Dear sir/madam,
I am ashok kumar purchased two wheeler passon xpro on 15th may 2018 from upper india trading co. Rajdhani enclave pitampura new delhi.

Model no. Passion x pro red black.

Engine no. Ja06etjgd06580.
From day one i am having problems with the hero passon xpro engine problem like smoking, pickup, and noising sound from engine. After that i have continue services with shiv service station sector 1 dwarka new delhi-110075, but still i am having same problems because this is manufacturing issue, when i contacted the senior person of this service center, he told me that you go to singla automobiles plot no. C-3/9 phase-2 industrial area mayapuri new delhi-10064, to check the engine. When i told them about my passion xpro bike problems, they rudely answer me. That day my bike did not receive for service. I have also the letter given by shiv service station (Service sechdule) shiv service station dwarka., in those days called many times to service center and hero customer care after 10 days received to service my passion xpro bike to singla automobiles they repaired it and given me 6500/-rs. Bill, after 15 days again same problem. I have informed the service center and they have make it ok. After 2nd day again this complaint repeats, they have make it ok.
Now on 26/06/2019 same problems i have given my passion xpro today 26/06/2019 time 4:30 pm to single automobiles mayapuri delhi.

      I have purchased a hero passion pro motorbike on 12th june 2019 from u s hero sigra varanasi. After 01 week battery of the bike have got discharged. When i contacted the dealer, he told me that go to m/s abhishek automobiles nadesar to check the battery. When i told them that i have purchased the hero bike from you, why i visit any other shop for battery checkup. They rudely answer me that we cant do anything. I have visited the shop m/s abhishek automobiles, they told me that this time we have to close the shop. That time was 5 pm. They told me come tomorrow 11 am.
      Now the horn, light and speedometer of my bike not working due to battery in a bike of 10 days old.
      This is the quality of hero bikes in india and this is the service of their dealers.

          Hero singla agency service center is a black spot on hero company. This service center doesn't give good service to there customers. They have not available part of my scooty from 1 month and manger and other staff don't know how to talk with the customer. They treating us like they are giving us a free service. Hero service center waste my 5 or 6 holidays after that when i told the manager about the insurance claim. He told me go complaint and we will watch your problem after 48 hours. From now i will advise all my friend and my relatives don't buy any hero bikes or scooty.

            We were purchased the pleasure vehicle at chinmay motors bagalkot on 06/04/2019 while booking we had given some amount of advance on that time we informed them as we are aviling loan for that they had hypothecation charges also we make the remaining amount through neft from that bank on the date of delivery due to heavy rush the concerned person make mistake as cash, so i have visited the office many times for making the lien of that bank still now they are responding today also we met they didn't so kindly advise them to make lien on the insurance as well rto

                Dear team,

                I am extremely disappointed with the service of my glamour vehicle. I am a regular customer of your service center and had purchased the vehicle from your habsiguda branch in 2015 and since then i get the servicing of my bike from the ramanthapur branch.

                At the time of purchase of my bike, i have also opted for the hero good life membership and renewed it twice. Later, when the good life program was discontinued, i have availed the joy ride scheme and renewed it twice.

                Recently i bought my bike for servicing at ramanthapur branch on 23-may 2019. I have informed the service supervisor to assign my bike to a senior mechanic as it has been quite long since last service.

                While collecting the bike, i was informed that the joy ride subscription was expired and i will have to renew it. I was okay for it and was told that the joy ride cards are exhausted and are expected to arrive by tomorrow. I was asked to make the payment for the service charge including the joy ride subscription. I made the payment of ₹ 1, 590 by my debit card and was asked to collect the bill for the same including the joy ride card by tomorrow.

                But even after my regular follow ups, i still have not received the bill and the joy ride card.

                Upon all of this, the quality of the service was so poor as if the bike was never serviced at all. I am feeling cheated by the service supervisor and also by the clerk at the service desk.

                I request you to check out the details of my service history and at the same time take necessary action on my complaint.

                  Dear sir,
                  Myself soumen saha residing at joynagar majilpur, south 24 parganas. I have purchase a maestro edge from mondal automobiles (Sub dealer) from joynagar under srikrishna automobiles at baruipur for the month of january 17th 2019. But after one week i am facing starting problem and several time i went mondal automobiles workshop but they dont solve this problem. On 2nd june when i change the old lubricant they change it but rest of new lubricant (250gms mostprobably) they dont return me. And they dont called me about it and i noticed one red spot show the silencer pipe and i have asked about it to the workshop manager mr. Bhola he told me rust come to the silencer. But after returning home i clear it about detergent waiter and i am sorry to say it is liquid soil. And also starting problems they told me self switch will change and they take order but till today i am not taking any response from them.
                  So sir i want to know whts the situation of your company status and dealer and sub dealer and also their workshop. What a good after sales service?
                  So, i am requesting to you please solve the problems asap and i am waiting for your kind response and kind co-operation.

                    On dated 25/06/2019, I gave my bike for service at Maharaja Auto World, in the period of service, they forgot clean the filter and spark plug. They issue twice job cards in a day in a same day just because of they forgot clean the spark plug and filter. They do not wash the bike properly and they also broken the utility box in front me.They do not accept his fault. They do not want to accept that the utility box is broken by them. They have no experienced employees.They work like as a formality in the service centre.

