    Sir, i bought a maestro edge scooter two years back from dealers of ramanattukara branch, kozhikode, kerala. Since then we have been suffering with it. This week itself we faced problem many times. It was under maintenance at "bikenbikes"
    Ramanattukara, but couldn't be rectified. Please take immediate action or we will be filing a case in consumer court

      Myself chetan ningaradder. I brought splendor plus i3s bike on 30/07/2018. All services has completed on doing last service, it has problems like while shifting to reserve mood like that it will made, it has problems with petrol flowing. Is told all the issues to show room people but still the problem is there.

        This is to inform you that bike is not running properly inspite of regular servicing as well checked by service authorised person too.
        9 time bike given to service for same problem...
        But still problem unsolved.

          I have hero x trim bike.
          Last 3 time i service from ur ragestered work shop name is keshav auto at ahmedabad nikol branch.
          But they were not abal to resolve my problem.
          And i suffer it today my bike turn off on running mode so i hv late entry in my office

          Same complain i claim to hero work shop last 3 time but still not resolved... so i m suffering yet
          Please resolved it as soon as possibel
          And give me revert it back

            I went to the shiv service station dwarka at 01/07/2019. They tell me ur cluch plate ha been damaged & changed it. I went today for change clutch plate. At your service center no any auto engineer was available. Your service center mechanic tell me u change whole clutch plate assembly and mobil. Then i request to him what r % of assembly damaged he not reply with satisfactory answer. I tell him for no mobil change he tell me when clutch plate change then mobil is also change. I don't changed to my veh mobil. And now he is repaired of my bike is very poor.

              I have purchased a splendor + motorcycle 4 months ago. Every part of that bike is defected. Its self start is not working on that particular day. Every day i was supposed to go to that showroom. Yesterday while coming from market the horn was not working, and suddenly self also stopped, bike stops while moving. I said the service person to replace the battery as it is in warranty. 10 day have already gone... The battery is still not replaced... I request to change the battery as fast as possible as i have problem in attending coaching.

                  Bike being break down on[protected] due to engine failure (Mechanic says that oil supply to head was interrupted)
                  Please note that all of the services done on date (5 free services, one paid service)

                  Bike given to 'bike point, hero sales service&spares, manjeri' for repairing

                  1. Please clarify why these complaint happens even before completing one year from the date of purchase?
                  2. How much time i have to wait for completing the repairing work?
                  3. Whether i have to pay anything for the repairing work?

                    Sold a condemed vehicle eng no:ja06etkgd12447, chassis no:mbljaw115kgd08435. Was sold by cynosure manik's auto centre.
                    Sales done by gita ([protected]).
                    Brand new vehicle with less than 50km run seized to function. The vehicle stopped with a huge noise from engine and seized to move or start after that.
                    Vehicle was first taken to hitech hero i was issued a job card with no[protected]rjc[protected] on 15th june 2019. Hitech with its very poor service quality delivered the vehicle and with again less than 5km run from the workshop then same noise occured from engine and the vehicle seized to function again.
                    Then the vehicle was taken to cynosure manik's auto center at belghoria via job card no 629 on 20th june 2019. Since then the vehicle is there and no progress has happened.
                    I am fed up and as my bike was taken on auto loan i have already paid 2 months emi without riding the vehicle and spent already rs 3129 behind toing the seized vehicle from one service center to other.
                    I want the damarage for the harrasment and want the vehicle ready as early as possible as i am loosing my service with the locomotive.

                    When last time I am service that's 4th free service but that's service not satisfying me. 2days latter I am going service center due to problem. But service centers macanic told me that byk is OK.. After 3 month when I am going for 5th free service than told me this same problem.. And I am also paid for all.. But they don't provide good service..

                        निवेदन है की ग्राहक ने २०१८ सितम्बर माह में श्याम मोटर्स, फतेहपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश से हीरो आई स्मार्ट ११० बाइक खरीदी थी, जिसका एक माह के अंदर १७०० किलोमीटर इंजन सीज हो गया था जिस पर डीलर ने इंजन की मरम्मत हुयी थी, लेकिन गारंटी के दौरान उसका इंजन नहीं बदला था, और बेवकूफ बना दिया था ा पुनः जून २०१९ में इंजन पूरी तरह ख़राब हो गया है, उक्त घटना क्रम से यह प्रतीत होता है की इंजन में मैनुफैक्चरिं�... कमी थी ा जिससे एक वर्ष के अंदर दो बार बाइक का इंजन ख़राब हो चूका है ा अतः श्रीमान से की ग्राहक की बाइक इंजन बदला कर नया लगाया जाय, ताकि उचित न्याय हो सके ा अन्यथा की स्थिति में ग्राहक न्यायलय की शरण लेने के लिए मजबूर होगा ा

                        There is a big issue with my bike .today I was given my bike splender plus i3s for service in your company service point hero service maldepur, ballia (up) India. But I'm not happy with service center . They stolen my bike fule and engine oil also.

