But now a days on dt13/09/2017, a amount of rs1046 had been debited from my account.

I am writing this to complaint about your supervisor. On which basis supervisor of hero company has been recruited in? What is his degree to be an employee of the company? Does he have certificate of mechanical engineering or not or has done any diploma in motor training?
I request you to please make queries about it and take strict action against such employment of supervisor

I'am purchased glamour 2015 model atmax motors medipalli:500039, hyderabad dealer code: m0042 my job card no :1703101 date:12.09.2017 iam visited june, july. August, every time told showroom& service, store incharge & service incharge not avalible spares glamour accilator wire not available at medipaly & habsiguda branches. Pls help me. Any accident going road who is the responsble.

I went to give my hero mastro edge for service (2nd service) at 3pm after my wife back from school duty. I was instructed by security guard to come tomorrow with even asking my reason of visit. When i asked for service eng or service coordinator he answered no one there than he said only one man there and he is busy in service... I went to the billing desk located in the ground level to approach for my service. He said, they will check and one man came down with angry face... And he replied that i am late to submit my vechile and he cannot take.. Also he said due to engine service camp and only one man power for service he asked me to come tomorrow and wait and take delivery with annoyed face and rejected voice. I was really treated like a beggar for service after buying this hero scooter.

Finally they have not taken a vehicle for service

Sir i am a customer of your company i have hero glamour i3s, i purchase before 2 month. My problem is when i stand my bike under sunlight 10/15 min then starting problem occurred. I already show my bike to your dealer at the 1st servicing of my bike but they can't so please solve my problem.

Dear sir,

I had purchased purchased hero splendour plus motorbike from m/s singla auto agencies, sector-58, noida on 16.08.2017 vide bill no.1071 dated 16.08.2017. At the time of purchase of the vehicle, the agency promised that i will be getting my goodlife card within three days from the date of purchase. After three days and thereafter i have made five visits to the agency at sector-58 but all i have got is promised and i am yet to receive my goodlife card even today. During the last visit they even told me that distribution of goodlife cards have been stopped although i have visited the website and it doesn't seem that this is the case.

In view of above facts, i would therefore, request you to kindly instruct the concerned agency to issue me my goodlife card as promised to me. It is very unbecoming for an agency of a reputed company like yours to behave in this way.

An early action in the matter is requested please.

I have hero ismart110 bike. When i went for my 3rd bike servicing to yadrav service center. I told them following problems to hero service executive.

1. More engine sound
2. Bike front mudguard is noisy.
3. Check the average point. (Consuming more fuel)
4. General checkup.

Following service he provide to me:

First of all i went for 3rd servicing. I have completed my 100 days and 4 days extra. With only 400 km's more than previous servicing. He told me "you have came late so 3 rd coupon is not valid for you". (What the hack.? I said him, on first servicing i was 10 days late? That was ok?). So he used my 4th service coupon from my owner manual book.

I ask him for my loss of this servicing so he simply answered its not my problem?

What i do for it? I need my this coupon and servicing back,

He made total serving of my bike within 20 mins.

1. More engine sound:

Ans : this defect is for all ismart bikes. Ohhh... That was awesome answer. If this was defect then that should have some resolutions.

2. Bike front mudguard is noisy.

He done for initial level but within an hour it start noising again. But now the headlight he disturbed. I saw it in night. Upper and lower lights range level upto 10-20 foots.

3. Check the average point
Ans : he said me, average point is ok. But now it is consuming more fuel than previous.

4. General checkup.

Checked horn and indicators that was ok previously.

I am very disappointed with this serving.

Please, revert the all changes made in this servings and return my service coupon.

Sir maine 45 din pehle hero splender ki bike purchese ki thi lekin ye bahut hi problem created kar rahi hai service center par dikhane par bhi problem door nahi ho pa rahi hai mai maintaly bahut pareshan hun bike raste mai hi band ho jati hai or bich bich mai jark bhi leti hai bike aik bar service bhi ho chuki hai uske bad bhi service center par mai do bar jane par bhi problem door nahi ho payi hai

I own a hero hf delux (Mh 13 cg 8871) and have done every servicing only in authorized hero service centers laxmi automobiles in solapur. It's unfortunate happened that i'm thoroughly dissatisfied with mileage which is being provided by above hero service centers.
Each time when i give my vehicle for service they just used to wash the vehicle and give it back to me. The mileage of the bike is on highway road only 55 kms without stop and incity its only 40-45. It is less than scooter every time i requested (From first service which done only within first month after purchase) about this problem but still after sixth servicing the problem is same condition. I had the horrible experience about this. Every time when i requested about low mileage. Even meet to owner. Two times we go with bottle test but no result. They make a foolish try like to make me satisfy.
Now it is over, look in the matter. I want result from you and make me satisfy about this.

