Dear sir,
I have purchase hero splender+ bike (Chassis no-mblhar085hhj79210) registered on 27 sep 2017.
From day one bike purchase i am facing following problem
1- bike is running towards one side (Saftey issue).
2- bike tyre are very week after running only four km bike tyre air pressure drop continue. (Again saftey threat can be blast at the time of driving).
3- abnormal sound from speed meter.
Hero MotoCorp customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In thanjavur. Delivery side they r not reponse properly. Some times they used hard words to us. And v waiting more than a day for single vehicle delivery. Take immediate necessary action. Or else v ll take into further... .hope u understand. V love hero vehicle. That's y v waiting more than hours for that. Thank u.
sir i am your customer. i bought Hero Splender Plus in your Agency (MJ Motors, Sivakasi Branch, Virudhunagar District, Tamilnadu, India) on June 2017. I have some problems in the bike. I contact your showroom for these problems. They done their service poor. Repeatedly from the date of purchase, this bike having some problems like starting problem, chain bracket problem, speed metre. we given the bike for free service three times. However this bike have the same problems continously. It affects the reputation of your agency among customers.

The showroom staff tell me e submit your document for bluebook, then submit again document. And go home after 3 months past we go showroom but the staff tell me your bluebook not came, then we once again submit my documents please enquiry and give my bluebook quickly

      My vehicle is good... But total cheating as on mar 2017 to at present.
      I. E. 1. Service book not given...
      2. My vehicle silencer guard is missing.
      3. Right side seat cover under screw connector lock is broken... I don't know at starting time, presently i know... But it's ok this is one of my mistaken. Delay to checkout.
      But this is last free service with 5th times. Every time i have spend money..
      Hense still service book was unavailable, what a customer services... Then recently i know my vehicle silencer guard was thefted with inside the hero showroom with thefted person is hero service engineer. Reasons for previous delivered vehicle customer without silencer guard got. So next delivery is my vehicle so my silencer guard dismantling, also my vehicle service book thefted and after handover to previous customer..
      My range was unavailable still silencer guard & service book..
      Very very worst services, response & theft service engineers. I don't use to any bad words.. Any misbehavings..
      So kindly solve problems...
      Please kindly take sever action for anyone further with same disputes... I'll awaiting for your possible reply...

But still now not available this parts. I contact local dealer m/s raikishor automobile (Kotulpur, bankura) & dutta motors (Bankura) to much many time queary, dutta motors & rai kishore. I am going four times in dutta motors but my problem not solve & misbehave with me. Plise solve this problem for 7 days or i am going consumer court.

          I have a sports red hero hunk bought in 2011 at bangalore.
          The key hole for seat removal on the left tail panel broke and i am trying to get it replaces since last few months. I called almost all the service centers in bangalore and none of them have it. As per the suggestion of prakash motors tried searching in multiple spare part dealers at j. C. Road as well but none of them have it.
          As per prakash motors, the parts for hero hunk are unavailable even in company warehouse.
          I have even sent email to the company [protected]@heromotocorp.com but no response from them.

            I purchased a scooty pleasure on october 2016 from sri ram motor hasanpur samastipur (Bihar). I have been given warranty of battery for 18months but it got out of order within one year, when we visit this show room staffs talked rudely and told us that, company mentioned warranty for 18months but it lapsed in 12 months. We are sorry to say that staffs of sri ram motor hasanpur is totally uncivilised. Owner of service centre usually deny for any simple service.
            You are requested to resolve us the problem as soon as possible.

                My name is rahul and i am purchase my favourite brand hero moter bike "extreme".2014. Model. When this bike purchase time iam very happy. But when purchased this bike already run98 km. So i told satkar automobile chhindwara dealer employees you give new bike but this guy registered hero extreme already run 98 km.
                But ok bike is very good when this time iam purchased this bike but 2 months oil lekege engine top side. So iam reached service centre. Services center employees sayes never it's a normal oil lekege ok. But iam shift bhopal and regular service in vernium moter raisen road. All budy says this very good service centre in bhopal so iam face same problem so iam conect service centre today at timeno solve my problem and services time oil lekege extra charges charge as oring and labour charge. Iam feel very by purchase this bike. And iam care bike net and clean and regular service service and don't use ruf ride. You can solve my problem so you canect my num.[protected].

                  Respected sir, after completng my scooty 500 km, i put if for the servicing at the service centre at malad east. My scooty was totally new sir. When i brough it home after servicing i just travelled some 2 km distance and stop working its was not getting accelerated.. Then i just take him to the near by garage there he opened the carborater and checked that there was a water inside petrol tank. And nothing was cleaned inside. Your service centre just washed my scooty and gave me nothing the haved serviced about it. The garage man cleaned the water but no effect on it it is still not working... Is this type of service you provide to customers sir... I'm aatching the bills of service centre with this complaint. Please take some action otherwise i will have to go to consumer code... Because i'm very disappointed with your service.

