Sir,

I have brought a “glamour vehicle from your authorized dealer m/s banu automobiles pvt, h. No.7 — 1-636 bhanu envlave, beside esi hosptial, erragadda, hyderabad 500 036

State code 36. Vide their invoice no.10168bb19s dated 13/03/2019. And was delivered by m/s hari om motors, jagathgirigutta, hyderabad 500037 vide their delivery challan no.528 dated 13.3.2019.

From the day one the digital meter has failed to show the exact reading of the fuel, when the vehicle is ignited the meter flickers and is not stable in the showing the fuel gauge. I have address this to the showroom sales person mr. Ramu, and he has pass the buck saying it is nothing concerned to sales and should talk to service department, i did talk to the service manager, who said the since the vehicle is new it will automatically set in while the vehicle is used. As on today my said vehicle is 121 days old and i have driven for 2800 kms only. Till now i have availed 2 # free service and my digitial meter problem is yet to be fixed.

I have visited the showroom/service as much 12 times in these 121 days to get my digital meter problem fixed, but in vain.

Today i have availed my second free service and again raised the meter issue to the concerned service personal, i was shocked to be informed that i have to change my digital meter as it is not covered in warranty.

I have gone through line by line your warranty terms, where it is clearly says meter covers under warranty. And more over i have observed this issue and brought to the notice of your authorized dealer m/s hari om motors, jagathirigutta, hyderabd 37 on 15.3.2019 i. E the second day after taking the delivery of the said vehicle, only to be informed that the meter issued will be resolved. As of today the problem still persists.

I have chosen to buy a vehicle from the house of hero motor corp due to f its integrity and its stable performance in the indian market. I feel i am wrong in my decision to chose a vehicle from hero motor corp.

I am deeply hurt by the atrocious ’ behavior of the sales and service personals at hari om motors, were in i was treated like am at their mercy.

May i request the concerned authority of hero motor corpn to address this issue and help me to fix my digital meter issue and regain the confidence i have in hero motors.

    Yesterday mrng 9:05am i will give my bike Hf Delux 2nd service i am saying 4 complents in my bike i am go to service centr evng 6:30pm delvery my bike very very worest service in ongole assocate hero service center at the same time i will pay in my bill they not give me bill paper and my bike delvery give to me water wash person no one respond to me

      Glamour fi bikes stopped in middle of the road. On 10th july 2019 i gave it for service. I told about two problems but they did not solve the problem. Actually at the first time of service i told them about my problem they did not react. Service is not good. Ipurchased bike from bhanu motors in hyderabad erragda area. Six time i visited to their show room, every time they check and said ok, but my problem was not solved

I am travelling our this new purchased bike few kilometer my this bike engine autometic off. But not start agaun. Mh bike speed 80 kilometer. And my bike engine autometic off.. On bypass road.

        When I reach cash counter for gate pass, the person at counter misbehaved when I asked for detail of bill, his way of talking is too bad,
        The girl next to him asked for satisfaction code before giving gate pass even check my mobile,
        Then what is the mean for satisfaction code if she check mobile

        The service person behaviour is good
        Dear sir i have already complaint numbered[protected] on heromotorcops complaint portal. But i have not get any solution for it.Dealer is not providing my bikes R.C. I have bought bike since feb 2019 from Chittosho motoros sirhind road patiala.it is impossible to drive bike without R.C

          I bought bike on 28th june in sai suman motors chandanagar but till now they did not provide any papers regarding tr number, then how can we ride a bike on the road? As if we robbed from somewhere, they do not even bother about customer. That is their responsible to call the customer and inform if there is any delay, but the sad thing is they are not even responding if i call.
          Let me see how far you resolve my problem.

                  I am using impulse bike since 2013 and i like the so much this hero product, but whenever it is come to change the spare parts it is challenging to me another things since yesterday my bike is with shradha auto for changing valve kit but no one cares to see that things today i went and quarrel with them thne now they started working on it. Ao it is very painfull for thos kind of pathetic service not expected from hero.

                    This has reference to the above subject that a hero glumour fi purchased from avik motor at asansol on 05.05.2019 and after few days a irritating sound coming from engine & it is continue developing.

                    While i was visited for first service at avik motor service centre, after service, they are unable resolve the problem and technician said this sound is common.

