And they clean tha carborate after complaint... And they are no polish tha bike..
They also take tha signature of satisfaction before tha bike service from all customers.

Am asking for red colour dual disc break extreme sports bike but may they don't have in that colour i think. But after 2.5 year i going to some shop to exchange my bike to heigher one they said, the bike actual colour was black (Engine and all) but in shop people change the top of the body part to red and balance all from black colours
They cheat me during purchase.

Purchased mastro scooty in malad east mumbai few months back. Brought the same to chennai on transfer, it is least used. No free service is done. Now it does not start. Called up the centre i. E. Customer service no. Got assurance of call back. Nothing happened so far. Since the scooty is in the warranty period i expect tchnecal snag will be repaired by your service centre only. I request you to look into the matter...

10 days before i got problem in central lock and i gave my bike for service at yuva motors, faridabad. They have words that we don't have parts right now, we will order parts may be it will take 1month or more but if you yourself buys these parts...

I have bought splendor ismart 110 four months ago, but there is a noisy sound produce from engine the service center said this is fault of manufacturer, but can not be solved this fault earlier. So i request the hero motocorp to solve this problem as soon as possible for customers satisfaction because hero is the best brand of two wheelers bikes, if he can not solve this issue than opted us to exchange the other bikes....

I gave my bike (Ka-10-l-5200) service on october 4th 2017, previously i changed my bike battery on 6 month before they told battery is 3 year warranty but now battery is not working bcz they changed to old one. Previous service time also they changed chain sproket. Very very worst service giving sai motors kathriguppe.

Today morning i give to my scooter for 6 th service (15000 to 15500 km). That service provider say to me must give before august. Then only get this 15000km service. Last month i bring my motor have a complaint, that time services in charge informe bring 15000km service time. I need to get the proper service

I gave my pleasure for servicing and polishing on 8:30am
I called 1:00pm for servicing is done or not. They said over. But polishing not done. When i reached the service center around 1:15pm. They told lunch hour and come on 2:00pm. Ok i again went on 2:00pm. And they told for polishing you come on tomorrow. How irresponsible it is.
At least arrange one man to deliver bike on lunch hours. Please don't waste our valueble time.br...

This is rohit gour indore. I went hero sevice centre, patwa abhikaran, palasia indore (M. P.) for servicing my byk. After servicing of my byk i got tore sear cover. I told about it to service in charge but he refused to accept her failure and were arguing with me. I didn't accept this kind of misbehavior with genuine customers of hero. Please take appropriate action against it.

I bought duet vx (Dutddr vmc) bs-iv on 31/05/2017 from shree balaji motors, surat. Just in duration of a month the vehicle started giving problem in starting both with starter switch and kick starter pedal. I took it to the service center for finding the problem. They kept it for a day and returned back telling there is carbon accumulation which is being cleared. I was surprised how a new vehicle can have such problem. Again after 3 days...
