I have repaired my bike hero glamour yesterday from meghna motors. It was 6 pm. Some spareparts has changed by the technician authorised employee o[censored]r company. The technician is not skillful they does not perform the servicing. And a fault money bill is provided me by them but where include false bill that is nitrogen filing. I have not filling nitrogen but they included in this bill. And the technician has no any proper qualification such iti but they work there. I am totally dissatisfied by the work and behaviour of them (Employee)

    I am kaliraj, i have purchased on hero glamour bike with ready cash at vijay auto mobiles tenkasi tamilnadu branch, they didnot give correct information about bikes, i planned to purchase disc brake bikes but they told me in this model will not come with disc only will
    come with drum, but after one month i scene one bike same model with disc brake system also he purchase same price how much i given, that show room service was very bad, now ask them to provide disc but they asking another 15000 to change, really i fed for that show room service, so i need solution and good service from them.

      Dear sir, i purchased a hero splender plus i3s at 23.02.2018, from shri bala ji automobile, rampur tiraha muzaffarnagar 251001. I have some problems in our bike, first is fuel gauge sound, second is front side sound, third is engine oil leakage. I have many trouble in this showroom there is no appropriate solution. Here the mechanic is not perfect, he don't know about bike problems and they can't rectify the fault quickly. I don't want this bike. It have lot of problems from when we purchase. Thanks

        I have purchased hero duet from narayani traders, pakur 816107, jharkhand on dated[protected] chasis no mbljfn022hgj07345 and the first servicing was done on date[protected]. When i and my colleague were returning from office on date[protected], suddenly the speed of the hero duet was increased from 20km to 60 km. I tried to decrease the speed but it was continuously increasing nature, due to this we got injured. We have called service centre regarding the incident, but no proper response received from them. Kindly look into the matter and provide us proper service and safety while driving hero duet.

          Executive told me only one week time taken to given bike paper but on month over and not given any documents of my bike i am reguraly call and visit to showroom and staff told me give me 2, 4 days every time and they are already take one month.
          One month over and i am not use my bike to take loss of hero sameless service and treet customer as a casualy to every time

          please take action againts hero and autorised dealer showroom and i have face one month problem to give the one month loss pay because of it is service problem and i'm suffering because of company service issue
          i am visit showroom to take full days and any single staff give me solution to this problem .
          they are targeting new customer every not given any service or any solution of my bike paper because i'm already pay money in hero so why give me service
          this is a complain againts showroom owner staff and executive every one responsible for this type of service
          please give me justice.

              On 2.2.18 morning at 10 30 am
              I go there at 3.30 to take delivery of my bike they did not done service they told me that mechanics were on godown to unload the truck.
              Thats why i took my bike from there as i have to go out of station kindly take a action

                I purchased splender ismart about 7 months ago.
                From my first complain there is some action taken, but now my bike engine freeze by driving about 30-35 km.
                Its too was difficult to reached home after freezing of bike engine.
                I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible.
                Really, it became a problem for me.

                  Hi. I am debasish, 2 weeks before i have given my hero maestro for service at laxmi motors somajiguda, with the issue 1- there was oil leakage from engine, issue no 2- from last 2 yrs i am not satisfy with the millage of bike it was hardly 35 kpl. So service started and billed me 3500/-, with in a week i realized both the issue not solved. So again i visited service center and they keep bike for 2 days and billed me 530/- and now after taking handover i found bike seat lock not working which was perfect when i have given..

                  Dear hero executive what you want to communicate we have huge time to run your service center every time because you have not done your job. Local service shop are better than your service center atleast they care us.. I feel cheated as i have taken one yr amc from you.

                    Dear sir,
                    Pl refer to my earlier complaint dated 14.01.2018 on the captioned problem. After the complaint delivered my duet to aan automile agency kuwadwa road rajkot on 16.01.2018 for solving vibration problem and took test drive twice upto 24.01.18 but there was no improvement in vehicle. It was very bad as workshop team neither ready to accept nor removed the fault of deut and forced me to take my hero duet from workshop saying that it is ok now. Workshop team personals showed a list regarding replacement of some parts and asked it will run instantly and freely. So i take delivery on 24.01.18 after 8 days under trial for 5/10days.
                    But l am very sorry and hurted to write again as there is no improvement in running of my duet.
                    Now i have feed up with agency workshop team working and un nesassary harassment. I have no way except to knock the consumer court door.

