I have done my 3rd services on 28th december 2016. Now i went to do servoces on 17th october 2017 they are telling that your 4 th services has been lapse, 5th was done on 28th april 2017 and now sixth is lapse. I did not understand how without doing servixe aftet third service they are showing 5th services has been done in the system. Is there any authentication in the system or yhey will allow any person to do entry in tye system.

This purely unethical practises heromotorcorp is doing. And it can be seen my three of three services has been lapsed.

    To whomever it concern...

    I purchased the above mentioned scooter last year. Bike performance was okay upto 3 months, once the problem started due to piston and crank problem its still continues. I approached the nearest showroom "bhagyashree automobiles, athani". They billed me 8150 rs inspite of warranty period. But problem still exists. The worst performance and the worst bike i have ever seen. For ex: they were advertising the hero bikes in athani few months back, and in all that only duet scooter was not getting start, and that too in the middle of the market. Such a shameful incident for hero company.

    As a responsible citizen henceforth i will spread awareness in people not to purchase a duet scooter or hero product, due to the bad performance and extremely worst behaviour of showroom people.

    Because of the bad behaviour of showroom owner, i had given to repair the scooter to outside mechanic. And this will be my last investment for this scooter, if problem still occurs i will sale to modkawala and upload the same in hero page.

      I brought pleasure scooty in 2014.. It worked for 1yr without any prblm.. Then d problem started.. Self start is not working.. I gave for repair in showroom so many times.. They use to tell that wire has gone, this part has gone and changed so many of my bike parts.. But still it's not working.. Almost for 5 times i gave for repair.. They charged so much for those parts but the problem of my scooty was not rectified..

        Maine jabse is vehicle ko purchase kiya hai tabhi se isme starting problem hoti rahi hai... Raste me chalte chalte apne aap band ho jati hai, fir start kro to start nahi hoti... Kai bar to highway traffic me aik dum se band ho jati hai aur start nahi hoti jisse bahut dikkat hoti rahi hai. Isko maine kai bar service centre me same problems k liye dikhaya pr aaj b same problem aa rahi hai. Last week 5 october 2017 ko gadi achanak shastri park me band ho gayi uske bad start hi nahi huyi. Paidal scooty ko mai apne ghar pahuncha. Saturday ko service centre me problem bta kar scooty dekar aaya. Aur aaj 13 october 2017 ko hans motor hamse us scooty ko thik karne k charge mang raha hai.

        Mujhe shuru se hi same problem is scooty ke sath rahi hai, aur har bar maine hans motors ke service centre se hi isko dikhaya hai pr aaj tak isme koi farak nahi aaya hai, service center se jab lekar aate hai uske 3-4 days sahi chalti hai bad me fir same problem karti hai. Hero motor me maine customer care pe iski kai bar shikayat ki hai par har bar vahi hota hai, service center jao, do aur lekar aao fir bad same problem.

Wo bhi 13 july me first problem 13 din me hi starter boton ka tha. 2 nd 15 august serving ki usme bhi mujhe bilkul bhi aisa nahi laga ki service kiye sab dust usme lagi thi, aur aaj 13 oct scooter ki power hi band h.             I am the valuable customer since 2010 of your company. I have purchased ignitor hero bike from preetam enterprise, palalakhemundi, gajapatin in the year of 2014. When i travel 300 to 400hundred kilometers from pkd my chain sprocket has been damaged.. Every 300-400, i do change my chain sprocket. Sir i m very much tired to replace a new chain sprocket again. I do regular service at service station. The service personnel told me it's a manufacturer defect. So u have to take immediate step against my bike otherwise i will go to the consumer court.               I want to purchase a hero hf deluxe on "dhan teras". I want to know from your company that which accessories to come free with the bike as per govt rules. Reason is that the dealer is denying to provide following accessories like helmet, front and rear number plate, rear view mirror, saree guard, crash guard handle guard for pillion rider and etc. Kindly help also provide a list of accessories to come free with a motor cycle (My mob [protected])

              Sir i am still awaiting for your reply regarding accessories come to free with two wheelers because most of the dealers are not providing/following the rules. I received a call from your side and the person who talk to me was not aware about it.
              Some accessories i mentioned in my complaint like hemets (qty1 or 2), rear view mirror, crash guard etc.

