I’m a Hero customer since 2004. My bike was at sunil auto sales, Lucknow. I took my bike after small crashed which completely damaged my RHS. SAS team informed me before giving my bike that they can open a job card it will get my bike done within 3 days. Till yesterday parts for my bike was not available with them even after regular commitment since first week of June 2019. Right side front fairing and indicator is basic component and was expected to be available anywhere in territory’s I that it can be arranged in three days as also committed by SAS team. Kindly look into matter as I couldn’t use my bike for 10 days and still no work done on that job card which was closed as I needed my bike

It is regretted to say that I'm the joyride consumer in your esteemed company. I was trying to book my Hero Duet for periodic service since 11th, 12th and 18th June 2019 at KVS Auto Agency, Pollachi Main Road, Coimbatore.

But they expressed their inabilty that, due to shortage of man power and over loading of vehichle booking for service, they cannot able to deliver the vehicle on the same day.

Therfore, it is suggested that if you open one more service centre nearby the surroundings in Coimbatore, it will be good for those who are struggling for service and get the vehicle on the sane day.

I told them.in advance that i have a upcoming rally on 20/06/2019 so i want my byke befor that date..First they told me that i will get delivery by 7thJune 2019..but after continuos call and messages they didnt even pick my call and didnt replied any of my message..but on 10th June they called me and said that your byke has left gurgaon warehouse and is on route to dehradun but the billing will be done on 17th June that is today..after that i called them for update they said that i will surely get on 17th June but today when i called they didnt answer my phone so i called on other number they told me that the byke is not available and still not left gurgoan plant..that was soo embarassing and then the girl executive told that if you have further questions or complaint you can visit our hero website..she straight away said me on bad tone.So ultimately i have to cancell my upcoming byke event..i want justice is this how they treat there customer and fool them.dupe there money and then use bad tone that you can do complaint..so i raised my voice to get justice..

Hello i am Vikrant from faridabad. I already make a complaint to hero company that my bike engine oil was leaked regularly i take my hero extreme 200r (HR29 AT 9302) to tewatia hearo agency(Ballabgarh) atleast 3 time to resolve my problem but they don't do any thing with my bike they just tight the screws and said that bike is well good as new. And one more thing is that this bike have done only 1 service but still we are not satisfied with tha tewatia hero agency staff and work too. So i kindly request to hero company that they should provide a better and good mechanic for my hero extreme 200r. Otherwise i will put a complaint in court against hero agency.

New bike splendor plus having starting and engine noise problem. So many times i toldto service manager of star automobile satna mp. They didn't rectify my bike problem nd continously denying.
Start karte wakt problem aur smoke bhi bahut nikalta hai silencer se. Self start me bhi problem hai. Bike no. Mp19 mv 6406. Complaint karne par bhi koi sudhar nhi kiya gaya aur bahas bhi kiya jata hai service centre me

On 29 march i purchased hero glamour from beekee hero sevoke road siliguri west bengal from then i was facing problem with bike's gear shift and clutch i visited the service point many time but they did temporary repair but again i faced same problem l may it was a factory defect i complained many times but still my problem didnt solved i did my third serving but still facing problem plz help

I dont know how to sum up the issue.

After multiple follow ups, Thankfully above ( earlier message) mentioned issued is resolved. I happily accepted my Bike. But after driving it few KMs main chain got disconnected and it broke whole chamber along with minor injuries to me as well.When I took my bike to get it fixed in authorized service station, I came to know that the problem arises because of not putting lock in chain. I avoided a major accident but it could be otherwise just because of the negligence of your authorize service station. Moreover because of their negligence there is significant damage in my bike.
I would like you to take this issue up and atleast get it repaired.

Gadi agency me pahuchne ke baad service book lekr table me rkh li gai aur mere se baad me aane wale 3 logon ki service book lekr gadi ki service start kr di uske baad mera no. Lgaya aur workshop ke ander bhi yhi hal rha aur dilevry time 12:55diya tha, us time tk bike ki service bhi start nhi hui thi.
in sb baaton ki wajah se complaint krni pd rhi hai, is traf dhyan dene ki kripa kren.

Am not satisfied service..all staff miss behave anytime face me.. I am purchase Maestro but first day of procedure there are many problems started . And I am go to your service distribution from mukungarh Shriram Motors but there are no supported. And I am go to Ajay Motors Jhunjhunu but both of not satisfied service. So please sir contact me and Solutions my problems.

Now Battery is not working and whenever my father is calling to dealer, he is saying that first submit your battery at our agency then after 15 to 20 days we will be able to give you any response.

My father lives lonely at my village and he is 60+ and unable to wait so long.

So please suggest the needful.

I have purchase your Xtream 200R on 11 march 2019 from Krishna Automobiles Bulandshahr.purchase time face new bike engine noise problem then i visit your authorized service center Krishna auto mobile and tell your executive that new bike engine noise problem the he say tapped are losed because bike is new i have tight the tapped on second service and your issue is resolve.now i visit again for second service i say again the noise coming from bike engine. When i take my bike from your service centre i face again engine noise.so i request you please resolve my problme as soon as possible.and i want replacment my bike.

I am experiencing a bizarre problem with my new hero duet scooter. It starts fine in the morning, moves around well after the engine warm up... But fails to start after a short stop. Usually, i switch off the engine if i am going to purchase groceries in the middle of the journey. After that scooter fails to start either by electric start or kick start. It does start after few minutes. I bought the new hero duet in march 2016. I visited service center and highlighted the issue, but the problem was not solved in the last service also. They increased the idling, but the start when required is still a major issue. Is this a common problem in hero duet? kindly help me to solve it.

Sir I have a big problem about engine head gas kit seal...
this seal was leackising from purchase of bike. I said it many times to karan hero's workshop manager mr. swami and they didn't do anything. they didn't get any solution about it. I want my solution Otherwise I'm going to consumer court. please do something or give your reply. thanks you so much...

on finance dated 28th May-19 from Yuva motors Faridabad.Hero bike is good as ever but As per the rule after one month ( 2nd June-19 ) i visited to collect my RC but they refuce to give and argument saying that they will give me RC after first bike intallment only .my Qestion is that this is rule or they made there own rule . I am afraiding to use bike as because there is chances of police challan.
So requested to do the needful.

Today i visited the durga auto centre for cancellation my previous booking against hero expulse 200t. I have depisited rs 500/ at the booking time. My Booking HSN NO is 87112029. But the manager ignore the my subject. He said that they could not cancele the booking and also thry could not refund the money. And also the manager of durga auto centre, malda, WB misbehave with me. So i would like to draw your attention to take the good step against my booking cancellation. Thanking you

I’m facing issue with self with my bike even since I purchased it, I have made lost complaint at Himgiri service center every time they have repaired but salution not provided why issue acquired again and again with new bike.

What is the benefit for purchasing new bike if I need to visit service center every two month for repairing self, and why you can’t provide Parmament salution on this ?

It’s really pathetic...

I got registered my scooty maestro on 04 jun at 8 am at Doshi Motors-11054, I was told to get my scooty 12.30 pm, but they delivered at around 7pm.
Secondly, I checked my scooty after arriving at my home, and found that the scooty was displaying reparing or service signal on speedometer, and beside this my rear glasses were loosened, they were still as it is.And even they didn't provide me my receipt bill.they just wash my scooty and delivered me by charging all charges.So I request u to look into the matter and take mugal action against the incharge of the showroom.I am attaching some proof to support my cailms mentioned above.
