I am Avinash Nair my mobile number is [protected], i am from hyderabad recently i gave my Hero Passion Pro i3 110cc vehicle number TS 20B 4132 bike to venkateshwara motors hero service center which is in hyderabad rtc cross road, i gave on 15/04/2023 saturday evening person name is Mr.Srinivas Moble Number is [protected], as my vehicle stoped and had starting problem so i gave to the service center the person who collected said as it is evening and we cant check the vehicle so i left my vehicle there and next day it was sunday so it is closed, on monday 17/04/2023 i called i checked with them they told we have not attendant the vehiche next day i called again to the service center they told Bike Valve kit is damage and parts are not available with them and said me they have kept order and it will come through courier, so i waited for two more days still i did not got any update from the hero service center after a week i went on 24/04/2023 monday after 8 days, still they have not repaired my vehicle and kept a side i went and scolded and they took it seriously and started working on my vehicle they said they will deliver my vehicle on 25/04/2023 on tuesday i got a call in the evening at 18:40hrs that my vehicle has got repaired as it was evening i left home next day i went to collect my vehicle on 26/04/2023 wednesday, they just water washed my vehicle and did some thing to my vehicle and gave a bill of 1717 RS, and they did not checked my vehicle properly nor they did general service as i told them to do, they did not check any thing they just started my vehicle on and water service they did and giving it to me as i notice many faults are there in vehicle even after they kept my vehicle with them for 10days, they did not rectify and as my complain is not resolved regarding the work they have done and charges they have charged me RS 1717, still my bike has problem it is not working properly, i want refund or repair my bike problem thats it, My bill invoice number is 10164CD23V393.

I had purchased my xpulse 2004v in Feb 22, the bike was working very well, was serviced on time, still suddenly it stop working.
After getting it checked the problem was with fuel pump, it's a shock that within a year it's breaking down infact of taking all measures.
The part was ordered by my nearest service center on 6/04/23 now it's more than 20 days still they haven't received it, I am not able to repair my bike till date it almost a month now. The service centers are co operating at their level but if parts are not made available to them, after sales services will definitely suffer.

Kindly let me know how much more time it will take to get my bike working again.

I had purchased the vehicle about 2.5 years back, and my motor stopped working. I had asked for a motor replacement about a month back, and the motor hasn't arrived yet. It has been a month, and my scooty is still in service center. No updates. No way of reaching out because the helpline number is useless . No one picks up. The service center people donot respond. Extremely bad service and very inconvenient. Utter disappointment.

Up16al2751 serviced on 21/04/2023 told engine sound that problem was not solved but a new problem arised chain highly straiched resulting ghasr ghasar like sound is produced

I bought a new vehicle last year 2022 September month . after taken delivery the bike we are facing starting issue . at the time servicing my bike in service center. but same issue happen two or three day . last two weeks my bike not starting . i info the service center but he is not proper responses . please return back of this vehicle your side free of cost . i love the hero brand bike so we are purchase the bike . but . after this incented very disappointment of your product.

My glamour motorcycle JH -01-DA-4298.
I had taken extended warranty of 5yrs.
In steed of that workshop is not ready to provide warranty benifit.all service at time, only during covid 19 years the service not done but that time vehicle also not run.
Later I done two services and no engine problem, in last 3 days sound come from either tapid or piston.
When I visit workshop they refuse to give warranty.
Kindly do your needful.

Durinng the summer or direct sunlight My GLAMOUR BIKE not started.

Every time GIVEN NEW REASON BYservice eng. -Fuel Pump, SOFTWARE ISSUE, Sensor issue.

1) I placed my bike in Kosamba Laxmi Auto Traders-21324 on 14.04.2023 for servicing purposes.

2) Laxmi Auto Traders staff ordered required parts in HERO motocrop system on same day.

3) Still the parts company has not supplied those people and I have not received them from my bike.

4)Today I called the customer care of Hero Motocrop and the customer representative suggested me to place the order from your end in hero portal.

5)So if you guys can't supply, then order customer and change the bike parts yourself?

6)Hero company tells customers that you will not get any issue in servicing.

7)I feel bad today that you are making a recruitment of this kind of staff in customer care, your staff said that you order yourself and let issue resolve it. she tells the customer instead of doing it himself.

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I sure hero team resolve my issue as soon as possible. pls give the assurance my bike provides to me withing one day.

I am Deepak pal my scotty No. UP12 BC 1178 is not working now my scotty was required to change piston but due to your service center person did not change the piston it was consuming. mobile oil i went for service on 9th Feb he keeps on telling come next time but when i went next time he asked me to go for Sapphire motors.
it was giving hues sound due to piston was not working properly and was not proper handling by your people. you please answer why your people did not change the piston why they told me to go for Sapphire motors when.

just to avoid this i went to the service center. from where i bought it from Vihan motors . till now story are just going on i wants to and and meet you people regarding the sercvice

My name is Ramesh Chandra, I had gone to change the meter Case of my vehicle Glamor in Kipps Sales Pvt Ltd Civil Lines Bareilly on 27/03/2023.But the meter case was not available at that time, so he asked to place the order and deposited Rs.200 in advance.Today I went to pick up my glamor bike but they refused to give the bike as I did not have original slip available only rear slip was available, For this reason, he refused to give the vehicle.

I made an insurance claim for my car in sarvajna motors then they asked me to deposit the money and said that you will get the money in your bank account and now I feel that your car claim has been rejected. When I get my car worked on with full payment, I want my car parts back in full I am not returning the parts of my car to Sarvajna Motors if they ask me to return them

I purchase new splendor+ on 25/11/2020, I have done services timely and now last done on 16/03/2023 and also telled me all is well
And now it's crink creat voice so again checked it at hero service centre
And they say to sheeze engine