              Move to bring down number of accidents in State

              In a bid to encourage motorcyclists to wear helmets and curb the number of accidents in the State, ISI-approved helmets are to be given free of cost to owners of two-wheelers at the time of delivery of vehicles from April 1.

              Besides the helmet, front and rear number plate for displaying registration number, rear-view mirror, saree guard, crash guard and handle grip for pillion riders will be provided free of cost by vehicle manufacturers to owners.

              A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of motorcycle manufacturers convened by State Transport and Road Safety Commissioner Tomin J. Thachankary in the capital on Tuesday.

              The vehicle manufacturers have been told not to charge two-wheeler owners for the accessories.

              The Motor Vehicles Department had received complaints that the dealers were taking money even for providing number plates to the vehicles. The manufacturers have been told that their authority for sale in the State will be cancelled if the accessories were not provided free of cost.

              The Transport Commissioner said the decision to provide ISI-approved helmets was taken in view of mounting fatalities involving two-wheeler riders in the State. Two-wheelers continue to trouble the police and the MVD with 20, 434 accidents taking place last year.

              The highest number of 3, 762 accidents involving motorcyclists took place in the capital in 2015, according to the State Crime Records Bureau’s road accident statistics.

              The vehicle manufacturers have been told that they cannot insist on motorcycle owners choosing a particular insurance firm.

              The registered owners have the right to select the firm.

              The MVD has also asked manufacturers to find a solution to deactivate Bluetooth facility on mobile phone while the motorcyclist possessing it is driving the vehicle.

                I am a retired electrical engineer from powercom, i purchased a splendor plus in september 16. I used to get my vehicle serviced in time. This year there was a marriage in my family and i left pathankot in 3rd week of september 17 and returned back to pathankot in the 2nd week of october 17, i visited bm enterprise on 12th of october where i was told about the cancellation of 4th service. I request your good offices to restore it keeping in view my circumstances and oblige.

                    I purchased glamour i3s model, while crossing 50 speed i am getting vibrated and abnormal sound. Till now my reading is 900 km, 1st servicing has been done but no solution, when i asked the dealing mechanic saying no solution.
                    It's very bad experience to me. I need a solution. I would like change to old model i. E asfs any chance for this. Other wise i may go for complaint for default product

                        I have bought splendor ismart 110 12th months ago, but there is a noisy sound produce from engine the service center said this is fault of manufacturer, but can not be solved this fault earlier. So i request the hero motocorp to solve this problem as soon as possible for customers satisfaction because hero is the best brand of two wheelers bikes, if he can not solve this issue than opted us to exchange the other bikes.

                        From broken of my heart, i need to tell you that my faith on hero two wheelers has broken permanently when i use your one o[censored]r product splendor i smart 110.
                        I want my money back. I am very upset with your product.
                        I have splendor i smart 110 cc bike which i had purchased on 10th oct 2016 and only after riding of 14000 km the engine of the bike has concked off and your service team from gurgaon tooks 10 days to repair my bike as they have not sufficient spares to repair the same immediately.
                        After repair, the bike works only 500 km again to again the engine sound is very high and worst part is, the auto needs service specialist are saying that this is normal sound. I am sure it is not a normal sound.. I am riding on bike since 2002 and i knw very well what is normal sound and what is not.
                        You are going to loose goodwill of splendor name by creating this type of poor products.
                        I need my money back or want permanent solution as i am not so free person who stand always your service centre.
                        Need immediate action on this or i will take care of hero moto corp repo.
                        Need permanent solution immediately.

