The details of complaint are as under:
1. Purchased maestro edge from m/s sunil auto pvt. Ltd, lucknow on january 01, 2016 in the name mrs madhu gupta r/o 50/3, jai narain road, hussainganj, lucknow-226001-mob. No.[protected].
2. That motor had ran for around 9000 km and was not in use so only 2 services undertaken.
3. That as per your warranty norms - engine is under warranty for 5 years with technical specific conditions.
4. That on december 04, 2017 engine of the vehivle registration no. Up32gu5028 engine no. Mbljf33aag4ao1447 got seized and given for replacement at workshop of m/s sunil auto pvt. Ltd, lucknow.
5. That as per workshop incharge ms. Rajeshwari matter referred to mr. Ankit saran rear service engineer the same day.
6. That till date had not received the details of the action taken and vehicle repair work not undertaken at workshop - reasons not disclosed.
Would request for immediate replacement of the engine under warranty and delivery thereafter.

      I am a owner of hero duet rc no tn13h3448, i have submitted my vehicle for servicing and for some specific repairing works on 16.11.2017 at 10:00am at vinayaga motors, service centre located at chennai town ambattur pudur, while submitting the vehicle i gave full authority to the service center personnel to rectify all the other irregularity if found during servicing. After servicing i received my vehicle on 27.11.2017 morning. Since then i have visited five times to the service center to rectify the faults which was previously certified as repaired. Right now my vehicle is still at service center since 30/11/2017 & still today it remains unattended (As i came to know after calling to know about the status of my vehicle), so it is highly regretful, that even a authorized service center could not repair a vehicle in so many attempts and very difficult to a costumer to spare such time & energy for repairing a vehicle. It is requested to through the matter and oblige me.

        I brought duet scooter at aravind hero tuticorin on aprl 17 all the accessories they have provided me duplicate accessories. I already compliant that. Now i am in aravind hero tuticorin showroom now they told me they never use the hero genuine accessories all the accessories they provide to all the customers are duplicate one. They said that we will not provide genuine accessories so take the accessories amount back. I need immediate response i am totally wasted my time for this thing. Contact me soon and take immediate action.

        Never see this kind of response from hero. Very poor response i already compliant that my vehicle was fitted with not original accessories for that problem no solution was found. Last wednesday i got call from aravid hero they said that sir we will replace with orginal parts. But now they said that. There is no orginal accessories from company. So we provide only duplicate accessories. Gave me response immediately

        Take some immediate action #pawanmunjal sir inorder to have some respect of your product... If you don't have an orginal accessories means then why you sell these duplicates as an hero genuine ones not only for my vehicle all the vehicles are an duplicate one so take some action

          I mr prakash nayak purchase hero xtreme sports bike in april 2017 in hero authorised showroom (Soumik automobiles). After two months (June 2017) i have observed some abnormality in rear shock absorbers and also service person (Soumik automobiles) has done his job. Again same fault found after one week, same work done by service person. Again same fault found. Lastly they have replaced 2 nos. Of rear shock absorber with new spare on 14.11.2017 but i have see the shock absorbers was not in packet, no seal and also rusted, i have also attached photgraph s of these shock absorbers but service manager told me these are ok no problem and also they have installed the shock absorbers. After one week same fault found i again submitted on 18.11.2017 again they saw the fault and done his job but again i'm not satisfied with service and within 6 months bike have this problem.           I paid for full service with dissatisfaction. The sound come from front wheel diskbrake of my ZMR krizma.. And i replace the new brake with oldone but still the brake is not working properly . what a shame .. From the balangir HERO showroom

            I went on 10.12.2017 at around 12 pm for the my mestro scooter service and the job card was prepared for the same by

            Attachment of the draft was provided where it was mention that the promised delivery time for the same is 1:40 pm but when 1 went there to receive the vehicle i found the service was not started yet and not body even bother after talking to their supervisor and other staff.
            Then i personally talk to owner mr bohra after his personal intervention the job starts and i communicate that my job was on 2 pm i have to go but they were not reacted than after so much of struggling and skipping my lunch and duty worth more than rs 3000rs/- i could able to receive my scooter by 3:40pm.

            The invoice was provided after the payment done - payment was done by debit card i have attach the bank statement received by mail for the reference.

            I would request that action must be taken against them for not to fulfill the promised given to customer and defamation.

              Engine left magnet cover hole and the engine case got crack. This happened while driving yesterday morning around at 7.30am. I have not dropped the bike but suddenly huge sound came from the engine.

              When i gave bike at service center, i came to know that engine left magnet cover hole and the engine case got crack.

