Hello my name is Karthik I bought a new car at Madurai Mani Nagappa Motor 03/03/2022 From the time I picked up the vehicle till today my vehicle often runs out of engine I have not taken any action to complain to you till today so I am very depressed the vehicle could not drive even a kilometerI have not seen any repairs in your company that I complain to you more than once I complained to you on 17/03/2022 and the other day they took my vehicle from your company for repairs and eight days later they called me back and asked me to drive the vehicle. But my vehicle was not repaired Has run 870 km till today I have not been able to run even a kilometer engine automatic cut off problem I have complained no action has been taken till date

    I have purchase a motor bike ( Hero Hf Deluxe) on 02/03/2022 and availed 1st service on 24/04/2022. 4-5 days after 1st service Self starting problem arise. I have visited the service centre (Dutta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Durgapur) today. Initially they found the problem in battery. They remove the battery for further inspection to the Battery manufacturer ( Amron) and said it will takes another 7 days. After removing the battery they just asked me to collect any damaged battery to start the engine . They even not replaced any old battery to run the bike. I have collected a damaged battery depositing Rs.200/- to nearby battery shop. I bound returned home riding this bike without Horn and Turning Indicator.

      Sai Motors manager called and told me they won't be providing any PUC certificate. It is not given by any Showroom. However, the Sales team sent a customer copy of Form 22 - Roadworthiness Certificate

      However, the Sales team sent a customer copy of Form 22 - Roadworthiness certificate

          Today on 09.05.2022 I received a two wheeler insurance policy copy no- 3005/O/[protected]/00/B00 with ICICI Lombard over my mail having same spelling of name as mine " KANHAI KUMAR SAH" and email address - [protected]@gmail.com of vehicle number - BR31AP1916, address- MAHATI DHARAMCHAND VAISHALI, BIHAR-844126.
          But I do not possess any vehicle having registered out of WEST BENGAL. Because I am permanent resident of West Bengal.
          I am very concerned that It would be misused done with my Government ID.
          So kindly advice me what to do for my safety.

            This authorised service centre is cheating with hero customers .. when i did my first service of my Xpulse 4v they used normal oil even after i said for fully synthetic oil ... And other service centres say that xpulse only suitable for synthetic xotic oil .. i ride whole 3000 kms on that cheap oil it could affect my engine and my experience with hero .. i request hero to deauthorised this service centre

              Respected sir,
              I am from jamshepur. I gave my scooty for servicing dated on 07/05/2022.my vehicle no is JH05CM1658. Their staff has really really bad behaviour. They always make fake and fancy bills of customers without giving any information or without permission.
              I gave them just for the servicing that amount is 388 .and lastly I had to pay 850 after argument. That bills are really made intensely.

                My name is Jithin VKV, RC owner of above mentioned vehicle. I purchased my bike in December, after second service my bike broke down on April 14th and took that to nearest service station Volker motors, Kannur using RSA pick up facility. Until now I did' not get any positive reply from their side, they are just saying gearshaft complaint and they are ordered for the part. Until now they can't even rectify the issue. It's been only 3-4 months i purchased my bike and this complaint happened, I am worried about it may happen in future also, may be affect engine. I am not at all satisfied with their service. I have given more time for them to repair it.

                I registered a complaint through online also with token number[protected], but no one contacted me from your side.

                  I went today for service of my bike, they check my bike before servicing and said that chainset of your bike is not ok, and we have to change it.
                  I said ok but i changed my bike's chainset in last to last service so how its not working properly.
                  Then they said we will check.
                  After checking they said no sir we don't have any recod or replacing chainset
                  So you have to change it.
                  I said no please check it again.
                  Then they checked again and found that i replaced the chainset in my last to last service.
                  After that i told them to change it, but they said jo sir your chainset is ok.
                  What is this behaviour
                  They didn't change the chainset of my bike just because they found that i replaced my chainset from agency few months ago.

                    I am chirag shirmali the owner of my bike i would like to express my disappointment from unsatisfactory level of the service .
                    I have expected much from a prestigions. And reputed company of your standard i can't help but submitted this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.

                    Actually my the biggest problem my bike for the servicing for 4 Times atleast as many times I didn't solved my problem of my bike i wish i get my solution for my bike in the correct manner and in right position .

                    When I have submitted my bike for the servicing at the first time and the second time it was best results but at the third time they said the engine oil problem i have changed it but the fourth time they have did normal checked it after going home i got the same problem of the getting the problem of my breaks and engine sound and the full problems stuff and getting my bike in slower manner and next time they said the tencer problem in my bike i even had a changed in that but i am getting the same problem with my bike .

                    I think you are not at all focusing my bike problem as i am rearelly coming to the servicing my bike again and again I don't all this kind of the problem and bad stuff in my bike so pls resolution the bike problem please i request it to solve as soon as it possible .

                        I, Ritashree Chakraborty facing many problems with my maestro edge scooty which I have been brought before one year from Geetanjali Auto Centre Domohani Asansol, W.B . Now it's not getting start. The showroom is very bad, supervisor and all the staffs behave very badly . I think they gave me a old scooty rather a new one . They charge 40 rupees in every free service, which must be free of cost. I gave them my scooty with full tank oil but they steel the oil and ask me to refill the tank . They can't find the actual problem of the scooty and start doing experiment by changing all the parts . They hareesh me a lot .

                                    Money Fraud and Delivery of Faulty Motorcycle

                                    Hero MotoCorp committed fraud with me. Shri Yash Motors in Surajpur, Greater Noida gave me a faulty bike and also took extra money from me excess from the sale amount of the vehicle and committed fraud doing this.
                                    On 24th April 2022, I planned to buy a two-wheeler HF Deluxe and went to the nearest showroom to my home. When I asked about the price of HF Deluxe, I was told that the On-Road price of the vehicle is Rs.69, 000/-. I finalized...

                                      Dear, Sir,

                                      I am Atish Shyam Kharat, Vehicle No. MH20FR0533, Model: HF Deluxe.

                                      We have given my vehicle for regular servicing on dated 10.04.2022 at Dhanlaxmi Motors, Gut No.109, Plot No. 3, Near hiwale lowns, beed by pass, Aurangabad. (MH). In that working his service the vehicle very poor and that working damage the front side show internally. After we have complaint to workshop and as per discussion we have visit to three times and wait above 1 hours but work not completed. We have regularly contact with us but his side any call not to customer.
                                      We have continually follow-up with advisor on dated 13.04.2022 to 25.04.2022 but not resolved.
                                      Our vehicle Service Advisor Mr. Ajit Jadhav his committed me on call replace this parts so, visit to workshop but after visit to workshop and wait after many times his denied the same then confirm me sending me the CC TV potage in last three days.
                                      We totally dissatisfied with workshop service and also this advisor not escalate the matter to manager level this is a shameful.
                                      Also additional work done on without approval.
                                      Regarding Workshop Facility.
                                      - Any body not offer to customer water and Tea.
                                      - Any body not given proper response and answering only showing the desk.
                                      So, we would request to you, kindly resolve the my front side show panel issue as early as possible.
                                      Hope you are help us and resolve the issue.
