I have purchase hero masetro from nine mountain jogiwala dehradun. This is the worst showroom i have ever seen.. The people who work there are third class persons even they have no manners or are uneducated.. They took almost 5 hours to complete paper work and that too they forgot to give me tr (Temporary registation) after few month when i asked for tr they refused too give tr
And saying that u have lost it.. Even they dont know how to talk to customer.. I will never again purcase any hero vechile again in my life.. Or will never suggest any one to purcase hero vechile to any frnds or family member.. Worst worst worst experience

Aapke hero show room me har compny ke bike ki service ki ja rahi hai jisse hero ke grahko ko service ke liye lamba intzar karna padta hai tatha hero bike me local parts dala ja raha hai, showroom ke pass me ek godam le rakha hai jisme hero honda bajaj suzuki aadi compny ke local parts store kar rakhe hai, aapke "ma sawroop kripa automobile me hero se jyada any bike ki service ko mahtav diya ja raha hai jisse hume kafi pareshani ka samna karna pad raha hai.
Aapse nivedan hai ki hero showroom ki es manmani ko band karwakar hero ke grahko ko santusti dilave

Self starting is trouble.the self starting is not working. సెల్ఫ్ స్టార్ట్ కావటం లేదు నాలుగు రోజుల నుంచి పని చేయటం లేదు.కావున దయచేసి నా సమస్యను పరిష్కరించేంà°...⇄ కృషి చేయాలని కోరుతూ మిక్కిలి వేడుకుంటున్నà°�...⇄ పరిష్కరించేంà°...⇄ కృషి చేయాలని కోరుతూ సెలవు తీసుకుంటున్నà°�...⇄ . ఎందుకంటే నేను చాలా అవస్థ పడుతున్నాను . త్వరగా పరిష్కరించాలన...⇄ కోరుతున్నాను.

We bought duet in october 2017 and since then facing starting problem. Battery get discharged everyday and using kick start is painful.
Every day we have to put 100 kicks to get it started and then when you stop it never starts again. We logged complaints at service centre and done service twice but problem remain the same.
We are in deep pain as this is for female rider and one should not expect 100 kicks every day from females.
Can someone please help?

I bought a hero byke model super splender on 22/10/17 which has been found having manufacturing defect. The details are - eng. No. Ja05egh9k16149. Chassis no. Mbljar035h9k13730.

Problem. With in 15 days, self starter nor working
Several times, byke could not get started. Service providor triyed twice to solve the problem but could not. Today byke was taken from me for servicing.
Byke has manufacturing defects
Total system failure
I need it replaced very soon.
Please take necessary action

Sir mene 18 june 2018 ko yuva motors ko bike di thhi abhi tak unhone mujhe bike repair kar ke nahi di khe rahe hai.. Spare parts aane me 6 months tak ka time lag sakta hai.. Isme hum kuch nahi kar sakte... Hero ki service he itni ghatiya hai. Koi time limit nahi hai isme...

I have visited your authorised service center shree balaji automobiles laxmangarh sikar (Raj) for paid servicing. I have goodlife membership but still i didnt get 5% discount on spares and during servicing they change some small parts without my permission and when inquired they told me that these are compulsary parts such as nitrogen in tyres, oil sump drain cock, wires holding rubbers etc. Behaviour was also harassing and abused. Sir do the needful.

My vechile is only 10000 km used
So my complaint is that since the servicing was provided by the company there were minimum charges taken, and as soon as the service got over the charges became double rate
Now they tell the battery is finished and you have to get the new battery done??? How is it possible that the battery finished in 1 year

So please find the attached bill for your confirmation that is it geniun or there is some overcharging in the amont

There complain about registration in my vehicle
My vehicle buy on 22 march 2018 on this day registration is an issue
But my registration is not delivered then inquiry for registration in hero motors satna but says your registration is check day to come on next day but my father is again going hero motors but again says next days there are 15 times
Why are not tell registration of the vehicle

Bike model passion pro 110, purchase date 11 may 2018, owner name rajesh goyal, contact no.[protected], registration number dl5sbq8891, the bike's balance is not right, we complained about it in the showroom, he said first will be fine on the service, not taken, agar if you do not help me then your product complaint i will do it in the court of kanjumar

The worst experience ever with hero motocorp
I'm lodging this complaint against the first bike that i purchased in july, 2017 from hero motocorp. Now let's start discussing about the major problems :
From the day 1 this bike has unnecessary noise for which several times i complaint in agency but the problem is still there.
Next problem is that the bike has fuel indication problem. Fuel indicator is goes up automatically while driving. But the agency don't have any solution for this.
And now the bike got mileage problem as well. I had visited at agency various times but they are also not able to make it in good mileage.
Now you have provide me a sure shot solution otherwise i'm gonna take serious action against this issue.

