Dear sir my name is manish kumar singh,
I bought a hero super splendor bike last month, rc no. Is up67u2361. When i ride the bike first problem is pickup is not so good as other super splendor bike, and second main problem its clunk sound of engine, i complaint about this problem at the time of first service but the dealer ignore my problem.
Please attention my problem.

Chain, front and back grills are in condom condition due to poor service or wrong service.. when i visit to my 2nd service the service man said me to change chain and both grills .. I asked for change of it they demand for money.. i have just 2nd service of my bike.. i am from Lalganj, pratapgarh, utter Pradesh... kindly help me.. and allow them to change my damaged part... I booked a new hero hf deluxe on 28/9/17 with 1000rs... And by the next day on 29/9/17 i made the full payment 42, 000 rs cash... And purchased the bike but they didnt gave me helmet & seat cover which was free with bike as per dealed on 28/9/17. Till today still the helmet and seat cover has not been given to me. Also for passing i gave the bike on 05/10/17... Th whole day went but the still i didnt got my registered rto number...

I brought new glamour bike in sep'15, i have done my services regular and ride only 16000km, now engine lost bore. When i asked in authorised service centres they are saying that when you done service before there only slove the issue, then i went ask them they said you have to go where you done last service centre.. This is the issue. Now how i got solution for this, kindly requesting you help me to resolve this...

My father purchased hero maestreo edge (Dl12sh3151). Before one year. Now their is problem in engine even scotty is drived only 23000 km. I went ks hero service center in rangpuri delhi they asked for 13000 rs. For engine service. I claimed for warranty they told there is problem in service records as per their record. But still not give any response after 2 days.

I have given my hero maestro for servicing in gm motors wardha in the name of vandana ashish jamekar. Company has given time period for 8days but today is the 10th day but still they are not reply from gm motors. They told that they will call back but no such call was done. I don't understand what is the reason for the delay. Hero is big company and why do they have to wait for moped crank for ten days. Why are we not getting good service...

I bought that hero bick in abans srilanka. Really disappointment service and all the things they are providing. I'm going to create a website posts regarding your bick. Dear sod,
Self purchase a hero mustro on 14/0/2017 from west bengali sarada auto (Dealers name).
It's has few problems while starting the engine and serious problem in front wheel, which is not maintain the air pressure regularly.
While eqrice the same dealers given very unsatisfactory answer.
Plz suggest, or else considering worst company to deal with

I have done my 3rd services on 28th december 2016. Now i went to do servoces on 17th october 2017 they are telling that your 4 th services has been lapse, 5th was done on 28th april 2017 and now sixth is lapse. I did not understand how without doing servixe aftet third service they are showing 5th services has been done in the system. Is there any authentication in the system or yhey will allow any person to do entry in tye system.

I purchased the above mentioned scooter last year. Bike performance was okay upto 3 months, once the problem started due to piston and crank problem its still continues. I approached the nearest showroom "bhagyashree automobiles, athani". They billed me 8150 rs inspite of warranty period. But problem still exists. The worst performance and the worst bike i have ever seen. For ex: they were advertising...

I brought pleasure scooty in 2014.. It worked for 1yr without any prblm.. Then d problem started.. Self start is not working.. I gave for repair in showroom so many times.. They use to tell that wire has gone, this part has gone and changed so many of my bike parts.. But still it's not working.. Almost for 5 times i gave for repair.. They charged so much for those parts but the problem of my scooty was not rectified.....

I want to purchase a hero hf deluxe on "dhan teras". I want to know from your company that which accessories to come free with the bike as per govt rules. I purchased glamour i3s model, while crossing 50 speed i am getting vibrated and abnormal sound. Till now my reading is 900 km, 1st servicing has been done but no solution, when i asked the dealing mechanic saying no solution.
It's very bad experience to me. I need a solution. I would like change to old model i. E asfs any chance for this. Other wise i may go for complaint for default product...

From satpuda auto jalgaon maharashtra in november 2014, this bike regular give me of mileage (Average) beetwin 1 year is clear of 70 km per liter but after than this bike average is low from 2015 to till date is now per liter 10 km.
So you will solve this issue on priority

I have bought splendor ismart 110 12th months ago, but there is a noisy sound produce from engine the service center said this is fault of manufacturer, but can not be solved this fault earlier. So i request the hero motocorp to solve this problem as soon as possible for customers satisfaction because hero is the best brand of two wheelers bikes, if he can not solve this issue than opted us to exchange the other bikes....
