Hi, my new maestro edge, soothing night star model met with an accident on 28th march2018 in which the front parts got damaged and need to be replaced. Insurance surveyor cleared the claim on 31st march18 and since i am struggling to get my scooty back, even after my regular follow up and calls i got the same reply from the showroom that we have not yet received the parts from hero, the purchase order date of the parts is 5th april18. I want to know is so much time is required to dispatch the parts from the hero company? In this way how you will be going to manage all over india service? I think your team is getting lazy and the management needs to take strict actions otherwise the complaints posted here are self sufficient to say that it's enough now for hero.
It;s more than one month my scooty is laying in your showroom amar auto-masat-silvassa and now i have also not feeling any need of it because i have managed my daily work without it. So please take my scooty back and return my purchase amount because this will be easy for you.

    I have purchase a scooty hero mestero edge as on 04 april 18. And i face some problem with a long time that in side of scooty charging point is not work so i visit 2 time hero power moter showroom sector 4 bokaro jharkhand and said the problem. 1 st time his working staff checked and said that the charging point working (Without testing) but don't charge during running condition because running time voltage suplly is very high so may be your phone will blast. So i can not charge during running time. But after off the engine the charging point not work.
    Then i visit 2nd time during servicing i reply same problem said to him he checked 1 another mestero edge but they were not working and in hero dute this service is working properly. So he reply that you charge your mobile during running time but they have no any answer that if running conditation my phone will be blast who is responsible for this. Pleasee reply. When purchase time her worker said the charging cable working both time (Engine off or on)
    If they said i purchase hero dute. I[censored] aggry with this pleasee reply thanks

        Sir, i own a bike i smart 110cc from up automobile haridwar. Its engine is producing too much noise. On each service they (Up automobile roorkee service centre) just ignore this problem. Day by day noise level is becoming higher. My request is take this problem very seriously. Roorkee service centre persons are not showing interest to resolve this problem. Engine is under warranty. I bought this product in 2017. Kindly resolve this engine noise issue.

          Super splendor model june 2016 having a problem of petrol losses and low milage. After lot of complaints and visits result not satisfied. Everage now reduced to 32 km kmpl req take corrective action i made complaint through all means of communication and landed vichle in service centre for three days enginer visit from pune visited and said no problem with vehicle. I am was having hh splendor ap32 b 8876 for a period over 14 years and absolutely no defet (Can be checked in your records) this vehicle is having lots of other problems which almost recited except this.

          Over sound in engine 5year warrenty it has only been 2days stills the warrenty expired no spare parts are available at any of the service centers iam facing this problem more than 3months even though i have registerd many complents regarding this matters, thire was no replay from the company

              I can purchase hero passion bike 100cc colour red model 2017from shivansh motors jawali (H. P) on dated 22/10/2017. At least five month done for purchasing this bike but the parts of the bike can't be completed. I call in the agency the agent or dealer of bike says parts of bike cannot be available in the agency and says you can come on next month. I can face many problems about this. I requested to you please contact in the agency and tell about all this.

                On 20/04/2018 i got a call from some lady from hero regarding servicing of my scooty mystro edge. She asked me whether i would like to avail the free servicing or not? Then i asked her whether pick up & drop facility is available or not? She said yes. I booked that she told me that it will cost you rs.118/-.in the evening i received a message on my registered mobile that the servicing is booked for 21/04/2018. Pick up will be at 10:00 am. But till date i haven, t received any call or no one came to pick the scooty for servicing. Booking number is sr#[protected]rsrb[protected].

                  I bought a new bike (Hero splendor plus i3s) form metro motors rithala, new delhi, on 22nd of jan, 2018. I told them that i have to buy 2018 modal and the salesperson had told me that they are giving me new 2018 model of hero splendor plus i3s bike. I told to salesperson that how can i check that is this new model bike or not, he told me that after 2-3 months the rc will be delivered at your home and the model no will be maintion on your rc. But after 2.5 months i got the rc of my bike, on that the model number of bike is dec/2017. After 3-4 days i went to hero metro motors and show them rc of my bike, that time they told me that now we can"t do anything. This is totally fraud. And i never suggest to buy any bike of hero from metro motors rithala.

                    Am using glamour125cc bike past 3 years. Where the plastic is present that place of hooks or screw points and whole plastic braking automatically.
                    The seat is also very week. I don't what type of quality they maintained.
                    In hero the plastic is very bad. And the service also. Every one saying that... The plastic is like that only in service centers and the area manage hyderabad, kukatpally mr. Raghu also zero subject on plastic and way of talking with customers.

