Hello my name is chandresh i purchased a hero passion pro i3s on nov - 2016 then later on i am paying all the emi before time still i got a bouncing charges from my bank as well as from you guys i want you guys to clear my case wherein i have a more than 10, 000 bouncing charges and just because of you guys my cibil score is been very low and on my cibil score it has been mentioned that there are 10 bouncing charges i want you to check into this issue ad resolve it from me so that i can pay the further pending emi on time.

To priy saheb mei apse janna chahta hu ki sarkar ke niyamanusar kya helmet dena pakaa hai ya nahi??

I, piyush tiwari bought a brand new scooty "maestro edge" worth rs.61, 200 inr from barabanki, uttar pradesh 225001 on 20th may 2018. On 22nd may 2018 i filled up my petrol tank and saw that all of my petrol was leaking from various outlets like air pipe etc and within an hour my tank was empty.

I was in lucknow so i reached to the nearest hero motocorp service station. They put a new part in my scooty.

Now when i complained about the issue in the barabanki agency, place from where i bought my scooty initially, they are talking in a very pathetic manner and one of their representatives who was coordinating with me and my complaint put my number on the reject list so that i cannot maintain connection with him further.

However i have managed things, i want a compensation with either change my scooty and provide me a new one as the problem in the scooter arrived within 48 hours of buying it. Or they increase my number of free services.

I was not satisfied with the service and washing too and when i was complains regarding this they said me they have gien washing on contracts basis and they dont have their own washing persons. That means they dont have proper facilites and also said that was okey we dont have proper staff.

Last year i have purchased new hero passion pro one month bike condition is better but few month many problem my bike, self start button not working, pass key not working, petrol one litre 50 km only i am speed 45 km only, why repeat repaired my bike no solution from your side handover to my bike,, worst service hero u tel about another brand cuatomer handling

Any how I purchased a Hero Splender Plus from virender Automobile Rewari in the month of August 2018. My bike was struck in the drain due rain and from rim has been damaged . To replace this rim i visited so many time at virendra Automobiles but i always get negative response i.e. part is not available whenever the part is available it would be replaced. I suffer so much problem while driving. Please sort out this matter.

I am very sorry to say that hero vehicle service is very poor. Generaly they even do not touch any parts of vehicle they just way and give back to you and they open nob when you agree for engine oil change which is chargeable whether you have free service booklet, joycard or not. Then if any fault occurs the replacement is not made by them though that fault occurs due to mishandling of vehicle by any employee of the company. For that too you need to say and go to service station again and again so many times because o[censored]navailability of parts in their store. Then what if you put vehicle for service, repair and replacement and you don't get your vehicle for many days as because the work not done and no proper information will be given to you.
Then should anybody go to hero service station.
There is only conclusion that never buy hero products because it has last is merits and rather go for other companies product vehicles like honda, tv etc but never ever be a customer of hero and stop others to buy it., not tell everyone your enemy to buy hero vehicles.

I give my hero mestro edge to the hero authorized service centre r. L. Motors with the complain that my scooty making noise and vibrating over speed of 50. Inspite of that they don't service it properly and after the service it is making noise there is no improvement. So what kind of service they do they only wash the scooty and gave it back i am totally unsatisfied with their services. They charge me 310 rs for oil change and overall service but did nothing. If hero will provide these type of service then who will take two wheeler. My scooty number is rj08 st 4361. And owner name is nirmala sharma.

Rj39 SD 4211 splendar i smart 110 1 जनवरी 2017 को महेश ऑटोमोबाइल बालोतरा कि सब ब्रांच सिद्धिविनायक ऑटोमोबाइल सिणधरी से खरीदी थी तथा चार-पांच दिन बाद इस बाइक के अंदर टाइमिंग चैन की आवाज आनी शुरू हो गई तब मैं भाई को सिद्धिविनायक ऑटोमोबाइल ले गया जहां पर उसकी टाइमिंग चेंज करो बदली किया गया समस्या दूर नहीं तथा मैंने कई बार यह समस्या दोबारा ठीक करवाने के लिए सिद्धिविनायक मोबाइल आया बार-बार ठीक करने के बाद यह समस्या ठीक नहीं हुई तथा धीरे धीरे इसकी आवाज बढ़ती गई आज इस बाइक के अंदर बहुत ही ज्यादा आवाज आती है तथा माइलेज 30 किलोमीटर प्रति लीटर से ज्यादा नहीं देती है तथा इंजन का ऑयल 1 महीने के अंदर खत्म हो जाता तथा गाड़ी बिल्कुल ताकत नहीं करते मैंने बार-बार कंपनी में दिखाने के बाद भी मेरी यह समस्या सॉल्व नहीं हुई आते हैं मेरा कंपनी से अनुरोध है कि मेरी बाइक का इंजन या तो मेन ब्रांच में भेजकर ठीक करवाया जाए जिसके बदले मुझे दूसरी बाइक दी जाए ऐसा नहीं होने पर मैं उपभोक्ता न्यायालय का सहारा लूंगा क्योंकि बाइक की 5 साल की वारंटी है तथा यह तो 1 साल में भी बहुत दिक्कत है आ गई है तथा मेरे को बहुत खर्चा उठाना पड़ रहा है

I bought passion xpro in 2016 at prakash motors bengaluru. Earlier everything was o. K. But after the 1st service mileage has came down. Once i went for road test its shown 5..7/100ml then its gone down. Now its giving between 42-45. I'm not satisfied with the mileage. Even after 6 services i rode only 8400kms. They tuned it up five times with the metre but no use. If this mileage issue go on, i will exchange this with honda bike. I want a good commuter bike with 55-65 mileage n between 110-125cc

