I am complaint about my 2016 model. I bought that product almost 1 year before. They provided tube less tyre but wheel disc material is soft and thin so in case of driving condition it's outline get curve which result in lickage. Inaddition in wheel there is also leakage in middle portion just because of waste wheel material. So we have to add tube in that tyre. Moreover they design those wheel with too much less space which result in difficulty during puncture condition. So overall we face too much problem because of wheel material within a year. Which is too bad experience for us from hero. So i am waiting for quick company response. Bis später und danke.

      Dear sir,
      I mr. Swapan roy here by informing that i bought a "hero glamour" new model as on 29.10.2017 from raja hero (16f, b. T. Road, girja sodepur, kol-700115).

      From the very next day the motorcycle creating noise. Imidiately i informed them (Raja hero). They checked and told there is no sound. On my first service i (26.12.2017) again told them that the noise didnt stoppd.

      As on 10.02.2018 i faced a huge problem as on the 4th gear the vehicle didint move and a huge noise came out from the vehicle. Immidiately i took my motor cycle to raja hero. They took one day time and deliver the vehicle next day with information that they changed some parts and told to come again to replace another parts.

      Next monday morning i went to rajahero again to hand over the vehicle but they told me to wait for registration of job card.

      I had already took leave for the purpose. Its very tough to take leave for the same again and again. So i came back with my bike.

      Now i want to know what is the reputation hero motorcorp has that with in two months of purchase of a motorcycle one can face the problem with the vehicle?

      I am asking to replace the motor cycle. I dont want to keep the bike. I am totally upset with hero motor corp.

      Pls do the needful as early as possible else i will have to move to consumer court.

        Complaint facing in scooter hero maestro edge no. Rj-14 hh 6075

        I have purchased this on 13/08/2016.
        I am facing problem from last service the beginning and service from hero r. L. Motors c6-c7 (A), riico industrial area, mansarovar, jaipur, rajasthan 302020

        1. Engine making enormous sound in starting sound is too low and now its too sharp.
        2. Due to engine overheating it is making terrible sound
        3. When bike is on running condition accelerator automatically increased and it can be cause an accident.
        4. If i increased the speed beyond 45. The bike will start vibration and its shakes.

        4th service done on 5th june 2016. From hero r. L. Motors c6-c7 (A), riico industrial area, mansarovar, jaipur, rajasthan 302020.

        All service done from hero authorised dealer first three from morani motors and then morani motors stop hero maestro support so i start with rl motors.

        Please do the needful, i will be thankful to you.

          मी तुमच्या कंपनीची स्प्लेंडर i smart ही गाडी घेऊन १८ महिने झाले. गाडी घेताना मला सांगितले होते की, गाडीचे average १०३ आहे. गाडी घेतल्यापासून आत्तापर्यंत गाडीने मला ४५ च्या पुढे average दिले नाही. चाकण च्या सेहगल च्या सर्विस सेंटर मध्ये वारंवार तक्रार करूनही त्यांच्याकडून average चा problem solve झाला नाही. त्यानंतर मी चिंचवडच्या सेहगल च्या show room मध्ये average च्या problem साठी ३ वेळा गाडी servicing ला दिली. पण प्रत्येक वेळेस ते सांगायचे कि average चा problem solve झाला आहे. पण average चा problem solve झाला नाही. त्यानंतर परत एकदा मी त्यांची appointment घेऊन गाडीच्या average check करण्यासाठी गेलो. तर त्यावेळेस त्या showroom च्या वर्कर ने मला ५३ चे average काढून दिले. आणि मी त्यांच्याबरोबर average च्या संदर्भात बोलण्यासाठी गेलो, तर त्यांनी मला उलटसुलट उत्तरे दिली. आणि "तुला काय करायचे ते कर" अश्या शब्दात बोलले. आणि माझ्याकडून १५० रुपये रक्कम घेऊन मला तिथून जबरदस्तीने चालते केले.
          तरी कृपया माझ्या complent चा विचार करावा. ही विनंती.
          आता ही complaint मी दुसऱ्यांदा करत आहे. तसेच ९ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ ला मी परत एकदा चाकण च्या सेहगल शोरूम मध्ये (रावजीत ऑटो इंजिनीअर) येथे पेयेबल सर्व्हिसिन्ग केले आहे. तरीही माझा average चा प्रॉब्लेम सॉल्व्ह झाला नाही. आता जर माझ्या complaint चा विचार केला गेला नाही, तर मला नाईलाजास्तव consumer कोर्टात धाव घ्यावी लागेल.

            My self jayaprakash from namakkal. I purchased hero pleasure scooty with rms hero show room at namakkal on 24/01/2018. I asked for gray colour scooty. But they offered me white colour scooty with their confirmation of change into gary colour with in a week time. But still (19/02/18) i couldn't get my choice. When ever i call that show room manager, he ll ask for further time with improper reply. I m very very disappointed with service and reply from the representatives of the hero motors. My love with the hero motors totally spoiled with this experience. So do the needful.

                From past 6 months i have ordered wind screen and indicators of hero glamour but none of them has came even nobody can tell me the expected date of coming. Today i have ordered it again and i am sure that after 6 month the condition will be the same as today.
                Now the second thing is that last 2 services are done without washing because both times pump was not ok.
                Hats off to service of such a big named company.

