Hi,

Even after some part change, engine gets so rough day by day. It is not smooth as usual.

The noise is quite unusual and i can feel the rev vibrating throughout. It is not how it is meant to be in normal cases.

I3s is not working many times.

Mileage has dropped to just 55-60kmpl. Worst.

All within 1 year o[censored]se.

I need a replacement.

    Please refer to above cited subject to your good self i am your loyal consumer since 2004 i am working in ambuja cement ltd one of our dealer named m/s duggal automobiles (Regd) situated at gurdaspur sent a sms to service our motorcycle through a sales girl and book my appointment tuesday 22-08-17 but i received a sms dated on 21-08-17 due to my busy schedule i could not see the sms the date was wrong.
    When i reached to agency and told the manager to service my bike and also told about my appointment he said with in 1 hour they will service the bike and i went to customer lawn. I shocked to see the service level after one hour they only washed the motor bike
    I requested service manager to service the bike after washing the bike he said he will service my bike when my bike turn will come i again requested to front line manager he said he will definitely and he make a call to service manager he already gave my bike without service
    When i reached service manager he returned my 1 st free service coupon and said he is not able to do i feel embarrassed cause i had waste 2 hour in this matter and they said my bike guaranty will expire if i am not servicing on time
    May please advise

      I bought i-smart 110 in september 2016 from urvashi hero, haidergarh barabanki, u. P. Which is sub dealer of barabanki auto sales, barabanki. After 1st service, its engine makes tik-tik noise and it gets heated very early. The service engineers were unable to solve the problem, thats why i was compelled to contact you.

          Dear hero team

          I have a hero honda hunk 2011 model, i regular going shiv ganga service center udhoy nagar new delhi 110041 for servicing since last 5-6 years and i follow the all instruction of ride and maintenance, and giving the service time to time every 2200km – 2500km (Near about), and as per loyel consumer i already buy amc policy. And i never skip a single service.
          Before 8-9 month around october 2016 i was repaired my complete engine and that time they change the all parts of engine like (- pristine, crank, clutch plate, gear box, even every single part need to b change in full engine repair) and i was pay for it 18000rs /-. That time i my bike was 75600 km. And now days its near about 92500km. Means arrount 17000 km i have used and again is engine is dump and service center branch manager says. We not responsible for that, and i cant repair it in under the hero company policy. Thing logically i have used 75000km then my bike require full engine and now i use only 17000km and its again require engine work, so its the issue may b that time they not repaired my bike engine completely or properly. But they charged full amount of labour charge or parts rs.18000/- and i want ask to hero what’s the benefits for a loyal consumer and prefer service center. Now i want to you repair my bike free of cost as a loyal consumer and. I cant believe hero is giving me pathetic services like this.

          I already logged a call in hero. Plesae help to resolve it.

            . Hi my name is animesh roy. I have maestro edge. Which i purchased on 7/11/2016 from sub dealer. My vechile number mh 48 ap 5693. The problem which i'm facing from wisher, after 1 service, 3 services already done i hv not get any solutions from your service center. They called me i went to service center but the problem was again the same. Now they called again on 21/08/2017. Every time i visit service center. When i went they are saying you will face little sound from wisher. And now service center was saying.in service book it's written that some noise you will get from wisher. I hv checked show many maestro vechile, their no noise from wisher. Please help me out for this. I'm frustrated from your service. [protected]

              Respected sir/madam,
              I am anisha from mohali, punjab. We have purchased hero duet from charisma goldwheels, industrial area phase 1 chandigarh. My uncle met with an accident and was driving on the same scooter we requested for claim as the scooter is insured form icici lombard. The accident was held on 25 july, 2017 and on the same day we went to charisma goldwheels with scooter then the claim formalities was done within 4 days. But till now the staff of charisma goldhweels have not taken any action. They have not provided me any service till now. My broken scooter is still standing in the workshop of charisma goldwheels. It has been 26 days now. I called them so many times and every time they are giving me excused that the parts are coming from ludhiana which need to be fitted. Even the insurance dept. Is not taking any information. Kindly take necessary action on the same please.

