I have a maestro edge which had accident last year so some parts need to changed. For i had claimed insurance and full amount was paid to dealer last year during servicing of vehical still some parts are not installed in the vehical since the year. Every i go to dealer they say pats are not available. Workers have neglected my issue every time i have asked for the parts. Full amount is paid for the parts stil they delaying the works. This causes problems to me. I must say there no work ethic about how a customer should be treated. Because since its been a year still they such a negligence to work

I have maestro edge which had accident last year, then i have claimed insurance and it was sanctioned and amount was passed. But stil some spare parts of vehical are not installed. Very time igo to service center parts are not available, this reason is always given to me. Its been a year and not a single part available in the whole city. And there is negligence of workers about this situation. Amount of all the parts is last year still there is no action about the parts.

There r many problem in my new bike.
Also this is assembled bike from distributer. Bike made of parts of other bikes. It is not good. Engine is bad and all other functions r not working properly. If company not replace the bike than after i go to consumer forum for this. Bike number gj 01 nx 9067 passion pro.
I paid for new bike not for second or assembled bike

I own a scooty duet that i purchased 2 yrs back.. I have submitted my vehicle multiple times in the service centre. But my problems always remain unsolved or they again arise after a week. Really fed up with the response i have got from my purchase. Its really inconvinient and sometimes it becomes really troublesome to carry the vehicle in every ten days for one or other problem.
Sometimes there is a mileage issue or sometimes it has a backfire issue.
Recently it has given the mileage 25kmpl.
I have paid thrice for change in parts but the problems are the same.
Feeling like selling off my scooty as if it was a big mistake.

Dear sir,
Today(8.9.2018)my bike servicing done at harsha motors, vizag. I paid 443/- for engine oil replacement and others. After deliver my bike, while I drive after 5km found a sound, I observe engine oil cleared but not replaced and also engine upside not close with cap. I suffering very trouble of this.
Note: I don't observe this, a big accident done like blast, engine struck .

I have purchased a hero splender plus bike from shyam motors khargapur gomtinagar lucknow-226010 on 13th august 2018. Rto has send me text massage for registration number of bike up32jz3064 on 10th aug 2018 but dealer could not be able to provide me registration certificate for the above vehicle. Even he is not taking my call when i make him a call to take the follow-up for the same.
Please check and fix the issue.

I purchased splandor ismart 110 on 06 jan 2017. Before 12 to 13 month i raised complaint about engine noise and your team took my complaint on priority and resolve my problem but from last 3 months the engine noise started again and this noise incresing and getting terrible day by day. My byk is only 19 months old but its sounds like 5 years old byk. This is very disappointed for a customer please resolve my problem on asap basic.

I purchased hero glamour (Mh13cy6204) from solapur, maharashtra in jan 2018. I have serviced my bike 5 times i have complained about my bike much time but service worker not resolve my issues.
My bike generate sound (Engine wall noise) i was told in every servicing about this sound but they not resolve my problem.
Before somedays suddenly in my bike wire short problem occur. I have submit bike in service center of 28/08/2018 but till date my bike problem not be resolve and not handover me.
If my problem not be resolve within 2-3 days then i'll file a complain about hero motocorp in consumer court.

Hi i would like to infrom you thatvi have purchased hero splander plus bike in the month of december 2017. While i have start ride i absorbed that the handle of the bike is band. Same i have inform to the showroom staff. As per him that is normal. He showed me another bike which have same issue. This is said by the service centre supervisor of the same showroom. And today i came for my 4th sarvice for my bike the other service staff said that the bike handle is band and you have to pay rs.700 for realine the same. Request you to please advise.

I have purchase a passion pro i. Smart on sept 2017 @ sanvordem goa mahesh motors authorised dealer. I have done my all 5 free service but problems which i told from the beginning it wont solved. I visited many times in workshop they are doing some work & giving back but problem wont solved. My major issue was pickup problem, starting problem once vehicle parked more then 2 hours, vehicle jerking on 60 speed & vehicle wobbling from front. They have also replaced the clutch plate assy after 1st free service still problem persisted. I m really fade up of this vehicle & service provided by the workshops & im damn sure they have sold me faulty bike as the whole vehicle starts rusting. Try to resolve the issue or else i want replacement of the bike..

Final the bike passion xpro rs 61260/-, in kalsi moto (Showroom of hero motocorp) with exchange the tvs sport es 2012 model at rs 12000/-. I pay cash rs 19700/- + 12000/- (Exchange bike) total= 31700/- and balance for loan rs 29560 /-. But my loan passed rs. 35410/- & its emi rs 3280/- for 12 months

This according total paid price of this bike will be 71060/-. My loan acount no is 59985329. (Proccesed by mr. Raman) on 12-aug-2018) hdfc counter in kalsi motor, gt road, ludhiana cheats many customers on behalf of short knowledge of loan & price of vehicle. I also include in this list of customers.

Informed the condition nearby hero dealer(Guru Associates, Kunnamkulam, Contact No: [protected], [protected]). They are asking me to drop the vehicle at their sation in any pick up vehicles. As we (I & my wife) both are working it is very difficuilt to drop the vehicle by taking leave from the office. Hero motors don't have any pick up service/ or they won't attend such compliants on the spot. If it is the situation I wish to discontinue the services from hero and planning to sell off my vehicle.