But after 2.5 year i going to some shop to exchange my bike to heigher one they said, the bike actual colour was black (Engine and all) but in shop people change the top of the body part to red and balance all from black colours

                              Purchased mastro scooty in malad east mumbai few months back. Brought the same to chennai on transfer, it is least used. No free service is done. Now it does not start. Called up the centre i. E. Customer service no. Got assurance of call back. Nothing happened so far. Since the scooty is in the warranty period i expect tchnecal snag will be repaired by your service centre only. I request you to look into the matter

                                Greetings,

                                I am sankaran. S has on till 2015 i purchased more than 6 to 7 hero honda on the below mentioned address and now hero karishma using from 2015. This bike procured from chengleput raviram motors sub dealer sri kalyana venkateswara motors, gst road at vandalur, after one year of service i observed some up normal noise from the engine. The mechanic will say it is tapering noise they will adjust and give the vehicle.in a week or 2 weeks later the same problem. So i changed the service to raviram directly and there to not satisfied, then vishnu motors ekathuthangal there also not satisfied. Then i written a complaint to hero motors. Next 2 days i received a call from raviram motors based on my complaint, after that also they did same general service but the noise was still there. They also noticed and made me convinced, but day by day the noise has become has an diesel share auto sound. 4th oct 2017 i left the vehicle for service at raviram and insisted to some thing in engine to stop the up normal noise from the engine. There is a warranty for the engine or if any manufacturing defects are there for 5 years.in this aspect i requested to approach but they refused not to go for warranty (Then only i came to know that if they go for warranty their dealer name will be get spoiled, so they don't want to go). They replace what ever they suspect other than the engine and yesterday they called and informed that other than the engine we tried but no changes on noise. Now they requested for an warranty replacement for the engine (I received an sms that your request id is[protected].
                                01: given the vehicle for service on 4th oct 2017 and 10th oct 2017 they noticed their is a problem in engine so they decided to go for warranty replacement. To observe the problem it took 6 days and very well you know without 2 wheeler for last 6 how difficult it will be...

                                Few days before i got call from shilpa prasad(hr head of hero motocorp)and take my telephonic interview asking some question and then conform me for the post of maintanance engineer in the company. and demand a secruity money i.e 7000 rs .and send me today a appointment letter . so plz tell whaT i do this time

                                  I have brought hero honda extreme 2014 model chasis no: mblkc14abegg08483. Servive is the most integral part of the company and i am not satisfied with your service.
                                  10 days before i got problem in central lock and i gave my bike for service at yuva motors, faridabad. They have words that we don't have parts right now, we will order parts may be it will take 1month or more but if you yourself buys these parts it will be good.

                                  Then i registered a compaint on hero motocorp on 7/10/2017 friday "compain no:[protected]" but till now not get a single call for solution even i made 2 calls from my side regarding my compaint and the customer care executive not giving me a perticular date when my bike will be rectify. Even they are saying you can register compaint against us too no issue but it will take time to repair your bike.

                                  Then i asked about hero distributer from customer care executive and called the distributer at hissar, haryana and karol bagh, new delhi they said they have parts and asked me to collect part from there anytime.

                                  So my question is when i can get the part from your distributer in just 1 day then why you are not able to collect it.

                                  I work in mobile industry if get compaint in phone we rectify in maximum 3 days because we know service is the integral part of company.

                                  I have recorded call of customer care executive that i will further mail to higher authorities and to consumer court also.

                                  Please take service seriously and do the needful.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I gave my bike (Ka-10-l-5200) service on october 4th 2017, previously i changed my bike battery on 6 month before they told battery is 3 year warranty but now battery is not working bcz they changed to old one. Previous service time also they changed chain sproket. Very very worst service giving sai motors kathriguppe.

                                        Today morning i give to my scooter for 6 th service (15000 to 15500 km). That service provider say to me must give before august. Then only get this 15000km service. Last month i bring my motor have a complaint, that time services in charge informe bring 15000km service time. I need to get the proper service
