Hello team, i brought hero maestro last year april - may from pashupati motor.in the month june - july i faced issue with that scooter, ignition and lights goes off. I call service station and took my scooter to them they always do some temporary fix and send it back this happened 4 time in past and now today same problem.

    From beginning from 1st service i am complaining about the bike average. At the time of purchasing i have been told that bike average will be 74 km. Per litre.
    But bike is giving average below 50 km. Per litre. I raised this issue with service centre, udaipur (Raj.) [royal motors] every time whenever i went for bike service.
    But everytime they assured me that we are setting the average and it will be ok now. But after 7 service of bike the problem is still there. Average is coming below 50 km. Per litre which is too low.
    And due to this problem i am suffering from extra expenses on monthly basis.
    Please look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. Otherwise i have to go in consumer forum.

      Dear Hero,
      As I am Abhisek Verma and I am very disappointed with the not proper response of Service centre manager and services of Hero. As my vehicle RC no. UP 65 BQ 2707 is submitted on Monday and claimed for the parts on last 29th Dec. 2017 and parts have come on 3rd Jan 2018 in Service centre. But for the service purpose I am running by Friday 5th Jan to till date 10th Jan. But still I didn't get solutions and finally the are telling in the evening after wasting my time from 11 Am to 4 Pm, just come on 12th Jan you will get your bike ready. So my question is that why the are not working on my bike when I am available in Service centre?. What they want to hide? Where is assurity of parts change?
      I spent 3 days in Service centre, what you values of customer time? And today when in the evening by 4 Pm they were going to Service of my bike, they were not getting parts, they started to search the parts while they have already assured on 5th Jan that my bike parts have come. So it's very clear that a I am not sure that Hero can give Good Service and assurity.
      So please help in this matter as soon as possible.

        मी तुमच्या कंपनीची स्प्लेंडर i smart ही गाडी घेऊन १८ महिने झाले. गाडी घेताना मला सांगितले होते की, गाडीचे average १०३ आहे. गाडी घेतल्यापासून आत्तापर्यंत गाडीने मला ४५ च्या पुढे average दिले नाही. चाकण च्या सेहगल च्या सर्विस सेंटर मध्ये वारंवार तक्रार करूनही त्यांच्याकडून average चा problem solve झाला नाही. त्यानंतर मी चिंचवडच्या सेहगल च्या show room मध्ये average च्या problem साठी ३ वेळा गाडी servicing ला दिली. पण प्रत्येक वेळेस ते सांगायचे कि average चा problem solve झाला आहे. पण average चा problem solve झाला नाही. त्यानंतर परत एकदा मी त्यांची appointment घेऊन गाडीच्या average check करण्यासाठी गेलो. तर त्यावेळेस त्या showroom च्या वर्कर ने मला ५३ चे average काढून दिले. आणि मी त्यांच्याबरोबर average च्या संदर्भात बोलण्यासाठी गेलो, तर त्यांनी मला उलटसुलट उत्तरे दिली. आणि "तुला काय करायचे ते कर" अश्या शब्दात बोलले. आणि माझ्याकडून १५० रुपये रक्कम घेऊन मला तिथून जबरदस्तीने चालते केले.
        तरी कृपया माझ्या complent चा विचार करावा. ही विनंती.

          I purchased a HERO Passion Pro on 01/11/2017 for my branch by the name of 'CAN FIN HOMES LTD' from one of your distributor here in Indore named V N Motors. I paid the full amount at same day by the DD of Rs 61518/- in f/o V N Motors.
          Now its been more than two months & i have not received the registration number yet. Every time i call to V N Motors they say that you did not buy the vehicle from us, You purchased the vehicle from Atharv Automobile, hence we can not process for RTO registration.

          I took the delivery from V N Motors & I given the DD in f/o V N Motors & my DD got credited in VN Motor's bank account only. So how can i purchase the vehicle from Atharva Automobile.
          Now I have to send the full classification of Rs 61518/- to my head office before 13/01/2018 Otherwise we will return the vehicle to V N Motors. And will drag you to consumer forum.
          Such kind of carelessness is completely unacceptable from the people having brand name HERO behind them.