                I had given my hero pleasure for servicing 1st day for the self start problem. They changed the switch of self start and gave it to me. But still it didn't start. Then they changed the battery and then it started but it was not working at times and the vehicle was stopping all of sudden during run. Then i went back and told them the problem but they didn't resolve the problem and gave it back to me and when i checked the vehicle it was not starting at all as i told you that it was having that problem at times only... Like once every 20 times. And then after i gave it to servicing now it is not starting at all. Then they said the self start motor is dead coz of the overall wiring. But i suspect that the kid mechanic there did this shortcircuit to the motor coz i looked at his face and i saw that he was frightened and was sweating. The service center did this mistake with our property and now we have to pay for it?
                This is how your service center people are? Uneducated and randomly picked mechanics?

                    I'm a loyal customer of hero honda, i've been riding my passion plus hero honda since 2005.
                    In my resent visit to an authorized service center i'e pioneer enterpreneurs pvt. Ltd.
                    A-50 6-no abul fazal enclave, new delhi - 110025. For my regular service of my passion plus bike, i was recommended to get the clutch assembly changed to fix the hiccups in pickup of my bike, considering the fact that i'm standing at an authorized service center of hero, i did pay approx 2000 rs and got it done, that very day before reaching home after servicing i found my kick lever was already broken, i had to call pioneer enterpreneurs pvt. Ltd. To send somebody on road side to get it fixed. Within a week's time i noticed i had to kick multiple times to get my bike started. I went to pioneer service center once again to get a permanent fix for my issue, instead they did a temporary fix and returned me, consequently now i'm seeing a drastic deterioration in my bike's pick-up performance and race. Again i went to pioneer service center to inform them about the recurring issue i'm facing after my last servicing at there service center, the center manager-miss shaheen didn't listen to my issue and asked me to repay the same amount to get the clutch assembly changed as they do not give any guarantee even for one day. Upon asking about their main manager of the service center, initially she didn't give any information and further said the center's main manager is on leave. On my repeated request to ask about the name she divulge his name as mr shubay whom i didn't meet.
                    The above incident has completely bought down my trust in hero honda group, i think the split of hero honda group has transferred the thrust which people had in the group to the honda group.
                    I was planning to buy a new hero bike in the upcoming year. But this incident has shattered me and made me think over other options like honda, tvs or bajaj bikes. If still my issue is not resolved by hero group, i may go to consumer court and social media

                      I am the owner of a hero honda splendor bike with registration number ka 20 l538. I bought it at jayadev motors, indrali udupi 15 years ago. For the first ten years the service was good. Now, at every service they ask me to change parts though the bike is in good condition, without any complaint. I use bike very less and it is still in very good condition. Recently, after each service, i get problems either in starting the bike, or clutching, or batter tuning etc. The supervisors are very rude and are not willing to listen to the curtomers. They only know how to change the parts rather than repairing according to the need.

I have just availed 3rd free service on 03rd june in patliputra automobile workshop located in s p verma road, patna bihar. They took nearly 4 hours to get the service done.in fact they are not even done greasing bike wheels. I am still see these time on the place to work my bike. My bike has no pickup after this service. Patliputra auto has provided me. After that the condition has worsen. Still my bike average is 40-45km/litr.                           On the base of customer request, masestro scooter engine noise problem was noted down in job card before service on[protected] resulting unsatisfaction (No rectification). Before next service on[protected], engine oil level found less and this particular problem was also convayed to service center manager but no resolving observed. Hereinafter from[protected] to[protected] contacted to customer care to register a complaint having no.[protected] or[protected]. Disappointingly end user's unsatifaction reachs to this forum because to till date problems haven't been solved by the dealer and its consistency is running as it was so you are requested to look in the matter to take necessary action as soon as possible as if customer is happy he/she will spread satisfaction and publicity in everywhere.

                            I purchased hero new glamour i3s on 1 nov 2017. Since from the starting days the bike is problamatic and some distrubing noise coming from the bike. I have problem in gear shifting. I also told regarding this to neha your executive in akar motors jaipur. I also visited on 2 nov and 4 nov to akar motors. They open almost half of the bike but the problem remains unsolved. The supervisor mr ajay took the ride of 15 km with me and he also confirms the problem that noise comes after running near about 15 kms, but still the problem remains unresolved. Could you please tell me what is the benefit of taking the new bike if the new bike is problamatic i should opt to go the second hand bike. One hand you are saying that you are the number 1 brand and global brand, is such kind of quality you provide. Kindly replace my bike or refund my money this is quite shocking for me that you hero such an esteemed organization a global brand does not take care of your service performance. Sailing is not only the important thing but make the customer happy and satisfied with the product is most important. I am quite frustrated with hero moto corp now. Recently in this matter again mr pankaj agarwal from your side on 02/12/2017 called me up for test ride again. We took almost 100-125 kms for ride. And at last they agreed and accepted the noise is coming from engine and there is some kind of problem is there in engine. This thing i am telling you again and again since first day. How long i have to do the test ride again and again. Mr deepak from head office also called me and they told the deceision will be made after test ride. Now tell me what you are going to do in this matter and replace my bike or refund my money because i will not allow to open the engine of new bike at any cost as the engine is problematic

                              I want to buy pleasure scooty but the dealer (ajay motors, jhunjhunu ) said pleasure is not available . I want to buy this month what will I do. Dealers not giving me all offers like paytm cash back or loyalty bonus. I want scooty pleasure only so that please provide me scooty and all offers for december. If you not take any action then I will choose another option of another brand scooty .