                        I beg to say that kindly solve my problems instantly.
                        They dont change my bike's part and collct the complete bill without change bike parts and they donot response with customer as well. I claim my complain in consumer court otheriwse not solve my problem.

                          I parchase a bike earlier this month and i got registered in rto on 12/06/2019.
                          Since i initially posted in mandore that's why i parchase a bike from hero motorcorp shree ram motors model is hf deluxe. But after a week i was transferred 200 km away from jodhpur so i requested him number of times for number plate to courier it and taking responsibility for it but after too many conversations he is not sending me my number plates and make nonsense execuses. So what i will do because it's impossible for me to go there as i will only free on sunday and showroom is closed on sunday.

                              I have purchased hero duet from sarathy bikes thiruninravur-602024 on 06/02/2019. Within 4 months vehicle self start stopped functioning, when taken to the service center they judged it might be battery problem.
                              Till date no action is taken by the center for replacement of the same and my vehicle is idle for more than 6 days.
                              Should i take this issue to next level.

                                Having chasis no - mblhar205jgf11782 and vehicle no - wb40 ak 8028 from your durgapur dutta hero showroom on[protected]. I serviced my bike on[protected] on free service period, but the service man broke my battery cover during the time of service and do not disclosed or share with me for this mistake. When i check my bike after service i saw broken battery cover and request them for change, but after so many excersice they giving me idea for insurance claim and approx charge for rs-350/-.

                                Sir i humbly requesting you that kindly look into the matter and do something for free charges for my battery cover due to service man fault.

                                  Greetings for the days sir/madam
                                  This correspondence is in regard that i, sachin, resident of nagina (Bijnor) bought hero maestro (Up20bj4763) in the last of the nov month 2018 from kavita motors bijnor. Recently my scooter's battery and its wiring is not functioning proper and for this i have visited sarvodya motors, noorpur (Bijnor) 2-3 times and left my scooters there for more than 4-5 hours each day but the staff is very careless and not giving proper response. They also charged upon me privately for relay change whereas my scooter is still under warranty. The battery has been out of order and not working. They did not change battery and told a long procedure. A strict action must be taken against such authorized service centres. Awaiting a quick action.

                                    Dear team

                                    I am a service advisor in maruti, i have a one bike hero splendor plus which i have done service 6 time kalra and shiv ganga center, nihal vihar and peeragarhi.

                                    But i have a same issue in pickup low. Every time he will say everything ok and last service said that clutch need overhaul.

                                    And am also contact complaint no. Mrs. Dikhsa is a contact person and she said that why are you not done same service center and am said that am not get satisfaction so am search other dealer for satisfaction but not resolve the concern. And mrs. Dikhsha is not ready to listen our concern and said that you also complaint to hero moto corp.

                                    My bike within 1 year service period they are demanding charges from me.

                                      Dear team

                                      I am a senior manager in samsung, i have a one bike hero splendor which i have done service 5 time and in which 2 times they have given me service without job sheet creation from my near service center aman automotives vijay nagar bye pass ghaziabad.

                                      But i have a same issue in bike-very low average & black smoke. I have wasted my lots of money due to average.

                                      My bike within 1 year service period they are demanding charges from me.

                                      Also they denied service in sunday after 12 pm they said that they have take 90 bikes now can't do service in same day.

                                      Hero is good brand but i totally frusted by service.

                                        Address : 184, shivpuri, vijay nagar, ghaziabad - 201009 my bike repair for accident claim and i will receive my bike 02/11/2018 and bike is almost ok but my bike wheel lock not in my bike i will say agent where is my wheel lock he say i will search and provide you 1 month later he not provide my my wheel lock then he is commitment for me against wheel lock i will provide for you 1 free bike services and today is not complete commitment plz help me and strict action against them.
