Respected sir with due respect i have purchased splendor +on 26 nov. Since the day i have being using the bike was not to the satisfactory mark. Problems liked to be sucked on the bike. Frist the noise of chain did the complaint they changed the whole socket. But sooner another problem came out the noise of engine. Clutch problem regarding realising it making a bad noise. What to do very bad experience uccoured this was the fourth product of hero i have purchased thought was not up to the mark. So now what should i do.

Respected sir with due respect I have purchased splendor + on 26 Nov 2017 manufacturing defects clutch defect and chain soket problem...noise since the day I took the bike home.and I am not feeling happy so far .this is the forth product I have purchased.from Hero motors .but this time I am embarrassed...Pls help..

Without any problem in the engine and charge extra rupees... This type of corrupt practices is doing in each and every new bikes... This is my humble request to take strict action against above services center...

K enterprises bellampalli when i am saw in your site that bike mileage 80kmpl you said but my bike mileage 50 kmpl i am went to show room ask about mileage they are not giving response is not correct every time i am saying about mileage they are not solve that problem that show my bike complete fourth servicing and my bike speed cable and chock cable is not working from second servicing they are said spares are not available i need mileage and good servicing

        I have regularly customer to hero moto service centre of sri venkanna motors pvt ltd. Regarding invoice no: 1017cl17v13132 date 4/12/2017 model passion pro, vehicle no: ap 23 q 4970

        I have given my bike for service, self starter issue, brake issue, oil change and general service, i have the joy ride service

        In the evening i called to service centre, your vehicle is ready, come and collect, after that i have received call from service supervisor saying that self motor issue is there need to change and brake shoe need to change then i said is the exact self motor issue or any other is for not starting the self start then he said, its sure only self motor issue no other issue then i said its ok
        But its take time to change the motor to come in the morning around 10:30 am but i said no i have to go office i will come around 8:00 am ok will keep ready.
        Next day morning i called and confirm around 8:00 am, they said ok your vehicle is ready come and collect.

        Issues are
        1. I have waited more than one hour but its not ready the vehicle there is no correct communication regarding the completion of service status to me
        2. After change the self motor, again its not getting start with self start
        3. At the billing time he is saying that wiring issues are there you need change that also some other time, while change they confirm there is no other issue other than self motor for self start but no he is saying wiring issue without proper checking they doing the service and with knowing they are simply changing the parts and increasing customer billing its not acceptable and also not given faulty parts earlier they are keep to the bike and showing this are the faulty parts.
        4. I need not bear again wiring cost because of not proper checking and confirming these are issues, i request they need to change any wire issue without any cost
        5. Service supervisor is calling that before one hour delivery, these are the parts need to change and it will take time so come tomorrow, why they are calling before delivery commitment time before one hour, they need to check before its self and complete the service on commitment time
        6. One more they in the service centre they written the signage in one hour time will service the vehicle
        These all are the one type of cheating to the customers. Please check and take necessary action and do the needful

        My namre is tripti and i purchased a duet scooter on 19/12/2016 fromduliajan (Assam ).But after 4th service i found problon starting which i verbally inform and they recharged the battery . But now it againstarting to give me trouble . As it not completed one year i must get replacement of the Battery .

          Dear concern,
          I have booked and taken hero duet scooter on 21st of november 2017 at sri gopal hero showroom, tirupathi.
          My vehicle number is ap03cg9524.

          One service has been completed.
          Before giving the service, i informed to service team regarding small issues at service centre.
          Those are small noise and vibration sound is coming.
          But problem is not solved. Still that sound is coming.in this regards again i have visited service centre which is located at tirupati.
          Simple your service person is saying it is the name plate problem. It's not fixed properly. As per his words again i went to rto office and fixed the board properly. Again sound is coming as well as vibration also. But your team is not responding.

          Now what can i do???
          Who is responsible person for resolve this issue.

          After get the new bike, few days only its works normally. After 20days vibration sound and noise sound is coming.
          Same thing i convey to your service person. But not yet resolved

          So kindly i'm requesting you, please rectify the my problem.

            Dear team,

            I need your assistance regarding my complaint
            I've changed the engine oil for my karizma bike on 2 weeks before, but oil was not changed properly and it's very worst condition now within 200 kms

            I've raised my issue with vinayagam motor showroom manager but he was talking so rude and misused the word unnecessary rather then listen my complaint

              Dear sir,
              I ‘am not patronizing your brand nor your pathetic service, my complaint is pending from last 1 year and still you don’t have the confidence on your own production and multiple repairs done at various authorized service center.
              If you can’t replace/ refund the defective new bike which was delivered since day 1 do you even have the confidence for all the repair done, hoping you have read all the chain mails and view all the images and videos attached in previous chain mail.
              Regarding owner manual please refer previous owner mr.. Bhavish /yogesh no owner’s manual was handed to me. Is the bike from a defective lot one?.
              Regarding the bike roadworthy how do you conclude this even after repairs under your nose still there was a issue at the time of dispatch then what is the standards, service check of your service center.

