Hi sir
I get new passion pro bike. I was don my first bike servicing in the prashant auto sales & services billings road, ausa dist latur. Today 15th september 2018 i visit above service center for my 2nd servicing.in 2nd servicing engine oil not change but thay tell me in our servicing center we change engine oil compulsory. I tell them in 2nd servicing engine oil not replace but they tel me it is compulsory and they not do my bike servicing. I ask in another servicing center they tell me engine oil not replace. Than why they don't do my bike servicing.

    I visited hero service center at rama road new delhi on dated 02.09.2018 and found that continues water dripping was going on inside the workshop as well as customer waiting hall. Which could lead to any mishappening like short circuiting or get shocked to any tecnician as well as customer.
    When i asked about such water dripping, they said that already noticed to higher authorities but not action yet.
    Kindly attend the such type of incident for betterment of workers and customers.

      I claimed a insurance about 3 months ago showroom said to me it will be refunded in 10 days whenever i ask about tha refund it always told come on that day come with passbook i am sick of the service not even the servicing it satisfactory for the parts of my bike i am still running to showroom but no one cares in showroom. I am not happy with the behavior and service of the hero showroom very bad experience it is.

          I purchased my bike on 2 jan, 2018. Since then 3 services have been made on proper time.
          But i had mileage issue right from the date of purchase. During each service, i make the dealer aware about the problem i am facing. This time i was told that you will not face this problem as we have checked the carbuettor properly.
          But the situation is the same again. There is no minor improvement in the mileage.
          I can't imagine that such low level of mileage will be given by splendor. Also, such poor customer service is given by hero which is intolerable.
          I request you to please take an immediate action against this.

            With above reference last june 2018 purchase a scooty named kusham lata but till date not receive any rc book & vehicle registration number and showroom incharge not give any responce.in this regarding.               Bought this splendor+ two months ago from globe honda - meerut road, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh with company fitted ceat tyres. And both front & rear tyres have got cracked from sides - visible crack marks on left sides of both the tyres. Reported it to the dealer on 2nd service instead of taking responsibility they simply cut corners and sent us to ceat dealers, (Krishna tyres - ceat franchisee, near bhatiya mod - ghaziabad, uttar pradesh) where they are charging me around 1200/- + taxes for replacing the tyres. R u trying to sell me tyres for a new motorcycle??
              Why should i bloody pay for your bloody carelessness. And ceat dealer is showing attitude. 2month old motorcycle tyres building cracks!!! And i should pay for that! Bloody hell cheaters.
              What kind of service & product are you offering hero/ceat??

                I purchased bike on dated 20.01.2018 though your dealers sehgal heromotors ajroda chowk faridabad, bike regd. No.-hr87a5037, splendor (Self - drum-cast) the bike has not been satisfactory because bike average (29 per km) and bike reserve petrol problem, which is not acceptable at all kindly replace the bike. I don't want defective bike. It is responsibility of dealer to check the bike before selling.

                If bike is not replaced please suggest me what will we do.

                  i m facing lot of problems in a bike{Maestro edge}but the dealership denied to solve the problem...they always took my bike to serive centre but the problem is still on and on... literally 6 or 7 times i left my bike in service centre but they didn't response me properly... Problem is from the 1st month now it has been 4 months they r not solving the problem nor replacing the bike...i tried to call hero motocorp customer care numbers but they are jus saying u ll get call from our seniours bt 15 day ago i didnt get any call from Hero Motocorp...

After 4 services my bike average is lower then 25km per liter. Self is bike not supported well. I am requested you please recall my bike now.

                          I have given my pleasure for service at Shree Bali auto service on 9/09/2018. My scooter under free. As day and killometer my scooter in 4th free service but they did use my 5th service. I try too get reason for this but they sad that after purchase of vehicle it is necessary to get service in every 100 day. They collect my fifth service before 70 day as day rule service . I try to contact to Hero service manager (mobile no is [protected]). He always ignore to properly answers. i also try contact with hero customer care but they also not give any answer just carry one person to other executive.

                          the service center peerson behaver is very rude and un proffestional

                            I s ravi from vizag i gave my bike for servicing and got the some of 5075 rupees bill when i gave my card for payment the cashier said that additional charges 1.5% will be chargeable for card payment. Now days a small vendors are using payment by online bt it is very sad to here that the additional charges charged by a reputed company like hero.

                              I am here in k d motors bhuj on 10/09/2018;for my first free service i was given expected delivery time of 1:30 i reached here 1:45 the executive on cash counter didn't turned up till 3:00 pm even though lunch time was up to 2:30 no response from management my complete 1 hour wasted till waiting for executive unusual behaviour from reputed company like hero

                                Very bad experience to hero bike company. Hero tyre quality is very very bad and i am running my bike city area then why puncture is every 10 to 15 days.

                                I am buying my hf delux bike march 2016 but till date 16 -18 times puncture in my bike, all auto person said me your tyre is bad (Do replace), so please my bike tyre replace... Till date my bike running 25000 km. So please replace my tyre. Bike is under warranty.

                                Bike ka koi part change karane mai 2 se 3 ghante lagtey hai bike ka koi bhi part for example indicater so plz iss ko thoda maintain kare

                                  I sanjay singh purchased hero splendor i smart bike from hari om auto, kasimabad, ghazipur on 8/8/17 after two month its engine sound started to occur after every regular servicing. I made complaint for engine implement noise they replied it's a manufacturing fault it will persist for ever and there is no solution of engine noise. What shall i do suggest me.                                     I have a maestro edge which had accident last year so some parts need to changed. For i had claimed insurance and full amount was paid to dealer last year during servicing of vehical still some parts are not installed in the vehical since the year. Every i go to dealer they say pats are not available. Workers have neglected my issue every time i have asked for the parts. Full amount is paid for the parts stil they delaying the works. This causes problems to me. I must say there no work ethic about how a customer should be treated. Because since its been a year still they such a negligence to work

But stil some spare parts of vehical are not installed. Very time igo to service center parts are not available, this reason is always given to me. Its been a year and not a single part available in the whole city. And there is negligence of workers about this situation. Amount of all the parts is last year still there is no action about the parts.

                                        There r many problem in my new bike.
                                        Also this is assembled bike from distributer. Bike made of parts of other bikes. It is not good. Engine is bad and all other functions r not working properly. If company not replace the bike than after i go to consumer forum for this. Bike number gj 01 nx 9067 passion pro.
                                        I paid for new bike not for second or assembled bike