                    My problem not yet solved and I am not satisfied with Aan automobile agency workshop team for misbehaving with me in this regard.
                    It is very bad because no response from any Hero Motocorp authority regarding my problem and step for solving my problem of vibration, fraction in my hero Duet purchased from AAN AUTOMILE AGENCY
                    Kuwadva Road Rajkot even after passing about one month from 1st complaint on 14.01.2018 and 2nd on 01.02.18

                      Have purchased a hero super splendor in the month of mid dec"17 @ southern motorcycles, medavakkam. Chennai, tamilnadu. The representative mr. Vivek who had attended me and explained about the said vehicle and also confirmed the motor cycle provided with tubeless tyres. Was surprised today when i about to fill up the air found its a tube tyre. And i bought this vehicle on exchange by giving my tvs star city for which have not been provided with a delivery note till today. Am not going to keep quite on this and the delear has to response to my complaint.

                        Sir i had purchased the hero glamour motor vehicle on 31st march, 2017. With a week or two the bike started troubling as it dint start by the self start button, sound problems, gets off while riding the same..
                        5 or 6 times the vehicle had been given in the service centre of the company... They took 8 to 10 days for the servicing and said that their is a plug shot.. Replaced plug twice or thrice but still the vehicle is troubling... My concern is they are not ready to listen to the problem i. R.in my view is the manufacturing defect and give some 1 ir 2 same reasonings everyone i visited the service centre. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same as it is new.

                          Dear customer care manager

                          I would like to bring to your kind notice that, i have bought a hero maestro edge from one of the hero dealer ms&s motors based in cochin, kerala. The vehicle i have bought on may 2017. As you know, i have a good experience with hero vehicle so far, accordingly myself and my sister has bought the maestro edge on same month. Unfortunately i have faced lot of complaints from my two wheeler, which never ever expected from hero vehicle.
                          Here i would like to share major complaints and feedback which i have received from your dealer point
                          1, two wheeler will automatically switch off at the time of running, these have faced during rainy season most of the time
                          2, fuel indicator is not showing the exact fuel reading most of the time
                          3, vehicle silencer got damage, ie its become scrap mode.

                          I have reminded all this complaints to the dealer (Ms&s motors) even during service time in december 2017, and according to the service supervisor, they have agreed to replace the silencer as well as fuel related tool. After all even for my query through phone i didn't get any response from dealer. Finally i visited the dealer showroom and asked directly, but they said, they are not able to replace the silencer under warranty also will have pay the money for the replacement of silencer.

                          I would like to expect positive response from your end, accordingly i have to go forward for next option

                            Im purchase in 2 months before maestro edge in ratna moters in mvp junction now my scooty not working well condition and speedo metter not woring and battery also problem and suddenly stoped in heavy trafic my very disepointed in new scooty im not purchased second handle... Its new one but now im getting lots of problem with scooty and no one is responding the concern person pls do something

                              Hi, i am sanam from mumbai, buy a masetro - mh-01-cx - 4584 in oct 2017, but unfortunatly the masetro not working, you can sae lot of issue is there in masero even after 3 service in gap of 5 to 10 days but problem remain the same even today my maseto at fortpoint at mahalaxmi mumbai for same issue.

                              1 self start
                              2 voice in engine
                              3 bike will automaticaly switch off at the time running
                              4. Horn problem

                                I have purchased a bike from pratibha motors, bhumkar chowk, pimpri-chinchwad, pune, maharashtra on 1st april, 2017 and it is in warranty period. Issue : when the bike is not running for even 2 days, battery goes down. I need to charge the battery then only it works. Every time i go to the dealer to replace the battery, they only charges the battery and never replace it. Kindly check and let me know the further procedure.

                                  Hello sir, i bought a hero mastero edge on 1/1/18. Still it is not registered. When i ask the dealer "they simply say we will inform you". But the real problem is within a month i got 4 complaints about the performance and i bought it back to dealer. Every time they said problem solved. But problem still persist. Please help me. I dont know what to do next. The dealer is not responding properly when i say problems they not even ready to hear it properly. Got frustrated. I bought it by paying full amount 64000. Please help me i dont know what to do. Please help me.

                                    They said 4 parts are defective so they ordered 4 part but in acttul only 3 parts were required one part of approx600 rupees was not required but they have cheated and always at the time of oil changing they provide additional bill of oil booster and petrol booster for the same they donot provide the official tax invoice please take stick action otherwise the reputation of company is at stake

                                      Iam not like my bike pick up. My bike name is hero glamour 2017 new model impressive with design only. Waste bike so far i think, mileage is also less than the old glamour model and my father bike is of 100 cc which is very better than my bike pick up.
                                      Very worthless bike iam unable to use my bike at any place, everyone laughs when they see my bike pick up

                                        Carburetor of hero super super splendor continue leakage since date of purchase, for the same i visit more then 10 time hero service station, two time it has been change also. Earlier i also complain in this fourm also. Carburetor empty in 8-10 hrs and over flow line looks like engine oil mix. Complaint[protected] closed with out visit to workshop.
