    I Was purchased Maestro edge on[protected] in A. M. REDDY show room in NELLORE, Andhra pradesh, in the name of T. KAVITHA, Registration no: AP 26 BT 2198. IT'S giving continues trouble for me, 2 time's battery trouble, company not doing proper repair, and it's suddenly stopping on the road. How can a woman handle the situation when suddenly stops on Road. Consider as a request and rectify my problem at the earliest possible. Thank you.

          I own a Scooty, Hero Maestro No UK04U9202. I gave my Scooty for Service at Hero Service station, Rampur Road, Haldwani on[protected].

          Iam not satisfied with the service of scooty. They have charged 1170 amount. The details is as below:

          1. Centre is not having required parts.
          2. Staffs do not have required knowledge about service.
          3. Service of scooty is incomplete.
          4. Scooty still having problem.
          5. Staff is not giving answering my question.

          Inspite of charging Rs. 1170, service centre is giving full service.

            I bought the vehicle 6 moth before, after 1month the complaint began with starting trouble, i checked with the service people they said we will make it ok, but nothing on progress, as i had the use of vehicle regular, i adjusted with the complaint they only give mi temporary solution and parts of bike may not working they alsonget charges from me what to do i am totally in triuble with this bike if he wants he will replace me at that time but he just pass the time i had facing problem with starting, engine haeting, carborator, and so many problems their on regular basis

                  I have given my bike (Ka03 jq 5840) for repair after i met with an accident. Its been 22 days i have not received any update regarding insurance claim amount or when will i get my bike back. Neither the insurance team is calling nor the showroom (Bhagath motors) executives are providing any update. This pathetic service is not expected from a brand like hero. Am incurring a cost of 400 rs on daily basis while commuting to office, please understand the urgency and expedite the process.

                    I have purchased hero pleasure on 8/5/2018 as engine no-jf16eghgm12855, in these two month i have faced so many problem first - meter not working, rust found formation on parts, self starting problem but battery replaced by hero service center, it is other battery charging part replaced that means i have visited 4 times at hero service centre and vehicle taken for 7 days but till now problem not solved,

                      I bought a hero duet on 11 march'18 from niraj automobile dharuhera, i paid all my money including rto number plate but after four months i didn't received number plate. Everytime i'm getting different-different excuse. It's a risk for me to travelling on road because traffic police will anytime charge me for number plates. Please look into this matter and take a action against dealer.

                        I bought hero glamour i3s new 2018 model few month before and that time to till this i m getting engine pblm like:

                        1.engine have little noise, about this i have chechked bike to agency also but they told me that, this is not pblm its manufacturing defect.

                        2. many time during driving gears got free.
                        means : i[censored] r driving in fourth gear and i[censored] need to change in 3rd gear so many time that, s not changed and gear stucked and then engine make vry badly high noise like tractor gear box.

                        i m vry vry too much disappointed from this bike with in 4 months i want fix these pblms or replace my bike

                            I have purchased the above vehicle vide invoice date[protected]Invoice no. 11516ck17v7303). The said vehicle was purchased from raja motors, 16f, b. T. Road, sukchar, kolkata-700115. From the very beginning of the purcehase several problems cropped up. Out of which one problem remains non functioning of i3s system. Not a single day this i3s worked at all.in between these two times servicing done and the matter was intimated to the dealer. But they remained unable to solve the problem as perhaps they are the only dealer in the country who is going to spoil the reputation of hero motor corp the esteem organization. Even light and sound not working properly.
                            May i therefore fervently request before you to please look into the matter at the earliest and oblige.

                              Dear sir,

                              Accident date is 19/06/2018 same day bike submitted in aman hero agency, vijay nagar ghaziabad. Delivery date is 25th june till now i wouldn't get the bike & would not get any satisfied answer from there. Today on sunday within 10 min i observed that there is 7 unsatisfied customers for the same issue they handover the bikes by doing parts pending after that customers visit on daily basis from last 15 to 20 days. Same they want to do with me. Bill passed by survayer of insurance company before 4 days.

                              Kindly help to resolve the same as soon as possible because i am a sales person with out bike there is very difficult to do customer visit.

                                  I buyed the captioned scooterin month of january 2018, throuh hero motocorp virar. From the month i buyed the scooter i am suffering such such as battery getting down due to which i am unable to self start. Average is very third class, i guess my scooter gives only 15 kmpl average, even after doing time to time servicing.. Every month i have to spend money for certain problem of the scooter for repair at local bike mechanics as it stops working.. Now tho self start is not working and it is serioulsy frustrating.. I am fed up of this issues.. If there is seriously something like customer care please replace my scooter get back to my complaint with a prior resolution..

                                      I bought my maestro edge on 23rd january 2018 rc no - mh04jj3256. I have just availed 2nd service on 24th june 2018 in manpada thane. After servicing i saw one place colour was removed i discussed with service manager he told me it is your shoes mark i accepted. Then while starting my maestro again i saw same things to 4 to 5 place. I inform to manager mr. Dinesh he replied me very rudely and denied this is not our mistake. I told him clearly while giving my 2 wheeler you checked every were it was completely new without any scratch & now how everywhere all colours removed. He said we don't know. While reaching home i found my kilometer & petrol indication meter also not working. This is the service provided me.

                                      Now suggest me just 6month and i am facing such issue what should i do.
