On 28th August 2018 i received i call from [protected] number and girl who called me said your resume has been shortlisted in our company.
Next day on 29th august i got a message on number is that "dear candidate your telephonic round will be held on today between 10:30 am to 3:30 pm so prepare for telephonic interview.
regards:SHILPY PRASAD (HERO MOTOCORP LIMITED)"
and at 12:32 pm i received a call and she said hello i am Shilpy prasad calling from hero motocorp limited this call regarding to your telephonic interview so are you ready for that. i said yes and she asked me some question and gave answer of her question.
then she said we will tell you later about your result.
on 31st August 2018 i again received a call from other number which is [protected] and she said hello my name is (don't remember) and i am calling from HR department of HERO MOTOCORP LIMITED. yesterday your telephonic interview was held and let me tell you, you got selected in our company in Production department all that.
i said mam can you please send me all these information on my email id.
she sent me details. detail was completely fake.
this is their email id [protected]@heromotorecruitment.com

    I purchase hf deluxe bike in january 2018 at hero show room, yellamaguttanizamabad, telangana, black smoke come from silencer but no proper work at service centre and i3s technology is also not working properly, please give proper instructions to service the bike

    This is to inform you that i have service in bhagwan motors, delhi road saharanpur-247001. I am not satisfied for services regarding:-

    1. Compressior not working.

    2. Service provider is not punctal about services.

    This matter are taught to manager, supervisior but there is not positive response. I attached the video of this matter.

      I have given a pleasure for service on 22-aug-2018 at sai ram automobiles tuni.. When i gave the bike at that time, my bike battery was working fine... And i ask him to change the engine oil and to check front lights... When i was returned he gave me the bill of 1700/- and changed the brakes without my permission which are working fine before. He has to ask me before changing anything and inform me these are not working.. Without any intimation they had changed everything...

      After that when i returned to home the bike suddenly stopped on mid way and self start not worked. So, i started the scooty with the help of 2 to 3 kicks

      Next day again i went to the service center and ask them to check the bike and they replied that the battery has burnt. I think they had replaced my battery because which was worked fine before the service..

      Please take strict action against them for charging extra money for unwanted things and for their poor service..

        Dear sir/mam,

        I bought my hero hf deluxe bike on dated: 24/08/2017 from dv hero service hoshiarpur punjab. And bike is running only 5000 km in one year. I have just availed service in dv hero bike service. They took 2 - 4 hours to get the service done.in fact they are doing nothing but washing.
        Its rpm meter is not working, when turn the bike on right side its accelerator raised automatically, also over all bike performance is not good. And before a last service bike engine stop automatically in between road side. Issue in key lock & unlock from day one.

        As i have been a hero user for the last 15 years. This is the first time when i have lost my faith. Now i finally realised why honda is on top...

        Hero authorise service centre not proper response he is always false taking bike part related information me new purchase passion xpro new model 2018. This bike back side tyre guard not arrange show room. 2 month rounding to rounding.
        I not satisfied hero service. Honda service is best

          As job card no is[protected]rjc[protected] is pending from last ten days. We get repeated answer about providing motorcycle that it will be provided in two or three days. Such answer we are getting from last ten days. How one will provide motorcycle for servicing to company showroom..

          After regular servicing it was inform that the is issue of white smoke and to submit motorcycle for 2 days. Motorcycle was submitted on 19/8/18 and still we are moving to service center to receive the cycle but neither getting the motorcycle nor getting the correct answer.

          Kindly suggest how a customer believe on the word of service center and will satisfied with service.

            never seen that type of worst services, not recommended to buy hero bikes. after sales they are very much poor.
            I own a hero maestro edge 2017 model which has completed 12354kms and I have a fifth service free n the employees say that I have to pay for the service as I have miss the days n Kms is remaining n the employees r not cooperating and they say it's a online process we can't help in it
            N the staff is bad

              1inferior quality of part. Which are easily broken.
              2. No much attention paid your company which fixing internal parts. It sounds while riding. May be less strong.

                Sir,
                This is for your kind information that i purchased a hero passion xpro 2018 model from unique motors madhepura on 13.07.2018, on the very first date i faced some issue from the bike, the bike's engine off when bike cross the speed of 40 km/h, and the same has been told the technical person of your service centre but issue remain sustain with the bike and the seat made sound when bikes go through pot holes. Now on the way to kishanganj, bike's engine suddenly off and not started, i have given the bike to the maharishi motor, jokihat, araria, here the technical person told me that the valve as well as spark plug bend due to the mistake during servicing by the service worker. Original parts of passion xpro 2018 model are not available at maharishi motors, jokihat. Maharishi hero motors service centre was unable to sort out the above issue.

                From the above said issue i did not resume my service at kishanganj. I have ladge a complaint against the faulty product to the nodal officer patna bihar, on 28.08.2018, i am still busy in repairing of the bike, the engine is open thrice in a month, how can i trust the product now, every body are questioning about the bike, is this the reputation of heromotocorp. This is a faulty product given to me by your reputed agency, the crome of the instrument cluster is also damage, and the same has been told by service personnel of the agency of kishanganj, how many times i have to visit service centre for this faulty product. Company should initiate steps in respect of change this bike immediately. I got lot of issues from the first day with the bike and fed up with repairing of whole part of the vehicle.

