मेरा नाम प्रवीण कुमार चौरे है दिसम्बर 2013 में मैंने हीरो पैशन प्रो mp04 mk 6208 खरीदी l प्रथम वर्ष के दौरान ही इंजन में तकनीकी खराबी आई और डीलर (रेवा मोटर इटारसी) के द्वारा ब्लाक और पिस्टन बदले गए l इसके मैंने 750 रुपये भी दिएl अत्यंत खेद के साथ आपकी जानकारी में यह बात लाना चाहता हूँ कि वर्ष 2016 में पुनः मेरी मोटरसाइकिल का प्लग बार बार शोर्ट होने लगा l जब मैंने इस समस्या की शिकायत छिन्दवाड़ा में सत्कार ऑटोमोबाइल में की तो वहा गाड़ी का दो बार प्लग बदला गया किन्तु शिकायत का स्थाई समाधान नहीं हुआ l तीसरी बार शिकायत करने पर ब्लाक को खोलकर कुछ मरम्मत की गई इसके लिए मुझसे 1500 भी लिए गए किन्तु फिर भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ l जब मेरे द्वारा पुनः इसकी शिकायत की गई तो सत्कार ऑटोमोबाइल द्वारा भी ब्लाक बदला गया और यह भी जानकारी दी गई कि रेवा मोटर इटारसी द्वारा किसी अन्य मोटरसाइकिल का ब्लाक डाला गया था इस ब्लाक को पुनः बदलने की नौबत आई l अब लगभग 8 महीने बाद से यह समस्या फिर से आ रही है मोटरसाइकिल स्टार्ट होने में दिक्कत करती है, चौक लगाने पर ही स्टार्ट होती है, चलते समय झटके मारती है...ये शिकायत मेरे द्वारा अंतिम सर्विसिंग के समय भी की गई किन्तु समाधान नही हुआ है l

महोदय उक्त सन्दर्भ में लगभग 4 वर्ष में 2 बार ब्लाक पिस्टन का बदला जाना गंभीर तकनीकी खामी को इंगित करता है साथ ही साथ आपके वर्कशॉप की कार्यप्रणाली और कर्मचारियों की योग्यता और कंपनी के उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता और कंपनी की विश्वसनीयता पर भी प्रश्न चिन्ह अंकित करता है l

मैंने इन 4 सालो के दौरान इस वाहन से कभी संतोष महसूस नहीं किया.कही न कही शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित हुआ हूँ l

कृपया इस सन्दर्भ में शीघ्र ही उचित कार्यवाही कर मोटरसाइकिल की मरम्मत/रिप्लेस करवाने का कष्ट करे l

    Sir with due respect, i want to say that we has observed the worst experience ever at hero automobiles in service matter. We have a motorcycle"ismart" and buyed from "hero automobiles saharanpur road" on 2nd july. That time also they have done service lightly. Then after on 5 th october we have gone there and we have complaint regarding self start (After 1st service self was not working properly and from last week self is not working a single time and when to try to start bike with self start the bike makes short high sound) that time they said parts are not available right now..

    And

    Then today we went there, there was such a rediculuos behaviour...

    We went there first and asked them that the part is available right now thy said yes and we brought the bike to them. they opened the bike and when part was brought to be went replaced they said "it would not fix it is improper it is too big to get fixed. And then we went to senior (I dont know his perfect designation and name) we said that we have done a great mistake to buy this bile and we have wasted money on spending this product and then in opposite he said u have done this mistake and then he try to mislead us. We have said this sentence because we are not satisfied with their service and their behaviour..

    We have first time spend trust in hero and we are really not satisfied otherwise we always prefer yamaha.

    plz see to our issue and plz respond...



    We have more issue regarding hero maestro purchased from same showroom.

      I gave my pleasure for servicing and polishing on 8:30am
      I called 1:00pm for servicing is done or not. They said over. But polishing not done. When i reached the service center around 1:15pm. They told lunch hour and come on 2:00pm. Ok i again went on 2:00pm. And they told for polishing you come on tomorrow. How irresponsible it is.
      At least arrange one man to deliver bike on lunch hours. Please don't waste our valueble time.

        But i have not received my RC book and no other imp documents and i have some problem issue in my bike engine. So plz solve my problem.

            Morbi barach did not give proper answer last complain here other wise i will go for customer care Rajkot branch i have bill for mybyke has rear wheel tyre has major problem but Morbi people didn't give proper answer.