                Dear i am valuable customer of heromotocorp from past 5 yearsbut now i am facing the issue when i purchased a new hero maestro edge. The dealer took more than 4 months to provide me the registration certificate that too with my wrong name. When i complaint regarding this issue he took the original registration certificate and told me in a rudely manner "are koi baat nahi sahi ho k aa jayega thoda time lagega" is this the way to deal with customers. Worst dealer in town gupta hero farrukhabad uttar pradesh. Pathetic service.

                  I have purchased hero duet scooter from ajit motors rayagada, odisha-765001. Engine no-jf33achgf17477 and chassis `no-mbljfn028hgf18588 on 13/aug 2017. I have facing my scooter staring preamble from self start and kick start. I have given complained by telephonic to ajit motors regarding this issue, but till now no result. I need help from hero motocorp.

                    I ramesh thatichetti purchaserd a hero hf delux on 18.08.2017 there was no proper guidance and respect to the customer, the office staff specially the female front office execuative latha was addressing the customer in singular in local language without any respect, we were given poor service the vehicle was hanedover to us without the invoice, they informed us to come on 19.08.2017 to come and pick up the registered number they called for the documentation in the evening and made us to wait for long time and finally stated that the branch manager has not yet come so adivced us to come the next following working day i. E on 21.08.2017, sir we have expected a great secrvice from hero motors but the service was not at all satisfactory. As of my experience with customer relation ship i strongly advice the ratna motors mvp staff to be give customer relation training to improve the sales. Look into my concern and do the needful to issue the documents at the earliest

                        I have continued complaining to your authorized service center/dealer after first service, about noises sound from engine, over heating engine, milage problems, pick-up is also not good, and so many small issues in this byke, but they are not deeply checked, all the problems in my byke, i have submitted my byke to hans hero motors on dated 13th aug 2017, still i am waiting for his reply, when i am calling to service center, no body to receive any call, after that tomorrow i called to himgiri automobile, the service manager mr. Sharma has told me, your byke came with me for repair, but clutch plates also is not working properly, so this part also to be change on your cost, therefore you are requested to solve my problems at your cost on warranty, due to the negligence of your service staff.

                        I have insured my Hero HF Deluxe HR77A 4866 from Satvik Motors Bahadurgarh authorised dealer of Hero Motorcycle. i left my bike at showroom for accidental work in march 2017, dealer refused to provide cashless facility on the policy. even i have submitted all docs to the dealer but still i have not received my claim. pl do the needful

                        Battery is not working after 1.5 month of purchasing new scooty of duet model. Kick is also not starts the scooty. Very pathetic product by hero motecorp.
                        Abnormal sound from engine splender i smart 110cc .I observed abnormal sound from engine, splender i smart-110cc during servicing authorised dealer said sound is normal but this sound is nat normal. BY this in future heavy tear in engine and engin's life to be less.

                            I koustav ghosh from chandrakona, i buy a new hero maestro edge on 15/05/2017 it have a sound problem from the body of bike from buying time, but after two servicing hero showroom does not clear the problem. I buy the bike from anu auto centre, chandrakona, paschim medinipur. And also servicing to hero main showroom palco automobile. Midnapore town. But the bike still have same problem. Its a manufacturing deffect but hero showroom can not solve my problem. Please take a step and solve my problem. I also give all details of bike bellow.

                              I own hero maestro edge two scooty and my complain is for pashupati motors situated in devli, new delhi. Every time i go for my scooty service they make some other fault in my service and then ask me to pay extra to get my scooty up and running. My first scooty is 10 months old and second is 1 month old. Today i again went to pashupati service center for servicing of my both scooty. My both scooty was up and running when i handed it over to service center and the service center agent also checked it but it become faulty after getting it back from service center. My old scooty horn stopped working after service and then i have to pay extra money to get it fixed and my new scooty is not getting start properly and it is also making noise continuously. When i made the complaint to pashupati motors they told me that the noise will get away after sometime and told that issue will get fix automatically. They told that some water has gone inside due to which this has happened. I had to pay extra money to get my scooty in up and running condition every time i have serviced my scooty.

