Dear team,
My previous complaint is attached bellow.
Still my problem is not solved by your workshop.
Mr. Rahul (Manager, akar motors workshop) called me after 2-3 days from the date of registered complaint and gave me the time of 2-3 days to solve the problem.
Now from 5 days he is not receiving the call and disconnect the call. I am not able to understand that why the company is not taking action for this type of irresponsible people who are not able to handle such things.
Kindly solve my problem otherwise u will lost your faith. Even me also exteremly dis-satisfied with the hero group. Kindly take necessary action about the matter.

Dear team,
I buddhi prakash purchased a hero splendor wide chesis no - mblha7179h4e00358 & engine no - ha10afh4e00312 dated on 30/08/2017 morning @ 7.30 from ghiya motors, banskho, jaipur (Sub dealer of akar motors)
I parked my vehicle inside the house under the sky.
Next day on 31/08/2017 i was cleaning my vehicle then i saw some scratch & defect on petrol tank.
I am staying in jaipur & went to akar motors workshop jaipur for repair or change the petrol tank under product warranty.
But situation is same.in workshop the mechanic rubbed the tank with some cream & cotton and send me without solve my problem. The spots are as it is.
I sudden called to hero helpline no - they filed my complaint & gave me ticket no[protected]. I got 2-3 calls from customer care but there is no solution.
I am so fade up with these unfair activities from hero side. Also not satisfied with the product & warranty related issue. I m not able to understand the warranty guideline which are provided by you for product.
Kindly solve my problem. Either repair it clearly or change the petrol tank.

My name is ashok kumar meena. I purchase a hero duet scooty on 23/11/2016. Chesis no - mbljf16esgge30564 & engine no - jf33aagge34020.
Vehicle no - rj 14 hp 3907.
Meri gaadi ki sari service maine time pe karwayi hai. Uski 6 free service hone ke baad gaadi ka engine kharab ho gaya. Usko akar workshop per lekar gaya jiska unhone job card bana diya[protected]rjc[protected]. Akar workshop ne delivery date 07/09/2017 ko 6pm bataya tha.
Me vaha 22/9/2017 ko gaadi ki delivery lene gaya to unhone bataya ki abhi gaadi sahi nahi hue hai jab sahi hogi tab phone kar denge. Or vaha per baat bhi sahi dhang se nahi ki. Mujhe gusse me ulta seedha bola gaya.
Sir me ek gaon ka student hoon, or jaipur me study karta hoon. Mujhe collage jane me bahut problem ka samna karna pad raha hai. Aaj 22 din se me pareshan hoon. Aapke service center per sahi dhang se jawab nahi milta.
Sir meri gaadi ka kaam jaldi se jaldi karwane ka kast kare or aapke service center walo ko samjhao ki sahi dhang se customer ki problem ka samadhan kare or baat sahi dhang se kare.

    Maestro edge is a very third class scooter. The outlet of your company in my city dev hero from there i bought the scooter is a highly dramatic, nonsense, unorganised place and filled with nonsense staff, ill-mannered, non-cultured, indisciplined. Shame on you hero. I have never seen a company going this down. Outlets people are such a headache.

      I had bought maestro edge on dated 27/08/17 from m/s atmaram automolies, bhagwan talkies, agra. But on next day 29/08/17 engine not started. Niether by self nor by kick. My parents called showroom mngr many times but they only respond after my 1st complaint to hero in writting. They bought the bike with them and after 3 days they gave it back with service btry, still it is not starting with kick nd self, feeling very bad about my purchase, but i will not leave this as it is.
      Problem of bike is not just with battery but smthng major (Why kick is not working).
      I would love to continue these complaint sessions as much as i can.

        I have given my duet bike for insurance service on 4th september. They took 4 days to do that. Today 17 days gone still they did not even answer me properly. Whenever i am calling them, they are telling me insurance people are not available there. When i am visiting their premises they are simply ignoring me. How the hell they can do this with customer.           I had bought maestro edge on dated 03/07/17 from m/s mangalam automolies, beawar, ajmer. But on next day 04/07/17 engine not started. Somehow i went to showroom and after they do some servicing and resolve the problem. But again on 06/07/17 again problem of engine starting. Then from dealer battery replaced.