I buddhi prakash purchased a hero splendor wide chesis no - mblha7179h4e00358 & engine no - ha10afh4e00312 dated on 30/08/2017 morning @ 7.30 from ghiya motors, banskho, jaipur (Sub dealer of akar motors)
I parked my vehicle inside the house under the sky.
Next day on 31/08/2017 i was cleaning my vehicle then i saw some scratch & defect on petrol tank.
I am staying in jaipur & went to akar motors workshop jaipur for repair or change the petrol tank under product warranty.
But situation is same.in workshop the mechanic rubbed the tank with some cream & cotton and send me without solve my problem. The spots are as it is.
I sudden called to hero helpline no - they filed my complaint & gave me ticket no[protected]. I got 2-3 calls from customer care but there is no solution.
I am so fade up with these unfair activities from hero side. Also not satisfied with the product & warranty related issue. I m not able to understand the warranty guideline which are provided by you for product.
Kindly solve my problem. Either repair it clearly or change the petrol tank.

My self himanshi, i have bought a duet model scotty from rewari virendra automobile your authorised dealer but last 15 days my scooty front break damage & but when i have visit there they have told me we don't have spare parts so that i am unable to use my vehicle now i think that i have wrong decision while purchasing if your service is not good

I gave the bike (Model 2016) for service to the branch in kot fatuhi where the behaviour of the employes are ordinary. I told them i will get my bike bike in tthe evening as m working in bank. So after getting my bike serviced from them wiyhin 3-4 days. It got punture. Then the mechanic said me that this tyre will not last long then couple of days its very old.

And then i was shoked as both front and back tyres are to much differed. Then i goes to agency and complain to the owner he behaved very ordinary and doesnt lisyen to myu words instead of it he told me that my workers can stole petrol but they cant change the tyres. This is very disgusting. I was very much shocked listening this.

Then i heard various complaint about that agency from other people also. They called them "chor" thereafter i never went to them. This is very cheap thinking for a big company.

I have purchased a hero mastro from parbati motors, angul, odisha with registration no. Od19k0328. After 1st free service on dtd.26.9.17, the battery is getting frequently drained. On dtd.4.9.17 the dealer have changed the battery once. But the same got again drained on dtd.6.9.17 without any running of the vehicle. Thoughi have already made complain to the dealer on 6.9.17, the same is not yet attended.

I have purchased hero bike ismart110 july 2016 bike no. Up 62 ba 2406 and facing lots of problem engine noise kit kit kit back one year.. I have complained more then 10 time and company always make formality just watch the bike and service the bike it's ok..
1. Three time kim chain change but same problem
2. Two time puch rod change but same problem
3. 10 time spring change hard and hard
4. And every month i change headlights clip always
Itself break without accident
5. Engine recing any time itself
6. Finally company changed the complete head set with kimchain push rod

. I requst the hero bike plz don't make fool comman man

Sir i have being a very loyal customer of hero for the past 15 years during which i have never faced difficulty in any situation regarding the service or the availability of spare parts of the vehicle.
On 8th of february, 2017 i purchased maestro edge for myself. The vehicle gives a pleasure experience while riding but i am very moved with the availability and durability of spare parts.
The right hand side part of the handle where the light switch and the self start button is attached was broken and the part is not available in any of your genuine parts store or service center.
Kindly provide me the part so that i can use the power start button to switch on the vehicle.

In tamilnadu theni district periyakulam annanya hero motor company. My vechile chassis no:mblha7159h9a00687 engine no:ha11emh9a00688. I am purchase in the date of 29/06/2017. But, still date not received the service book and tool kit and petorl tank cover. So, please requist the immediatle for the matrial.