          Kindly take care of the issue at your end & take the steps to resolve the issue & for keeping my experience good with Hero Motocorp Ltd.

            I own a Hero ismart (DL 7S CB 8155 and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in HIMGIRI AUTOMOBILES (P) LTD. A-19 JHILMIL IND AREA G.T ROAD, DELHI EAST DELHI 110095 DELHI INDIA STATE CODE 7 It's unfortunate to state that, I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the service which is being provided hero service centers, especially Branch

            Each time when I give my vehicle for service, they just used to wash the vehicle and give it back to me. Two times, I had the horrible experience of vehicle Not giving mileage which recomended by you and it is giving 40/litre. Every time when I give the vehicle for service, they used to give bill for changing engine oil, rather than Mileage check. AND ALSO TIMING CHAIN SOUND FIRST DAY OF BIKE .

            I have opted for hero since it's a reputed vehicle brand. And now I regret for my decision. and it's sad and unfortunate to state that, neither will I myself consider taking a hero bike in future, nor will recommend my friends/relatives for the same.

              This is for your information that i buy a maestro scooty on 16th of march 2017 and on and from last 3 month am trying to start but there was no any current and after trying half an hour the same not started. Then i went to the agency from where i buy & they helped me agency which is 50 kms to my residence. After many many request the engineer checks fault he was also unable to find the fault and in return he asked to visit main agency from where i buy the scooty for further check. Now the situation is that my place is almost 60 kms away from the agency and without start scooty it is not possible for me to get further checks. Please help me by providing the vehicle who drop my scooty at agency and my scooty still under guaranty and i want to change my scooty betray otherwise i am not intersted with this scooty

                Sir im from sakri i purchase hero duet from navkar, dhule.. Since that i have sell start problem... I visited near show of sakri that is gaytri hero showroom i visited 6 time somw time thay say chargig problem some time they say battery problem. Once they say rectifier regulater problem... I did whatever they said but still sell start problem is continue.. I think they i dont understand the problem please reply me as early as possible... My mob no is [protected]

                  I bought hero duet in september from:- shivani motors naswadi, 391150. An since that time to this current date the dealer not given the 'rc book' and insurance policy and they didn't pay the road tax. Every day i call him and ask about it. But the responce was not satisfiying. There is the dealer responsibility to such think. But they don't do something about it.

I call miss divya narang hero staff she told me that sorry for mistakes please submit your rc card I will be corrected but more then 4 months she misguided me and do not my work which her mistakes please take action...

                    Regulare customer for hero hona to hero me purchased 15.10.2015 a hero splender pro classic motorcycle having its registration no rj01gs0006 from relen motors pvt ltd (Rajasthan) since the date of purchase this motercycle is having a problem of odometer stoped in 9999 km.. I handower my by bike in service center engineer chek my bike odometer and then he conform by himself. And me order 6.01.2018 odometer change in warranty period. Hr change date maximum 1 days. Me reminder call and well be answer not a odometer on this warranty. Me well be required my odometer order number but not parowied. Complained to the consult showroom as well agarwal motors pvt ltd (Rajasthan). But till date the problem still continue has not been resolve by dealers.                       You have not potential (Aukaat) to provide essential services. My problem always not sortout. My scooty vibrates when i just applying race after starting... Yesterday it's 3rd service but my problem not sortout...

                        Hello sir, i am mr, pookunju a. I purchased splendor i smart (Rg no:kl 02 ay3230, from amritha automobiles, kudikode, nedumonkav, kollam, ph no:[protected], which is a sub distributor of venad auto mobiles on 10|08|2016. On 18/12/2017 vehicle was admitted @ amritha because of gasket r crank case complaint. They charged 889.0 rs for this work (Including o-ring, oil seal). Compan assure warranty for this part. But they dont provide it. Theyhad hand over thevehicle "on 29/12/2017". Again the vehicle is complained (Oil leakage, clech cover complaint). Now i submitted my vehicle to them on 08/1/2017. They dont give a positive reply. Their service is so bad. Here somany unsatisfied customers. I expect a sppedy action from your side.

