Sir i am the owner of splendor plus with the no. Up63ac3673.. I bought the bike on 24th august 2017 and before a year its battery went out of order.. I went to the concerned dealer and they took the battery for replacement on 4th july 2018 and still i am unable to get it back.. Whenever i go to them, they ask me to visit after few days.. I have been suffering great difficulty in driving the bike without battery so it's my humble request you to help me in getting my battery back..

    Very poor service. Hero authorized service centre charge high amounts from market rate but staff is too young and unexperience. Today i visited service center 10361 (Gwalior. Mp,). Staff behavior is too bad and not paying attention on customer complaints and service boys are gossiping and busy in mobile. Today's i came at 12 o'clock and my scooter (Pleasure) serviceing start at 4:30 pm. Washing, air in tires check facility also poor.

      Dear sir,
      I bought hero passion pro bike in january 2018 from rydex moto products workshop & showroom, nahur west, mumbai : 400078.
      Two servicing has done for this bike in which 1st servicing has done in march 2018 and 2nd servicing in june 2018 month. After 2nd servicing, i am facing lot of issues from this bike. This bike was not starting from kick and self start button and it was getting off in running. Also bike horn was not working. I have shown this bike at nahur workshop 4 times. Once i have kept this at nahur workshop for 8 days. They have shown this to their service engineer. After 8 days, i had taken this bike back as they have done some repairing. But after 2 days, this bike is not starting from kick and self start. I am really frustrated due to arising of such issues oftenly of this bike. Please register my complaint and solve problems permanently.

        I have from against duet showroom never provide services regarding reaping or changing parts or any particular maitance. Always as usual keep telling parts is not available sorry. What is the reason bhinde bike is on road but parts is not available in the market. That means you guys making fraud with public. I am not gonna keep quit while selling you guys convince lots to buy but after that don't know who you are. This not applicable.

            Pruchased the vehicle from Focuz BI Wheelers, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi..

            For the past 1 week i have been trying all hero dealers/Outlets ( retail) in and around Kochi for a rear view mirror (right side), which is broken.
            I have not used my vehicle for the past one week, because the mirror is missing
            The response from all of them was very bad especially Focuz bi wheelers panampilly nagar..
            They even told me that HERO Motocorp is not providing any guarantee to the customers that the spare parts will be available year round.
            Mirror being a basic spare part ...
            Is this true.. does HEro Motocorp do not have any responsibility in the matter?
            Please sort out my issue at the very earliest.

              I came for servicing of my hero passion pro bike with a complaint of meter not reading and pick up issue ..n got bill of 4700/apprx which includes 1600 labour charges..m a regular customer of hero service centre but this time its not worthy to cm here..it's pathetic feeling...in major activity they did head-setting only...and noone can justify that for a silly activity which takes only 3hrs including cleaning and polishing get cahrges as 4700/-...clear this matter...

                I gave my bike splendor+ for service on 16/07/18 to singla automobiles plot no -3/9 phase 2 industrial area, maya puri, new delhi-10064 i went to pickup my bike on 17/07/18 and a saw the front right indicator was broken and leg guard was bent and there were scratches all over my bike when i asked about it they said it already like this, then i asked for the person who inspects the vehicles before accepting for service they said he was on leave i asked for the manager they he was also on leave after some argument they did changed the front indicator and the leg guard and that's it what about that i got scratches all over my bike, a lot of customers said that this place is really bad for get your vehicle serviced because they replace parts of your vehicles with old parts i am really disappointed in customer service at this place i need some help with this issue asap thank you

                  I had purchased hero super splendor bike 2015 model on dated 2/07/2018.After 10 day it's main brake lever got brake. Thanks the bike is very low speed. Compliment was given to agency. Dealer change the brake but the big question mark come how it fail with new model. Bike was purchased our prevuous experience. But this model was certain drawback. Need to overcome.

                  I have gone to 5th free service of my glamour bike up65 cw 3679 on om sai auto ahirauli ayar varanasi. But they serviced my bike without washing and polish.

