My name is Ansuman Nayak (mob-[protected]).I have purchase a new scooters for my wife monalisha Nayek at Mondal auto mobile dealers in two wheeler at bhojerhat, ps-k.l.c south 24 pgs, pin-700135 kolkata, mob-[protected] on date 13.12.2017 but still now 2 month ago my bike registration haven't complete and also no update from showroom.If i call the showroom manager he regret me and not give any update to me.kindly help me.

    I own a maestro edge (Dl13s1904) and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in delhi. Today 15-2-18 it's unfortunate to state that, i'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the service which is being provided by himgiri hero service centers jhilmil indl. Area, delhi

    Each time when i give my vehicle for service, they just used to wash the vehicle and give it back to me. This time they did not wash properly and polishing is done with waste rugs. They dont have even fine cotton cloths for apply polish the scooty.

      Dear management,

      I purchased by hero splendour ismart 110 on 16th of november from hero dealership automiles in malad, mumbai.

      From the beginning itself there was a light noise which was negligible so i couldn't hear but till the time came of the first service, the noise became prominence. When i gave for my first service at the dealership, they couldn't fix it as they said they didn't have any part. So i was advised to drive the bike with engine noise and smoke until they get the right part.
      I kept on waiting, and calling following up for the part
      After 15 days or so i was told that part is here and i would need to keep the bike for 2 days or so. So i took by bike again for the repairs, on my arrival the service engineer said the part is not here yet and i will have to wait for some more time.

      So waited for a week or more with the engine noise and smoke.

      With constantly following up i was told again after a week or so to bring the bike as the part has arrived.

      After keeping the bike for 3 days, i called them and asked has the bike been repaired? They said in the process of repairs they found another part faulty and i need to wait more to get it fixed.
      I did not agree to wait anymore and asked them to give me the bike. As i went to the service centre they were still assembling my bike and the seat cover was missing. So i told one of the service engineer that it's missing. He rudely said that "sir you're lying and there was no seat cover at the first place".

      I spoke to the service manager and he helped me to get a new cover. However my bike is still not fixed. It is not in functional condition since 20 days. It shuts down after every kilometer, has engine noise and smoke.

      I also called their contact center however they did not have any resolution for me. I have emailed the head office twice and also trhough grahak suuraksha. Still no resolution.

      So here i am sending this email and i seek a new replacement bike because this kind of product quality is not acceptable at all.

        I have purchased passion pro i3s new vehicle from jayaam motors, sulur, coimabtore in tamilnadu, in whcih i have paid the initial payment of rs. 18820/- from me and informed me that bank loan amount will be rs. 48000/-,

        As the vehicle price is rs. 63, 820/- (Including documentation charges rs. 2500/-)

        After taken a loan from indusind bank i have revceived the loan details from bank as the loan amount is rs. 48300/- from 18 month with 75.38% ltv. I have already paid the documentation charges for rs. 2500/- in intital payment to the dealer.

        The insurance premium was paid by me is rs. 1942/- but he is given the insurance policy for idv rs. 48000/- & premium is rs.1624/-

        Ok... Even today i have given the vehicle for 1st free service in the dealer, he is now asking for oil replacement for rs. 330/- from me.

        Even the castrol oil20w-40 is comming in market for rs.. 270/- only, but he is asking money for rs. 330/- from me.

        I have never been experienced this kind of fake talking dealer in my life. Even though i have dealt with so many dealers in my service experience.

        Now, i am registring this as a serious complaint against the dealer - jayaam motors, sulur, coimbatore - proprietor is mr. Ganesan, his contact number is: [protected]

        After all these problems i have came to know that this dealer is not giving any prompt service to the customer's & always cheating money from every customer. The proprietor word is not trustwothy.

        Please let me know how to register a legal complaint against the dealer??? Or give a complaint to consumer forum.

        in the Service Manual the dealer is not written any Engine number & Chassis number of the vehicle, also not filled amy details also. The dealer is taken Document charges of Rs. 2500/- + Extra bank loan amount of Rs. 300/- (interest will be Rs.58 for 18 months - total amount will be - Rs. 358/-) insurance premium forgery of Rs. 318/-, Enging Oil forgery Rs. 60/- = Total amount will be Rs. 3236/-

        Please initiate the legal action against the dealer and refund my money from them

          I am highly dissatisfied with this particular agency (Pratibha motors). I purchased maestro 5 months back and i am facing so many problems. When i gave bike for 1st free service they were charging for everything even for small indicator buzzer. On many occasions bike key does not work (Which some time very embarrassing specially on signals). I have only one vehicle in my home, which i gave for servicing and after 1 day when i called them to take my bike they told me that they already released that bike and now showroom is closed, so next day i reached early there to check my vehicle. I found my vehicle outside the service station and even they have not informed me. Till now not received my rcc book and showroom is saying they are not responsible for any thing. After purchase no one attending you properly. I will never ever recommend this to any one.

            I purchased i-smart110 bike # mp09 va 6577 in april 2017 from your showroom shanskar motors. I am faced noise issue in engine, regarding to solve this issue i repaired it four times in your showroom service center but noise from engine still not resolved and showroom engineer said this model have this type of problem so i want to complaint and want my bike price rs. 66500 to get refund.

