I got my hero Xtreme 160r from K.S motors Bagdogra. The reason for my complaint is whenever I try to start the vehicle with self it doesn't start first it makes a sound of start and as soon as a throttle the accelerator the vehicle turns off itself and I don't know what is the problem with kick start it's very frozen I have to almost kick for 5 to 6 times for the vehicle to start and hero motoCorp did not provide a rubber in the kick and sometimes when my leg slips the kick hits back. Please look into this matter

    About complain no.[protected].the bill is Rs.2000/- i paid why charged ?vehicleno.UP16AL 2751 vehichle is handed over about in 90 min. After going some distance I found that horn is displaced. Meanwhile i paid for all parts for engine on 2/4/2022.why such types of parts are using those are responsible for harrashment of customers. I went again for that horn. All these thinghs show that there are carelessness and curroption.parts are not available.parts such as packing of new model used in my bike

      Complaint regarding Service of new Hero Passion Pro bike at Bikes Auto, Vijay char rasta, Ahmedabad
      I have purchased a new Hero Passion Pro bike from Prowheels, Nava wadaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 28/06/2020.
      I have put hero bike for regular free services four times. I have one remaining free service coupon for 5th service. I have visited for my 5th free service at Bikes Auto, Vijay char rasta, Ahmedabad on 1st February, 2022 which was denied saying free service time lapsed and you have to go through paid service instead.
      I have complained on you online portal also from where till today no response is provided yet.
      My compliant is as under :
      (1) Denying of getting service done free.
      (2) Rude and rough behaviour with me by supervisor present.
      (3) No customer support for after sales service by HERO company dealer / representative.
      (4) My Hero Passion Pro bike’s engine has been suddenly stopped while in running mode since purchase in June-2020 and chances of an accident is there. I have informed the same at the time of earlier services but problem still not resolved.
      Please resolve the issue at the earliest and oblige.
      This type of poor after sales service is not tolerable by such a good company like Hero Moto corp. This is spoil your company’s image.
      I have a suggestion also to allow more time limit in case of less kilo meter usage of vehicles.

          I wish to inform that, I brought Hero pleasure plus bike from Vijay Hero show room, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu on 24.09.2020. I had the problem on that bike from buy on wards. The problem was leakage of oil. I send lot of complient for consumer care also. I did the service after long struggle on December 2021 in Vallioor show room. But I again affected the same problem after the day that. I took from the service centre. I have lot of stress for this problem. The service they took one month, every month I had a problem. I am not use this bike properly. I again went to service centre on 16.03.2022 in Vallioor branch. They have assurance to problem will be rectify by 48 hours. But till now they didnot follow that. So they told lot of lie like no service man and not things available. On 28.04.2022, I again gave a compliant to customer care. But from branch no response I will received. This will continue surely I will go to the consumer court for solving my problem. No prober service was not done by your branch office. So consider my problem, do the stemps for that. Delivery reciept (copy enclosed), it is noted that, Agreed delivery date 18.03.2022 - 18:00:00. But not attend the leakage of oil. I am already complaints register. ID No.[protected]. It is noted that " Concened Person would be in touch with you in 48 hrs. We assure you of our best services. But not attend the fault. My Hero pleasure plus not delvery in till date from vallioor branch. My bike model: Hero Pleasure Plus,

                I have purchased hero xpulse but within year gear broken and Tyre locked so I fallen.Making poor parts by hero .Most important service is pathetic even after 50 days not getting bike back.Very poor service so avoid to buy hero bike buy some other brand bike.Poor parts and Poor service

                  I'm Complaining about my Hero Glamour Bike UP 32 LZ 7321 I purchased this bike in march 2021 since I purchased this bike my bike is incompetent in Gear Problems my bike is not going in neutral mode I complaint many times about gear problem in customer service but not resolved yet I'm facing humiliation from hero side my complaints are continuously being ignored I need warranty on the parts which are incompatible in bike please do as soon as possible Thanks and regards

                            I had bought a Glamour Xtec bike from Himgiri Hero-Railway Road on 17-Jan-2022(HR26ES6842) and we noticed a dent on the front alloy. When we told the service boy about this dent he told me that I have only 1 piece of this model so take it and when you go to the service center ((Himgiri Hero) Plot No-7 Sohna Road Badshahpur Gurgaon) Then they'll change it. Then we went to the service center and they told me that when you come for the first service, we will change it. After that I went for 2nd service and also told him about other issues on the bike but none of our problems have been solved yet.

                              Purchased a passion pro reg no MH 47 A 3463 having fule injector problem ( according to mackenik) tryed 3 to 4 hero motors authorised service center but thay don't have scaner to detect actual problem
