This is to inform you that, i surojit bhowmick is an artist sculptor residing at 1/6 ananta deb mukherjee lane shibpur howrah - 711102 (West bengal), have purchased from amit motor cycle (P) ltd a new hero achiever red colour, chassis - no. Mblkc10etggj02976. Engine no. Kc10efggj02998 service book no.62785. Registration no. Wb12 an 7536 dated on 7/10/2016.
I have lost my service book just after 3 service done on 16/6/2017, next service on 24/9/2017. Several times i went away at amit motor showroom &as well as service center also for new book, no one help me since one month but service center stuff very rude behave with me told that, may service book padhya karunga keya???
So, i would therefore requesting you please arrange the same said book
For next 3 service. I will pay for this.

    Dear i priyanshu tripathi purchasing a bike (Extreme) from bright motors, where duplicate side mirror received from bright motors.

    My new concert is my bike was damge on december'16. I need a part (Vigor and front mid gaurd) but today is 17 aug 2017. Where i don't find a part. I also visit a next dealer which is registered is singh auto. When i don't get properly response then i call to hero motor corp. Where he give me shankti auto number [protected] where representative inform me kindly mail me on [protected]@gmail.com. I am mail him 11th aug'2017 but he still not respond me. So kindly look into this matter.

      Dear sir.
      Im shrikant, i had purchased hf deluxe bike. My friends also bought 6 bikes at a time. We are happy with bike performance but matter is the stop light always getting loose and making noise.then we noticed that this froblem is common factor in your company deluxe bikes.so why don't you solving this froblem.you must Attention this froblem and solve it in your future production.

        Sir i have my scooty at royal motors udaipur in july month because front side some parts broken.
        I given scooty for insurance claim. They given be my scooty back in 14 August, 2017 month
        staff is very careless they have not checked properly.
        Even they have not screwed a single screw.pls take this matter seriously because vehicle not checked properly and given to customer.can be very dangerous. It can make any accidents.or incidents

          I had purchased hero passion x-pro (Dl8sam7136) from oswal motors, g. T. Karnal road delhi. Since purchase i was facing the problem in my bike i. E noise from chain set. At every service i had notes this complaint of nosie. Every time they just tighten it and gave it to me. Now when i recently got serviced of my bike i. E on 13.08.2017 the giave me feedback that chain set needs replacement but it is out of stock now. Moreover when i spke to manager that i am conistently complainting about this problem, nobody had taken it seriously, now when my bike is out of waranty you rare saying to get this replaced on chargeable basis.

          I want to know why i will pay the amount for the fault whihc is from day one of purchasing the vehicle

          No reply received till date, I am travelling on risk. If something gets wrong or I stuck in middle of road who will be responsible.
          I purchase a bike at 4/8/2017 then after one day i feel something is wrong in my bike wheel then i goes to the showroom 2-3 time but the owner don't take me serious and no service provide me so help me to change my biek wheel.

                Hello hero team,

                I am writing this email to make you aware about the issue i am facing while driving my scooty and also not happy with the services provided me by "oswal hero burari".

                The day i have purchased engine is sounding heavy and speed of my scooty get automated blocked after 80.

                I have gone through all services from "oswal hero burari" but not satisfied with the services provided to me and the behavior of the employees is not upto mark and they are not considering my problem on serious mode due to which facing lots of issues and complaining again and again with the vendor but they are not considering the problem.

                Also, ticket has been closed without my confirmation and resolving the issue request you to please provide appropriate training to the employees whom you give your dealership.

                I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided to me. Kindly look into my issue on priority and highly importance basis.

                  My name is Kumar ayush and I am from raebareli u.p my friend is willing to buy a bike so we went to the NARESH HERO showroom to take quotation of the bike I all was fine but for RTO registration they are charging 500 as convenience fee and when I asked will they provide me the bill of all the things including invoice, insurance, accessories bill, RTO fee they said they will not provide individual bills and when I asked why they will not provide bills they said they are not answerable to me and I am not only the one who is taking the bike so plzz look into this matter I am attaching the pic of quotation

                  My bike karizma r having a average issue so the machanic told me Carburator problem. But after 2 days later this problem does not clear infact they won't open the Carburator to clean. Rpm meter also not cheked. I gave 500 rs for free. I am so disappointed with them.

I am continue taking services from Pioneer Enterprises saheen bagh jamia nagar New Delhi and really I am very disappointed from his services he always charge so many expenses and when you take your ride its feel like all problem is as it is same.

                    I m driving my new bike meastro edge than suddenly my bike stop and not start after long try than I contact one service man that man told me that bike 's compressor not working and that man put oil in compressor than only my bike started... my question is that I purchase my bike 6 month ago than why this problem face in new bike?

                      I have purchased Hero Duet scooter on 30/03/2017 from Nanda Hero Gandhigar. After 5 months passed but they are not giving my documents for RTO registration and asking for extra charge as delayed fee demanding as part of RTO process. However, I have given additional 1800 Rs. and still agent has handed over the document to Nanda automobiles and still they have not sent the document to RTO office and thus violating government rules of passing the vehicle in time. I have visited the showroom number f time and even police station but no resolution yet.

                      Always stupid hero customer service and also customer dealings not good. Very worst service, registration delay most problem register delay. Still hero moto Corp haven't take any action...

                          Inspite of regular complain at the workshop and mailing to your Bhopal division it seems all have gone deaf and dumb. I have an issue regarding starting problem and the technician has a brilliant idea saying use kick start instead of self starter.
                          Only on selling they sound so sweet and once done there sweetness becomes sour. The customer care department seems to be on a paid holiday as they don't even care to respond to complains and queries of their customer.

                                Today i received my bike after service. I had problem with ruding, speed meter wire nd others. Even after service of my bike same priblem is still there. I m not satisfied with bike service nd usha hero mechenic. I consult with manager but they also not gave satisfied answer. I have 3 hero bike with same name nd no. Serive quality is too poor in usha hero purnea. Either improve or close the center.

                                  Hello there,
                                  I'm owning mestro edge vx
                                  At the 1st service everything was fine.
                                  On the 2nd service they spoiled it up, engin started making noise, vibration, booth lamp was disconnected..
                                  When i asked the reason why is these all problem accured after servicing, they said it is normal it happens, but what about the booth lamp, they say it will drain the battery quickly, if so then why did company have even installed it..

                                  The company has time to give reminder calls for servicing but not for customers feedback to check our satisfactory with the product..

                                  I should have opted for brand like yahama & honda..

                                  I beleive this will my first and the last product purchased from the hero motocorp..

                                        I was purchase a splender bike in september 2017 to sehgal hero agency, faridabad. But my bike not run accurate in a line and countinously bubling my bike. It is very dangerous for rider. I inform to service incharge after that my bike tire change cut mazor problem not solved, i request to you please my bike problem. What i do in this situation.