                I am seema chandak purchased hero duet from arul autowherls, pune 11aug 2017.in feb first week my bike were automatically stop button start. So i show it to my dealer they tired and not able to start it. They told me that battry is fault and need to replace it.. Need 8days time but now today after 10days no response no follow up by the dealer. As bike is not even starting through kick so i am not able to use it. As i need to go office early at 8am in the morning i am facing lots of problems. So today i personally all visited arul autowheels to know the status. But very much disappointed the way they are behaving with us is very arrogantly and rudely. I got totally depressed by such behaviour. Also my husband called regarding kick related problem 4days back they assured that they will sent their mechanic to my home.. Today when i asked about this they rudely replied they he forgot it. Now i want the solution for this. Please if it is going to happens frequently what should i do. Arul autowheels all employees are very rude and very conservative.

                    Hello sir,

                    My name is satya megha shyam atluri, i own a hero mastero on last friday i gave my bike for service in bhanu motors y-junction kukatpally hyderabad, they have chanrged a bomb for me on behalf of the service saying the alignment of shocks, forks and general service. I agreed and paid as i prefer for the safety. But yesterday while i am riding my bike over speedbreaker there is a sudden bump to which my bike shocks gave me a big sound and jerked. Then i realised that the shocks in front are not repaired properly. So today i took the bike to service, the supervisor who took by bike earlier is there when asked his response is also not correct and very arrogant his name is (Ravi-supervisior from bhanu motors). Hope i get a quick response for this immeidately.

                      On 10/02/2018, i went to hero motorcorp service centre new millenium motors at chengannur to change my vehicles cable comp throttle and to clean its drive chain. But after i got the vehicle its fuel tap got damaged. They drained my fuel tank with out my consent and the tube not fitted properly. Due to which i lost all my fuel left in the tank.
                      On 12/02/2018 i went there for complaining the issue, but they shouted at me in front of other customers and neglected to resolve the issue. After that i went to a local workshop and fixed the issue.

                      I didnt expect such a worst behaviour from such a reputed firms service centre

                        Your service is so poor not any body listen my complaint and not take action for solve it .my bike have many problem but your company only and only oil change in my 3rd service and take 5hour. Not air element clean not my bike soker chacked while it have not work .all body of bike is noisy but repair it starting prblm but not chaked I have main prblm taking 5hour only oil change.why I have waste my 5hour only for oil change in your service centre while its costly

                            I have hero honda passion pro two wheeler, bought in the year 2010,
                            From last two years i have been visiting your dealer lakshmi hero workshop at malakpet, hyderabad, telangana state with the problem of engine oil leaking but the dealer is not able to fix the problem, every time they charge me for changing the packing/seal etc., but the problem persists.
                            Seems like the said dealer does not have skilled technicians or they are not bothered about consumer issues, also the dealer does not have a qualified works manager.
                            Could someone help me out in resolving the issue.

                              I have purchased a splender plus gj18cq2358 from gandhinagar last year. But till time i never satisfied your services. There are very bad service care about it. There are no any satisfied answer from them. Today i just service my bike but they are not doing any thing in service. Only washing is include in service? They have not manner also how to talk with customer. There are very bad experiance regarding services. I am hero bike user and i like it but services are very bad. The service staff are talking like we purchase bike without money.. Please do something for it... I just service today my bike from there but there not solve any problem which i told them and when i said that about it they told me that it is not our work. I just complain about oiling in bike not properly. So i include attach the photos with these.

                                Dear sir we have purchased hero super splendor 2018 model we are facing many problems in it.
                                There is so much loud noise in engine and the bike gets stopped many times while driving in between.

                                Bikes smoothness is not as we expected like past hero honda bikes are very smooth.
                                We r very disappointed within 2 days of purchasing. We request you to take action and our dealer in aher kalyan maharashtra is not responding. We also request you to change the product our justify.

                                  Authorize dealer m/s silver wheel fazalganj kanpur is not able to replace fuel tank lock on payment since 7th feb.2018.. My scooter bearing registration no. Up. 78 en 1574, is lying in his work shop. He is unable to give us time for replacement also. Witout scooter my work is hampering. Kindly ask him to take up my work on priority. This problem was being faced by me for last 10 days.

                                    I am a owner of hero super splendor (Up32hy 1944). Each time when i give my vehicle for service, they just used to wash the vehicle and give it back to me.
                                    Today when i give my vehicle for service, they just wash the vehicle and give it back to me. The services included protection treatment of 400 rs but i didn't get any protection treatment in my vehicle.
                                    I want my money back because no protection treatment is provided.

                                    Please take an action so in future it will be repeat.

                                    I have opted for hero since it's a reputed vehicle brand. And now i regret for my decision. And it's sad and unfortunate to state that, neither will i myself consider taking a hero bike in future, nor will recommend my friends/relatives for the same.

                                        Today i went for my bike 2nd servicing, in my 1st & 2nd serving, i observed that they took the charges of battery charging and gasket changing charges also. I informed that battery charging is not chargable, but they started arguing with me and in every servicing, the gasket need to be change or what? But a after long argument when i show them my servicing book, that there is no chargable written. Then they belived me.. Over all my experience was too bad.. I am sending you my servicing free list book and servicing bill.. Please look after the matter...
