I, sumanta kumar bandyopadhyay, bought a hero glamour from vinline engineering pvt. Ltd topsia showroom on 02/01/2017. Engine no:- ja06ejggj49939, vin:- mblja06anggj12647 and registration no:- wb 12 ap 4684. My registered mob no:- [protected], alternate no:-[protected]
Its near about 1 yr and still i am begging for my rc card. After several reminders and visits they are not able to give me the rc. Hopelessly i complaiend to hero call centre, the complain id was:[protected]. Hero cooperated. I got a call from baguiati showroom assuring that this time atleat they arrange the same within a week. The service request was successfully resolved from hero's end. But unfortunately the same thing happen. No call came again. Shamelessly once again i called them and ask for my rc. 3 weeks gone and i am still in hope that one day i got my rc. Daily commitment of giving the rc within the respected week will end, but still i am waiting. I am unable to claim my insurance, all the time go to road in fear of police checking and reasonless fines. I just want to know who will take the resposibility? Are you people not realising the real situation of mine? Should i need to complain to consumer forum or what?
