I am taking service from hero motor authorised service center and if your dealer is taking gst on the parts and oil and other things then why your dealer is not giving input credit to us.

Can you guys please provide proper justification over this. So that i can be clear whether i will be getting input credit or not as am paying gst over the bill your dealer is giving to me. If input credit has to be given to customers then...

I bought a scooty mastro edge the scooty is not given performance upto the mark. As per hero its claim 64kmpl millage but it gives only 28kmpl, i have consult to service centre they told that it will increase after 1st service but not happen.
Its very disappointed to me that i had bought hero product. Requesting you kindly resolve this matter asap.
If there will not be attand will take another action....

I have purchased a hero miestro from one of my friend who have not applied for permanent number and also lost tp number document. I need tp number for complete the process of rto and for the same i have approached to its dealer m/s. Data motors: bisnah, jammu. But this dealer is not helping me and kept me on wait since last 2 months. Please help me out to get tp no so that i can authenticate my vehicle.

Dear sir its my new hf delux... When iam going for first service i saw there is a oil leakage... I told many of times at my service station about this problem, they said change oil seal. Its not my fault to change oil seal but iam change this kit.
But this problem will happend again and again... I will say many of times... Now its my last service... Now they said to me.. Change one paid part... Then sir what is service benefits?br...

I have parched bike from mangalam automobile beawar in june 2015 i have gone there many times but problem is not short out permanently this mistake is carry out when i was parched bike i want permanent solution so what can i do your advertisement is showing 5 year warranty or something else i hope you will solve my problem thanking you i also want to talk with your customer care executive...

The dealer jai ganesh in surendranagar is completely misleading. They took the full amount and did not provide us anything unless i personally asked for the detailed price of everything. I later came to know after 2 months that they did not provide me personal insurance for which they charged me 275 rs in the bill. Further they did not provide certain plate required for number plate due to which we had to go to rto office and again to showroom...

As i have given my two wheeler to hero service center of greater noida (Jagat farm) like for the fifth service and i told them about all the problems of my scooty. But they didn't even noticed them. After i asked them that please get me check about what u have done in my scooty, i found nothing they didn't even care about the problems and started making excuses. It's not the first time they have done this thing. Everytime i get disappointed....

I have hero honda passion plus motor bike reg. No. Rj14 ds 8717. On dated i repair my bike at authorized dealer of hero motor corp shakuntlam motors d-28, swarnkaar colony rpa road, pani pech shastri nagar, jaipur, i paid 3598/- for repairing charges, but my bike is not run properly, missing problem and abnormal noise problem, when we reached again at service station
They said that some more parts will be replace...

I have purchase a hero maestro scooter from lucknow main agency superb motors sub agency shree hari automobiles in dussera now i am facing problem in scooter and sub agency behaviour is very bad and his response is also very bad i am not able to explain you in future i am suggest any one for purchase scooter from hero motor i have already two spelender bikes but this time my experience is not up to the mark like hero. I am sorrybtonsay this will be my last bike from the hero this is pathetic service for a single oul tanky i have to be wait for 3 months this is really disgusting that ur service centers and dealers dont have the oul tanky of super splendor available for three months even my insurance is going to expire i will keep you guys posted in everywhere. I, shiv nath,, purchased a hero splendor+ self start on 13/12/2016 from balaji automobile, ambala cantt. Registration no. Is hr-85 / 0886...
There is engine oil leakage problem in bike from beginning.. Initially the leakage was less. But it increasing with the time.. First time the oil seal was changed on 16/5/2017..
Then on 7/10/17... Gasket of crank case was changed...
Then on... 15/10/17... Chamber packing was also...

My vehicle met an accident with another bike and i go to the nearest service to my place doha motors koyilandy, kozhikode (Dist.) on[protected]
And they give me an estimate.
Damaged the petrol tank and they said the tank will get only[protected]. Two months for repair they are very irresponsible to their work. They said that that tank is not available in that color (Black) only will produce after the order...

I'm complaining about our satara distric service provider"samrath hero", respected sir i was visited above service centre and purchesd pleasure bike, but the service from distributor which i get was very unsatisfactory. They were very arrogent, egostic, unsupportive, we are not happy with their service and behaviour. There is no complaint about bike, but plz take action about this. And give me return feedback about the same....

Sir, i have purchased your motorcycle on 12 oct 2017 on the name of munesh kumar, dilshad garden. When i done its first service from your authorised service centre in gt road shahdarad r k automobiles its done bad service now my bike engine some noise i tell many time to them.