Dear sir /madam.
I just want to inform u that u have a worst type of service centre here in sopore kashmir under the name samad motors sopore.
I am visiting there from last twenty-five days just for oil seal change of my scooter. But every time they say that oil seal is not available and will take some more time to be available.

So please what to do.

I brought hero i smart 110cc bike in pune (Mokha Autoriders Wagholi).

ACE bikes service centers is the service center.

I am facing the many issues in engine.
Below issues i faced
1)1st time less then 4 months they were repaired engine.
2) less then 5420 kms clutch plates was changed.
3) less then 1200 kms bike timing chain was changed.
4) very poor milage.
5) filter is damaged and drum rubber is damaged.

my above concerns was raised about the complaints but no one responding kindly help me on that.

My name is kanhaiya lal baranwal. I have purchased a new hero motorcycle model - hf deluxe (Engine no. Ha11ejggm - 11944) from hero authorized ssp - jamui auto agency located at jamui, bihar on[protected].
I have paid rs.55, 500/- which includes rs.7, 951/- for the registration of vehicle. But after few months, the hero authorized ssp - jamui got closed and hence i could not receive the registration certificate for my new motorcycle. I am worried and in trouble because of not getting registration certificate yet. Please take necessary action and provide me the rc asap.

Sir meine abhi bike agency par dekya tha goul motor teri pulliya lucknow kah gaya chain spocket kharb hai meine change karwaya fir bhi problem solved nahi hai. pasia aur time totally waste.sir mein request karta hu service jaha hoti hai wahi exprert adami rahe jisee customer setifected ho sake .yah customer ko chip karna hua third time mistak hai mein Consumer forum mein complaint karuga agar meri problem solved nahi hui.i have pay money for bike maintenance. please sir solved this problem.

This is ramesh naidu from tuni, east godavari district, andhrapradesh. I went to your show room at tuni. They are maintaining worst staff. The staff are very ridiculous they behave like government employs. They don't know how to behave with customers. They didn't answer answer properly for any quiry. Today[protected] we are three customers walkout from your showroom and went to honda show room and bought vehicles there. All this is happend because of your staff ridiculous behavior. So please check your staffs behavior there and take action if necessary

I am sorry to say that but i am really sad and disappointed after buying hero maestro edge this time hero has disappointed me. I am an old hero customer present time i have one hero splendor one hero passion pro and splendor after using six years still there is not even a problem with engine but last year i bought a new hero maestro edge from ashish hero sheopur and completely dissatisfied its engine is just annoying after service and refilling the engine oil every 10-15 days when i check the oil in the engine there is not any amount of oil the scooter stops working anywhere i won't be buying any hero vehicle and nor be suggesting to anyone else i want my engine replaced or else no one will trust hero moto corp in the future if there will be no solution because after bore engine don't work as the new one. Hero please help me change my engine.

Last year 2017 april i purchage glamour bike and last year dec'2017 i order for glamour bike head light but still i not getting it, and your service and spare parts manager not taking any step so many times i visit there i think i do mistake to purchase bike from hero dealer, your parts sector is not active its totally hope less. Will you short it out.

My scooter maestro edge has a wiring problem or something else soo my headlamp bulb stops working every and faults in something one month i buyed this scooter one year ago and till now i had replaced 8-9 bulbs 4 days before i went to ashish hero sheopur mp they told me we don't have enough workers today come on monday we will change wiring, regulator, and magnet i went on monday they told me today also we don't have enough workers come back tomorrow i went next day they told me still we don't have enough workers and time too we are busy they were making fool off me. Than i went yesterday and they told me to leave the scooter there and told me that we will call you after 2 hours you can pick your scooter it was morning 9:30 am that time and i left my scooter there and after 2 hours i didn't had any call i went service center after 3 hours something 12:30 they told me we will call you at 5o clock and they didn't called again and then again i went at 6o clock and they told me come back after one hour still they had even not touched my scooter than i gone back 7 o clock still my scooter was untouched than they opened the body in front of me and told me you wait in the lounge we will only change the charger nothing else which was already changed 2 months before but the problem was not solved and after 10 minutes they replied me the charger is not available. And you can go when it will be available we will call you. So this is the condition of ashish hero sheopur they are just making fool of customers i am just fed up of being fooled by them.
