08/11/2017 ko mai durgapur, west bengal ke hero showroom me apna 4th service krwaya.
Bike ko merg me 10 bje diya tha service boy bole 6 bje lekr jaiye but jab 6.15 pm me mai gya to dekha bike ko wash kr k rakh diya hai aur service nhi hua hai uske baad help desk apr bolne par bike service me le gye aur ghar jaane aur packed up krne k jaldi me mera service 20 min me kr diya na mera horn sahi kya na speed sirf jo paid krna tha mujhe like mobile and sensor usi ko change kr ke de diya jaldi jaldi gahr aate aate phr se problm suru
Aisa service aisa bada two wheeler brand k liye thik nhi hai kindly solve the problm

    Complent mera experience bahut kharab hai ashutosh hero ke bare me meri gadi ka exident huaa to maine ashutosh hero me visit kiya vaha par maine insurance me gadi pass ki our our repaire ke liye di to muje meri bike ke kuch parts mile our wiser nahi mila to uske liye muje bahut chakkar lagane pade bad me spare part manager ne kaha ki tumare bike ka wise pass nahi huaa to tumhe bahar se lena padega maine kaha ki maine bike aapke yaha se kharidi to mai bahar kaise repaire karu to o bole maine order kiya lekin aaya nahi yaise karte karte 2 mahine ke bad aaya to unhone call nahi kiya bad me maine laga liya fir problem aai bill ki spaire part maneger our yek sistem pe baitha staff log bat kar rahe the ki jane de bole 50 100 rupey lele our jane de to maine bola ki mujhe bill chahiye unhone try kiya ki wiser ka bill aa jaye lekin bil hi nahi aa rha tha sirf leber charge ka bill aa rha tha to unhone menual bill diya fir o bole ki kuch din bad le lena to mai 2 hafte bad aaya to bill mila. Fir mer bike ke switch me problrm aawaj aa rhi thi to maine bola switch me aawaj aa rhi hai to thoda repaire karo to wo bole ki switch badalna padenga o repaire nahi hota 2000 se 2200rs lagenge maine bola meri bike waranty peiried me hai to o bole ki kuch nahi ho sakta fir maine complent book mangi to unhone kaha ki 15 din bad aana pass karke dekhenge... This is not right mujhe service achchi nahi mili.

        Hero dyala chack kathua j & k behave not good for customer they always misbehave for their customer i purchase my bike on dt 17 oct 2017 till date temp no not available for at this time your dealer not pick up their ph and not give me temp no of bike for till date they always misbehave for me...
        ... I rqst to u pls i change my hero super splender bike and i purchase bajaj bike bajaj dealer is so good for hero dealer...

          I have purchased on 8th oct on day of karwachoth, vehicle have issue of gear box, handle, fuel meter. Handel & fuel meter changed by company but not done any work for gear issue for which i have explained them. I have sent mail to hero many times, they did work also but still gear issue not resolved.
          Three times vehicle repaired by them from 12th oct to 28 oct.
          Now suggest what to do as they are not working properly and i am not intrested to open engine for bike which purchased in oct 2017 only

            I taken a vehicle at mothkur, nalgonda dstct, in lakshmi motors her service is very bad till now extra petting not done properly... I taken a vehicle sept 19th till extra pettings pending they people saying stock is not there, how can u realise without petting..1st servicing also very bad faltu service they are giving please. Please do proper way employees also no response there...

              मैंने ismart bike lahoriya traders से ही खरीदी है, जिसकी आज 4th service कराई थी।
              हर बार सर्विस के bill में ऐसी चीजों के रुपये जोड़ दिए जाते हैं जो गाड़ी में सर्विस को देते समय ठीक होती हैं।
              मेरे bill में back light break swich & कुछ अन्य parts के रुपये जोड़ दिए।जब उनसे कहा गया कि जब गाड़ी सर्विस को दी थी तब आपने खुद check की थी तब तो यह सब ठीक थीं फिर क्यों change की व कैसे खराब हो गईं।तो उनके दुवारा उल्टा जबाब दिया गया ""उन्होने कहा कि कुछ parts सर्विस करते समय खराब हो जाते हैं इसलिए बदलने पड़ते हैं इसलिए हमने english में job seat पर साफ साफ लिखा है कि service करते समय यदि कोई पार्ट खराब हो जाता है तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी हमारी नहीं होगी उसके रुपये भी custmer को देने होंगे""
              Sir ji यह तो साफ साफ बेईमानी है।कोई भी व्यक्ति ठीक ठाक गाड़ी service को देके आता है और service करते समय यह parts खराब हो गया कहकर अंत मे bill में जोड़कर उससे जबरदस्ती बसूली की जाती है, दुर्व्यवहार किया जाता है।जब कंपनी में शिकायत की कहो तो service manejar बड़ी ही धृष्टता के साथ कहता है""कर दो company को शिकायत तुम फिर लौटकर मेरे ही पास आओगे।।
              धृष्टता की हद्द हो गई है।शायद अब कभी भी मै खुद व किसी और मित्र के साथ इस company की bike नहीं खरीदूंगा और न ही अब service के लिए जाना होगा।

                  My vehicle no: ap 31 dw 0514, - i am doing my 3rd servicing after the bike being bought.
                  The service engineers are incompetent and they are making me to run around the service center several times due to non-solving the complaints.
                  Even the maintenance / service manager doesnt have any proper reasons and he is saying that we will check.
                  But how many times do i need to come to showroom???

