    My hero Maestro Edge 125 cc scoty is having high engine oil consumption and the service centre at Bhubaneswar Rohan Autoriders checked throughly and told to replace with a new piston as it is in warranty period.For that my job card has been prepared on 14 may 2022 at the service centre but till now the job is in pending state.Kidly do the needful as the manager at the service centre neither picking up the phone or nor giving any information regarding this otherwise consumer court will be my last option to resolve the issue.

        WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HERO BIKE

        I bought Hero xtreme 200R on 30th May 2019 in prudhvi hero Pvt Ltd, Tirupati, Chittoor (D) they sold me an engine defected vehicle, from the date of purchase, I have contacted dealer more than 30times, but there's no response.
        If I give the bike for service they just charge money for service without doing any thing, they just change engine oil and wash with polish, they not even drive and test the vehicle, Even I have raised the issue in hero help desk, but, the dealers are forced me to close the complaint. I can't wait further, I need bike replacement or money back with compensation, please take it as high priority.

          I own a two wheeler from Hero MotoCorp. pfa below
          Xpulse 200 ( KA 05 LA 6319 )

          It’s been year and a half I’ve been using the vechile and the I’ve had issues with the bike and service center ( Sai motors Banshankri ) here in BANGALORE.

          I’ve been asking the showroom people to sort out the issue. But they never came up with quality service and the TSM Prashanth, Service Manager Manjunath, and most of the employees here including security staff they don’t even know how to communicate with customers and they keep on ignoring With the complaint I come up with the bike.

          Since the beginning I’ve been facing a lot of issues and none of them are taking it serious. I’ve been asking for replacement of the bike . Even now if this is been ignored

          I would’nt mind taking this case forward and file a complaint in consumer court

              I would like to inform that i purchased my hero xpulse 200 in name of Mayank Beria from BHUYAN HERO, WEST JAMUNA ROAD, SIVSAGAR, ASSAM, 785640 ON 15-3-21
              I did my 1st servicing on 23-4-21 and for some health regarding issue i couldnt complete my 2nd servicing and did the next servicing on 25-12-21
              and the next servicing on 2-4-22 and the next servicing on 18-4-22( service centre charged me 800 bucks as they told me i couldnt avail free service anymore)
              on 16th april 2022 my monoshockabsorber started malfunctioning and got bad. service centre informed me to change the monoshock absorber and told me that it would cost extra 6-7k. kindly look into this matter as it has been hardly an year since the purchase of my vehicle and i cant afford to buy this part for extra 6-7k. i would be more than happy if it got replaced under warrantee.
              As the service centre told me to place a order for this part i placed that order on 18-4-22 and its been more than a month, yet the part hasnot arrived the service centre. kindly look into this matter

                I purchase Hero Glamour 125cc BS6 bike DL5SCP 9335 in jan 2021. But iam very unsatisfied with its features and quality. Two days ago my bike suddenly get heated and fuel motor pump inbuilt in fuel tank. God jammed. i was unable to start with self or kick start. Still my bike submitted in jhilmil hero himgiri service shop, but staff saying 10 or 15 days me solve hoga may be iss problem ka. . what to do now. hero motocoro should take some positive action for solve my bike issues.

                  Dear Team,
                  I purchased a Hero Passion Pro Bike from - Super Motors, Hero MotoCorp, Karbala Ramgarhmode, Jaipur, on 18th February 2022. It has not even been a complete 3 months,
                  and the bike has stopped mid journey, more than 4 times. The bike just stops in the middle and this problem is highly serious as this is a new bike. I should not be having
                  this experience after just 3 months. I also reached out to Super Motors, Jaipur, where I puchased from, and even after them checking, the same probelem keeps showing again.
                  As a customer this is really a bad experience, and I want a resolution as soon as possible. Please revert back to this mail as we had really high hopes from this bike and
                  we do not want to regret this purchase. I live in Amer, Jaipur 302028. Looking forward to a solution.

                      I make payment every month via gpay because bank was not able to activate EMI because of signature issue.

                      wherein these people calls me every month and take payment . Today caller called Nikita she was abusing me on the call and she was so rude and spoke like slum person. and she made a statement that covid time i did not make payment, till last month my payment is up to date.

                                  My name is Hitesh Bhavsar. And I Owned Hero Xpulse 200 FI 2V - BS6. It's VIN # MBLLDL058LGK02689. (Reg. GJ01VG1568)

                                  I want to Air filter for it and that's why yesterday i visited Karnavati bikes, Ahmedabad for it but they he'd not any stock for same. ( I changed Chain Set and Spark Plug at Karnavati bikes.) Today I visited Rajdeep Hero, CTM, Ahmedabad. There are same story. No any stock available for Air Filter.

                                  Then I go to the Keshav Motors, Nikol, Ahmedabad for the Same. Luckily I found Air filter there. I ask for Change it but due to around 15:50 hrs so They deny for it. Then I decided to purchase it.

                                  When I went to cash counter they ask me for extra money than MRP. which printed on the that part cover. (On Air filter's Cover) and they prepared tax Invoice of INR 215/- (MRP is INR 160 printed on cover)

                                  I can you give me a valid reason for the Same.

                                  Is Authorised service center/ Dealers have any authority to charge more price to Customer???

                                  If the part rate are changing due to any reasons in catalogue, but if they have a old stock with old price then they have any right to sale old MRP stock with a New Price???

                                  I wish your strong action against the dealer and the same with Written Response in Email from your side.

                                        I Madhuri Rupen Bukane bought her Hero Maestro Edge scooter on 14th April 2022 and I am not getting its service and parts.
                                        The showroom owner is not answering properly. If the scooter kids bother me or anything else, I will blame the Hero company because it is often said that there is nothing there without taking the scooter and I don't get the correct answer. Giving engine number, not getting service, these changes, you should talk to Jitendra showroom and get my scooter fixed. It begs you
