And getting service there, I have get service 3 times from purchasing, I have finding some major issues like average and startup problem but no one looking my problems that's why I complained you, I disagree your service person and service.           I purchased a new hero maestro edge scooty on 22.07.2018. Within weeks there is problem of engine oil leakage and engine sound. I didn't get registration number yet and my new scooty is at service center at anand vihar new delhi from 4-5 days.
          As i was delivered a defective scooty without proper checking i request you to please provide me a new maestro edge scooty as i don't want any problem again. Also as scooty is not with me i am facing problem in going to office.
          Please resolve this matter at earliest.

            Hello sir,

            I own hero hero splendor ismart purchased in may 2016. From the starting, i am making done the bike service done by my nearby authorised service dealer named – jagdev motors. Yesterday (7 august 2018) i faced a different problem in the service centre which i am sure not faced by anyone. I give my bike for service to the same nearby dealer and my bike got registered first as for service in the morning and at that time i also applied for joy ride card. They gave me the time of 1 pm which up to service will be done but i went to them at around 3:15 pm. And here was the surprise, when i reached the service centre, the bike was not yet serviced and the most surprising thing was that before going for picking up the bike, i even call the service centre and they have assured me that your bike is ready (After confirming from someone) for the pickup. This was the horrible experience for me as i have wasted my un-paid holiday at the office, my energy and even the petrol. Before writing to you also, i have written several complaints on the hero app regarding the billing purpose as from last 3 services, i am not getting the bill after the servicing and the excuse was always the same of that printer is not working, please take the bill at the evening (Means i have to again come to the service centre just for the picking up the bill). I purchased the bike from your company just because of my uncle as he already has two hero bike and his experience with you was very good for a long period of time.
            Now i have no time to make the bike service done in this whole month. No one can expect this from an international company like hero motocorp.

              Dear sir/mam
              I bought my mystro edge on 06th july 2018. I have just availed 1nd free service on the 24 june in matoriya hero workshop located in jaipur road, sikar. Rajasthan. They took nearly 6hours to get the service done.in fact they are doing nothing but washing and oil changing. They have not even done greasing and i compaint about engine vibration or stearing problem with front side of scooty irritable sound problem. And i told about all the probems of scooty. And when it was handed over to me that i told once again about probems but the service machanics ignore me. This is the service matoria hero showroom had provided me. After that the condition has worsen. Still i'm suffering from this irritating situation and this situations are give me depression. And now i am facing lots of problems :
              1. The engine is sounding extra and its vibrating
              2. The scooty running hardly compare to other brand scooty.
              3. I'm suffering from the stearing balance problem and irritable sound of front body sound and.
              As i have been a first time hero user. This is the first time when i have lost my faith. Now i finally realised why honda is on top. As a dissatisfied customer, what to do now.. Whom to call...

                I had purchased a hero pleasure scooty from kukreja automobiles, munirka on 26.06.2018. On 05.07.2018, got the massage regarding registration number (Dl12sm1531) after that i made call to the kukreja automobiles and they told me that they will call in 4-5 days for fixing of number plate. After that i have visited 2 times kukreja automobiles and also called 3-4 times but always they said that it will be fix tomorrow or we confirm in 5 minutes.

                Sir, i wants just to say that kukreja automobiles called me many times for remind me about the servicing but whenever i ask them about number plate they did'nt answer and just ignore the matter.

                Sir i know, hero motocorp is most respected firm and have much concern about their customer but the behavior of your salesman was not satisfactory. Whenever you had already charged me the cost of the number plate than its your responsibility to fix it in shortest possible time. After this i have not pursue the matter.

                Now i wants to know respectfully, to look into the matter and direct them or inform me whether i should fix it from outside. An early reply will highly solicited

                  I am the owner of hero pleasure vehicle (Ts 08 fd1974), i have purchase bike in dec-2017, since the first day starter is not working till now for every service they changed the plug and recharged the battery and added that bill to me.
                  After the service of next day starter won't work. Service showroom in habsiguda hyderabad.

                  Worst service why there will be problem with starter from 1st day onwards.

                      Purchased new vehicle super splendor at mohana motors chennai on 10.07.2018. Delivered vehicle with damaged key with out inspection. I found the key was damaged and inform to mohana motors. But till date no response from the mohana motors. (Vehicle no : tn22 dl-4663) kindly arrange and solve the issue as earliest. This is leads to affect the integrity of the company.

                        It is sorry to inform you that the hero authorised service center avik motors (Asansol) has very poor in service. They make bill 2000/- with out giving any estimate against my mastro (Reg no-wb-38ak8184). Again they deny to give warranty of my scooter's battery. My scooter is still now under warranty.

