Hi.. I am aftab alam own a splendor plus up61ad5934. My bike is about 8 months old. Earlier it was performing well. But due to bad service of the authorized dealer in my area shobhit auto mohammadabad dist ghazipur uttar pradesh 233227, my bike's performance is worst these days. There are lots of customers like me in my area who have the same kind of complaint regarding the dealer. They do not have proper staff and machenics. Only temporary kind of mechanics are available.. These people do not listen to customer's complaints also. Fans of hero are getting frustrated with these people behavior.. So i request you kindly do the needful so that we can have our faith continue in hero motocorp.

    1yr pehle maine ekk duet kharida tha lekin 4/5 months pehle woh kharab ho gaya toh delaer le gaya lekin dealer wale woh prblm thik kr nahi saka, main delaer 7/8 tyms gaya lekin wo log aaj woh parts nahi hain, aaj woh parts aisa krke mujhe mana lr dete hain, app loko ka after sell service worst hain.. Please contact bhuyan hero automobiles delaer whic is situated at jamuna road, sivasagar town pin 785640, assam, mera scooty abhi tak thik nahi kiya, mera bohot prblm hoo raha hain, main kya kru? Police main complaint kr du kya? App log kuch kijiyr company ki taraf se.. Thank you otherwise i will complain in police station.

    Abhi tak scooty kharab hain.. ghar main hain, kya karu abb? Nee scooty kharid ne liye company paise denge kya? Kharid ne se pehle toh bohot sweet sweet baate karte hain ? Abb kya hua?       Hi
      My family member purchases hero maestro on occasion of deshera, within 15 days we its started startup issue. Its also stop in between. We contacted basti up show room but the charge battery but it did not help us.
      Last 1 week can use due to this issue.

      Can you please check properly or change my maestro if there is no solution.

      Showroom guys not cooperating us. Even its difficult to take my bike at showroom.

          I had purchased a hero extreme sports bike from bijmohan & son's "a hero certified dealer" in october, 2016. Today while availing the 5th free service the mechanic told me that the block of my bike is not in good condition and he advised me to change it. I would like to state that i always checked up my bike timely in authorised service centre only within the required time frame and i never failed to get my bike checked up as per maintenance manual. Therefore, i am requesting you to look into my grievance and change the block of my bike under warranty provision. Regards.

            Sir /madam,
            I purched hero spelender plus i3s bije cash payment on yesterday from mahendra motors near jaljog circle. I book my bike on 6 oct.2017, and finally full pay on dated 15 oct. 2017. Yesterday i went to mahendra motor bike, hero representative told me that all booked bike send to hero store /godam/ service center. I billed the same bike at office and i went to hero store for receiving bike at time of receiving i saw defect in oil tank and refused the same for receiving defective bike but representative told me defect bike or part will be change on after 2-3 days diwali.
            I requested to change bike asap.

            After second servicing of my i smart bike there is more and undesirable noise .. and electronic meter is also not working.

            Its very unfortunate to know that you have been going through such problems during this festive season.

            As far as your problem with your bike is concerned, I will suggest you to write it directly to the manager and in case if your problems are still unanswered and they haven't responded satisfactorily to you, you can always file a consumer suit against the service providers / sellers / dealers for providing defective goods or deficient services. This suit shall be filed after giving them a prior notice at the district consumer forum (if the valuation of the suit is below 20 Lakhs).
            Hope your concerns are answered satisfactorily.

                I brought new glamour bike in '31/5/2017, i did three services regular and ride only 6400 km, but before the third service, the engine oil leakage from the engine head i asked in authorised service centres they are repaired, but there is again the oil leakage. This is the issue. Now how i got solution for this, kindly requesting you help me to resolve this, if not solve permenently then give me new vehicle

                  I have approached servicing center two times following for problem resolving they are saying bike is fine, but bike is stoping with overheat every time, they charged me rs.14000 for servicing all replacements mentioned above,

                    Dear sir i visit (15.10.17) gurudeo hero show room pratap nagar nagpur, i m interested to take a two wheeler pleasure (Met black), and i go for booking, then i said i don't want accessories for this two wheeler, but the owner (Rishabh kocchar)
                    Giving me the rude answer that it is compulsory to take that accessories otherwise you leave this showroom. I seriously upset of his behavior, and i already have 4 bikes of hero.

