Sakshi Motors, The only Hero Moto Corp Dealership in Tinsukia are taking all customers for a ride. First of all , if you are planning to purchase a bike from this dealership, do so at your own peril. They will charge you Rs 3000 to 4000 extra.saying its for accesories. And these are accesories you can easily purchase from other shops at a fraction of the price. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a highly disappointing and frustrating experience I’ve had with one of hero dealerships — Aniruddha Hero, Andheri (Mumbai) — particularly with the sales manager Mr. Suraj.

Background:

I booked and made full payment for a Hero motorcycle 25 days ago. Since the payment was completed, I have faced nothing but delays, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct from the dealership staff — especially Mr. Suraj, who was my point of contact.

Issues Faced:

1. No Registration Plate for 25 Days:
It has been nearly a month since my payment, and I am still waiting for the registration number. I am unable to legally use the vehicle on the road.

2. No Clear Timeline or Transparency:
Every time I inquire about the registration status, I am given the same vague reply: “It will come in a couple of days.” This has been repeated over and over with no real progress or concrete answers.

3. Zero Call Response from Sales Manager:
Mr. Suraj has not answered a single phone call from me after the sale, despite me calling 5–6 times daily. This is not only irresponsible but also unacceptable customer service.

4. Unprofessional WhatsApp Responses:
The only communication I’ve received from Mr. Suraj is through WhatsApp, and even those replies are unhelpful, generic, and lack any actual resolution.

Current Situation:

I am now stuck with a motorcycle that is unusable due to the lack of registration. I have no way to escalate the matter locally as calls go unanswered and there is no senior point of contact made available. It feels like I’ve been completely abandoned after making the payment.

What I Expect:

An urgent update on the registration status of my vehicle.

Immediate intervention by Hero MotoCorp to ensure the dealership completes the remaining formalities.

A formal apology for the lack of support, and appropriate action taken against such careless behavior.

Steps taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

As a long-time admirer of the Hero brand, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I expected better professionalism and support, especially from an authorized dealership.

Please consider this complaint seriously and treat it as urgent. I request your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.

My bike admited to ichalkarnji industrial estate hero work shop dt.16/4/24 for reguler cheaking and engine sound for timechain related but they are not see the bike up to 22/4/24 i m shocked they told me worker problem and etc no proper reason when i used complent word ther are excused and next day they are open all engine and gaven me sapre part list and quatation with labour charges up to rs. 11000/- i m shocked when i see my engine part they was not bad its running postion like gear, bearing, oil pump, block pistin, etc but i also cheak out side automoile repaire centre spare part rates labour charges there huge diffrence, heance hero work shop. i not reday this work so i m discuss with superviser he not seen my engine position and final same quation so i m not reday for this repaire work superviser angry with me and get out my bike without work open engine also charge me additional labour charg rs 500/- bill finaly i m tried and puickup my bike with tempo for local auto garage he also cheak all position and all work done with rs.5000/- so i m very bad exprience with hero moter bike work shop in ichalkarnji indusrieal estate work shop take action with him mr harish Gaikwad and team and returen my extra addtional labour charges and my valueable time westing ...fine

Vehicle rto registration no gj12er3222, i purchased from the dealer of this company at gandhidham-kutch-370201(gujarat) the model-2023 & vehcile name is spelnder+ i gave this vehicle for repaires & services as due.. But many times has been passed, this dealer has not given me a proper & timely services in respect of the vehicle.. I am not satisfied, becauase after selling the producsts this dealer having monopoly in our city about the branded vehicle, so he is careless about the services after selling, he is only interested in selling the products of the company.. Dear sir/madam,
I a valuable Hero customer possessing 4 Hero super splendor/ Scooty in family in different location. One of which I currently purchased from
ASHISH MOTORS MAJOR ASHUTOSH PATH, , SAHID CHOWK, KATIHAR, 854105.
Being a businessman I am valuable customer who buys frequent two wheelers but this time I felt like cheated again and again from above mentioned showroom.
This is to inform you that today you lost valuable customers(My whole family and my contacts) as I have been assured that no actions are taken against them(Service centre). 4 times I observed that service charges are taken before the service and in the name of service people there have made a habit of not competing the service and quarrelling together stating customers to do whatever they can do rather then doing there jobs honestly and keeping the customer happy and as I was a old customer and had my trust in Hero so I was giving chances to service centre, I also complained to higher authorities but found no action, as I have to setup my business here I don’t want these type of time waste so I have decided to sell all my hero products and I am going to purchase other good options available.
Not to happen again what happened to me
the please take some actions to keep our trust intact.

My vechile is not repaired in 39 days. What can I do?
Noone is responding from your end. Your territory manager of bihar, general manager of aniket hero muzaffarpur, service manager of aniket hero muzaffarpur no one is taking any response about my vechile. They are excusing about part shortage from long time.
Is hero motocrop is not responsible for after sales service?? Tell me clearly then I'll try to repair my vechile at any private service center.