          After some days i faced same problem and they changed the battery again. But after some days i faced problem of pick up and i sent the bike to showroom again and they kept the bike for 15-20 days for servicing. After servicing again engine not start problem persist.

          So in three months i have to sent my bike 3-4 times for servicing and still problem not solved and also satisfactory service is not provided from showroom. Kindly replaced my bike as soon as possible as i have to face many difficulties.

            I have purchased new hero maestro on 19th sept 2017... On 2nd day i checkd my bike mileage and found only 38kmpl i have check again with 1letre petrol bottle and same 38kmpl gote.. Even after drive within 30-45kmph.. I had informed this to hero showroom jetpur-gujrat.. But he anserd that you have to drive this scooter till 2500km for batter mileage.. I have also complain on time of 1st service but no any result faund... Pl help me...

              I bought splendor+ from authorized showroom, but i think that they have sold me second hand bike, because starting from the first day, my bike is getting some defects even though it is mostly used by a single person, and whenever i have visited the showroom for problems, they have given me replies rudely instead of solving my problems. So, i experienced that i have paid for new bike but brought second hand. It has neither average nor pick up then what is the satisfaction o[censored]sing hero bike. I come to a result that one who is using worst bike in the world will be more satisfied than me. I will neither prefer hero bike again nor suggest anyone to prefer.

                श्रीमान आपको सूचित करते हुए बहुत दुख हो रहा है की मेरे द्वारा अपनी पुत्री के लिए 30/3/2017 को एक हीरो ड्यूट गाड़ी इंदौर के सुखमनी शोरूम महू नाका इंदौर से खरीदी गई थी जिसका आर सी कार्ड मुझे कंपनी द्वारा तय राशी के अतिरिक्त राशी देने के बाद ही लगभग छह माह बाद दिनांक 16/9/2017 को दिया गया ।जिसके लिए मुझे सेकड़ो बार फ़ोन लगाना पड़ा शोरूम द्वारा कभी भी मुझे फ़ोन लगाकर सूचना नही दी गई । मेरे द्वारा फोन लगाने पर कई बार मेरे फोन को चालू हालात मैं नीचे रख दिया गया और मुझसे बात नही की गई मुझे स्वयं जाकर सम्पर्क करना पड़ा।एक बार इसी संदर्भ मैं शो रूम के मालिक से संपर्क करने गया तो वँहा के कर्मचारी द्वारा कहा गया की सर सो रहे है उनसे बात नही हो सकती आप बताये कोई व्यक्ति अपनी दुकान पर जाकर कैसे सो सकता है।
                मुझे जो गाड़ी दी गई उसमे काफी स्क्रेच लगे हुए थे उसकी टचिंग इस तरह की गई है जैसे सादे ब्रश से पेंट पोत दिया गया हो।
                मेरी गाड़ी की एसेसरीज जैसे साइड स्टैंड गाड़ी ख़रीदने के 6 दिन बाद, साइड स्टैंड का इंडिकेटर उसके दो दिन बाद, गाड़ी का हॉर्न जो लेते समय बंद था उसके छह दिन बाद, बेट्री दस बारह दिन बाद बदल करदी गई ।आगे के mudguard की स्टील फ्रेम उसके छह सात दिन बाद साइड की पूरी बॉडी का स्टील का गार्ड उसके छह सात दिन बाद दिया ।
                मेरे द्वारा जिस हेलमेट के पैसे नगद दिए गए वो लगभग चार माह बाद दिया गया।
                इस प्रकार कभी भी गाड़ी का पूर्ण कार्य एक बार मैं नही किया गया।
                अभी दिनांक 17/9/17 को मेरी गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग की गई उसकी वाशिंग मात्र 1 मिनिट मैं कर बाहर निकाल दी गई जिसे आप cc tv फुटेज मैं देख सकते है।
                कार्य मैं लापरवाही का अंदाजा आप इसी बात से लगा सकते है कि मोबाइल चार्जिंग पॉइंट दिनांक 17/9/17 को चालू किया जा सका जो कि गाड़ी खरीदते समय से ही बंद था।
                सर्विंग सेंटर पर कस्टमर के बैठने तक की उचित व्यवस्था नही है।

                मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है कि आपके द्वारा कोई कार्यवाही नही की जाएगी परंतु अपनी तकलीफ से अवगत कराना मैं अपना कर्तव्य समझता हूँ।
                इसी उम्मीद के साथ की कभी भी हीरो के शोरूम पर जाने का सौभाग्य दुबारा ईश्वर ना दे आपका एक छोटा सा कस्टमर।🙏🏻🙏🏻

                Hi,

                I had made the first service but after two days of service, the issue started and the issue was still being issued after the second service.
                Please provide permanently solution.

                  I suraj kumar went to pulprahlad in 16/9/17 singla agency. There i met ash ashok and he gave me the full details and i came back to my house. Then on 17/9/17 the phone came to miss pooja, he asked the bike. I have said that my first two wheels are not giving the right price, so i have not taken any decision for this. Then pooja ji said that when you come to the showroom, i will give you the right price. Then i got the showroom i pahucha 5:30 in the evening and got everything fixed by the grace. Then pooja ji went to introduce me to a sales person. The salesperson took me to a corner and took me, and then another one came and asked me to take an angle bike. May said just so much that i should tell how many people i have to take an angle bike bike name written on slip in front of you then he told me about the loan, which was very happy, more than 12 thousand rupees, may asked me more than the cost of the bank, it was said that l & t then i accepted and after that only then the same sales person asked what happened i said the loan person took me too much, then the salesperson took me to another while i was there, the person with the loan was talking to the second loan person, from there only i got there, he went up and went to the second loan. Not that he was a hero, he did ask me to beg a beggar jay that told us. He told me what i heard back home. 18/9/17 then again a call was given to the light, i refuse them, but they asked what is the problem, if i say the sadi thing which i have written above, then jyothi asked me to speak to the manager i will take a decision on those people, but i could not go that day on the other day, on 19/7/17, i reached the showroom at 7:20 pm and i got jayprakash ji talking to them. Good felt when unone asked what had happened and angle i have already identified all. After that those people made me liar and all the sales and loans were shouting. For some time it seemed that the people did not stop me saying that the manager had sat quietly and then i ran away quietly from there. This punk crowd is on singla showroom. I have recorded all the facts for this because i am from market research. If you do not make any decision, then i will understand that the hero is the hero of the motor

