I had bought my passion pro two years back. There was a manufacture defect in chain sprocket. At the 1st service itself i asked about it. Mechanic told there is no problem with that. Now chain sprocket had totally damaged. However i had travelled only 14000 kms. It displays irresponsibility of dealer. I want my bike to be repaired so soon. Please resolve it as fast as you can. Don't dare to trick customers. I'm so serious about it. I want my bike to repaired so soon.

Dear sir,
The first servicing in my drive has not been done properly. Tell the room staff to say that he has abused me. Scratches have been put in place too many places in the morning. In the first servicing, only the mobil was changed in my drive and only the clutter pannel was opened, after which I opened. so pls take action my complain

    I did lots of complaints to your dealer sai iccha motors, jawhar & to your customer care number also...
    So, request you please give me replacement of the vehicle on immediate basis as your dealer is fail to resolve the issue after lots of complaints.

      In 25th august, 2017 i had buy a motorcycle which is from hero motocorp, but the free services are not satisfactory and the service centr didn't treat as like the free serving details show in the service book.
      Secondly my motorcycle start making some noise from a few days and when i checked for that noise i found one. The chain cover swingum patti was broken and when i that's mean today i visit the service centre for the replacement of that part then they saying that the warranty of the bike didnot cover for that part. Why is that? I want to disable that chaos making noise from my bike that's why i remove the chain box from my bike, but i afraid the chain of my bike will soon going to be damaged.
      Now i think why i choose hero motocorp
      I want to resolve my problem from your side and make some arrangement for good arrangement for the servicing of the motorcycle at the service centre. The service book mention 32 checking point but the servicing centre just provide 3 or 4 out of 32. They didn't polish my bike, didn't lubricant my bike chain but they want sale some lubricant oil and polishing cream from the centre.
      Above all i don't want suffer anyone like me. Please provide me the chain box with swingum

      And when i was reached the showroom of Hero moto corp Almora, Uttarakhand they said that the company will not supply their product battery to them and thats why their is some issues.
      Please help me to trusting again on Hero moto corp company.

        Showroom's owner mr. Chabil mor has no sense of talking with customer. He misbehave with the customer. He spoke very rudely & loudly. So plz take a complaint against him and take a suitable action against his misbehave.

          Dear sir/madam,

          With regarding to the above subject, i anup pahade owner of my bike which is cbz xtreme. Past month i met with an accident with the bike and to which i claimed it with insurance to my nearest hero service centre. After taking followups several times i am getting a reply from your service centre that they cant prrovide me the parts of the bike because they are not getting parts to any of the showrooms which they have tieups with. It has been one and half month that i have submitted my bike for changing with new parts and i am not getting any positive feedback from them. Apart from this, how can be this possible that the company is not providing the new parts?

            Dear sir,
            This is to inform you that, i totally frustrated due to bad quality of services work from hero motors, due to which every month i am expending around 800 rs on services and in every services i am changing some parts of my vehicles suggested from macanic. I purchase my glamour fi mp49mn5391 on feb, 2016 from betul district, its completed around 2 year and if i calculate my expenses incurred in services of my vehicle will be cost more than new one, its happening due to poor quality services and materials in vehicles.
            Its humble request you to please resolve my complaints and suggest you to please dont ignore my compalint.

                Complete engine overhauling carried out on august 2017 at your authorized service center m/s cee jay motors hero at thodupuzha - muvattupuzha rd, thottumkalpeedika, muvattupuzha, kerala 686661.

                But presently put on first service after the engine overhauling, they needed to another rs.8000/-to do more engine overhauling.

                Being a graduate mechanical engineer and secured pg and ph. D from iit madras, i could not understand why this is so?

                This is seem so pure form of cheating.

                  This is taslim. It’s been a very bad experience with the hero bike we took in april 2017. We have taken passion pro i3s model. But it’s very bad.. We are always facing some kind of issues. Every time we send complaint but the problem never gets resolved.

