Dear sir,
I purchased hero xtreme sports bike from dealer tarapur auto agency on 24th august 2017 but there was no throttle bolt in the bike they put another bike bolt temporarily and promise me to replace it by shortly but they fails to fulfill their promise and also 2 months and 20 days has passed but they didn't provide me r. C and and number plate of bike yet and today dated 20th november they said me two more month they will take to provide r. C and number plate.
I am extremely irritated by your company's poor service i will neither purchase hero motocorp product nor suggest to anyone to purchased your product.
I don't believe but hope that you may understand my problem and solve it.

    I have purchased a new xtreme sports in apr 17 bearing chassis no.-mblkcs293hgb00154 & eng no.-kc12ehhgb00333. Under cowl/engine cowl unfortunately got broken. Searched thoroughly at hero dealers & market in agra and gwalior but not found. Now i am repenting, why i have perchased xtreme sports?       Some abnormal sound observed since the purchase of vehicle. But the dealer assured me to it will resolve while serviceing., but still the the problem not resolved after 2 free service s.in fact the service provider did not work on that and only perform the general task of the serviceing.

        Hello,
        I, sumanta kumar bandyopadhyay, bought a hero glamour from vinline engineering pvt. Ltd topsia showroom on 02/01/2017. Engine no:- ja06ejggj49939, vin:- mblja06anggj12647 and registration no:- wb 12 ap 4684. My registered mob no:- [protected], alternate no:-[protected]
        Its near about 1 yr and still i am begging for my rc card. After several reminders and visits they are not able to give me the rc. Hopelessly i complaiend to hero call centre, the complain id was:[protected]. Hero cooperated. I got a call from baguiati showroom assuring that this time atleat they arrange the same within a week. The service request was successfully resolved from hero's end. But unfortunately the same thing happen. No call came again. Shamelessly once again i called them and ask for my rc. 3 weeks gone and i am still in hope that one day i got my rc. Daily commitment of giving the rc within the respected week will end, but still i am waiting. I am unable to claim my insurance, all the time go to road in fear of police checking and reasonless fines. I just want to know who will take the resposibility? Are you people not realising the real situation of mine? Should i need to complain to consumer forum or what?

        Mne abhi 9 November ko bike purchase ki jo start hone me problem kr rhi h use shi karaya Jay ya change Kiya Jay ya 4-5 days se problem ho rhi h agr kisi parts me problem h to vo change Kiya Jay or Esa na ho sake to apni bike ko return le Jay or mujhe refund kr DE
        I have a pleasure 2014 model, have 0 dep insurance from hero dealer super agency also. I have sended my vehicle for servicing instead of insurance claim. We haven't got dood cooperation of service incharge and he demand some extra renumnation than fixed by agency, so plz concentrate and improve.

          Dear sir i have purchase glamour model in 13 july 2017
          Now today when i gone for service they to me that clutch plate is not working it need to be change and cost 1400/- and service charge extra
          This is to inform that my meter reading is only 6345 km how this fault can come
          It is manufacturing defect plz look at the matter
          Why should i pay this money as the bike is 4 month old

            I have purchased passion pro last year 1st june 2016 and after some time i have facing problem in my handle. I have complained so many times still my complain number is pending from last one month. No one or company responding. I think the company only know to sell the bikes not sell its service. So please tell me what to do now. Have i complained any other authority or it will be resolved by you. The company gives us 5 years waranty but there is no means.

                I purchased duet on 30.09.2017 from amar auto silvassa. From day first, there is a problem in braking system. Something heavy sound blow during braking. I complained at amar auto and service 5 times at distributor service centre but still no solution provided. My last service is still continue since 11 days. No response from them. Very bad attitude staff.

                    Hi. I booked a Hero Maestro Edge from Navdeep Motors, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra on September 30th, 2017 and got the delivery on October 17th, 2017. I was really happy as it is my first bike. However while taking the delivery there was a problem with the self start for which the dealer said it will work once the battery gets charged after riding the bike for some time. Although it started working, the scooter refuses to start every alternate day. Whenever I reach out to the dealer, he has the same answer "You need to use the bike everyday atleast for an hour and there won't be any issues."