              Hi,
              This is rohit gour indore. I went hero sevice centre, patwa abhikaran, palasia indore (M. P.) for servicing my byk. After servicing of my byk i got tore sear cover. I told about it to service in charge but he refused to accept her failure and were arguing with me. I didn't accept this kind of misbehavior with genuine customers of hero. Please take appropriate action against it.

                I bought duet vx (Dutddr vmc) bs-iv on 31/05/2017 from shree balaji motors, surat. Just in duration of a month the vehicle started giving problem in starting both with starter switch and kick starter pedal. I took it to the service center for finding the problem. They kept it for a day and returned back telling there is carbon accumulation which is being cleared. I was surprised how a new vehicle can have such problem. Again after 3 days same problem persisted. After that, regularly for 15 days used it after putting a lot of efforts in starting it. Then on 1st servicing date took it to service center and requested to resolve all to problem. After servicing again the problem started in a week. Even one day the vehicle didn't start after multiple efforts, and we asked for a pickup to the service center. They gave the same reason of carbon accumulation and assured the problem is resolved and we won't face any problem in starting after this. Again after 20 days the vehicle went in complete black out mode. The vehicle wasn't starting nor showing anything on the display (Complete blackout). We asked them to pick it up and keep it till the whole problem is resolved. They told the battery needed to be charged, there is some problem charging, and asked for paying for it. We refused to pay because in a duration of two months how can the battery needs charging and what kind of battery it is! They charged the battery without asking for payment after that understanding our problem. We were frustrated by the regular problem and zero satisfaction by using a new vehicle. We had a talk with the person incharge of balaji motors. He assured that hopefully there may not be again such problem. We took the vehicle back home with hopes. For few days it didn't show problem in starting. Again after 160 days of purchase we can see the same problem. Need to put a lot efforts in starting the vehicle. It has been a headache using the vehicle since being purchased. Kindly resolve the problem and let us know what can be possible solution. It looks like a manufacturing defect as service center couldn't resolve the problem yet after multiple repairing.

                  How much is the oil essential?
                  And the craftsman's answer is also not good, the service is not even good. After cleaning and after cleaning the clothes, you give yourself an answer as well.

                    I given vehicle for 3rd service that time your service man told me the complaint of break vire damaged,
                    I think 3rd service means approx 3months.
                    Within 3months i got complaint for the vire i felt very bad experience with you.
                    Immediatly i told him please chaing the vire. He was changed with my word but he charged some amount. Why shoud i have to pay with in 3 months, please think i[censored] in my place you will pay and kindly increase your quality.

                        We purshed hero duet we they delivered there were so many screch then they changed body after then dakey light was not working and now we take it at home and petrol leaking from last 2 days we went at sai hero showroom from where we purchased they just said from 2 days its normal first time full the tank that’s why its leaking in 2 days without useing bike the tank is empty no one giving proper service we r not satisfied with hero compny

                          Hero i smart 110 splendor which is not less than 1 year but got engine noise in 2nd month 4 free services have been done and non of the service mechanic was able to solve the problem. The bike overflow daily and to start need to choke every day, bike is too much vibrate when we cross 40 speed,
                          Every time bike chain sounds like tik tik tik tik. Some times its sound too much when i slow down the bike speed it sounds like... Katttttttt
                          I m very unsatisfied with this bike. I m very upset with hero motocorp company. I want complete reimbursement for my product along with the compensation for the trouble and additional amount paid due to low mileage issue

                            I am a owner of hero bike gj27bm7153... I have taken my bike before 10 months only but i am facing engine problems, air filter problem, etc... Then i went to bhagya lakshmi showroom near bareja gujarat they were not doing at all... They didn't bothered about customers problems so i just want to replace my bike or give my money back.                               I was having yamaha szr 150 cc which was giving mileage of 45+ kmpl. I am daily commuting from delhi to gurgaon so, i was requiring mileage bike. When i visited to your dealer; then they committed me that splendor ismart 110 will give me minimum mileage of 70+ in city and 75+ in highway. But shocked to see that it is giving mileage between 30 to 40 only and its engine also making lots of noise. I visited service centre 4 times for the same problem including 1st service but still i am not getting proper mileage and engine noise is becoming headache to me.

