Hello myself Arnab,

I purchase Galmour FI- BS4 model on 2019, after completion of 3 rd free service i found lots of problem like :- Starting problem, engine off suddenly in running condition specially at the time of gear changing . I have informed the same to [protected]@heromotocorp.com on dt:- 09.02.21. After that i have done 2 free service & 2 paid service, but very unfortunate issue has not been solved.

As a result on Dt:- 29.05.2022, by bike sudden stop at running condition & i submitted to service center HITECH HERO( Taratala) on Dt:- 01.06.2022 & from that date still it is in service centre & due to lack of spares parts they are not able to start till date. Very surprising to see such kind o[censored]nprofessional process. My Job is suffering due to absence of bike .

Please do needful otherwise i have to move legally.

      I have given my bike in Shivam motor rohtak for service purpose and I told all the problems regarding bike. But the service centre employee were not work properly and my all problems has not short-out and when I told them some person they behave badly with me and they also add cost of that work in invoice which has not work and also the has not given my invoice bill of service. so I request you pls take some disciplinary action against such employees.

        सर मेरा जो इस महीने जून 08/06/2022 और 28/06/2022 रुपिया जो ACH RTN Charge के नाम पर 3 बार कट चूका है टोटल रूपया 1770 रुपया मेरा अकाउंट से डेबिट हुवा है हीरो फिन क्रॉप के द्वारा चार्ज के नाम पर वो रूपया मुझे रिफाउन्ड चाहिए क्योंकि मैने अपना EMI टाइम पर पे किया है और अगर मुझे कंपनी मुझे मेरे रूपया रिफाउड नही करती है तो में अपना EMI पे नही करुगा जब तक मुझे मेरे ACh rtn charges के नाम पर जो रुपया कटा है वो मुझे रिफाउन नही मिल जाता है
        में अपना शिकायत लेके जब बैंक गिया तो मुझे बैंक से ये बताया गया कि हमारे द्वारा आपका पैसा नही कटा गिया हैं हीरो फिन क्रॉप द्वारा कटा गया है बैक वाले मुझे बोले की आप इस पैसे को वापस तभी पा सकते हैं जब तक Hero Fin Crop कंपनी आपको रिफाउंड नहीं कर देती है इसलिए में आपको बताना चाहता हूं कि मेरे अकाउंट से जो 1770 रुपिया मुझे आप Refound करे वर नही तो में अपना EMI पे नही कर पाऊंगा। क्यों कि हम लोग बहुत मेहनत से आपके कम्पनी के टाईम पर EMI पे करने के लिए पैसा इकट्ठा करते है ताकि आपको टाइम पर EMI दे सकें। इसलिए आप से निवेदन करूंगा कि मेरे इस समस्या का हल करें और मेरे Account से जो 1770 रुपिया कटा गया है वो पैसा मुझे Refound करें।

                  Many times I visited Aquarius Motors - Hero MotoCorp showroom at narayangaon. And also visited Saideep Wheels Hadapsar regarding below problem of your product
                  Problem no. 1. Low Battery
                  Problem no 2. Unable to button start
                  Problem no 3. Not able to start within 10 kicks
                  Problem no 4. After long trying to kickstart sudden noise of motor from engine.
                  Problem no 5. Now there are some terrible sparks under seat near engine due to which no one wants to touch scooty.

                            I had buy splendor black bike MH 22 AV 8887 in August month 2022 I have facing battery problem then i have submitted battery to your show room namely Nirmal motors whose located in Loha District Nanded 431708. where i was buy my splendor bike.
                            The problem is that am submitted my battery on dated 10th May 2022. while am submitted battery the show room responsible man told me the battery issue resolving will be in near about 20 days but the problem is that still the day 46 days completed now i didn't get my battery. i have calling concern person number of times but they don't taken my calls and irrespective reply from their side so am very tired from this things please suggest what can i do for this issue.                               Self is not working in new Pleasure + Xtec even after 3 times visiting to the service center

                              Dear Sir/ Madam
                              I bought Hero maestro 125 vehicle registration no. TN20DB 6374 on[protected]. Since the delivery day to the last service is somewhere in March 2022, they haven’t a lesion of my complaint. From the top-level i.e Manager to the bottom level Mechanic’s replies are the same very simply, that is these problems are usually in all this model. It can’t rectify.
                              My Problem statement
                              1.Front side rattling, 2. Vehicle riding is not smooth as this new, 3. Vibration on low or fast riding, 4 When riding at the edge of road back side wobbling.
                              Find Local Mechanic
                              When this month due to Service I took the decision to not go to Siva motors and go to some other authorized service near to me even the long-distance of 50 to 60 Km. Before selecting the service centers, I have gone through all the center reviews and understand all the service centers are got a minimum of 4 very bad complaints. Then I thought about why I should take such a risk to go such long distances and find a good mechanic at a Local nearby me.
                              Finally, I found and gave my vehicle to him and explain the above my problems, He took a test ride and accept to rectify all the problems time asked me 5hr time.
                              After his full service of the vehicle, I felt that I am riding a New vehicle. To achieve this, I took one and half years that too not by Hero authorize Mechanic.
                              Here my complaint is why the same problems are unable to attend Siva motor? From the above experience, I understand the inefficiency of Siva motor Mechanics and Service management.
                              Why this complaint?
                              Whenever I was Siva motors Complaint and fight not only me almost all most the customer. I felt better to close the service center and do an only sale on vehicles.
                              I request Hero motor to look into these problems and if you do not care about it people will go out of Hero service like me.

                                    सर मेने RAJ AUTO AGENCY KUCHAMAN CITY, NAGAUR, RAJASTHAN से बाइक खरीद की थी मैने एजेंसी के मालिक को बोला की मुझे NEW MAESTRO EDGE 125 (BLUETOOTH AND NAVIGATE) वाला बाइक चाहिए। उंहोन NEW MAESTRO EDGE 125 दे दी। उन्होंने बोला की इस Function को जोड़ने मैं हमको 15-20 days लगेगा। क्युकी इस Function को जोड़ने की जानकारी नहीं है फिर मैं 15-20 day's बाद गया लेकिन ये function जोड़ नही पाए क्योंकि ये Fucntion इस New MAESTRO EDGE 125 में नहीं हैं। इस AGENCY का मालिक ने मुझे गुम्मरा किया। और मेरे से BIKE का EX. Showroom की Price ज्यादा लि गई मेरे से लि गई Price। EX. Showroom= 920570 ओर मुझे बाइक दी उसका Price ex.showroom rate. 80670 हैं
