    Sir,

    I have hero honda passion plus motor bike reg. No. Rj14 ds 8717. On dated i repair my bike at authorized dealer of hero motor corp shakuntlam motors d-28, swarnkaar colony rpa road, pani pech shastri nagar, jaipur, i paid 3598/- for repairing charges, but my bike is not run properly, missing problem and abnormal noise problem, when we reached again at service station
    They said that some more parts will be replace and more labour charges will be applicable. They did not checked the bike properly before repairing work and after repair, finally they refused our request for properly repairing of our bike.
    Their representative talk with our executive very rudely and refuse the work. And charged gst on petrol.[which is not applicable on petrol]
    They received full amount in cash but not repairing work properly.
    Thats why i am not using my bike.

      I have purchase a hero maestro scooter from lucknow main agency superb motors sub agency shree hari automobiles in dussera now i am facing problem in scooter and sub agency behaviour is very bad and his response is also very bad i am not able to explain you in future i am suggest any one for purchase scooter from hero motor i have already two spelender bikes but this time my experience is not up to the mark like hero. Motor well reputed company hope you will solve my problem

        I am sorrybtonsay this will be my last bike from the hero this is pathetic service for a single oul tanky i have to be wait for 3 months this is really disgusting that ur service centers and dealers dont have the oul tanky of super splendor available for three months even my insurance is going to expire i will keep you guys posted in everywhere. I will never go for the hero bikes again and i will keep new customer aware about this

          I, shiv nath,, purchased a hero splendor+ self start on 13/12/2016 from balaji automobile, ambala cantt. Registration no. Is hr-85 / 0886...
          There is engine oil leakage problem in bike from beginning.. Initially the leakage was less. But it increasing with the time.. First time the oil seal was changed on 16/5/2017..
          Then on 7/10/17... Gasket of crank case was changed...
          Then on... 15/10/17... Chamber packing was also changed...
          All the repair work was done in balaji automobile itself..
          But till date the problem is still there... Rather increasing day by day..
          Please look into the matter and do the needful..

            My vehicle met an accident with another bike and i go to the nearest service to my place doha motors koyilandy, kozhikode (Dist.) on[protected]
            And they give me an estimate.
            Damaged the petrol tank and they said the tank will get only[protected]. Two months for repair they are very irresponsible to their work. They said that that tank is not available in that color (Black) only will produce after the order

              I'm complaining about our satara distric service provider"samrath hero", respected sir i was visited above service centre and purchesd pleasure bike, but the service from distributor which i get was very unsatisfactory. They were very arrogent, egostic, unsupportive, we are not happy with their service and behaviour. There is no complaint about bike, but plz take action about this. And give me return feedback about the same.

When i done its first service from your authorised service centre in gt road shahdarad r k automobiles its done bad service now my bike engine some noise i tell many time to them. But they not answer me satisfactory. Its all depend upon you as this type of service will vanish your product capability and demand.

Which registration number is up 67 u 2798 registration date 28/09/2017, its silencer was damaged and making more sound. My bike is under in warranty, i complaint this issue to my dealer also.

                      Sir, i purchased hero maestro edge zx from metro agencies situated in bawana industrial area on 11 oct 17. I also purchased side stand with sensor and women's step. I paid for the above mentioned accessories. But delivery was given without fitting women's step. Staff told me that it will be available within 2-3days. But even after 10 days nobody contacts me. After 10 days i approach the dealer, they told me that it is not available. Come after 3-4 days. They were not bothered till i asked them for refund. Then manager activated himself and contacted some other showroom and told me to come on 29 oct 17. I reached the workshop at 1430 hrs and handed over the keys to the supervisor. He asked me to wait. I seated in waiting room. But at 1600hrs i again approach to supervisor than he told me that this work will take one and half hour so you have to wait. Till 1600hrs nobody touched my vehicle. Then i asked him to take my vehicle out from the workshop because i didn't have that much time. Then the manager interfered and brought one mechanic. The fitment was done within 5 minutes. I am very annoyed with the behaviour of the supervisor and other staff.

                        We book scooty pleasure before 2days of diwali date and said to be delivered on diwali. After taking the full payment the sales person informed that mirror is not available. And said that i forgot to inform and to come after 1week, we went after 10 days again same story.
                        He he know that all the parts are not available he should have informed us before payment. Its very disappointed that after taking money informing that this is not there, that is not there.

                        We took from hitech city - pheonix showroom.

                        Please help us on it.

