Today i received my bike after service. I had problem with ruding, speed meter wire nd others. Even after service of my bike same priblem is still there. I m not satisfied with bike service nd usha hero mechenic. I consult with manager but they also not gave satisfied answer. I have 3 hero bike with same name nd no. Serive quality is too poor in usha hero purnea. Either improve or close the center.

I'm owning mestro edge vx
At the 1st service everything was fine.
On the 2nd service they spoiled it up, engin started making noise, vibration, booth lamp was disconnected..
When i asked the reason why is these all problem accured after servicing, they said it is normal it happens, but what about the booth lamp, they say it will drain the battery quickly, if so then why did company have even installed...

My bike is not giving setified avreg i comaint for the same multiple time and your team committed issue has been resolved but still issue not resolved yet
And my bike hero splender plus is giving 40 to 45 km/ liter avreg to me. This is very big issue and i am getting finencial loss also. So please check and revert to me on my id - [protected]@gmail.com and number - [protected]...

I have purchase hero extreme sports bike,
Since purchase i have issue with back side shocker,
Every time when i reach to nh4 wheels hero dealer (Wakdewadi pune) service center they are saying it ok sir,
But there sub dealer in vishrantwadi pune clearly saying shocker has an issue and need to changed.
I have the document provided by sub dealer stating issue with shocker.

I am sudarshan shejul. I sold passion pro bike in hero moto corp company 3 years ago. But problem in this bike is i don't got reasonable average from the selling time to now. I am gone to sold this bike from showroom at that time they says he gaves you average 70 km / litre. But from that day to now he never gave that average and he gaves 45km /litre or 50km / litre....

For your kind information i suggest you that i have purchased my motorcycle splendor i smart 110 cc from lucknow.
Service of my motorcycle happening at northern motors mall road kanpur. I am not satisfied from servising of my motorcycle. A noisy sound is coming from engine as well as starting problem is very poor. I have called for this many time but there is not take any necessary action from your side.