                  Even i am raising this smae issue in public consumer complaint.

                  The after sales service is pathetic and unprofessional, they are just cheating the customer by water washing only during the free services. They will attend the complaints only if the service is on chargeable basis

                    I've purchased a new glamour on 4th nov 2017. After taking bike from showroom when going to home with new bike some sound was occurring, and i complain about it in showroom but the problem is not solved. They are just passing the time saying go here, go there or leave the bike. As the problem is from showroom only in new bike, i will not keep this bike anymore just want to replace it and want a new bike.

                    Sir I have complained about my new purchased glamour from J.V Automobiles, Markacho, Koderma. Its Engine No-JA06EHH9K13856 and Chasis No-33797. When I took the bike and started going to my house then The bike is making some sound after riding 5-6 kms only. For that I have complained in the showroom but the are just making me fool and passing the time and the problem is not being short out,
                    I kindly request you to change the bike and provide me a new bike as soon as possible. Please don't pass the time like this. and if it is not possible than you can say directly, so that I can go to consumer forum for further complain. Please reply me soon.

                      I have purchased duet vx scooter in april 2017, since then i am suffering from various problems in the bike, starting problem, battery problem, average problem, for the same i have to keep the bike to the seller for more than 10-15 days. Even now my bike is with seller for problem. The reason for i purchased the bike is not solved because since i purchased most of the time bike is at workshop only

                        Hi, i was purchased 2 hero xtreme moter bick from ur dealer my hero from bhopal date 31st march 2017. From the 1st day they do not provide me a parts of vehicle or not a service book even it's completed 7 months my vehicle is not registered in rto whenever i call them regarding rto they said 2 or 3 days we will provide u. They punch vehicle insurance after 5 days of billing. I invest my all savings to buying this vehicle, now i'm very upset and form the service side it's to bad my bick dick making sound and parts what they used to complete it it's looking like i assembled it different nuts and full of screeches of vehicle body. There is lots of things. But finally i want to return back that vehicle i'm very demoralized and upset.                           I purchased hero extreme bile on 01/07/2014.
                          From the date of purchase still my bike not giving good mileage.
                          Mileage is 35 km/ltr.
                          Bike has also not good pic up and mileage.
                          If i ride bike on speed of 50 getting to much vibration.
                          All service done in authorized showroom.

                          Many times i complain but no body resolve it.

                            I bought i-smart 110 on 18th oct 17 from prem motors doraha punjab. They charge me 63793/-₹ on road price. It was shocking to know on road price is 61700/-₹ from other sources. When i ask them to give breakup of the amount then they didn't provide any breakup & making excuses.

                            As well as bike comes with black alloys & tubeless tyres, they provide silver alloys & tyres with tube which seems to be ordinary splendor set.

                            Bike engine giving abnormal sound from the first day when i ask their executive for the same they told as bike is new after sometime it will be ok. On first service same problem discussed again but no solution.

                            On first service they change oil and put 900ml oil as per specification it must be 1150ml. After this bike abnormal engine sound increase. This thing came to know from other hero agency.

                            In last 2yrs this is my 3rd 2 wheeler from hero, as i had the faith in hero. But this time it's a height of frustration & harassment. Hero agencies overcharging & not provided the original parts as per specification.

                            Pls arrange to change the wheels of my bike & take action against the agency.

                                It is more than three and half months my dealer is not providing me the censor

                                Now he started telling censor is not available in main showroom. I am just a small outlet owner and giving me other excuses

                                And i have to shift my vehicle from my duty station to home station.

                                  I am taking service from hero motor authorised service center and if your dealer is taking gst on the parts and oil and other things then why your dealer is not giving input credit to us.

                                  Can you guys please provide proper justification over this. So that i can be clear whether i will be getting input credit or not as am paying gst over the bill your dealer is giving to me. If input credit has to be given to customers then what action you are going to take and where should i call or come to your office to show documents in personal if you want to see that. I have attached one bill of today only that they have issued which have all details.

                                    I bought a scooty mastro edge the scooty is not given performance upto the mark. As per hero its claim 64kmpl millage but it gives only 28kmpl, i have consult to service centre they told that it will increase after 1st service but not happen.
                                    Its very disappointed to me that i had bought hero product. Requesting you kindly resolve this matter asap.

                                    Today on o2.11.2017, I bought new bike HF deluxe from Manawar motors showroom Samba J&K in Rs 46162 but they have received Rs 300 extra from me as fraight of bike from company to showroom, please make it clear is it is not included in MRP and authorized by company for getting the same from consumer

                                        Dear sir its my new hf delux... When iam going for first service i saw there is a oil leakage... I told many of times at my service station about this problem, they said change oil seal. Its not my fault to change oil seal but iam change this kit.
                                        But this problem will happend again and again... I will say many of times... Now its my last service... Now they said to me.. Change one paid part... Then sir what is service benefits?
                                        Plz give me a valid reason of this problem... And plz resolve it free of cost.