                when i purchase the vehicle i am given Accessories amount is 3500.00
                But the above dealer is fitted in dublicate Accessories like (NOT ORIGINAL) Bumber, side stand, foot rest, floor mat etc.,

                  I have purchased a new bike hero passion pro from jamshedpur dealer narbheram gamharia zone. For servicing my bike as 1st free service at service point[protected] and they return to me after service it to me on the same day by eve. When i check my bike it scratches in two different place and after my several request for the same they deny the same and blame on me that u didn't told us prior service that u don't have any scratches in your bike.in a new bike is it quite possible for scratch but if there is nothing than why i may mentiion about the same. If any scratches prior to service than why service person not intimate me about the same.
                  My request is kindly clear my issue by remove my scratches on change the part. Else i have service record so i may go the higher level for resolve my issue.

                    I am extremely depressed by the mileage of your product i-smart splendour bike. It cost me alot by filling of 200rs petrol for riding 70km on normal speed everyday. My mostly income get engaged in filling petrol in this bike. I am a student &doing a part time job. I cant invest that much cost for refilling. Please exchange or repair my bike.

                      A big surprise, the name whom we all trust so much has reached to such a stage that the customers are cheated for as small thing as screw of the body cover, when i complaint about the missing screw, i was told that the same cannot be done as their is no screw available, when asked about the reason the same was swapped from other side of the body... Really surprised with the cheating of such trusted name.

                        Yesterday when i was riding my bike did knocking sound and engine shut down after that i tried a lot but the bike never start then i take it to ajay motors jhunjhunu but they said they will check and give a answer on monday[protected]. Sir i completely unsatisfied with their answer because my work depend on bike. What will i do without my bike for three days. This kind of problem i have faced earlier two times but the service center did not make it properly. They just make the bike start for a short period (Some days). Please sir take it seriously because your company has a brand value and this kind of service let your image down.

                          Its been a year i have purchased i-smart from hero - lask - pune and within a weak there was a problem with the front mack wheel which was replaced then after 15 days there was knocking sound from the engine which was rectified then the average issue which is still there, then repeated to it follows front shock observer oil seal leaked, i-smart technology which works at its own will you wont believe it 2 different authorized service center were replace, continuous mail, tweeter, telecom discussion with company person for guarantee service but reply is that we will again repair the bike. Is it a second hand or a defective /manufacturing defect bike sold to me since 1 year and above i am using a defective bike sold by hero and paid the worth of a new bike, pathetic service just the name hero service 0.
                          Pls guy be aware of this type of company

                            I own a hero glamour (Uk 07 af 5093). I got shifted to varanasi and first time visited to bb automobiles varanasi for getting the servicing of my bike. They took my bike around 11 am on 02/12/17 and told me to come around 3 pm to take back the bike. I reached the service center at 4 pm (1 hr. After the promise time) but by that time they didn't even started the work of servicing though they promised to give it back at 3 pm. When i asked about the issue they were speechless. This type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is intolerable in any circumstances. I urge you people to take necessary actions asap. My contact details are:

                            My bike has dim head lamp when i am glowing in night but i many time complain to company workshop he can't response about matter he asked me that the head lamp is ok now .so i requested that please remove the problem. This scooter lock set is out of order during the madguard change at your vihan motors, muzaffarnagar, up.20 days before. We lodged several complaints and calls to repair lock set. But these people are not listening. This scooter is standstill because all the functions are based on this lock.                                     I am ajay kumar singh of hero motors valuable customer. I want to claim my scooty as insurance policy. But my hero dealer (Radha hari hero. Muzaffarpur bihar 842002) was not responding always take me date and when i go to workshop they were always said product is not available. Around 3 months i will face these problems. Can u tell me is this your service to customer, what a shame things done you guyz to the customer.

                                      I have purchased a hero achiever on jan 15 from vega motors (Sub dealer of diya motors). Unfortunately my bike shows lot of complaints and informed the showroom. They repaired my bike and returned. But day by day complaints repeats and increases. Mileage-38-40kms (For 100rs) only. I feel my car is better than achiever. So the bike parked safely in my car shed. But i have a strong doubt about my bike is old. Checked carefully and verified it. Yes!!! This is an old bike. Year of manufacture is 2014 on rc book and 2013 on insuarance policy. Checked with vin number too. That shows bike manufactured in 2013 february. So they sold a 2year old bike to me. Informed both dealerships. They understood and reconfirmed this is an old one. But now they are silent about my case. Lost my trust with heromotocorp and their dealerships. So give my money back immediately otherwise i'll go for legal support definitely.

                                        This is ashvani kr. Srivastava. I purchased hero glamour bike from g. S. Auto mobiles rajatalab varanasi on 29/09/2017. My problem is while i purchased bike after 10 days i found oil leakage from my bike engine & abnormal sound comes in by bike. When i complained to my agency the repair my bike and hand over to me but still i found the same problem. I gave my bike three times for repair but the problem remain same.

                                        I am frustrated but the agency can't help me.

                                        Please change my bike engine otherwise suggest me what i do.