                                मुझे ओरिजनल कहकर डुप्लीकेट एसेसरीज दी गयी।
                                जिसमे से मेरा स्टैंड गाड़ी खरीदने के 8 दिन बाद ही मूड गया।
                                दूसरे शोरूम गया तो पता चला कि मुझे डुप्लीकेट एसेसरीज दे दी गयी जो कि मार्किट में मुझे 1300/- की मिल रही है।
                                अगर शोरूम ऐसी 420 करेगा तो शोरूम की कम कंपनी की ज्यादा बेज्जती होगी।
                                जब गाड़ी ली तब पार्किंग लाइट खराब थी, शोरूम बालो ने कहा कि फर्स्ट सर्विसिंग पर ठीक कर देंगे जब सर्विस पर गए तो मुझसे उन लाइट के पैसे मांगे गए।
                                आपकी कंपनी की 2 गाड़ी एक साथ नगद में ली है।

                                  Respected sir with due respect i have purchased splendor +on 26 nov. Since the day i have being using the bike was not to the satisfactory mark. Problems liked to be sucked on the bike. Frist the noise of chain did the complaint they changed the whole socket. But sooner another problem came out the noise of engine. Clutch problem regarding realising it making a bad noise. What to do very bad experience uccoured this was the fourth product of hero i have purchased thought was not up to the mark. So now what should i do.

                                    This is a complaint against jagdamba hero services center swaroop nagar delhi 110042, regarding open up new bike engine and change engine packing seal... Without any problem in the engine and charge extra rupees... This type of corrupt practices is doing in each and every new bikes... This is my humble request to take strict action against above services center...

                                      Hai i am rajkumar i was brought bike bs4 glamour from r. K enterprises bellampalli when i am saw in your site that bike mileage 80kmpl you said but my bike mileage 50 kmpl i am went to show room ask about mileage they are not giving response is not correct every time i am saying about mileage they are not solve that problem that show my bike complete fourth servicing and my bike speed cable and chock cable is not working from second servicing they are said spares are not available i need mileage and good servicing

                                      I buy a glamour bike 100days back but my bike battery exhausted I want to service centre they said that we didn't replace it so take action in them and tell me procedure to replace my battery immediately other wise I will complain in court

                                        I have regularly customer to hero moto service centre of sri venkanna motors pvt ltd. Regarding invoice no: 1017cl17v13132 date 4/12/2017 model passion pro, vehicle no: ap 23 q 4970

                                        I have given my bike for service, self starter issue, brake issue, oil change and general service, i have the joy ride service

                                        In the evening i called to service centre, your vehicle is ready, come and collect, after that i have received call from service supervisor saying that self motor issue is there need to change and brake shoe need to change then i said is the exact self motor issue or any other is for not starting the self start then he said, its sure only self motor issue no other issue then i said its ok
                                        But its take time to change the motor to come in the morning around 10:30 am but i said no i have to go office i will come around 8:00 am ok will keep ready.
                                        Next day morning i called and confirm around 8:00 am, they said ok your vehicle is ready come and collect.

                                        Issues are
                                        1. I have waited more than one hour but its not ready the vehicle there is no correct communication regarding the completion of service status to me
                                        2. After change the self motor, again its not getting start with self start
                                        3. At the billing time he is saying that wiring issues are there you need change that also some other time, while change they confirm there is no other issue other than self motor for self start but no he is saying wiring issue without proper checking they doing the service and with knowing they are simply changing the parts and increasing customer billing its not acceptable and also not given faulty parts earlier they are keep to the bike and showing this are the faulty parts.
                                        4. I need not bear again wiring cost because of not proper checking and confirming these are issues, i request they need to change any wire issue without any cost
                                        5. Service supervisor is calling that before one hour delivery, these are the parts need to change and it will take time so come tomorrow, why they are calling before delivery commitment time before one hour, they need to check before its self and complete the service on commitment time
                                        6. One more they in the service centre they written the signage in one hour time will service the vehicle
                                        These all are the one type of cheating to the customers. Please check and take necessary action and do the needful

                                        My namre is tripti and i purchased a duet scooter on 19/12/2016 fromduliajan (Assam ).But after 4th service i found problon starting which i verbally inform and they recharged the battery . But now it againstarting to give me trouble . As it not completed one year i must get replacement of the Battery .
