Bike doesn't give averaging as much as showroom times say you correct my Bike's averaging please

I wish to inform that, I brought Hero pleasure plus bike from Vijay Hero show room, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu on 24.09.2020. I had the problem on that bike from buy on wards. The problem was leakage of oil. I send lot of complient for consumer care also. I did the service after long struggle on December 2021 in Vallioor show room. But I again affected the same problem after the day that. I took from the service centre. I have lot of stress for this problem. The service they took one month, every month I had a problem. I am not use this bike properly. I again went to service centre on 16.03.2022 in Vallioor branch. They have assurance to problem will be rectify by 48 hours. But till now they didnot follow that. So they told lot of lie like no service man and not things available. On 28.04.2022, I again gave a compliant to customer care. But from branch no response I will received. This will continue surely I will go to the consumer court for solving my problem. No prober service was not done by your branch office. So consider my problem, do the stemps for that. Delivery reciept (copy enclosed), it is noted that, Agreed delivery date 18.03.2022 - 18:00:00. But not attend the leakage of oil. I am already complaints register. ID No.[protected]. It is noted that " Concened Person would be in touch with you in 48 hrs. We assure you of our best services. But not attend the fault. Sir, last year, I have purchase a HF Deluxe motorcycle from Shree shiv Shakti modipuram meerut, I have some technical problem in my bike, kindly resolve my problem.

I have purchased hero xpulse but within year gear broken and Tyre locked so I fallen.Making poor parts by hero .Most important service is pathetic even after 50 days not getting bike back.Very poor service so avoid to buy hero bike buy some other brand bike.Poor parts and Poor service

I'm Complaining about my Hero Glamour Bike UP 32 LZ 7321 I purchased this bike in march 2021 since I purchased this bike my bike is incompetent in Gear Problems my bike is not going in neutral mode I complaint many times about gear problem in customer service but not resolved yet I'm facing humiliation from hero side my complaints are continuously being ignored I need warranty on the parts which are incompatible in bike please do as soon as possible Thanks and regards

At bapunagar ahemdabad service center... I go for my 3rd free service & ask mechanic for my battery change or charge as company told me 1 year warranty so he told me there's no warranty in battery or they not charge battery in service centre...

I had Hero HF Deluxe and suddenly it's fuel pump Stop working and when I visited to the service center for the replacement of damaged product they were not behave properly and said that the part is not available with us

I have given the former scooter to Jitendra for 5 to 6 days and I have not received it yet
And there is no answer, you see

I had bought a Glamour Xtec bike from Himgiri Hero-Railway Road on 17-Jan-2022(HR26ES6842) and we noticed a dent on the front alloy. When we told the service boy about this dent he told me that I have only 1 piece of this model so take it and when you go to the service center ((Himgiri Hero) Plot No-7 Sohna Road Badshahpur Gurgaon) Then they'll change it. Then we went to the service center and they told me that when you come for the first service, we will change it. After that I went for 2nd service and also told him about other issues on the bike but none of our problems have been solved yet.

Purchased a passion pro reg no MH 47 A 3463 having fule injector problem ( according to mackenik) tryed 3 to 4 hero motors authorised service center but thay don't have scaner to detect actual problem
Kindly do the inform witch service center has scanner facility near KANDIVALI mumbai

Facing problem since last 30 days

Mai aaj U S motor alamnagar rajajipuram lucknow mai service karane Gaya tha.humse waha per 850 rupees charge Kiya. Waha per na hi pani peene or light or ac or TV ki koi available nahi hai .or jo hai wo working mai nahi hai.waha ke service person lagta nahi hai ki wo hero company ke ho .lagta hai ki sadak se lakar kaam Kara rahe hai.U S motor alamnagar rajajipuram lucknow ka koi bhi contact number nahi hi customer bill per hai or na hai online or jo contact number available hai wo kabhi lagta nahi hai.U s motor mai aaj ke baad kabhi nahi jaunga jab un logo se service Karana hai to mai apne Jan pahachan se service Kara lunga .

2april 2022 ko engine me kaam karaya gaya tha Rs.13300 paid karne ke baad bhi bike me leakge band nahi hai machenic phone band kar lete hai do baar lekarbhi ja chuka hoon ya to Rs.13300 wapas de nahi to bike sahi kare UP16AL 2751

Bike motor damaged

Hi I m purchase passion Pro bs6 bike I m purchase bike to 1 years 9 months .GUPTA motors CHAWANI ROAD PADRAUNA .bike engine cut off problem every 1 km..I complaint service center but no response. Many time complaint in customer care. next day service centre my bike standing in service centre but not clear my bike problem. every one km many time engine automatic cut off . Bs6 running clutch compliant sudden off bike take action show room worst service immediately take action bs6 bike super and clutch compliant worst no response show room

My hero Maestro Edge 125 cc scoty is having high engine oil consumption and the service centre at Bhubaneswar Rohan Autoriders checked throughly and told to replace with a new piston as it is in warranty period.For that my job card has been prepared on 14 may 2022 at the service centre but till now the job is in pending state.Kidly do the needful as the manager at the service centre neither picking up the phone or nor giving any information regarding this otherwise consumer court will be my last option to resolve the issue.
