell me how may i face this issue and how much long time. Kindly resolve it asap.

I bought hero duet vx model on date 10/03/2019and then after one month my scooty battery not working properly we inform to agency and he is saying your bttery not charging properly.so it is not our fault it is your fault.at the present he is taken my battery and says battery is totly dead.and saying we replace your battery.now time is more than one week and no response is coming from agency.
So kindly request you to please replace my battery.

In gopal auto stores, kadapa service[protected] chain set damage vehicle hero showroom mechanic say i will change new chain set rs.900/- now this day[protected] the vehicle service in hero gopal auto stores, kadapa showroom mechanic boy say to change the chain set immidatley sir but i say the new chain set change below year he is no response and go and asked the mechanic supervisor we do no sir he say irresponsibility. And[protected] hero showroom lady call he say feedback call sir i will say my problem she say my manager call you today sir i say i will complaint hero company madam. But the manager is no call me sir.
