Dear i am ashutosh from gujarat, purchase a bike from anas motar ankleshwar in february month 2017 and in this problem is in starting in april 2017 no self work and no work ics system and i will service complaint then no any will perform about this matter. What can i do.?

    Hamare yaha k showroom wale jo bhi coustmer servicing k liye aata hai usse 4 se 5 hour k baad aane ko bolte hai aur uska pura parts change karte accidental bata kar hamare insurance se claim apne account mai dalwa dete hai.
    Bahut saari alag alag company ka bima karte hai aur daily kam se kam 50 bikes ka claim kha jaye hai, aap kuch action lijiye warna hum log phir consumer fourm mai complaint karenge...

      I am a owner of hero glamour rc no ap31dx1276, i have submitted my vehicle for servicing and for some specific repairing works on 21.12.2017 at 7:00am at sri lakshmi srinivasa hero, hero service center anakapalli, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. While submitting the vehicle i gave full authority to the service center personnel to rectify all the other irregularity if found during servicing. Since then i have visited four times to the service center still they didnot rectify problem. Right now my vehicle is still at service center since 7.00am yesterday & till today, i am very much dissapointed about this servicing from first service. Your servicing is very poor and they charged huge amount for free services also.in first servicing i raised complaint about engine but not rectify that problem, thats why am very disapponted about this servicing center, so please rectify my bike problem as early as possible.         When i purchase above scooty from singla agency pul pehladpur
        New delhi 110044. Starting problem in scooty, when i met concern
        Person to agency, then tell me problem is solved after servicing. When i
        Servicing the scooty, 4-5 days is ok. After 4-5 days again starting problm.

        Please seriously look the matter.

          I have purchased my passion xpro two years back, now before complition of two years my rear break rod has been broken during driving vehicle. I have not seen before this to any other's vehicle. And during servicing of vehicle the showroom supervisors are not highlighting these points to customers.

          Secondly i have visited 3-4 hero showrooms in pune, but this part is not readily available in showroom.

          Request to replace the same and if possible put some stock at service centers.

              I was bought the your hero-duet model on last pongal. I was felt two things
              Is major drawback for this model.
              1. Over weight at pillion side and broad rear.
              2. Major fault is fuel open at back and it is controlled by same key (On/off) that open
              Part of the fuel is very difficult to handle of every customer. Also that fuel close
              Lid spring is cut-off several time. 10 days back only i was changed new one.
              I ask my service center is to change free of cost. But they said its manufacture mistake.
              Not for us. So complaint to customer service. So kindly give proper solution and give more attention to this.

                Dear sir / madam,
                We had purchased duet scotty from the m/s saumik automobiles, jajpur road, odisha, 755014, on june - july 2016 and from day one it had lot of problems such as starting problem, stop at any time & unknown place upon running condition, excess fuel consumption and other electronic faults.
                Before i had hero pleasure scotty of same hero company and my spouse used it for almost 5 years, it was a great pleasure & much comfortable.
                I took on duet on exchange of pleasure but now this is giving us much hard time. She (Spouse) is using this vehicle to pick up and drop children from school to home and home to school + market for shopping.
                The story starts on the 1st day of delivery from showroom, starting problem, the vehicle delivery made to us around at 10.00 pm saying that the problem will goes off after 2-3 day running, as this is new vehicle therefore problem is coming due to insufficient fuel circulation.
                One after another free service, bring vehicle, all the problem will be short out as committed by the team of technicians and workshop manager. Latter on we visited the workshop on every free service, problem was mentioned in the job card, at the end of day, team deliver by saying, problem is resolved and my spouse had to carry this vehicle to home. But, it is strange, the problem reaming as it is unresolved, mileage problem is just tuned to adjust petrol and said now your vehicle is ok.
                It was very good to have nice compliments from the service staff, by keeping vehicle whole day, cleaning done properly, to take vehicle home back by taking free service coupons. One by one coupons were taken and on every free service same policy is adopted. The problem remains same as unresolved. Lady cannot attend workshop leaving behind children and house responsibility for whole day every 2nd or 3ed day for the same issue.
                My spouse was carrying child for tusion, and in the mid of road this vehicle (Duet) stopped, as it is understood this can be life risk at any time as heavy vehicle is running back & behind every moment on the road. This vehicle did not start again. Lady alone pushed this vehicle to workshop for maintenance.
                We bring vehicle on time to workshop for maintenance and repair without any failure, we pay charges as charged on job card, but in return we receive bad & wept feeling, the kind of service provided. This kind of vehicle is designed keeping in mind that, for lady to have safe & comfort travel without any fault.
                At the end, team leader / manager suggest to leave vehicle at the workshop for the 2 days for observation and to cure disease. Today my spouse had submitted this vehicle under the team of professionals to carry out inspection and rectify the faults, as and when mentioned in the job cards from time to time.
                As hero is known for its great name & fame for two wheeler, and we hope this time our concern will be not solved, but will be completely eradicated. With great hope and expectation we believe on hero group, there will be no more such complaints in this vehicle further after delivery.
                We request customer care team as well as maintenance team to take this in right prospective and kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.

