I purchase new splendor+ on 25/11/2020, I have done services timely and now last done on 16/03/2023 and also telled me all is well
And now it's crink creat voice so again checked it at hero service centre
And they say to sheeze engine

I got a defactive bike from the time of purchase, it has been repaired multiple times and gone even dead few times but yet the dealer is not able to fully solve the problem. the last time it has gone dead is almost a month ago and the bike is in their possession since then but even after 1 month or so they are not able to return my bike, i have even coplained in their official website but still no issue solved. just need help. it has been a story of almost 2 years

I bought bike delux 2 days ago and they deliver directed bike and when we visit them no one listen and mis behave

My bike no- AS-01-EZ 3640 Dated[protected] go to Free Service in Brijmohan sons pvt ltd Agency Narangi Branch in Guwahati, Because its Agency Near my Communication Address.
I am Arrived 09:30 hrs. in Agency. Agency's staff says me comming next day, because today's not arrived Mechanical. i wait fot 12:57hrs. this time I am only 1 Customer for Servicing Available in free Service. but not service in my bike. there after comes one Mechanical 13:00 hrs and do serve another vehical. because that vehicle's payble service.

agency staff says me first prioty payble service, that after free service.

i am return 13:30 hrs. without servicing bike. i do not take benefite hero service.

i said hero service.

my bike not service and there staff prepre job sheet complete without sedrvicing.

i am also Complaine about this matter in Agency Manager by contact number - [protected]. but he has not Responding.

My Question -
when you not serve the free service, why sale vehicle?
have you not mechanical staff its customer problem?

I would like to inform you that I have puchased a passion pro motorcycle reg. no up35 BD 8123 in april 2021 and all services done in vishal motors awas vikas, unnao. Every time I have complained about this problem but every time given me the bike at same condition.

Hi, this is Akash. I purchased Hero Splendor+ i3s BS6 on July-2022.
Bike Registration Number - TN85R4696.
I went to showroom for 3rd free service of my bike and they charged Rs.629 only for Engine Oil Change (Mar-2023).
For 1st Free Service, they charged Rs.350 (inclusive of all tax) for engine oil change (Sep-2022).
Now the big problem is they are not giving billing invoice for 3rd free service which made me feel upset as they are cheating by increasing the service cost. The employees were refusing to tell what's the exact reason on increasing the billing cost for this 3rd free service.

I had purchase bike from your ahmedabad located delear M/s.Rajdeep Automobiles. MANINAGAR, AHMEDABAD my bike engine number is HA11ERN5B50422 & Chesis number is MBLHAC040N5B05378.

i face below mentioned problems in bike

1. milo meter wire brake up with in purchase of one week
2 clutch wire is broken with in one month
3 there is a problem in jumper
4 there is a problem in chain chakkar
5. bike suddenly stop during driving from first day of purchase

for above mentioned problem, i already reach to delear for the same but delear not answar properly & behave rudlely.

I request you to take necessary action agaist delear & solve above mentioned problem urgenly.

Otherwise i have to go consumer foram & take necessary action against delear as well as company for the same.

Sir I came four time for servicing ur office staff told that system not working, another time told swipe machine, not working network slow.
This are the excuses given by your staff while coming to servicing.
This is the worst servicing by your team.

I have purchased byke splender+ from jyoti motors jalandhar but till now i have not received my rc.I have contaced so many times to agency but they did not satisfied me.Your service is very very poor. I have also reistered complain via toll free number but they also did not resolve my complain and no any official contacked with regarding this, my complaint number was[protected].Do the needful as early as possible.

My bike number is UP27 BD2151 (Splendor+). The battery of that bike is not working for 2 - 3 days. When I visited to authorized service centre to replace it, they told me that the battery was not covered under warranty due to older than 6 months from the date of purchasing bike. I have purchased bike on dated 03/04/2022 from Kumar Automobiles, Shahjahanpur Road, Mohammadi, Lakhimpur - Kheri.

Please resolve the issue.

I have serviced my bike in Jan 23 at hero Motocorp authorised service center. After 2 months in march my bike suddenly jam, the kick won’t working whole was bike jammed
I took my bike again to hero Service center then they said that the internal screw was loose and it fell down and that’s why the magnet coil is broken so at that time also hero service center took 8 day to just check what is the issue and after knowing the issue they took almost 4-5 days to repair my bike after my bike gets repaired I asked for warranty claim because it was internal fault in engine. After that they said you will get you claim in 7-10 days I said okay

Now on 14 march it was hardly 3-4 days I got my bike but again some noise coming from engine
I went to nearest garage they told me that again that screw fell down and the coil is broke
When he open the coil part I came to know that the hero service center mechanic put wrong screw in that section and that was the reason for broken coil
Now I’m at Hero MotoCorp authorised service center but they are refusing to repair my bike

Hero Splendor+XTEC bike purchased on 13.11.2022 from Himgiri Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. and now within approx 3 months my front mudgaurd cracked without any accident occured...this occured due to low quality product supplied/given by company/showroom...Plz suggest