                    I have also asked the dealer to give me a new bike as this was not working properly to which he always replies that "It won't be possible as the bike is now already registered on my name."

                    I am really frustrated and 😡 fed up with this issue now, as it's not even a month and my bike have been giving me such problems since day 1.

                    I really don't know what needs to be done now and am stuck in such a devastating situation...

                    Please help in getting my issue resolved...

                    Prasad automobile silli aapki jo showroom h. Hum esme 12/10/17ko complaint ki thi per hamko avi se koi information nhi mila h. Battery kb tak hamko milega ye tak nhi pta h. (Aaj - kl) (1 saptah..) me aayega es tarah bol raha h. Aap hi bataye kb milega battery.
                    Dear sir, l have purchase the bike hero honda splender from rajveer auto baddi, distt. Solan hp. After one month when l got the first service the service centre charge rs. 300-00 . Is this fair sir, plz revert me, lf you got this wrong then take some action. This is not fair, l think so.
                    Mai Pashupati hero ignou road me apni bike service ke liye diya service walo ne 1 bje tk ane ka time diya..maine 1 bje call krke pata kiya ki service complete hua ki nahi mujhe bataya gaya ki service ho chuka hai fir mere service center pahuchne ke bad mujhe 1 ghante wait karane ke bad gadi service kiya. To fir mujhe bulaya hi kisliye.
                    Hero splender+ Exide battery died.
                    Not work for self start.
                    Night running time headlight very dim.

                        Dear respected we have parched hero achiever bick 150cc on 14.08.2017. We have facing a problem in first day rear break is proper not work. I am visit to service station 4 time but problem is not resole. First service time (450km) i am facing a problem to our engineers but pro is not resole. Second time visit to service station (1750km) with same problem but our supervisor is service of my bick (Engine oil replaced) without my permission. Any to time report to service station but no solution is provide me.

                            Dear sir my self dr. Anwar shaikh i went for servicing my bike lakshya motors sales and services in swargate, pune but the manager present at that service center mr. Prasad nandekar behaved very roudly and not accepted the bike for service. He also refused and behaved with other costomers present there. If this is the post sales experience with consumers, then i am sorry to say we will not turn back to hero motors in future or recommend anyone.

                              I am the owner of karizma zmr bike. Due to some reasons, side mirrors, tale light etc. Were got damaged. Now, i am trying to replace these items such as side mirrors, tale light and handle weight but these are not available in any authorized dealer of hero morocorp.

                              Kindly clarify why the company launch such products when they are not in a position to provide spare parts of the respective customers.

                                I have purchased a hero honda duet and. Started troubling me 5 times with automatically self termintated and this is a 6th time i am facing the problem. Right now today on which date am raising a complaint. It's that there fault every 5 time they made me paid for the problem. And last time when i had replaced a fuel cock and plug. Again this time the same problem and they are replacing a plug which it had come in warrenty. But am not satisfied what they are doing for me because this not the way to treat the customers and the one thing is, still 1 year has not been passed am facing this problem.                                   I bought my hero i smart 110 on 1 year ago, from the first service it self it's started giving problems there is a pathetic noise from engine, when i raise a complaint to service team they said it's a new bike will take some time to get it set, now it's one year over after that today that is 14/11/2017 i have given my bike servicing to prestige hero located in bahadur pura and i told him that i am facing the problem in last servicing also, then they promised me that will take care this time, i got a call from showrom around 7 pm and said that sir your bike is ready. I paid the amount & took my bike & i went off, after some time the engine noise again started there is a problem in tapid from the beginning. I am fed off with the hero quality & poor service will never recommend any one in family & friend's to buy hero product until and unless hero is going to change my bike. Plz don't cheat you customers by selling scrap. Need immediate reply with solutions other wise i am going to post in all social media & file complaint in court against hero

                                    Head light & fuel guage warranty issue and dealership not responce properly very bad service.

                                        I have made a complain against mileage of new scooty but still not resolved after visit two times in service centre but not effect kindly rsolved it. The problem is fuel consumption,
                                        I bought a scooty mastroedge, as per company commitment fuel consumption will takes place 64lpkm but its its consumption is 28lpkm so please resolved it asap. The service always telling me that it will not increase more than this it is very disappoint for me.