                Not a good service my bike is damaged and not a complete 2 parts and not response for any executive branch for Asif Nagar all staff not perfect for this job not happy for every customer and me and I request to add branch from manager please response me and please solve my problem thank you

                  My hero passion x pro black grey colour visor and visor glass is damaged,
                  I searched in many show rooms but black grey colour visor not present.
                  Black colour is a common colour so in hero show room bike parts available any time.
                  But fact that no part available.
                  Please available of bike parts in show rooms.
                  Common bike colour like black colour parts not present in show room.
                  Please parts available, customers easily repair their bikes with all availability in show rooms.

                      After 3 months of purchase... Loudly noice comes in engine...
                      Service center not resolved my problem..

                      Very poor quality of this bike...
                      If i purchased any other 2nd hand bike.
                      It is working better than this bike..

                      I m dis appointed with hero... Brand...

                      Personally i advice to others.. Please do not buy this bike.

                          Due to financial issues i delayed buying my dream bike. But finally the day has come so i was very much eager to own my bike and went to venkateshwara motors near narayanaguda hyderabad even i have many showrooms in between due to my blind trust i went there, the sales person named gopi i dont know why these people misguides the customer their only motive is to sell the bike. I asked him for passion pro i3s in silver black colour but gopi said sir there are only four colours available 1. Red black 2. Black red 3. Blue black. 4. Black grey. So i went for black red due to my blind trust on him. It happened on 15th dec 2017. I took the bike and came home but the next day i saw few silver black colour bikes roaming on roads. So i stopped one of them and asked how you get this colour this colour is not there in showroom and i was told there are only 4 colours. So the man said no no this colour is available. Then i realised that i was misguided. I am deeply hurt. With all my hard earned money and my dreams washed away. I request hero moto corp to look into this matter very seriously and replace my bike with silver black colour. My health is getting worse day by day because of this whole issue. I want reply asap. Please.

                            Hi,

                            I bought hero mastero edge on nov 23, 2017 and it has starting trouble and stops while riding slowly; i have taken to service center 4 times within one month of purchase and even after that problem not solved. They are not ready to take back the vehicle.

                            This has increased my mental agony and don't know what to do. Thinking of filing legal petition. Please help me with the procedure.

                              Sehgal service centre of mathura road faridabad provide not proper service as they changed oil and tight break and chain from outside only. They never open chain set or vichle for cleaning and other things clearly. They charged extra fee for all things and other labour charge for any part we buy for bike. Please solve that type of overcharging and careless services

                                I am not pleased with your dealer sukhmani motor as they are selling your product like a roadside helmet seller. There is no proper attention on customer. Servicing of vehicle is very poor. No one is paying proper attention on servicing of vehicle.
                                If you wouldn't want to loose your fame plz. Take care for this type of dealer.

The speedometers wire has damage during servicing but the manager / service center hazaribag jharkhand said that he is not responsible for damaged even the speedometers wire was in good condition before reaching service center in the morning.