                        I recently purchased (On 20th of may) new passion pro bike from authorised dealer in our place and i have not got the invoice copy from the company yet. But while buying bike they gave me a estimation slip refering which i paid the full amount (In cash) before taking the delivery.

                        In the estimation they had charged us 500 rs extra saying it as transportation fee as our place is a town also he said that they also would be charged 700rs per bike while they get delivery of the bikes from the company (I felt something fishy in this regard).

                        Please clarify me on why the customer needs to pay the transportation fee also along with the bike payment.?? If that was genuine payment i made, i am okay with that. If not, please help me to get the refund of the amount. Also having paid the transportation fee, the bike has scratches on the headlight and on the tank. Though the scratches are minor they should assure us promt delivery after charging us the transportation fee.

                        Hope my concern will be taken care off.!!

                          I purchased a hero maestro edge bike (2017 model-engine number: jf33abh4l20185;chassis number: mbljfw018h4l19276) on 18th march 2018. The bike started abruptly stopping on the road after 300 kms. Of travel. The bike was given for service to shivaa automobiles hero authorized sales and services, kukatpally, hyderabad on 21/04/2018. Neither the mechanic nor service engineer from hero motor corp was able to detect the problem after 2 days of inspection.

                          I request you to kindly do the needful to deliver my bike in perfect condition as soon as possible

                            Sir i purchased hero maestro edge one month before from sathvik hero, bahadurgarh, jhajjar. Sir the scooty have start up problem. I complained to the dealer. One time the service person visit to my home, he start the scooty but he said he will take the scooty to service centre and short out the problem but he didnot come. Now neither the manager or g m take interest to talk to me regarding the problem. The service is pathatic. Please do some solution. I never ever recommend to any one to buy that scooty.

                              This mail is regarding pathetic service given by annapoorna motors at ballari service centre.

                              I am a customer, purchased hero mastro edge on 2017 august, after 3rd free service i was facing a pickup and vibration on accelerating the vehicle at startup.
                              After this at my 4th service i asked the service person about this issue and even the superior have done trail with my vehicle, the thing is after giving 2 service my free service exhausted hence last month ie on march, again i left my vehicle for 3 days has it was paid service, even though i was not satisfied with the service but this time again i am facing pickup.

                              Please suggest any alternatives about this pathetic service provided by the showroom. This mail was marked you to inform about the service, and i need my vehicle to be perfect if not i am ready to move to consumer court to file a case against you.

                                I had given my scooty on 12 apr'18 under an insurance claim, next day i got the insurance claim approval from surveyor, dealership ordered the parts, several emails i dropped to nodal officer @ [protected]@heromotocorp.com but no reply from hero motocorp and no parts dispatched to dealership, very dissatisfied, now i am repenting that why i chose hero. I should have purchased another one, i will never purchase hero brand.

                                      My name is amit khatri i had purchased maestro edge from ulhasnagar.. After a week i was on the way to office on badlapur highway my bike stopped suddenly after making some noice. I was hardly 380 kms used in running. When i bought it in a garage they said its head top cover o ring is broken and all the oil is leaked out.. Service centre was in kalyan aprox 15 kms far from the place i was.in garage o ring was not available so he joint it with some glue and started bike i had spoken to your area manager in bhiwani branch he said he will send some on to change o ring at my home place already 25 days is passed but no one had came to see bike.. If this is what hero is doing with customer. Then i am going to put board on both side that don't buy this model its faulty by company in next 5 days if i dont get any responce from company side...

                                        This is to inform you that i bought hero duet a year ago and i am facing many problems. I had been to your service centre from where i had bought this vehicle (Sukhmani automobiles annapurna indore) every alternate or two days fuse gets fail and we have to travell all way along to get it repaired. The vehicle had been kept at the centre for 2 days for full check up and problem analysis. But after two days the same problem is there. The milege of vehicle is very less (Around 30-35 kms). The management there is also very rude and misbehaving so i have launched fir in annapurna police station regarding the same.. Kindly replace my vehicle or take necessary repairing action for the same (Vehicle no. Mp09uf6101). Or else i will proceed towards consumer court.

                                        2. They told bike will be delivered to you with in 3 days but today 9 days gone by they are saying that your will delivered after3 to 5 days .