                  Two week ago we had 3rd serving of our bike and again it’s started giving us problems. Very important issue is of mileage which are facing from the start which not yet have been solved. And now the sudden problem is with handle lock which is not working at all. We are afraid of our life because it suddenly stop taking moving in between the ride. But this the the god luck that we have been saved & second fear is stealing of bike. One can easily steal it because handle lock is not working. We are very surprised because of this issue. We can think of this problem after 5 or 7 years of purchase of the bike but it’s only 7 months till now. Earlier within 5 months my bikes all the front wires got spoiled which we paid n fitted new wires, name plate got damaged in just 4 months. These all the issues one can face after 5 or 7 years of purchase but we are getting troubled in only 8 months since we purchased and we lost so much of money for its repairing & for petrol.

                  We want you to resolves these issues or else refund our money or exchange our bike. Because we are fedup with this bike. We have spent so much money towards this bike in terms of repairing, servicing & petrol. Which is only loss for us not gaining anything from it. We have purchased this bike to refuse our expenses & time management but it’s not ate all happening.

                  And i will be always giving my suggestions to others that they should not purchase hero bikes because it’s not trustworthy!!

                    Hallo i m very disappointed with hero service. I bought hero splendor + within last 3 month i visited hero service center almost 6 time but i can't get solution till date after 3 month splendor + give 35km/lt and bike exust black smoke i also replace back side jumper because in new bike i face poor damping ratio but still i can't get satisfaction from authorised service center really it was my bad decision to invest my money and trust on hero motocorp

                      I have purchased new hero plasure from one of your dealer named: karnavati bikes, bapu nagar, ahmedabad, gujarat. Dated 28th sept'2017.
                      After purchasing the plasure i faced many problem like problem in tubeless tyre.. Problem in battery. After these problem arrive i have contacted the dealer where i have purchased the plasure but the manager give me rude reply and said to me that i am free to do whatever i can..

                      So i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful...

                        I bought a bike (Glamour model) from bhanumotors located in kukatpally (Hyderabad). While i am driving the bike its getting off and bike is not starting. This is happening only when the whether is cold or bike got wet. I given bike for servicing in authorized center only but still my problem not yet solved.                           This is jaishiv sharma. As i am already have a hero motor cycle (Splender plus) and happy with the performance of this motor cycle since 2012. So i have decided to purchase a new scooter for family members (Wife and old age parents). Finally i have purchased the same (Scooter maestro edge) on 27th nov 2017.
                          But after 2 days we realized that it was a wrong decision to purchased maestro edge. As i have facing problems to start the scooter by "self" as well "kick". On 30th nov 2017 i had a call to hero motor dealer namely "m/s sun motor, indra nagar lucknow". They quickly respond upon my request and send a person on 30th nov 17. He came to my house and changed battery and disconnect diggi lamp.
                          After that scooter running proper way. But after first free service again i am facing starting problem. This morning i am try to start the scooter but i can't as battery totally discharged.
                          Further i had facing problem regarding milage and discomfort of seat. I had observed that milage is around 25 to 30 km/ l. Seat also making noise when pillion rider riding on the scooter.

                          It's really irritating for me, if i have to call to dealer for complaint regarding brand new product instead of note of thanks. I will strongly suggest my friends & relatives to review their decision whoever plan to purchase hero products in upcoming days.

                          Therefore request you to kindly look into and resolved the problems on urgent basis.

But now my bike chessis damaged automatically without any accident. I was raised the complaint to your authorized local dealer (Sairaj hero – bhandara), on dated 03.12.2017, request id :[protected]. But they cannot sort out my problem & blaming me that your service not done properly, that’s why your warranty has lapsed.

                            I have a record all my bike service done on time as per schedule. Request you to pls look into the matter & sort out my problem as early as possible.