                            I prasant kumar purchasing the glamor fi motor cycle on dated[protected] from prasant hero pvt. Ltd jalalabad distt shahajahanpur (U. P), my motor cycle engine damaged. It is insure by prasant hero pvt ltd, and my motor cycle stands on prasant hero pvt ltd with in 02 month, there is no response from agency. Agency honour says that there is no responsibility of our agency, you have to take your motor cycle to distt shahjahanpur (U. P) agency and behavior of this agency honor is very bad. So i have to request you that replace my motorcycle either i have to go to consumer court. Then you will responsible for it.

                              Milage is very poor and lots of noise in bike and heat soo much and suspension problem full of problem, i want my money please people dont buy this bike never full paisa waste i dont know why hero is making such worst bike claming 63kmpl average but not giving half of it, worst bike please dont buy this please

                                I have purchased a glamour i3s bike on 26th october 2017 from doon valley showroom dehradun and i have met with an accident on 14th december at rishikesh and i have brought the bike to doon valley showroom (From where i brought) now the issue is my bike hasn't got repaired till now and they are saying the reason is we have kept the order and we haven't received parts
                                Do the hero group treats the customers this way its been more than 20 days and still i haven't got my bike repaired i have even mailed the north zone (Delhi and dehradun) but i have received any response i even attached my bike documents i never expected this kind of service from a reputed company i am feeling ashamed of choosing this bike

                                I haven't received any call neither a mail from the company side I have similarly posted in other few sites regarding the complaint but the garage people haven't even informed that they have got a complaint, its better if there would be a tracking status option in the site itself

                                  I've purchased pleasue on dhan teras and very next day i felt jerking and reported to showroom kantinagar, they taken test drive & replied no problem and its normal,
                                  But i was not satisfied and went to workshop, and 3-4time i reported there but problem not resolved.
                                  In the mean time i missed floor mat at workshop, stolen fuel of my scooty, and workshop staff committed misbehaving with me while i should have done,
                                  I become ery disappeared from himgiri dealer stafd and my scooty that the problem not getting resolved.
                                  Kinldy lookinto the matter and do the needful.

                                    I brought hero passion pro bike in nellore sarayu showroom on on 24-10-15. Until today my bike has reached 14481kms. That means i'm just about 600 kms per month.
                                    But my bike chain sprocket was broken i told the showroom management that they did not react correctly.in every time of servicing i told the chain sprocket was not good and rectify it. But the management of showroom not hear.
                                    I am losing many ways like money and valuable time because of the showroom management disorderly affairs.
                                    So you please arrange another chain sprocket.

                                      Hello l am vikas mishra purchased new bike today in pratapgarh but the egoistic and bad behavior of your employees disappointed me. They did not cooperate me for purchasing using bad language. They did not address my simple queries like... Do you give cash memo for purchase or not... Sorry to say but this attitude of your customer abolish you. Be aware... Change are transfer them if possible.. If you stay always in no.1 then you should do work in this field... Thank you...

                                        I had bought my passion pro two years back. There was a manufacture defect in chain sprocket. At the 1st service itself i asked about it. Mechanic told there is no problem with that. Now chain sprocket had totally damaged. However i had travelled only 14000 kms. It displays irresponsibility of dealer. I want my bike to be repaired so soon. Please resolve it as fast as you can. Don't dare to trick customers. I'm so serious about it. I want my bike to repaired so soon.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        The first servicing in my drive has not been done properly. Tell the room staff to say that he has abused me. Scratches have been put in place too many places in the morning. In the first servicing, only the mobil was changed in my drive and only the clutter pannel was opened, after which I opened. so pls take action my complain