                  I purchase splender + bike (date -16/07/2018).in earlier days bike is moving good ..But after 5-6 day bike star shut down when I go to purchasing company (name -charisma goldwheels, plot no.7, industrial area, phase -1, Chandigarh) the machanic set the bike and give to my by saying that the bike tuning is not set we set these.But these happen again and again up till now I want there in purchasing company 7 to 8 time but no solution .its about 1 month and 12 day from by purchasing day and the bike shut down 7-8 time and I want there 7-8 time .I am not so free .so please solve my problem

                    Hello sir/ma’am
                    Myself mohanlal gurnani has given my bike (Karizma r - mh49x3239) at sohan autobikes washim for basic servicing and rear wheel related spare parts. According to the staff at service centre they haven’t touched my bike on 6th aug. They handed me the bike on 7th aug at 7:30pm when service centre closes. But at that time the bike was mis-firing. On being asked for the reason the mechanic told to visit next day to change spark plug and they provided me the bill with fake name and they gave me lame reasons ‘sir bike ki details humare record me nahi thi aur ab bill ban gaya ab change nahi kar sakte’. Next day on 8th aug i gave my bike for spark plug change. I waited for 4 hours and in that time they opened my whole bike 3 times. After they were telling me that there is problem in carburettor. I asked them why this happened after service then the mechanic started me giving lame reasons and he removed the choke piston and a spring from carburettor and told me ‘iske bina gadi chalao achi chalegi’. I knew there is some sort of problem so i denied to pay for the bill with fake name. And i lodged an online complaint no:[protected]. Since then my bike is on service centre and no action is taken. Whenever i visit there they are ready with reason ‘sir nahi hai kal aao. Mechanic nahi aaya kal aao. Lunch time hai kal aao’. No action is taken yet. Sir please help me with this issue as its been 22 days for my bike being there and they are forcing me to buy new carburettor but there was no problem in it. My bike was doing totally fine.

                        I am already a customer of hero. We are already having one super splendor bike. We have bought a new super splendour bike on january 31 for me.. My brother also wanted the same bike.. So we have got a quotation 11.06.2018 from krishna motors dealer, avinashi.
                        We have told we will take our vehicle on[protected] ten days before itself.
                        Eventhough we have paid all amount on 21.08.2018.. They were delivering the bike without bumper.. I asked the saleperson to give the bumper or else give my amount back.. Then on the same day evening they told the vehicle is ready with bumper..
                        Now i am finding that no ladies handle was given.. I am asking why your dealer is like this... I am attaching the photos for your reference.. Kindly arrange for my promised extra fittings.

                          Yesterday we went to hero motor corp agency i. E. Duggal automobiles gurdaspur (Punjab) for service of our pleasure scooty. They kept our scooty in agency and asked us to take back next day.
                          When we gave our scooty for service at that time it's battery was working properly, self start, indicators all were working. But when they returned our scooty today, it's battery wasn't working. Self start was not working so we started scooty with the help of kick.

                          I think they had replaced or misplaced our battery.
                          Please take some action against them.

                            I have purhased hero passion pro bike on 24/8/2018.. It has engine problem.. Just completed 30 km.. It stops in between on roads.. We had a wrost experience... It's not starting...
                            I have purchased hero passion pro bike from bhagat motors k. R puram bangalore..
                            Even they tried of reparing it.. But couldn't overcome it...

                              I have purchased Hero maestro edge from Rahul Motors Varkala on 24/05/2017, when consulted for my free vehicle service,
                              Mr.Arun (Manager) issued me a written notice mentioning that the free can not be done before 460 days. I would like to state
                              that on 2/1/2018 after my free service my vehicle was not in good condition, so i had to again approach them on 21/02/2018
                              for reservice during that service. I was informed that the vehicle should be presented for service once completion of 12500 kms.
                              Now that i have done the same, I have been issued notice mentioning the above matter.Kindly look into the matter and
                              do the needful.

                                I am a. Vetrivel from karur district of tamil nadu. I have a one bike (Hero igniter-tn.47 ad.8687). The dated on 21 june 2018, i have handover bike to vkg hero showroom for bike service. After, i have received bike dated on 24 june 2018. The sum of amount five thousand and three hundred paid to service charges.
                                The vkg hero showroom does not service like properly. The same issues did not solve at present. I have gone to vkg hero showroom again to inquiry of the problem but they are not reasonable answer. The damaged my bike parts due to service in vkg showroom.
                                The bike oil piston totally damaged by vkg hero showroom. So kindly solve the all issue without amount. The reason of doe’s not proper serviced by vkg hero showroom. I am waiting for your earliest answer.