                              I am been getting my bike serviced from heera motors, which is a authorized dealer and service station of hero moto corp situated in tilla mode, farukh nagar near bharat city ghaziabad. However, its been 5 months from which i am getting my bike serviced but since last 2 service the quality of service and customer service has been pathetically poor and the limits crossed when yesterday when i went for service and service was booked at 9.30 a. M. Service no. Was 6 and time of bike delivery was 1 p. M. However, i reached at 3 p. M. To collect my bike but to a suprise the bike was not ready and after enquiring about the same the service incharge gave rude replies stating that new lot of bikes have arrived which has caused the delay but when i said that why it was not informed over telephone as i made special request to get the same on time because of earlier commitments. To this they gave rude replies that they are not sitting here to inform to the customer and whether i have to get it serviced so stay or else it's okay. I said that with such attitude i would not get the bike serviced here but definitely will register a complaint and asked for their complaint register. On asking the same firstly they said that they don't have 1, but after continuous pursuation they offered a small little notebook stating it's is there register complaint book which not even looked liked one. I asked them to provide their final complaint book which they denied and after stating that i will raise the complaint through site they were easy enough and said please go ahead. This showed their over confidence that any such complaint over online forum will not cause any harm to them and they can easily take the leverage of being the only 1 service in nearby vicinity. This behaviour and attitude showcased their monopoly on the market and a sense that we can treat the customer as the way we want and they don't have any other options other than to come to us. This was not the first time the support staff and the owner misbehaved with the customer but it was even during last last to visit where the technical staff conveyed the replacement of one of the part and after enquiring as the same was replaced during the previous service he said he will check and revert on the same and later didn't changed. There are few more instances with the same station which i feel will be lengthy to elaborate here.
                              However, as a kind request would request hero moto corp to take necessary action in this regard and help provide a customer friendly service station for better of your after sales service.

                                I have passion xpro bike, since last 4 months i am not able to ride bike to due to insulator rubber problem. Bike is getting off while riding.

                                When i last time went to hero motocorp authorized showroom (Sln hero showroom and service center) at hyderabad tolichowki area, i have been told that insulator rubber needs to be replaced but the part is not available. Multiple times i visited to this sln showroom in hyderabad they say that part is ordered but part will not be available again, even the apathy of the service center guys is that they even not bothered about it, they directly asked me to go to comsumer court if you want, this kind of behavoiur is not at all acceptable.

                                Secondly i have visited 3-4 hero showrooms in hyderabad, but this part is not readily available in showroom.

                                I want that part should be ordered and replaced so that i can again ride my bike.

                                Request to replace the same and if possible put some stock at service centers...

                                  This is for your information that i buy a maestro scooty on 16th of oct'2017 and on 23rd of dec'2017 am trying to start but there was no any current and after trying half an hour the same not started. Then i called to the agency from where i buy & they helped me by giving the mobile no. Of the agency which is near to my residence. After many many request the engineer from the nearest agency visit my place and after all checks he was also unable to find the fault and in return he asked to visit main agency from where i buy the scooty for further check. Now the situation is that my place is almost 60 kms away from the agency and without start scooty it is not possible for me to get further checks. Please help me by providing the vehicle who drop my scooty at agency.

                                    I purchase my hero duet from maa automobiles, the dealer of yours at morigaon (Assam) on 31/03/2017.
                                    It has been around 9months from then and still they have neither handed me my scooty purchase documents nor my insurance papers. After mutiple calls trying to contact them, they now dont accept my phone calls. Its frustating now. I reside in guwahati (Assam) so its not possible for me to go there every now and then. I wish you help me out on this.

                                        Sir, i am facing the issue from last 15 days. Sharing the mail send to your executive. Sanchit. [protected]@airtel.com

                                        I am continuing follow-up with your customer care as well as airtel store, located at good earth city centre, sec-50 gurgaon - haryana. All replied that in next 24 hours your problem will be resolved. Sir, i am still waiting that 24 hours but sorry to say not received a single call in last 15 days.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        We just got the message that airtel is offering some special for hero employees. But i want to share my experience with you because i am already using airtel and defiantly i will share with my hero colleagues.

                                        I am using my airtel post paid number [protected] and 15 days back i switch over from post paid to pre paid. But as on today i can not received any call from any where on this number. I had visited 4 times your store located at good earth city centre, sec-50, gurgaon but all are fail to resolve my problem.

                                        I already lodge the complaint at your customer care... Wide no. [protected]