                        Hope sir, you will take an action about the problem as soon as possible.

                          I have purchased a hero maestro edge (Kl-09-an-8261) from gayathry motors, palakkad (Kerala) on 01/01/2018. After one week of the product delivery, it has complaint while starting. I have complained to the dealer about the problem.
                          They asked me to handover the vehicle for checking and returned it within one hour time. But the problem remains the same.
                          * for the second time, the same problem persist and i handover my vehicle for more than 4-5 days at the same dealer.in total, i have given the vehicle 5 times for same complaint at dealer ship, but still i am facing the same compliant. I am unable to use the vehicle at present.
                          This mail is for your reference, i want you to take over the action very soon and revert me to rectify my complaint for the good relation o[censored]s.

                            I had bought a hero splender ismart on aug 30 2017 from mega motors aluva. Before the 1st service itself the bike keeps showing issue on mileage as well as some kind of missing problems while riding the bike. I had visited service centre several times for overcomming this issue but still the problem has not yet solved by them till now. They keep on telling that carbarater was complaint or plug was complaint and charges money for it. But after all doing this much service by them the mileage problem of the bike is not still over. For 1 liter petrol the bike keeps running properly only for upto 20km approx. Actually according to the company the mileage shown was 60-70 km/l but i am only getting upto 20km/l i was tottaly fructauted by the bike and the service. I keeps visiting service centre regularly but no good response was done from their part. If this is the situation how could the customers be able to by a product confidently from hero motors. If the hero company can't solve my bike's complaint then kindly provide me with refund or replacement for the same. I trust that the hero company will surely check over my complaint and do the needful.

                              I, m n ramesh purchased a new hero pleasure scooter in chennai dealer, m/s anjaneya motors, palavanthangal, chennai on 14.02.18. Till from the date of purchase, there are some problems, such as pickup failure, fork shake even after two services are done. Frequently, nearly about 5 times i have taken the vehicle to your dealer and represented the same and he is doing some thing. But the problem is not sorted out and every thing is put in wain.                                 About couples of weeks ago i met an accident and engine oil tank (Engine chassis of maestro edge) was broken. I want to repaire but dealer said the parts is not available in company. I claim insurance to repair but delayed. So i request you to send me the parts as soon as possible. I will repair by myself. Not by insurance. Please please please

                                  I was purchased hero glamour bike on 12.03.2018.. I am not satisfied with the bike.. Bcoz bike sell with low cost tyres (Tvs) getting worn-out and side stand getting too bend.. And side hand grip also getting too bend.

                                  With in 5 months how parts are getting bend...? Let me answer

                                  Who will have responsibility for this kind of complaints.. I completely unsatisfied.. I am expecting solution from ur team

                                    This is to inform you about the worst service given by hero moto corp.

                                    I, the customer owe the bike type karisma zmr vehicle no. Mh03 bu 7698
                                    (Year 2015)

                                    In last 5 to 6 months i got a problem with engine & fuel pump. We gave bike at rydex pvt ltd, nahur & also archana motors, vikroli to test everytime.

                                    First time they have changed fuel pump & informed us problem solved.
                                    Again problem was still there.
                                    Second time they have changed coil & informed us now the problem solved.
                                    But again problem was still there.
                                    Third time they have changed switches & told me you can now drive.
                                    Now its a shame that problem was sill there.
                                    I have changed my battery also.

                                    In this total process, i have bared an amount of rs.15, 000/- to 20, 000/-

                                    Now who is responsible for this???

                                    & main thing is even if they have changed everything, my bike is still at archana motors, vikhroli. & they didn't found a problem yet.

                                    Which kind of service is this??? The name hero is not good for your service.
                                    I am putting this on social media & twitter also.

                                    I want quick solution on this.

                                    I have requested last time at your service centre to resolve it. But my patience has a limit now.

                                    This is really sad & customer intolerant, unsatisfactory & unacceptable.

                                      Fraud agents are targeting unemployed youths by offering them fake jobs and appointment letter. I got a call from a no. (Registered with truecaller as hero moto corp) and they first asked me to msg my details such as name, email id, address to cross check my details from naukri.com. Then next day they took an interview on behalf of hr named shilpa prasad and asked very silly questions and their english accent and grammar was very very poor. After this they called again and said that i got selected (Without having knowledge of profile and work details they were just murmuring the words they have memorised). Finally they asked for a refundable security amount deposit which cleared all my doubts. So many candidates fall for their trap and deposite their money.

                                      I also registered a complain on hero moto corp office and i am sharing the hr no which called me today and asked me to deposite the money before 4 pm. Kindly take some action against such fraud people.