                              I placed complaints at your website as request no[protected] &[protected]. I received call from your dealer against first request. They tried to solve mileage issue and told me to sign up the form that my problem has been solved and there is no further issue.. I denied to sign that form without testing. I am still getting mileage of 40 only against 70+ claimed in city & 75+ in highway and engine again started to give noise.

                              Please either resolve this issue or refund my hard-earned money. I can afford so much frustration regarding the same.

                                I am writing today to complain about the poor service i received from your dealership "nanda automobile pvt ltd"
                                Ghandhinagar (Gujarat).

                                I have purchased hero glamour bike from the said showroom on 31/03/2017, i lives in vadodara so i requested the dealer to provide me delivery in vadodara and i was ready to pay delivery charges, but due to some reason the delivery of bike got delayed upto one month after making many phone calls to the dealership, now when i received the bike at vadodara i came to know that battery was not installed, bike was without registration no. And other related documents were missing, i called the dealer and complaint about the same to which they said they have forgotten to install the battery, so they will be sending it by courier to me and other documents like insurance copy, battery warranty card and invoice of purchase and for bike registration no. They said they have applied for it in rto and it will come directly to me.

                                After spending 15 days without battery and without an insurance copy i finally received the battery and other documents.

                                But after a week my bike battery got failed it was not working for some reason, i visited other hero authorised dealer in vadodara they said our company (Hero moto crop) don't use this battery (Amco battery) and although they said they will send the battery to amco as it was under warranty but warranty card details were not written on the invoice somehow they send it to amco for battery testing, after almost one month i received repaired battery but after some days same get failed again.

                                Now after 6 months i have received my rc copy but the number plate is still not received neither they have any sense of responsibility to tell the customer.

                                After suffering all these months i finally decide to write a mail to hero moto crop, i am most annoyed and my awful impression of hero moto crop company has been tarnished.

                                I trust this not the way that awful company wishes to conduct services with there valued customers, i look forward to hearing from you.

                                  डिअर सर मैंने 06/04/16 को बाइक सिटी बबीना यूपी से मेस्ट्रो एज स्कूटर खरीदा था जिसका नंबर है UP93 AU1829 इंजन नंबर MBLJF33AAG4B03642 शुरू में स्कूटर परेशान कर रहा था इंजन गरम हो रहा था फिर जब मैंने आपके ऑथराइज्ड सर्विस सेंटर पर चेक करवाया तो उन्होंने कहा इतना गर्म होता ही है। फिर इसके कुछ महीनों बाद इंजन गरम होकर बंद होने लगा फिर दिनांक 12/8/17 को इंजन धुआं देने लगा जब मैंने अपनी गाड़ी को सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा इसके ब्लॉक पिस्टन खराब हो गए हैं फिर उन्होंने ब्लॉक पिस्टन डाल दिए मेरी गाड़ी में अब फिर धुआं देने लगी है फिर अब मैंने सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा दोबारा ब्लॉक पिस्टन खराब हो गए हैं अब आप ही बताइए मैं कितनी बार ब्लॉक पिस्टन चेंज कराऊं या फिर आप मेरी गाड़ी का पूरा इंजन चेंज कराइए नहीं तो मैं फिर कंजूमर फोरम में केस कर रहा हूं मेरे पास इतना पैसा नहीं है कि मैं हर बार इंजन खुलने पर ऑइल चार्ज और सर्विस चार्ज पे करूं और बाहर से पार्ट भी लाकर दूं मेरी समस्या का जल्द से जल्द निवारण करें (मेरा मोबाइल नंबर) [protected]/[protected]

                                    I suraj kumar sheoran purchased a bike form yuva motor faridabad my bike number is hr 51 bp 4676. And i lodge a complain in shegal motors one month before at a time of 2nd service. They are not doing the work and they delay the work. Please do needfull about my complain. If my complain was not resolve then i will complain in consumer court.

                                      I purchased passion pro on 2/10/17 @ sarathi bikes in arakkonam,, i paid rs 61686 /- through internet banking due to network error amount paid has double by mistake, so i submitted letter to head office but till now they didnt refund, they are not responding properly,, even if i try to contact them, kindly do need full sir...

                                        I have purchased a bike passion pro...in ahmedabad from m/s shradha automobiles... On 01/05/2017... Inspite of several companies about poor mileage and in morning starting trouble... Dealer not able to solve my problems throughly... And also nort ready to replace the bike... I am ready to bear some depreciation. (Up to the usage i made)