                          Maine jab is wajah ke liye objection kiya to waha ke staff humse bole ki apko diye hue dilivery time se pahle bike mile jayegi,

                          Magar delivery reciept ke ka time bhi over ho gya, aur mujhe bike service nhi mili,

                          Aur hamare job card ki details, aur delevery detail ko nikal kar dekha jay.

                            I am balaji chakraborty from jabalpur, facing lot of problems as the hero company is not providing spares for ambition 135. I am using ambition 135 till date and so many customers are using this vehicle but very much disappointed as the company is not supplying spares like clutch cables, accelerator cable, meter cable which are most essential parts. There is two big showrooms and one distributor but are fail to arrange the spares. They simply says that company is not providing.

                              I have purchased a hero duet two wheeler from akar motors, jaipur. At the time of first service at akar workshop i got very poor response with very very poor service even i had to wait at billing counter for half an hour when no one was in que & staff was busy in chatting with others. I had decided to take this to court but i think this issue must come in the vision of management. Why not quit these poor service providers? This is the difference between honda & hero. That's why honda is ahead of this co.

                                As i have given the vechile to the service on 27 th oct and they told to come on 28th, and after going there i took my vechile, they have even not not washed my vechile and they put some oil to shine the vechile. They do not respond to our problems. They do not have good labour and staffing. Simply they do some nonsense and collect the money.
                                Only they use full of oil to shine your vechile.

                                Please do not go to this showroom rishi motors.

                                Very very bad service...

                                  Ji maine meri hero duet gadi second time paid servicing ke liye aditya auto agencies nagpur maharashtra me di thi. Meri gadi servicing ko dene se pahale achhi thi. Aur servicing karake ghar lane par meri gadi ke break bahot jor se aavaj kar rahe hai. Aisa lagata hai vo ghis raha hai. Aur gadi ke back side ke left me bhi kuchh aavaje as rahi hai. Gadi chabi nikalate vakt andar atak ja rahi hai. Servicing ke bad tin din tak gadi ke key hole me se jaisetaise chabi nikalne par chabi gili hokar nikal rahi thi. Unhone hamari gadi kharab kar di hai. Maine meri gadi feb 2017 me kharidi hai. Turat uapay kare. Nahi to muze consumer court me complain karani hogi.

                                      मैने २०१६ मे धाकड मोटर्स देई जिला- बून्दी राजस्थान से हिरो आईस्मारट बाइक खरीदी थी, यह बाइक जब से खरीदी हे तब से हि तकनिकी खऱाबी थी टायरो मे नासुर बने हुए हे, रिंग लिकेज हे, जिसके कारण हवा रुक नही पाती हे, इन्जन मे भी दिक्कत हे, इस मामले मे मै तीन बार हिरो मोटोकोरप मे आनलाइन शिकायत भी कर चुका हू, शिवम मोटर्स बून्दी वाले रिपेयंरिग भी करते हे लेकिन कोई संतोषजनक रिजल्ट नही मिला, अब तक मै तीन बार आनलाइन शिकायत कर चुका हू, धाकड हिरो मोटर्स वाले तो हमारी मजाक भी बनाते हे कि यह आनलाइन शिकायत की गाडी आ गयी, इन्होने मैरे से यू भी कहा था कि एक्सिडेन्टल बताकर क्लेम उठा लेते हे, लेकिन हमने मना कर दिया। इस चक्कर मे हम सर्विस भी बुन्दी कराने लग गये, पूर्व आनलाइन शिकायत नं[protected],[protected], नयी गाडी के भी धक्के लगाने पडते हे, अब आप से निवेदन हे कि इस बाइक को बदलवाने की कृपया करे। धन्यवाद

                                        Hi,

                                        I had purchased my maestro edge vehicle number mh47r3108 from mumbai, and started getting serviced it from fort point virar west service center.

                                        Since last two servicing i'm facing problem of kick start and accelerator, the same problem i had mentioned while servicing my vehicle. The service center person resolve the issue, but it was fine for same day only, from next day i started facing same problem again.
                                        Now in my last servicing of dated 18th oct'17 i informed them about problem in my vehicle, they fix it and handover vehicle, but this time same problem resume same day only, after realizing i again visited to service center on 22nd oct'17, this time too they done it and very next day same problem started.
                                        I'm really not understand what type of servicing fortpoint are providing??
                                        I as a customer expecting a perfect solution for my defect in vehicle because for better maintenance i'm coming to authorised dealer for better service.
