I would like to bring to your kind notice that, i have bought a hero maestro edge from one of the hero dealer ms&s motors based in cochin, kerala. The vehicle i have bought on may 2017. As you know, i have a good experience with hero vehicle so far, accordingly myself and my sister has bought the maestro edge on same month. Unfortunately i have faced lot of complaints from my two wheeler, which never ever expected from hero vehicle.
Here i would like to share major complaints and feedback which i have received from your dealer point
1, two wheeler will automatically switch off at the time of running, these have faced during rainy season most of the time
2, fuel indicator is not showing the exact fuel reading most of the time
3, vehicle silencer got damage, ie its become scrap mode.
I have reminded all this complaints to the dealer (Ms&s motors) even during service time in december 2017, and according to the service supervisor, they have agreed to replace the silencer as well as fuel related tool. After all even for my query through phone i didn't get any response from dealer. Finally i visited the dealer showroom and asked directly, but they said, they are not able to replace the silencer under warranty also will have pay the money for the replacement of silencer.
I would like to expect positive response from your end, accordingly i have to go forward for next option