                  मैं सूरज कुमार १६/९/१७ को सिंगला एजेंसी पुलप्रहलाद मैं गया था। वहाँ पे मैं मर अशोक से मिला और मुझे उनोने मुझे पूरा डिटेल दिया और मैं वापिस अपने घर आ गया। फिर १७/९/१७ को फ़ोन आया मिस पूजा का उनोने पूछा बाइक का निर्णय लिया। मैं ने बोलै की मेरी पुराणी दो पहिये का सही कीमत नहीं दे रहे है इस लिए कुछ निर्णय नहीं लिया है। तब पूजा जी ने बोले की आप शोरूम आ जाएये मैं आप को सही कीमत दिला दूंगा। फिर मैं ५:३० शाम को शोरूम मैं pahucha वो मिली भी मुज से और सब कुछ तय कर हो गया। फिर पूजा जी ने मुझे एक सेल्स पर्सन से मिलवा के चली गयी। उस सेल्स पर्सन ने मुझे एक कोने मैं ले जा के बैठा दिया और चला गया फिर एक और आया वो भी मुझे से पूछने लगा की कोण सी बाइक लेनी है मई ने सिर्फ इतना कहा की मैं कितने लोगो को बताऊँ की मुझे कोण सी बाइक लेनी है आप के सामने पर्ची पे लिखा हुआ बाइक नाम। फिर उसने मुझे लोन के बारे मई बतया जो की बहुत जयदा था १२ हज़ार कीमत से ज्यादा मई ने पूछा कोण सा बैंक है ये तो बोल ल&टी तब मैं ने माना कर दिया और जाने लगा तभी फिर वही सेल्स पर्सन ने पूछा क्या हुआ मैं ने बोलै लोन बहुत ज्यादा ले रहा है तो उस सेल्स पर्सन ने मुझे दूसरे के पास ले गया जब मई वहां गया तो लोन वाला पर्सन दूसरे लोन वाले से बात कर रहा था जय से ही मैं वहां पे गया वो उठ के चला गया दूसरा लोन पर्सन जो था वो हीरो का ही था उसने मुझे ऐसे बतया की जय से कोई भिखारी भीख मांगने आया हो। उसने मुझे जो बता दिया मैं सुन के वापिस घर आ गया। १८/९/१७ को फिर कॉल आया इस बार कोई ज्योति बात कर रही थी मैं ने उनको भी मना कर दिया पर उनोने ने पूछा क्या प्रोबलम है तो मई बोल दिया साडी बात जो मैं ऊपर लिखा है फिर ज्योति ने मुझे मैनेजर जी बात करवाया जयप्रकाश जी से उनोने खा की आप शोरूम पे आएं मैं उन लोगो पे कड़ा निर्णय लूंगा पर मैं उस दिन नहीं जा पाया दूसरे दिन १९/९/१७ को मैं ७:२० पे शोरूम पे पंहुचा तो मैं जयप्रकाश जी मिला उन से बात हुआ भी अच्छा लगा जब उनोने पूछा क्या हुआ था और कोण कोण था मैं ने सब को पहचान करा दिया। उसके बाद उन लोगो ने मुझे ही झूठा बना के सारे सेल्स और लोन वाले चिल्लाने लगे। कुछ देर तो ऐसा लगा की वो लोग कही मुझे पीटने न लगे मैनेजर जी चुप कर बैठ गए थे मैं ने फिर वहांse चुप चाप भाग आया। ये गुंडा गर्दी है सिंगला शोरूम पे। क्योकि मैं मार्किट रिसर्च से हु इस लिए सारी बात रिकॉर्ड कर लिया है सबूत मैं। अगर आप कोई निर्णय नहीं करते है तो मैं यही समझ जाऊँगा की हीरो मोटर की मिली भगत है

                    I have bought hero ismart vehicle recently... Even in the free services period they are billing like paid services. And also they are missing some bolts while refitting the vehicle... They are making some parts not working like speedometer nd other meters. While it is in working condition during the time we have given for servicing... If we ask for reason, they are saying that we are nor responsible for electrical items... Even we have given complaint about fork bending... They are not resolving the problem...

                      My self madhu titti and i am using maestro vehicle number ap31cl 8048 and near my home one motor service center name siva sankar motors, visakhapatnam, ap. They are charging extra amount from the customer. Other than bill amount. I ask bill they didnt provide and i refused to pay money to servce center and i ask bill. I[censored] ask why should we pay. They will tell that tds charges u have to pay. So and i request you to take necessary action on these guys who are working in these service center. My mobile number :[protected]

                        Hi, i had owned a glamour. I found some sound coming from the engine i gave for check and rectify that sound they without the permission they changed my front brake cable and asking for chain and spoket change with the clutch cable change. After receiving the vech. The same sound coming. What is the reason of servicing in a dealer. Sunny motors, cuttack

                          I had purchased karizma r yellow at batarayanpura, bangalore on december 2015.

                          Its been 1.10 years am using the bike.

                          The quality of bike is so poor that, my steering rod got broken with out my notice and the service representative charged me 12k as it has to be shipped from bangalore to mumbai to get it repaired. The reason he told me that i had applied front brake on a speed breaker caused to break of steering rod.

