I'm a loyal customer of hero honda, i've been riding my passion plus hero honda since 2005.
In my resent visit to an authorized service center i'e pioneer enterpreneurs pvt. Ltd.
A-50 6-no abul fazal enclave, new delhi - 110025. For my regular service of my passion plus bike, i was recommended to get the clutch assembly changed to fix the hiccups in pickup of my bike, considering the fact that i'm standing at an authorized service center of hero, i did pay approx 2000 rs and got it done, that very day before reaching home after servicing i found my kick lever was already broken, i had to call pioneer enterpreneurs pvt. Ltd. To send somebody on road side to get it fixed. Within a week's time i noticed i had to kick multiple times to get my bike started. I went to pioneer service center once again to get a permanent fix for my issue, instead they did a temporary fix and returned me, consequently now i'm seeing a drastic deterioration in my bike's pick-up performance and race. Again i went to pioneer service center to inform them about the recurring issue i'm facing after my last servicing at there service center, the center manager-miss shaheen didn't listen to my issue and asked me to repay the same amount to get the clutch assembly changed as they do not give any guarantee even for one day. Upon asking about their main manager of the service center, initially she didn't give any information and further said the center's main manager is on leave. On my repeated request to ask about the name she divulge his name as mr shubay whom i didn't meet.
The above incident has completely bought down my trust in hero honda group, i think the split of hero honda group has transferred the thrust which people had in the group to the honda group.
I was planning to buy a new hero bike in the upcoming year. But this incident has shattered me and made me think over other options like honda, tvs or bajaj bikes. If still my issue is not resolved by hero group, i may go to consumer court and social media