                    Therefore, request to take necessary action to resolve the same as per commitment of hero motor on engine guarantee.

                    Hello,
                    I had given my bike for service and they have misplaced the engine chain sprokcet cover. They have given an acknowledgement stating they would request for the new cover and soon replace once it is procured. But still its been one month and they have not replaced it yet.

I dought oil will be not change.we talk to the service manager he couldn't given the satisfaction answer.and her behaviour will also not good.please solve my problem.he said after 1000km oil will be became black but his advisers suggest to me to change the oil may be oil will be not change.what we do it's a HERO image issue .

                          Hero Duet bought in September 2018, from the date of buying its in regularly basis in service . Its automatically stop in traffic or in mid of road while driving. Several time the maintenance was done by the Arc motors
                          till date but I am not getting satisfactory solution. From my point of view this product is having any manufacturing issue and it need to be replaced because after changing the parts and lots of maintenance the issue is still same . The vehicle even new but in 8 month it almost repaired due to the above issue 10-12 time.
                          Being a working female I am not able to go regular for maintenance every time of this vehicle and, many times I was escaped from accident due to this problem. but after so many repair/maintenance the issue is same. So please help me out for this.

                                Dear team,
                                I have meastro edge, model 2016 and registration number is rj 27 bb 8777. All services of my scooter done at authorized service station (Manama motor sec 5, hiran magri, udaipur). You can check my service record.
                                On my last service i feel there is oil leak from engine and call to service center for the same. But i surprised after there responce, thay told me that this is my mistake, it was may b stone damage while driving and told me to change chamber. I make visit other service station to inderstand this problem and also done proper and close check. There is no hit mark of any stone and whitout any hit mark how can is possible to damage such hard engine. It was any mistake which is done by staff or service boy and owner try to hide.
                                Engine is main part or any motor and thay ask me to change chamber. Please check and do the needful or i have to go cunsumer court for the same.

                                  I purchased my bike in october 2018... It has been some around a year old bike splendor (Up25 cb 4233). I got all the services on time and have paid all the bills.. I have all the receipts with me. When i took my bike for the last fifth service, the service guy told me that there is a problem in so called piston in engine, the sound of the engine was not up to mark. They told me install the new block kit after 30 day or may be more than that and told me that i will have to pay some around 1000 rs for the recovery. Now thats horrible! Why should i pay a single money when i got all my services on time... I am not going to pay any extra money except the charges for engine oil else will go to the consumer forum... Help me plssss... I am not so rich to afford such expenses... Hope the company will pay attention to my problem and will get back to me will the better solution as soon as possible...

                                    Sir / madam,
                                    Before submitting my complain it will be relevant to go though following facts.
                                    (I) on 09.06.2019 i had handed over my mastro edge (Dl-4s dh 2612) to authorized dealer of hero motocorp ltd namely namely shiv ganga automobiles, peeragarhi, new delhi – 110 063 because it seems to be some engine issue as the scotty stopped suddenly on roads.
                                    (Ii) on 19.06.2019 shiv ganga automobiles returned my scotty.
                                    (Iii) on 02.07.2019 i have to again handover my mastro edge (Dl-4s dh 2612) to shiv ganga automobiles, peeragarhi as the sudden stoppage problem was not sort out & engine oil leaking from my scooty. On 02.07.2019 (Evening) shiv ganga automobiles returned by scooty & handover me invoice no. 11461cg19v6521 dated 02.07.2019 for rs. 400. To my surprise when i tried my scooty it was again stopped suddenly & i have again handover the scooty to shiv ganga automobiles, peeragarhi on 02.07.2019.
                                    From above it is crystal clear that the problem started in my scooty on 09.06.2019 which is not sorted out till date. The dealer gives me false assurances and always added a new problem in scooty on query. The way of dealing with my complaint is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. As professional ethics i need your intervention as the same is not sorted out from last two months.

                                        Sir, i bought a maestro edge scooter two years back from dealers of ramanattukara branch, kozhikode, kerala. Since then we have been suffering with it. This week itself we faced problem many times. It was under maintenance at "bikenbikes"
                                        Ramanattukara, but couldn't be rectified. Please take immediate action or we will be filing a case in consumer court