                              I will never purchase any hero product as they provide pathetic service to their customers. I will never recommend anyone to buy hero product.

                                I am monica agrawal, purchase the pleasure scooter on date[protected] after some some time the scooter is not started. Then i will complaint to ratlam dealer and they will solve my problem after 8-10 days again i face the problem the scooter will repair 5 to 6 times in last four month but problem can not be solve by service center. So i will requested to you please solve my problem or replace the scooter as soon as possible.

                                  I have purchased a motorcycle, hero duet vx from east venice motors, alappuzha (Selling dealer code - 10101) on 31/03/2017.
                                  1) it has came to my notice that the above said dealer has charged me rs.400/= for teflon coating during the delivery of the motorcycle, upon enquiry with the service personnel, i came to know that there is no such service done in that dealer service centre, instead they are doing wax polish in the name of teflon coating and payment is asked for the polishing, (Polishing is done with a low quality wax).

                                  2) i have purchased hero duet vx, matte vernier grey which is a matte finish colour. The owner’s manual provided to me along with the motorcycle clearly states that polishing should not be done on matte finish colours. Even then without my consent, the dealer has carried out polishing on my motorcycle and charged rs.400/= for the same. Due to this the finishing quality of the matte finish paint has been damaged.

                                  3) during the delivery of the motorcycle, i found that all the extra accessories were fitted to my motorcycle without my consent and i was forced to pay an amount of rs.4966/= for this.

                                  4) in the accessories bill it came to my notice that i was charged for the following items a) ladies handle duet - rs. 87.34. B) kit step saree - rs. 654. It is clearly mentioned in the honourable court order that above mentioned items should be provided mandatory by the manufacture along with the vehicle during the delivery

                                  5) i was forced to buy a helmet along with the motorcycle saying that its mandatory to purchase it during delivery and i was charged rs.886 towards it. Even though it had a isi mark, helmet provided to me was a low quality product (Locally available at rs.350). Due to the low quality helmet, the safety of the rider is at stake.

                                  Kindly go through the above points and solve this issues and damages caused to the motorcycle and discomfort caused to me in buying the motorcycle purchased from hero moto cop dealer (East venice hero - alappuzha)

                                  I may be released substantial relief against foul play done by the dealer

                                    This is to inform you that, i surojit bhowmick is an artist sculptor residing at 1/6 ananta deb mukherjee lane shibpur howrah - 711102 (West bengal), have purchased from amit motor cycle (P) ltd a new hero achiever red colour, chassis - no. Mblkc10etggj02976. Engine no. Kc10efggj02998 service book no.62785. Registration no. Wb12 an 7536 dated on 7/10/2016.
                                    I have lost my service book just after 3 service done on 16/6/2017, next service on 24/9/2017. Several times i went away at amit motor showroom &as well as service center also for new book, no one help me since one month but service center stuff very rude behave with me told that, may service book padhya karunga keya???
                                    So, i would therefore requesting you please arrange the same said book
                                    For next 3 service. I will pay for this.

                                      Dear i priyanshu tripathi purchasing a bike (Extreme) from bright motors, where duplicate side mirror received from bright motors.

                                      My new concert is my bike was damge on december'16. I need a part (Vigor and front mid gaurd) but today is 17 aug 2017. Where i don't find a part. I also visit a next dealer which is registered is singh auto. When i don't get properly response then i call to hero motor corp. Where he give me shankti auto number [protected] where representative inform me kindly mail me on [protected]@gmail.com. I am mail him 11th aug'2017 but he still not respond me. So kindly look into this matter.

                                        Dear sir.
                                        Im shrikant, i had purchased hf deluxe bike. My friends also bought 6 bikes at a time. We are happy with bike performance but matter is the stop light always getting loose and making noise.then we noticed that this froblem is common factor in your company deluxe bikes.so why don't you solving this froblem.you must Attention this froblem and solve it in your future production.
