I go to the hero service centre but i am not satisfied on his/her behaviour.
They are very much angry and misbehave me.
They are also talked me, if i register a complain, they are kill me. So i am afried on his/her behaviour.
Therefore i want complaint against that service centre.
Please accept my complaint, and carefully read it. Be fast try to know about this....

Dear team,
I have meastro edge, model 2016 and registration number is rj 27 bb 8777. All services of my scooter done at authorized service station (Manama motor sec 5, hiran magri, udaipur). You can check my service record.
On my last service i feel there is oil leak from engine and call to service center for the same. But i surprised after there responce, thay told me that this is my mistake, it was may b stone damage while...

I purchased my bike in october 2018... It has been some around a year old bike splendor (Up25 cb 4233). I got all the services on time and have paid all the bills.. I have all the receipts with me. When i took my bike for the last fifth service, the service guy told me that there is a problem in so called piston in engine, the sound of the engine was not up to mark. They told me install the new block kit after 30 day or may be more than that...

Before submitting my complain it will be relevant to go though following facts.
(I) on 09.06.2019 i had handed over my mastro edge (Dl-4s dh 2612) to authorized dealer of hero motocorp ltd namely namely shiv ganga automobiles, peeragarhi, new delhi – 110 063 because it seems to be some engine issue as the scotty stopped suddenly on roads.
(Ii) on 19.06.2019 shiv ganga automobiles returned my scotty.br...

Sir this is to inform u that i had complain three to four times in hero corp. but no one is respond my request. So i request u to plz resolve my problem and kindly change my bike parts.

Sir, i bought a maestro edge scooter two years back from dealers of ramanattukara branch, kozhikode, kerala. Since then we have been suffering with it. This week itself we faced problem many times. It was under maintenance at "bikenbikes"
Ramanattukara, but couldn't be rectified. Please take immediate action or we will be filing a case in consumer court...

Myself chetan ningaradder. I brought splendor plus i3s bike on 30/07/2018. All services has completed on doing last service, it has problems like while shifting to reserve mood like that it will made, it has problems with petrol flowing. Is told all the issues to show room people but still the problem is there.

This is to inform you that bike is not running properly inspite of regular servicing as well checked by service authorised person too.
9 time bike given to service for same problem...
But still problem unsolved.
Even as of now bike at service centre of adajan (Surat) job no:[protected]rjc[protected]

Do needful for the same to solve it or replace the bike.

I have hero x trim bike.
Last 3 time i service from ur ragestered work shop name is keshav auto at ahmedabad nikol branch.
But they were not abal to resolve my problem.
And i suffer it today my bike turn off on running mode so i hv late entry in my office

I went to the shiv service station dwarka at 01/07/2019. They tell me ur cluch plate ha been damaged & changed it. I went today for change clutch plate. At your service center no any auto engineer was available. Your service center mechanic tell me u change whole clutch plate assembly and mobil. Then i request to him what r % of assembly damaged he not reply with satisfactory answer. I tell him for no mobil change he tell me when clutch plate...

I have purchased a splendor + motorcycle 4 months ago. Every part of that bike is defected. Its self start is not working on that particular day. Every day i was supposed to go to that showroom. Yesterday while coming from market the horn was not working, and suddenly self also stopped, bike stops while moving. I said the service person to replace the battery as it is in warranty. 10 day have already gone... The battery is still not replaced......

I have purchased hero duet from sarathy bikes thiruninravur-602024 on 06/02/2019. Within 4 months vehicle self start stopped functioning, when taken to the service center they judged it might be battery problem.
Till date no action is taken by the center for replacement of the same and my vehicle is idle for more than 6 days.
Should i take this issue to next level....