                    Pls do the needful, aur take some necessary action.

                        I had bought hero hunk up17 m 6219 from rataul bagphat (Bharat automobiles) up and since then suffering with lots of problems in bikes engine as manufacturing fault and still in service center for last 7 days also they insisting me to sign the satisfactory paper but i had refused them for signing any paper so plz help me to solve the problem at early.                             Chain, front and back grills are in condom condition due to poor service or wrong service.. when i visit to my 2nd service the service man said me to change chain and both grills .. I asked for change of it they demand for money.. i have just 2nd service of my bike.. i am from Lalganj, pratapgarh, utter Pradesh... kindly help me.. and allow them to change my damaged part...                               I booked a new hero hf deluxe on 28/9/17 with 1000rs... And by the next day on 29/9/17 i made the full payment 42, 000 rs cash... And purchased the bike but they didnt gave me helmet & seat cover which was free with bike as per dealed on 28/9/17. Till today still the helmet and seat cover has not been given to me. Also for passing i gave the bike on 05/10/17... Th whole day went but the still i didnt got my registered rto number...
                              Also the tax receipt is not given to me.
                              Today (14/10/17) in the morning i gave the bike for servicing... As first servicing was free as per deal.... After 4-5 hours i went there.. The bike was ready at dispatch as it serviced as per them but when i saw the bike not even washing, cleaning, oiling was done, the bike was as it is.. So i just told them to look at it.
                              Literally, they have just done oiling and thats all!!! What???... And charged 330rs that to of alignment charges... Etc without doing nothing just oiling...
                              They r just wasting the money people r earning by hardwork... & making them foolish!!!

                              I gave my scooty for service this Monday. But you engineer stolen some parts of my scooty. And did not do my service good. Very bad experience. Hero service is worst. And also take my petrol.

                                I brought new glamour bike in sep'15, i have done my services regular and ride only 16000km, now engine lost bore. When i asked in authorised service centres they are saying that when you done service before there only slove the issue, then i went ask them they said you have to go where you done last service centre.. This is the issue. Now how i got solution for this, kindly requesting you help me to resolve this

                                  My father purchased hero maestreo edge (Dl12sh3151). Before one year. Now their is problem in engine even scotty is drived only 23000 km. I went ks hero service center in rangpuri delhi they asked for 13000 rs. For engine service. I claimed for warranty they told there is problem in service records as per their record. But still not give any response after 2 days.
                                  My father suffring after purchased this article plss help and provide engine warranty.

                                    I have given my hero maestro for servicing in gm motors wardha in the name of vandana ashish jamekar. Company has given time period for 8days but today is the 10th day but still they are not reply from gm motors. They told that they will call back but no such call was done. I don't understand what is the reason for the delay. Hero is big company and why do they have to wait for moped crank for ten days. Why are we not getting good service when the moped is in warranty. If no one resolves this question i am sorry i have to take legal action action against the hero motocorp unit.

                                      I bought that hero bick in abans srilanka. Really disappointment service and all the things they are providing. I'm going to create a website posts regarding your bick. I'm sorry to say you that if you have not respond me back i will surely do that and i'll provide my contact details here with. I have service the bick only from company abans paliyagoda. Only after riding 12000 km i put my bick in a service and they are telling to me to replace the clutch plate. It was damaged. From the second service i'm complaining to them my bick clutch have a sever problem and they always saying that it is the problem of the rider. I have been using bicks since 1995. This is the first complain i got. And one service when they going to handover my bick after serviceing the check person found the oil was not changed. Then he asked them to replace the oil again. How can that be a problem of service.. I'm really fed up with your product and really sorry to complain like this. When i complain to them about clutch problem if the correctly respond to me with correct problem i won't have to pay for the clutch plate again. Please respond me back soon. Expecting your respond.

                                        Self purchase a hero mustro on 14/0/2017 from west bengali sarada auto (Dealers name).
                                        It's has few problems while starting the engine and serious problem in front wheel, which is not maintain the air pressure regularly.
                                        While eqrice the same dealers given very unsatisfactory answer.
                                        Plz suggest, or else considering worst company to deal with
