I bought a hero byke model super splender on 22/10/17 which has been found having manufacturing defect. The details are - eng. No. Ja05egh9k16149. Chassis no. Mbljar035h9k13730.
Dealer - dutta automobile, benachity, durgapur, west bengal. Inv. No.11142bj1754202 dt 22/10/17
Problem. With in 15 days, self starter nor working
Several times, byke could not get started. Service providor triyed twice to solve the problem but could not. Today byke was taken from me for servicing.
Byke has manufacturing defects
Total system failure
I need it replaced very soon.
Please take necessary action

I have visited service center 4 times. It problem not resolved the mechanic said that problem solved but I m facing this issue again and Again from last 3 months. I not satisfied with there complete...

        I have visited your authorised service center shree balaji automobiles laxmangarh sikar (Raj) for paid servicing. I have goodlife membership but still i didnt get 5% discount on spares and during servicing they change some small parts without my permission and when inquired they told me that these are compulsary parts such as nitrogen in tyres, oil sump drain cock, wires holding rubbers etc. Behaviour was also harassing and abused. Sir do the needful.

          Please note i have purchased splendor ismart 110 hero form your company jaasodha auto pvt. Ltd in 2017 january from gurgoan
          My vechile is only 10000 km used
          So my complaint is that since the servicing was provided by the company there were minimum charges taken, and as soon as the service got over the charges became double rate
          Now they tell the battery is finished and you have to get the new battery done??? How is it possible that the battery finished in 1 year

          So please find the attached bill for your confirmation that is it geniun or there is some overcharging in the amont

              From the first day the upper black panel of handle is continuously vibrating & noising.
              After many compliments to dealer there is no solution of this problem.
              I regret to say that I think this is my wrong choice to purchase maestro.

                The worst experience ever with hero motocorp
                I'm lodging this complaint against the first bike that i purchased in july, 2017 from hero motocorp. Now let's start discussing about the major problems :
                From the day 1 this bike has unnecessary noise for which several times i complaint in agency but the problem is still there.
                Next problem is that the bike has fuel indication problem. Fuel indicator is goes up automatically while driving. But the agency don't have any solution for this.
                And now the bike got mileage problem as well. I had visited at agency various times but they are also not able to make it in good mileage.
                Now you have provide me a sure shot solution otherwise i'm gonna take serious action against this issue.

                    Hello Sir,
                    I brought hero i smart 110cc bike in pune (Mokha Autoriders Wagholi).

                    ACE bikes service centers is the service center.

                    I am facing the many issues in engine.
                    Below issues i faced
                    1)1st time less then 4 months they were repaired engine.
                    2) less then 5420 kms clutch plates was changed.
                    3) less then 1200 kms bike timing chain was changed.
                    4) very poor milage.
                    5) filter is damaged and drum rubber is damaged.

                    my above concerns was raised about the complaints but no one responding kindly help me on that.

                      My name is kanhaiya lal baranwal. I have purchased a new hero motorcycle model - hf deluxe (Engine no. Ha11ejggm - 11944) from hero authorized ssp - jamui auto agency located at jamui, bihar on[protected].
                      I have paid rs.55, 500/- which includes rs.7, 951/- for the registration of vehicle. But after few months, the hero authorized ssp - jamui got closed and hence i could not receive the registration certificate for my new motorcycle. I am worried and in trouble because of not getting registration certificate yet. Please take necessary action and provide me the rc asap.

The staff are very ridiculous they behave like government employs. They don't know how to behave with customers. They didn't answer answer properly for any quiry. Today[protected] we are three customers walkout from your showroom and went to honda show room and bought vehicles there. All this is happend because of your staff ridiculous behavior. So please check your staffs behavior there and take action if necessary

                            I am sorry to say that but i am really sad and disappointed after buying hero maestro edge this time hero has disappointed me. I am an old hero customer present time i have one hero splendor one hero passion pro and splendor after using six years still there is not even a problem with engine but last year i bought a new hero maestro edge from ashish hero sheopur and completely dissatisfied its engine is just annoying after service and refilling the engine oil every 10-15 days when i check the oil in the engine there is not any amount of oil the scooter stops working anywhere i won't be buying any hero vehicle and nor be suggesting to anyone else i want my engine replaced or else no one will trust hero moto corp in the future if there will be no solution because after bore engine don't work as the new one. Hero please help me change my engine.

