I have regularly customer to hero moto service centre of sri venkanna motors pvt ltd. Regarding invoice no: 1017cl17v13132 date 4/12/2017 model passion pro, vehicle no: ap 23 q 4970
I have given my bike for service, self starter issue, brake issue, oil change and general service, i have the joy ride service
In the evening i called to service centre, your vehicle is ready, come and collect, after that i have received call from service supervisor saying that self motor issue is there need to change and brake shoe need to change then i said is the exact self motor issue or any other is for not starting the self start then he said, its sure only self motor issue no other issue then i said its ok
But its take time to change the motor to come in the morning around 10:30 am but i said no i have to go office i will come around 8:00 am ok will keep ready.
Next day morning i called and confirm around 8:00 am, they said ok your vehicle is ready come and collect.
Issues are
1. I have waited more than one hour but its not ready the vehicle there is no correct communication regarding the completion of service status to me
2. After change the self motor, again its not getting start with self start
3. At the billing time he is saying that wiring issues are there you need change that also some other time, while change they confirm there is no other issue other than self motor for self start but no he is saying wiring issue without proper checking they doing the service and with knowing they are simply changing the parts and increasing customer billing its not acceptable and also not given faulty parts earlier they are keep to the bike and showing this are the faulty parts.
4. I need not bear again wiring cost because of not proper checking and confirming these are issues, i request they need to change any wire issue without any cost
5. Service supervisor is calling that before one hour delivery, these are the parts need to change and it will take time so come tomorrow, why they are calling before delivery commitment time before one hour, they need to check before its self and complete the service on commitment time
6. One more they in the service centre they written the signage in one hour time will service the vehicle
These all are the one type of cheating to the customers. Please check and take necessary action and do the needful
