I was purchase a splender bike in september 2017 to sehgal hero agency, faridabad. But my bike not run accurate in a line and countinously bubling my bike. It is very dangerous for rider. I inform to service incharge after that my bike tire change cut mazor problem not solved, i request to you please my bike problem. What i do in this situation. Please suggest.

    I have purchase a new i smart bike in april 2016 but from 1st day i am facing mileage problem with this bike it giving only 42 to 48 km/liter average this is very poor i had sent my bike so many times to authorized service center vimco automobile's bharuch gujarat. But my problem is still no resolved.

    Yesterday 31july 2017 I went to hero Honda showroom I asked to buy glammar bike dealers sad that they won't give without accessories and I asked bike only and I asked to give Bill for acesories which is offering 2700 and they said that they won't give Bill and I changed decision to buy Honda shine due to this issue

But service is not done perfectly. A part of bike is carrier damaged but not replaced by service center. & amout already take on bill... I faced this problem around 1 month...           Dear sir
          This is to inform you that i had purchased this vehicle at march 2017. The vechile no is dl9s bh 8232 hf delux. Its 1st service had been done at singla motor workshop and 2 nd and 3rd service had been done at jahangir pur noida dealer code is 10877.

          Now my vehicle has got a engine problem, when i start this one a different noise is come from inside the engine. When i hear this i do not ride on that. I went with this vehicle at singla motor workshop, but they has refused to do my 4th service and solve my engine problem and also told me to go noida dealer which code is 10877

          When i went noida workshop there its dealer code is 10877. He told me that please go to singla motor, they will solve your problem.

          I have also informed this problem at your customer care no [protected] on dated[protected]. They told me that action on my complaint will with in 48 hours. But they has nothing action has been taken yet.

          Now my 4th service is due plus engine sound is so horrible. It can make a another loss of engine. So i am requesting to you please take a action on both your authorised workshop and send me a address, where i have to send this vehicle for solve my problem.

            I have purchase hero extreme sports bike,
            Since purchase i have issue with back side shocker,
            Every time when i reach to nh4 wheels hero dealer (Wakdewadi pune) service center they are saying it ok sir,
            But there sub dealer in vishrantwadi pune clearly saying shocker has an issue and need to changed.
            I have the document provided by sub dealer stating issue with shocker.

            I want to get its done or replacement of bike.

              I am sudarshan shejul. I sold passion pro bike in hero moto corp company 3 years ago. But problem in this bike is i don't got reasonable average from the selling time to now. I am gone to sold this bike from showroom at that time they says he gaves you average 70 km / litre. But from that day to now he never gave that average and he gaves 45km /litre or 50km / litre.

                For your kind information i suggest you that i have purchased my motorcycle splendor i smart 110 cc from lucknow.
                Service of my motorcycle happening at northern motors mall road kanpur. I am not satisfied from servising of my motorcycle. A noisy sound is coming from engine as well as starting problem is very poor. I have called for this many time but there is not take any necessary action from your side. Please take seriously this matter and take action to resolve my problem.

But still i am not receive the document of vehicle insurance policy.
                  And because of this, the police department has done my challan too.

                  I have purchased a super spl (I33) (Iv), engine no ja 05egh9f01463 on 15/06/2017 from raju automobiles, your authorized sales & services at jamda (Main road), jhargram, pin-721507 (Contact no. [protected] / [protected]) with on road price of rs. 69, 420/-, but it is most unfortunate that - the sales & service center could not hand over the original bill, number plate to me, for which i can not drive my new vehicle. Today, 01/08/2017, when i met with the salesmen of this center, i observed, who will purchased bike from this center from january, 2017, their number plate also still pending to hand over the customer. Almost, i think - there is a communication gap between company and sales & service center for proper nursing of the customer. Please, see the matter immediately, otherwise proper complain will be lodged at consumers affairs department for claiming the proper justice.

                    I am using splendor i smart 110 cc bearing chasis no. Mblja06axg9k10898 on name of ashik das kurre. I purchased the vehicle on october 2016. Company committed me that vehicle will give average of 102kmpl but as far i used the vehicle i got only 20-30kmpl average. I complaint about the same to the dealer chhattisgarh hero, daganiya, raipur 492001 but everytime they told me that the average is due to rough driving condition or fuel robbery at fuel pump. I always used to fill fuel from different fuel stations and drive my vehicle to as smoothest as possible. I am very much much disappointed byu the services of hero motocorp. I dont understand how a driving style may lead to that much loss in average. Hope to get a satisfied solutuion soon.

                      Hi, my name is mohit suri, i want to log the complaint against hero company. I purchase hero glamour bike on 31/05/2017 from ess aay agency (I) pvt ltd, t-2336, faiz road, karol bagh, new delhi -110005. When i purchase this bike in evening, the every next day in morning i checked that bike petrol tank is not good in condition. I immediate inform to the agency about the same and spoke with mr walia. He informed me to speak with mr lukender about this issue. I spoke with both the person and they said we will replace the petrol tank within 20-25 days. After 25 days when i called them than they said kindly reach to our centre and your bike tank will get replace. They didn't informed me proactively anything, i have been in tough with them on almost every alternate day. After 25 days bike petrol tank got replace.