                    Hi Team,

                    This is to bring to your notice that, I bought a Hero Pleasure from one of your showrooms "Shanti Motors", Valsad, (Gujarat) approximately a year before and now when I go for servicing, the service centre does not provide me a satisfactory service.
                    For instance, there was some issue with the starter wiring and I took it to the service centre and after wasting two days they told the issue was with the battery and they do not replace the battery at the service centre and we will have to do it from some battery dealer.This time I simply paid the service charges to the service centre. I got the battery replaced but the problem still persisted. I went back to the showroom and they were still unable to identify the problem. I finally had to get it done from some external Garage and had to pay the charges again.

                    I would like to complaint that this service center do not have experts who are capable enough to identify a simple problem and because of that customer gets harrased mentally, financially and more importantly his precious time is wasted as he has to take multiple rounds of the service center.

                    FYI...The registration no. of my vehicle is: GJ 15 BH 3172.

                    Kindly take necessary action and provide a satisfactory service as reputation of your company is at high stake.

                      I purchase my bike hero hf deluxe on dt - 20.09.17. On dt 14.10.17. I visited the agency mm malviya road amritsar for free 1st service (Bill no h 6219) engg no ha11emh4j05026. But agency officials/ cash counter dealing hand had been charged me rs. 386/-. Including unnecessary items which are under warranty i. E gasket r. Crankcase cover, drain cock packing, o ring. Also they charged excess amount of engine oil rs 285/- which are revised after gst 255/- approx. Why they charged unnecessary items under guarantee..1 year. Also i paid extra charges for extended warranty on the time purchase of my bike. On dt 20.1.18 i visted for 2nd service they also charged me rs 300/-with including unnecessary item nitrogen filling rs. 41.30/- under warranty.

                        I purchased a glamour bike almost 1 yr from now from shyama ranchi and driven 4000 kms even after 3 servicing my bike is giving milage of 38kmpl. What a # company claims of 55kmpl. Should i get satisfied? Service center has done 100ml test but nothing changed. I am totally fed of this it's like wasting costly fuel price over my 125cc glamour bike..
                        I am going to file a case against the company. As no help is being provided by you people thank u so much..

                          I purchase the bike glamour 3 months before, i went to showroom (Goa verna) to check the silencer plate, the staff talk to me very rudely. They told me i didnt purchase the bike from there. Then i told the date and month, then he check after that he just keep quiet. They r saying parts are not available in showroom. Its almost 3 months now i didn't receive the silencer plate. The service is very poor. Please take necessary action.

                          my new i smart splendor 110 if sell not proper working, i 4 time services in your branch but solve my issue for this side, please i request you change my bike ...or i ligally process ahead..if staff not proper working for my problem and not solve in 4 time, if you are request handal this case and solve me another replace my bike...

                          Network quality is very poor please doing something for make strong network

                          And I have one more issue that is - I am calling many times to customer service representative but waiting time is so long 10 minutes and much more

                                Original complaint lodged on 18 th january 2018 regarding bs compliance of my bike hero honda slender plus of 2005 make. This was not mentioned anywhere even in manual. This is required because of registration new at howrah. Need a document mentioning the byke is of bs 2 3 or 4 compliance. Otherwise new registration at new place is not possible. Details of byke as follows.

                                  I purchased my splendor bike recently from sampla (Rohtak), the bike was running quite smooth but some problem arise in working of self during start of bike when I reported they are imposing many charges and even the parts are also mishandled during my own surveillance and then simply replied that the part is damaged, the company executives are not showing any favour in respect, I continuously tried to come in touch with their senior executive but no fruitful results are there ;the employee and labour working here are totally corrupt and just find way to cheat the customer ;they damaged my product in my own presence and said it was damaged earlier, and then forced me to give labour charge whether I asked them to repair or not moreover they even don't taken in to consideration my warranty period of bike

                                    Sir i have purchased a glamour byke bearing registration no. Br 32 w 2357 on 5 jan 2018. Now i have came to balaji automobile benipatti, madhubani bihar for first servicing. But here the service is not provided propely.
                                    When i complain the workshop manager about it then he behave roudly with me and tell i can't give u best service than i provide you.

                                    So i fill guilty to purchase hero byke for this types if service.

                                      Regarding mileage problem they. Asked for 4 k then he gave bill of 6k but still problem not resolved as they believe 100ml test is ok and they cant do any further more