Date[protected] ko bikr chalate time mere engine ka head fat gaya or us se mobil bahar aane laga or bike band ho gae. Es karan mere sath bahut bada accident bhi ho sakta tha.
                                  Date[protected] ko mai buxar hero ma le gaya or mai bola mere sath aisa hua mere bike ka engine change kar dijiye ya bike ko change kr dijiya to wo bole ki ni kuch nahi change hoga jo upar ka head cap fata h wahi change hoga. Par sir aisa nahi hona chahiye agar future ma bhi us engine se aise hi koe bada accident ho jaya or kuch ho jaye to uski jimmedari kiski hogi.
                                  Dear sir aap se anurodh hain ki engine ya mere bike ko replace kar diya jaye taki mere sath future ma aisa koe accident na ho.

                                    Yesterday i went for 5th free service to venad automobiles vendermukku at kollam, kerala for my glamour two wheeler. They made the invoice at 1610 hrs. They told everything is ok. After delivery i just travelled about 300 meters and i found that the indicators are not working. I came again the same moment told about the complaint, they have done something and told its ok. Again i travelled for few meter and found that the indicators are not working. I came back and handed over to them. Finally they handed overto me my bike at1730 hrs and told me that the problem could not be rectified because the indicator switch is having some complaint and it is out of stock.

                                      NO RESPONSE FROM HERO MOTOCORP LTD & DEALER - MOKHA AUTORIDERS & SUB DEALER - GAVANKAR MOTORS, PUNE

                                      WAITING FOR CALL FROM YOUR SIDE, VERY PATHETIC & BAD SERVICE RECEIVED FROM HERO MOTOCORP--

                                      I had purchased Hero Duet ( MH 12 PV 2502 ) from your Kharadi branch, pune ( GAVANKAR MOTORS, KHARADI ) in October 2017, I am trying to call Sujoy Gavankar and his service center phone no last 55 days, but both numbers are not reachable & switched off and Kharadi - Gavankar Hero showroom and service center both are closed from long time, I waiting for my Duet due service, pls call me back and send your Hero new showroom & service center address. I am regularly going to your Service center but no one is there to guide me last one and half months.
                                      NOTE : If any issue and problem comes in my Hero Duet ( MH 12 PV 2502 ), due to not servicing, I Richa Shukla will not responsible for any problem & issue, you (DEALER - MOKHA AUTORIDERS & SUB DEALER - GAVANKAR MOTORS, PUNE& Hero MotoCorp Ltd, will responsible for any type of issue & problem in my Hero Duet ( MH 12 PV 2502 ),

                                      I LRADY SPOKE WITH HERO COP CUSTOMER PAERSON (HIMNASHU - DATE[protected] BUT NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE
                                      Pls solve my problem where I have to go for servicing of Hero Duet ( MH 12 PV 2502 ), 3rd servicing due date is over, so, this is your responsibility to arrange 3rd free servicing of ( MH 12 PV 2502 ).

                                        This is to bring to your notice that in the year of 2016, i had purchased one maestro scooter from your baruipur showroom. When i visited your showroom your sales representative insisted me to buy maestro scooter saying this has been launched recently & service is very good than the existing hero all models prevailing. They were very very humble & convinced me to buy that vehicle.

                                        All is going on smoothly but after three months there after the vehicle started showing problems, sometimes there was repeated problem in starting the scooter, i personally visited to your show room on numerous times & get the service done but problem has not yet been resolved fully. Your entire service team were very helpful & whenever break down call given they rushed to my residence & took back the vehicle. Every time i have been told by them that problem is solved & it will never happen. I met your entire team who got the service of my vehicle done like tarun da, sanjay, kaushik, mustafa, baloram, each & every technician, they have done technical analysis on my vehicle but none of them have been able to erase out the issue to put an end to this problem,

                                        On last sunday, i personally carried the vehicle to your showroom personally & got the service done, that time too vehicle was running perfectly but some issues was not resolved which i noticed after taking delivery such as speed meter light was not working, & break of the vehicle was not perfect, i thought when i will visit the next time i will intimate them to rectify the same.

                                        Today morning when i decided to take the scooter with my daughter for her tuition, to my utter surprises i have found that again that starting problem started, even kicking the scooter i could not start, my entire schedule went in vain. I logged the call with your breakdown department & they said they will visit my premises in around 5-6 pm today to take my vehicle.

                                        Now my family members say that they have given you old scooter otherwise why within two years so much of problems will be coming. I also presume that there is some manufacturing defect on the vehicle as nobody is being able to erase the problem permanently. If you go through the data base, you will find each & every details of service & break down.

                                        This has become nightmare keeping the vehicle as we do not know when it will start & when it will not….

                                        Under the circumstances above, i would request you to please do the needful & let me know whether this can be replaced with some alternate mode of taking back new scooter, the difference of amount can be paid by me instantly.
                                        Hero MotoCorp customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have purchased a splendor+ bike and completed 1 year. Now my bike left guard, engine and another steel are very very bad and damage like the second-hand bike. Please check the following Photos. Please do not purchase any hero bike. it is a very very poor bike.