                      I take a service from Hans automobiles- Loni ghaziabad 201102 and changed clutch plate and handle freezing in Feb 2018. When I was go again[protected] for service Mr vinit service supervisor informs me Clutch plate will changed and call Service staff. Service staff anil come there and check my bike splendor+ and informs clutch plate, handle grishing will change. When I told to him I changed clutch plate and grishing before some days than ANIL said you say lie and you get permission for lied. If you changed both you show me bill of that when I show the bill to Anil he said both parts ok no need of changed and use miss behave words " TU JHUT KYO BOL RHA HAI" I requested to you please resolve and give behaviour costumer experience training to your staff for features.

                      I have Purchased Glamour i3S at SIVASANKARA AUTO MOBILE Dondaparthy Vishakhapatnam on 25th May 2018 . But they told me as 2018 Model. But it was manufactured on Oct-17. This, I could came to know after I received Vechicle RC.

                      Also Engine Sounds like timer chain. Not cleared. Please take action against to this cheating

                        Im so unhappy with this kind of service by hero moto cop that, in my city khandwa hero thakkar showroom is giving spare parts at highers rates then MRP and another thing is that spare parts r not availabe at the showroom and they take 8 to 10 months for availablity, and at my last visit they told me clutch wire of ignitor that will be available after 10 days but when i force to search for once by other worker insted of the spare parts manager, the worker gives me at a time... So in this kind they r making fool of other peoples... This kind of service showroom gives me..

                            I'd like to informe that R.K automobile that is hero service center in shahdara on main gt road friends cly they did not giving me any dicount under "pre masoon vehicle free check-up".in that there is 20% dicsount on paid up service and 5% discount on spare parts.so take some action on this. I am attaching the document with it.so please tell me what should i do on this.

                              Hello sir/madam I'm taken a hero Glamour Bike on[protected] at Sri rajarajeshwara show room at station Ghanpur, but they are not giving TR number for me, they delaying for TR number, when I'm riding the bike the cops are creating problem, and they are asking y are you riding TR number and they charged fine, so pls provide TR number as soon as possible

                                I bought the bike passion pro 14 may 2018 MBLHAR181JHD43043 Vihicle reg no. BR09Z4930 .
                                my bike one fault front wheel wobble feel from starting period. when my bike loaded weight 100 kg+ & speed 35+ then my front wheel wobble & my stearing wobbling.
                                so I live at present address tatanagar jamshedpur jharkhand.
                                so i go for 1st service your authorised service centre Narbheram agencies pvt ltd. 7th phase adityapur saraikella kharsawan and i told this problem but related machenic not see my problem only my engine oil change & oiling and told all problem solve.
                                but next day i ride the bike speed 40+ then problem same feel my front wheel wobbles & stearing wobbles.
                                So i kindly request please solve this problem & guide me how can i problem solve this.

                                  I wish to intimate that I have purchased Splender Plus on 17/03/2018 from Suresh Motors (Mohana Automobiles), M K B Nagar, Chennai -39 vide Chassis No.MBLHAR074JHB14641 & Engine No.HA10AGJHB19715.
                                  The vehicle handed over to me after the Regn. made on 21/03/2018 with Regn.No. TN 05 BQ 7573.
                                  The first free service done on 12/04/2018 @ Suresh Motors. After the first service, I have noticed that there was problem in the front suspension. So I have intimated the same to Suresh Motors Concern while handed over the vehicle for the second FREE service.
                                  But the same problem was persisting even after the second service. So, again I have approached the Manager of Suresh Motors for the rectification problem.
                                  Later the Mechanic has re-examined the vehicle and find out the fault i.e. MANUFACTURE DEFECT OF CONE SET in the fork. For the replacement of cone set, the Manager has asked me to pay Rs.300/-. Even though I have pointed out the manufacture defect of cone set, the Manager did not agree for free service. So, I have paid Rs.300/-vide Rt.No.1487 dated 06/07/2018 under protest.
                                  I wish to bring your notice that as you are the manufacture of vehicle and the problem raised due to manufacturing defect, kindly refund the amount of Rs.300/- which paid by me for the cone set. Thanking you,

                                    I have purchased Hero Duet from Kota Motor Company, Aerodrome road, Kota Rajasthan on Wednesday i.e. on 4th july 2018. I take the deliver around 6P.M.
                                    around i realised that headlight low beam is not working. and by 11 its high beam also stopped working. after that i was out of town today when i reached the dealer they told me that they are not responsible for this defect and they will not going to repair it.