Me shankar lal ap ke hero se ismart motorcycle liya tha 2016 me jo regular problem kar rhi he mene kae bar complent kiya par koe solushan nhi mila he me bike ke fast day se hi pareshan hu ap company ke engineer ne bhi kae bar us ke kit ko change kiya par koe solushan nhi hua tha 21000 km par es ka engine ka kam kar diya he par fir bhi whi problem a rhi he
Ap ki company ke engineer ko coll karta hu to wo ya to fon attend nhi karenge karenge to achi thrha bat nhi karenge
Mr. Pankaj, mr. Lokesh se me regular bat karne ki kosis kar rha hu par un ki trf se koe jawab nhi mila he abhi tak ab to ye log mana kr rhe he ki es problem ka koe solushan nhi hoga

I have purchased a hero splender + motar bike dl 5s bc-8490 on 21.09.2017 and it under warranty/insurance up to 21.09.2018 due some problem in its rim the motar bike was deposited to aman motors, a-7, kh. No.30/2, main wazirbad road, brijpuri, delhi-94 on 12.05.2018 with return date 13.05.2018. But aman motor is extending delivery date on pretext spray parts are not available with him. I have made several calls and visited personally three times. He always ask it will take one or two days. About 10 days has gone i am running pillar to post. I am suffering from hiper tension due to behavior of aman mortor.

Please ask aman mortor to return my motor cycle immediately.

I have a hero karizma 2014 and have been a regular customer of hero vehicals and services.I had an accident in mohali and the bike was taken to Prem motors sco22-23, kharar Sas nagar . They made a bill of 35000 and still used old parts on my bike . They were calling me from last month to come and take my bike but i was not fit .this month on 9th may when i went to take my bike it was not ready.
many parts were still broken . Some scratched parts were used .bike was not starting, lights were not working, self start was not working, engine was making sound.mirrors were missing .
i told them to change everything that was missing, i dont care about the money i wanted my bike in a good condition.
when i asked the mechanic why didn't you changed all parts, he replied that the surveyor said do not exceed the bill above Rs 35000/- .
.When i told him why didn't you told me before then he started making lame excuses.
now they are saying it will take 10 more days to repair my bike .
i am attaching the pictures of bills and the old parts that are not changed or are nit new and damaged .
lease help me out with he matter .
IT has been ten day yet my bike is not ready and i cant include the parts which they have not changed in my insurance because i have already received payment from my insurance company according to the 35000 bill.
i am a daily traveller nad have lost lot of money because of the inconvenience caused by PREM MOTORS .
I am attaching the pictures after accident and even after they repaired my bike (with old damaged parts ).

I m already lodge a complaint against the dealer of hero corp patna but... Still now i m waiting for a legal action from the territorial hero motocorp.
So pls. Do needful in indemnification, atonement against the corrupt authorize dealer of hero motocorp (Radhar hari and omhari automoblies)...

I have bought a new hero i smart 110 cc bike on 8th april having reg. No. Dl11sv6866. The left side mirror keeps on vibrating when my bike travels on a road having pits. I have complained them regarding the same but they are not helping me. Further on my second free service my bike's indicator's are not working properly. This is a very bad experience with hero. But i have noticed that name was written anup ghosh instead of arup ghosh. I told the show room abot that facts. But they are not doing anything. If i get the bule book, the name will be mis match. मेरी बाइक की 5 वीं सर्विसिंग गणपति ऑटोमोबाइल देवरिया से हुई जिस्की सर्विसिंग करने के बाद मुझ्े 1217/- रुपया की बिल चार्ज कर दीया गया जो कि बिल्कुल भी जायज नही है कृपया कोई उचित कार्रवाई कीजिये.
क्योकि ये फ्री सर्विसिंग थी न की पेड सर्विसिंग, सिर्फ १ साल ३ माह बाइक ख़रीदे हुए हैं और नई बाइक पर इतना ज्यादा चार्ज उचित नहीं है

My scooty lock set is not working since last few days.in order to recover the lock and fan belt many times the hero went to the dealer but he did not heal the right way and i was told that it was ok but my lock was not properly but i went to him repeatedly i got very upset about getting the answer and that dealer abused me with my solution.

Actually I bought Hero Passion Pro i3S motor cycle in 2017 at Bharadwaj Autotech Pvt Ltd. Karimnagar, Telangana, and my bike number is TS 02 EW3296. on that day they promised me for the best service i will get in any Hero service center.

But here is thing is i am giving my motorcycle in Same service center(Bharadwaj Autotech Pvt Ltd. Karimnagar, Telangana, ) every month for service, which is nominally free but still i didn't get good service across the faced issues in my motorcycle.

For last service i given my bike in hyderabad based service centre name in: Sri Venkanna Hero Ltd plot no: 26 Ramachandrapuram, Lingampally, Dist: Medak, Telangana 502032, here also i found same thing they will wash my bike properly but they not rectifying the issue properly.

Actually my bike is not giving promised mileage and engine automatically getting full of heat due to that i am unable to drive properly.

Hello sir, my bike model hero glamour disk self, purchased on june 2013, there was some problem with engine, when i visited service center in hanamkonda, now they are saying no free service for engine but its still 5 years warranty from the date of purchase, they are simply saying that i didnot availed free services with service center. That is why they can not provide free service for engine problem, they dont have record of free services which i given & only have record of paid services which i given for service, i never given my bike outside only with this service center till now,