                    I have purchased a new hero maestro edge (As01dp3068) from pibco enterprises pvt ltd. G. S. Road, christianbasti, guwahati on[protected]. The vehicle is delivered to me on 30th jan, 2018. After driving for 12-13 days i noticed some oil leakage from the vehicle. I dont know what exactly the oil is. It may be petrol or engine oil. So i visited the service centre of pibco enterprises pvt ltd on 17th feb, 2018. But the service centre showed me unwillingness to inspect my vehicle and advised me to do nothing because they assume that the oil leakage is a petrol leak due to overflow. They are so busy that they dont have little time to inspect my vehicle properly and they instruct me to come again on 19th jan, 2018. I feel very discomfort to drive with a vehicle which is leaking oil. It might be dangerous and some accident can be happened anytime. After visiting the service centre i observed the following-
                    1) poor response to customers
                    2) unwillingness to help customers
                    3) too busy to inspect
                    4) give importance only to routine servicing.

                        I as a customer believe in you. But had a difficult time after a service of my bike. It was my 4 free service at surya autocorp situated at vki jaipur. I don't know how they have serviced my bike that even a test after service failed which is of pollution control at their services center itself. Even my engine making different sound and my bike gets off in between.

                          My hero maestro reg. Number c. G.04 le 6567 was paid serviced on[protected] at chhattiasgarh agency near anupamgarden raipur chhattisgarh. I paid 589/- for servicing, general check up & oil change. But in next day my vehicle's battery discharged. I went to out side machenic who checked the battery that was changed & installed a hero pleasure battery. So i have to buy a new battery from open market.

                            Nd they telling tht reason for rs 800.00tht is charge for late fees r. T. O. Office fee ne the is payby customer nd they telling me tht u will nt reciveve recipts fir tht charge.

                              Hello sir/mam,
                              I ankur yadav part of hero family possess a splendor pro registered under the name corporate warranties india pvt. Ltd. Past working partner of hero extended warranty programme.
                              Issue is that i serviced my vehicle under extended warranty programme on 10 nov 2017 and got a claim of rs 5000 approx from atmaram hero agra but after certain day my vehicle again start creating trouble and i brought for next service under warranty to venus automobile firozabad they are denying to provide claim under warranty and rejected my case on obligation of improper service history which is not acceptable, how could it be possible one dealer is providing claim under warranty and other is not and apart from that staff behavior of atmaram workshop is very rude and offensive, if my grievances is not resolved i will clinch this matter to a higher level.

                                I am working in a bank and using hero bike since 10 years. I am from purnea nd here one hero dealer usha hero. But service and service manger are all useless fellow. No one care for customer. Today i took permission from my branch head for bike service in usha motors. A single executive or staff not attend for wat we came for. I request to one staff to comlete formalities. But very negetive reply i received. I came back to my office and give my bike to another service center other then hero. Plz improve ur service in purnea.

                                  Hi mr. Munjal sir. I don't know if this might work but i still thought of reaching out to you.

                                  I booked a hero maestro edge from navdeep motors, ulhasnagar, maharashtra on september 30th, 2017 and got the delivery on october 17th, 2017. However while taking the delivery there was a problem with the self start to which the dealer said it will work once the battery gets charged after riding the bike for some time. Although it started working, the scooter refused to start every alternate day. Whenever i reach out to the dealer, he has the same answer "you need to use the bike everyday atleast for an hour and there won't be any issues."

                                  I have also asked the dealer to give me a new bike as this was not working properly to which he always replies that "it won't be possible as the bike is now already registered on my name."

                                  I also tried reaching out to mr. Rohit panchal fom hero motors, but i did not receive any response from anyone.

                                  Finally after several complaints, the dealer took my bike for a week on december 27th, 2017 and returned it to me on january 4th, 2018. They also confirmed that there will be no further issues with the bike and incase of any further issues faced they will refund me the entire amount.

                                  However, the bike was working properly only for a month and i started facing the issue again after i got my 1st servicing done on february 4th, 2018. This time, the mechanics from navdeep motors took my bike on february 11th and informed that there was a slight defect in the wiring and returned the bike next day. After running smoothly for 2 days, i am facing the same issue again as the bike refused to start even with the kick-start.

                                  I am really frustrated and fed up with this issue now, as it's not even 6 months and my bike have been giving me such problems since day 1.

                                  I really don't know what needs to be done now and am stuck in such a devastating situation... All i want is the refund of entire amount i spent on the purchase of my bike.

                                  Please help in getting my issue resolved at the earliest...

                                    I left my hero karizma for accidental repair in gem motors ramanathapuram coimbatore. On nov 2017 but still now there is no single response from dealer side. If we call for an status update there is no proper response and speaking in irritating way. Mr. Subash the manager of that service centre is treating us in very bad manner. If we ask any quires his response is that i'm not responsible to answer you. If he is not responsible for that then he is sitting in that post. And up to now they did not explained that wat are the parts that to be changed in my vehicle
                                    And by today evening i called for knowing status of my bike and they replied me that the bill is around 40k u may pickup your bike in your convient time. Is the the response from their side. Such a worst service i never seen.

                                      I have purchased new hero passion pro from Howrah but from very first day it has the issue. It stops while riding and from two weeks it is not getting start, I tried half an hour but no result. I visited the service center last week and they adjust the tuning but still now I am facing some issue, I tried calling the number of CUSTOMER CARE but it is wrong, please contact me at my number [protected]. It seems that it is defective one and if you can please fix the issue or replace it. I don't want this ###. Please contact me ASAP.

                                        I purchase this scooter around 10 months ago it getting me in problem from starting as 2 3 times i already taken to hero service center (Okhla phase-2 new delhi) but last time around 25 days ago i give scooter to them but till now[protected] i didn't get it back whenever i try to contact any of them they didn't reply in well manner to like they are not afraid of anyone and always saying you will get it back 1 or 2 days but...