                    They just using his Name and popularity of his name... just because of most selling bike in India but service section is very bed..

                      Dear sir few month ago i had purchase hero destini scooter from rishikesh jai sai motor, i had these roblem in that scooter,
                      1 batery problem
                      2 kick problem.
                      3. Pickup problem (Pickup is not good only more and more sound when we try to drive fast)
                      Batrey - two days after purchasing of this scooter i told staff about batery paroblem they said batery not charge, also they said to me i have to drive more and more km. Every day... Problem was contnue.., in first service i complant about batrey again they said same drive more km, once they charged batrey but after charging of batery same isuse. After lot of cosine they took batery for exchange after two week they exchange and charge me 75 rupee.
                      Kick-from starting i was facing this problem but see self start point was not sporting i tnink because of batrey i have to use kick and kick stuck between, again i have to go service center and i ask them about the kick once they repair but after repairing of kick i m facing same problem,
                      Pickup and sound problem - pickup of speed is not good like a new scooter and when i try to drive fast its doing more sound. I told service center, they did something but i m not happy,

                          Dear sir i am manivannan from erode tamil nadu district i bought hero xtream 200r from your dealer susil motors from gobichettipalayam erode tamilnadu i already raise a complaint on my vehicle for engine noise and heat problems on your hero moto corp fb page complait id[protected] after that complaint your service engineer mr. Rajagopal from coimbatore called me and tell me that "i am responsible for that complaint and ill take care for that" then after 13days 17.06.2019 they (Susil motors) returned my bike. I told that mr. Rajagopal after test driving i am not satisfied abou my bike there is no different after service mr. Rajagopal says that drive your bike 3 days after 3days told me that if you not satisfied and the same i told to susil motors owner mr. Shanmugam he said that am not responsible for that complaint and he treat me very irresponsible please tell me the solution or other wise i will take it through consumer court my bike number tn 36 al 1798 engine number mc2088jgh01291 vin : mbllcu011juh01145

                            I have braught a passion x pro from kerala ernakulam mulamthuruthy riders bike showroom on 24/09/2018.
                            After a weak o[censored]se a heavy cracking sound is coming from the bike when the time of starting. After 1 month the self start is completly stoped working. I have informed the service center and they have make it ok. After 1month again this complaint repeats. Then also they repaired it. After 2 months again the same complaint repeated for the 3rd time. Then they replaced the self motor. After that bike run smootly for 2 months. After the second day of 3rd regular service bike shows some missing like its out of fuel. I continued the ride after 10 kms the bike suddenly stoped and not getting started. So i called the service center and they came and took bike. After 2 days they gave me back the bike with replaced coil. Now i am facing all these 2 complaints that they have solved 1 month ego. What is the solution for this

                              Dear Sir I have purchased a Bike From Your authorized Dealer Jai sharda Nurmahal in year 2017 i have give a Down Payment 15000 and bank finaced 51000 know I vist to dealer after long time for Rc he asking to mee i Dont have applied your Rc because of short Payment and he say U have to pay Rc amount again very shameful

                                I have given my bike for servicing in ramanthapur on 21st of june. And he told me he will return it to me on 22nd june by afternoon. I called him today and he is asking me to take it tommorow. We will have plans which are important. If he is not delivering it on time. Why you people are maintaining this service centers. This is what i face when ever i am giving my bike for servicing. Even you people should know how people are fedup with your services.

                                  I have purchased hero glamour last year july. After one month disc brake problem started. I took to the dealer (smart motors, sreekrishnapuram, palakkad (dt), kerala) and they gave after servicing. But the problem occurred again after one week. The vehicle left there for 03 days and the service manager told that out of two brake shoes of the disc, one only working. Since it is in grantee period they changed the brake shoe and rectified.

                                  Now after 10 months, vehicle battery got fully discharged. The service manager checked and told the battery problem . The battery sent for replacement and fitted another battery available there. It was worked for one week. The same problem occurred. The service manager told that wiring may be shorting. Vehicle has to be left for taking to their another service center. Now i am without vehicle to go to work. Within one year of purchase, such problems comes shows the quality of the parts. If this is the condition of hero motors, i can't advice hero products to any other person.

                                  There was no any call for free servicing from showroom, and they refuse to give free servicing facility even scooty was in warranty period, out of 5 I only avail 3 servicings for my bike. for second servicing they only give receipt without doing servicing. While asking owner he not ready to give free servicing asking for money.

                                    In my last service 5th service they didn't check my scooty properly and they didn't solve my scooter break noise and the scooty vibration and they not clean carburettor and spark plug and they didn't make any lubrication for my bike and they didn't respond for my suggestion and even they not give bill and they took more money from me and they are not time responsibility they give time for 3:30 pm but they give my bike 5:40pm my full day time wast and the scooty is not service properly please take action and solve my scooty problems .

                                      My bikepassion pro 110 crank case cover damged whoe serviceing i asked for change that part .but showroom not responding well.they said part not available till date .and bike is in warranty.this incident happened in march15 2019 but till date 21 june they said same answer part not available .i called customer care once also.but showroom not giving appropriate answer.plese help