                          I got it repaired and using it, while i was riding to office with in a span of 3 quarters i purchased the bike, now the clutch wire is broken. I had replaced it as i was slow not much damage happened.

                          Now recently its not been 1.10 years from the bike purchase again the clutch wire is broken. The moment i had asked the concern person about the quality of the wire as its been replaced twice and i had doubt on the quality of the clutch wire. They gave me a free suggestion that bike is like my wife and i have to handle with care. Such a un-professional response.

                          As a person handling the bike just for office commute and purchased a sports bike and the quality of the bike is so poor., just image the condition of the bike for riding as a hobbies and long ride..

                            I will always appreciate about your services, technology, design, etc. But i am little bit disappointed your registered dealer services and misbehavior. Actually the thing is that, i purchased hero bike (Hf cd deluxe with temporary no. Hr-99-acet-0213) on 3rd of july 2017 from jaya automobiles (Mini zoo, near vidya nagar, maham road bhiwani) there is a guy mr. Bansi lal (+91-[protected]) assist me at the time of purchasing. I gave him rupees 3450/- for bike rc on same day. But i didn't receive bike rc and any confirmation from them till now. I visited personal so many times but i didn’t get any positive response i also called so many times but nothing happened about the same. So disappointedly i am mailing you about the same. I am requesting you to please look into to this matter priority basis. Otherwise i will have to take some legal action against the same in consumer court.

                              I, prasanta kumar gain having a passion pro motor cycle which i bought from basirhat, das hero. Chassis no. Mblha10ahagl35201. Engine no. Ha10edagl32563.
                              After a starting problem occurred to my motorcycle i went to the showroom for rectification. They said it was a cdi coil problem for which it should be change. I paid an amount of rs 1835. But after a few days later same problem occured. When i saw an old cdi coil was there. I went to your showroom, they said 'it is your problem how that occured we do not know'.

                                Dear team,

                                As i clearly mentioned this problem in my earlier conversation and also mail this is temporarily solutions but not a permanent. Now again from last 1 month taphed making noise (As mention on job card) it started again it is nothing but same noise getting from the engine.

                                I think it just wastage of time, i need to take help from consumer forum only because ur service center people say that "not to worry u have 5 years engine warranty" such stupid answer than i shocked it means the engine what ur fitted either the already faulted and older one and company must be cheating with people. Because many similar complete i heard about this i smart 110 new model
                                Related to the engine only.

                                I think enough is enough either you change my complete engine or complete bike, i know that ur given us 5 yrs engine warranty but i don't have that much time to follow up with and service center.

                                So request you to close this issue permanently also on priority before i file the case in court.

                                  Make a purchase of maestro is a big mistake of mine.. No proper wash... No supervision on mechanics... Nobody told to customer to change any parts if need... They waited for a major problem in vehicle.. Spare is not in a stock. Technician told me to change crank cylinder kit.. But not available in hero s work shop... How company can say that they give satisfaction to their customers.

                                    Venkateshwara motors in rtc x roads, hyderabad, 500020, telangana, india.
                                    I regularly service my vehicle in service center only.
                                    The service is not at all good in this service center.
                                    My vehicle has problem with oil leakage in engine part and also i am getting very low mileage. Several times i given complaint and also shown my vehicle problem to them, but every time when i visit there will be no response from them and staff in that place also good with the customers. They don't even check the vehicle also when i explain the problem.

                                    Please take an action with that service center. Because many customers like me are facing the issues.

                                        1. I purchase hero passion pro on aug 2015 from nagpur aditya hero.. I do the all servicing in authorised service center. When i purchase the bike then we get milage is only taken 45 km/ltr. I complaint on every servicing that my bike milage is not more then 45 km but service center technician said that every time i will set your bike milage you go an drive bike.
                                        2. My bike is only 2 years old but there all part required replacement because hero use the very low quality material.in 2 years chain sprocket is is end, timing chain is required replacement rear tyre toatally cut - cut by corner gitti.
                                        Please improve your quality otherwise your hero compny is very local and bad compny is declare in future.