                                My scooter maestro edge has a wiring problem or something else soo my headlamp bulb stops working every and faults in something one month i buyed this scooter one year ago and till now i had replaced 8-9 bulbs 4 days before i went to ashish hero sheopur mp they told me we don't have enough workers today come on monday we will change wiring, regulator, and magnet i went on monday they told me today also we don't have enough workers come back tomorrow i went next day they told me still we don't have enough workers and time too we are busy they were making fool off me. Than i went yesterday and they told me to leave the scooter there and told me that we will call you after 2 hours you can pick your scooter it was morning 9:30 am that time and i left my scooter there and after 2 hours i didn't had any call i went service center after 3 hours something 12:30 they told me we will call you at 5o clock and they didn't called again and then again i went at 6o clock and they told me come back after one hour still they had even not touched my scooter than i gone back 7 o clock still my scooter was untouched than they opened the body in front of me and told me you wait in the lounge we will only change the charger nothing else which was already changed 2 months before but the problem was not solved and after 10 minutes they replied me the charger is not available. And you can go when it will be available we will call you. So this is the condition of ashish hero sheopur they are just making fool of customers i am just fed up of being fooled by them.

                                      Dear sir/mam, i P.Nagendra, i have purchased the the new bike hero duet this is my fifth hero bike i bought in last year this month from sainath automotives, kharagpur, west bengal. First of all i tell you this is not my first bike iam the already a good buyer of hero bikes since 15 to 20 years.This bike my fifth one. I never purchased any bike other than hero but this time i have got a very bad experience with this bike. Last month i faced the tyre issue and this month i faced direct engine problem. Sir you only think how much i pay on 1 year recent bike is this fair. I have never faced any issues with my previous hero bikes but this time i facing lots of problems within 1 period of purchase and i think warranty also. Actually came to the matter is after completed my fourth service within two days i have faced self ignition problem. Then i went to the show room for my fifth free servicing the service engineer checked and he said your some parts are need to be change. I.e crank, cdi, self pinion, fan, and etc. He said this is manufacturing fault not yours. And i talk to the service manager suvonkar das i think, he said ok sir your bike is in warranty period you dont take any worry. I will solve it but what he said you pay someother charges like engine oil, oil seal, oil packing and etc.he gave me a estimation 2000/- for these all within 1 year purchase of my bike. Sir how much this is fair once you think. In that case i called hero customer care to ask why i will pay against engine issue. I just completed to talk with customer care and he issue the complaint against dealer. And within seconds i got 1 more call from sainath automotives service manager's call. He said sir why you complaint against me and dealer. And he said now you are not getting any warranty from show room cause you are not replace engine oil in 3rd service.thats why now you are not eligible for warranty for your engine.first he said you are in warranty period when i complain against him he said you are not eligible for engine warranty of 1 year bike. What is this sir? And he said you can do what you want from higher levels said the manager.i called hero regional office in kolkata but iam not getting any solution till now from last three days of complaint issue. I have not getting any consultant call. But i hv called to regional office.but no use of it. At last service manager said today, i will replace only above two items of engine remaining parts you have to pay he said to me. First he said all parts are in warranty when complaint against him he said like this 3rd service engine oil was not replaced like this talks. Sir is this fare afterall 260 rupees engine oil if not replace in 1 free service 70000/- rupees bike engine is not getting the warranty.Is this fair you only say.sir, really i never thought that he insulted me like this.when i purchased this bike i thought your services are still good even like before i got. But very sadly to i tell you i mentally suffered for him since 3 days.sir please solve my problem as early as you can.this is my third day and iam a heart patient and leg bone fractured patient also thats why i choose duet is better for me. But my thoghts are just fallen down in ganga by your employees.my fifth service was not done actually i hv not taken. And i taken back my bike without service.actually 10000, 60000 thousand not issue but my hopes are fallen down in water about hero bikes.next time when i purchased the bike i think twice how i purchased hero bikes. Sir now you only the hope.please solve my problem without any circumstances. Thanking you, yours good and old buyer P Nagendra.

                                      Sir they do nothing, no replies and no consultant calls still now. What can i do. Many times i tried to call customer care they said consultant call will come wait for two days but i complaint against dealer and service manager on 15/06/2018 today 20th but still there is no response from either company or from regional office kolkata.

                                        I have purchased my green i smart from shankar automobiles ambala cantt, mohra the bike petrol t is damaged its leaked i have exchanged it from market and there is rust in the petrol tank i also have exchanged it now this bike is not giving mileage only a year have pass only and it is talking to much petrol for running i want a solution to this bike

                                        I want a quick solution to this i have taken so many times to the agency where i have purchased it but they dont repair it and say give money for repairing it its not aur fault its comPany fault
