Meri byke bs6 passion pro new moddal hai mai byke ko purchaging ke baad se hamesa hi chalti gadi me band hone ki problem pure 1.8 years ke baad tak byke ki problem solve nahi ho paa rahi hai
yaha ke kisi bhi mistri ko problem solve karne ka tarika hi nahi malum hai ake bar bana dege phir two days after same problem

so mai hero ki byke purchase karke pasta raha hu
or bhi kai bar complain kiya but koi action...

I war given a appointment at Hero Service today (11/05/2022) at 3.00 pm but I was not provided service till 4.30 pm.
There was a rain at 3.30 pm and the whole area was flodded which they were unable to pump out the water with a defective pump.

This authorised service centre is cheating with hero customers .. when i did my first service of my Xpulse 4v they used normal oil even after i said for fully synthetic oil ... And other service centres say that xpulse only suitable for synthetic xotic oil .. i ride whole 3000 kms on that cheap oil it could affect my engine and my experience with hero .. i request hero to deauthorised this service centre...

I am from jamshepur. I gave my scooty for servicing dated on 07/05/2022.my vehicle no is JH05CM1658. Their staff has really really bad behaviour. They always make fake and fancy bills of customers without giving any information or without permission.
I gave them just for the servicing that amount is 388 .and lastly I had to pay 850 after argument. That bills are really made intensely.

I purchased my bike in December, after second service my bike broke down on April 14th and took that to nearest service station Volker motors, Kannur using RSA pick up facility. Until now I did' not get any positive reply from their side, they are just saying gearshaft complaint and they are ordered for the part. Until now they can't even rectify the issue. It's been only 3-4 months...

I went today for service of my bike, they check my bike before servicing and said that chainset of your bike is not ok, and we have to change it.
I said ok but i changed my bike's chainset in last to last service so how its not working properly.
Then they said we will check.
After checking they said no sir we don't have any recod or replacing chainset