                      Once the 1st time petrol tank got replaced, i asked them to provide me job card they denied me to provide the same.
                      1st incident date : 02nd july, 2017

                      Again i face the same issue second time. Again the next day i did the same practice and complaint to mr lukender again but he denied to provide me the solution second time and said please check with other service centre and get your issue resolved by yourself. We are helpless.

                      Than i contacted upper india trading company (Delhi) pvt. Ltd, 49c, rama road, new delhi-110015. They changed my bike petrol tank and provided me job card vide no. : - ua511 dt: 29/07/2017 and i spoke to manager ahmed ([protected]).

                      But again this issue remain same. Petrol tank is not yet repaired, although it has been replaced but the replacement of petrol tank which has been given is also damaged.

                      I tried calling many times to both the service centres but no one ready to help me out.

                      I had a very bad and pathetic experience with hero company. I want my bike got to be replace now else i will file the fir and also will sue the company if my issue not resolved on priority basis.

                        I purchase a new hero pleasure in last the last month 2017. I have to drive only 500km. And 1 service is completed.

                        But your free service is very very 3rd class.

                        And your service representative is not good and not good response.

                        And service staff is not good and not experienced, all staff is without experience.
                        I request your service manager but they are not salw my problem.

                        My bike gives mileage is very poor 25km/liter. I kindly request to you for improving the mileage of the vehicle, and if it's not happening, surely i'll go to put the case on your company (Hero).

                          On 23-07-17 I asked you to service the above vehicle: Splendor, Registration number: DL3SDM5724
                          When I collected the vehicle from you on the same day at evening, I was told that you had carried out a full service, had diagnosed the problems I had specified, the main problem being the rear tyre vibrating, and had put things right.

                          The bill for this was Rupees 368.30

                          The next day after service, the vehicle developed the same problem again, this time vibrating even more. I again took my bike for servicing so that the problem can be rectified, they serviced it again but the problem remained. It’s been 3 times that I have given my bike for service and each time they have charged me for that, but the problem still persists and the service centre is not acknowledging it.
                          Given that I use my bike on daily basis, it’s affecting my work as well.
                          I hope u look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                            I own a maestro edge kl 51h 4257, it was serviced in aditya autosales palakkad on 29/07/2017 and given a bill of rs.205 for their second service of my vehicle.

                            I can't understand that how the amount they have made againast this vehicle on the 2nd service especially the km (Kilometre).

                            I have a good optimisim with the reputed coy heromotocorp which will be felt down on this kind of activities from your dealers. Request clarify the works done by aditya autosales and inform me at at the earliest.

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              Today given bike for 1st free service, job card no:[protected]rjc[protected]. Just received call from service center that the key of my bike was lost by service center, its the worst condition showing irresponsible of service center. I had tried to talk to manager but he is communicating through his assistant and not agree to deliver my bike today, the manager has informed to deliver after 4-5 days. Now company is further responsible to do the needful, as key lost can't be neglected as safety point of view. Moreover service of navya motors is very worse, all accessories was so badly fitted that on every drive i have to go for tight nuts and bolts {mentioned in job sheet}. I had booked for service from hero mob. Apps, but until it is pending, there is no response from the same.

                              Yesterday evening at 6.50 the service center called me i can take my bike as servicing was completed, but he continued that better i come tomorrow as time was over. Today i had again received call from Mr.Avinash-Service center, to take my bike before 5.30 pm, But when i reached there after interrupting my official work covering 10KM one side distance, they told me that, by mistake call was done to me.
                              So this kind of misbehavior is continuously done by service center. As Key was lost by service center, so its responsibility of HERO MOTOCORP, if my bike is stolen in future OR Company should change entire LOCK system for safety point of view.

                                Dear sir, i am arjuna sahoo. I had purchased a super splendor in cash in june from dinesh trading company. After paying the total amount the manager of that showroom said that we dont have the mechanic boy for the coating for which i had to paid rs.400 extra.
                                After 1 month when i went for servicing the manager told me that today our motor is not working. So they can't wash the bike.
                                So simple i came. Then after 15 days when i went to showroom for wash they again told me same motor problem.
                                Again i simple came return.
                                Then again after 15 days today 30 july 2017 i went to the showroom for washing my bike.
                                Then he told me the same problem that their motor is not working.
                                I asked him that since 1 month your motor is not working.
                                He told me that mind your language.
                                And the motor is not working what will we do?

                                  Sir on 29 jul 17, i serviced my bike with parts replacement at millennium motors, jorhat (Assam). And the total bill happen to be rs. 3170.00 but when i opted for card payment instead of cash. The service centre employer said that i need to pay 1.18% extra of total bill for card payment. At that time i had no option except to pay 1.18% extra of total bill. Why i need pay extra, for what? Please look into the matter.

                                    Union bikes, kasidih, jamshedpur always handover scooter without completing task as desired;

                                    1, last time vehicle handed over to us without washing stating that water issues
                                    2. Today[protected] vehicle handed over without even polish for which we have already paid, when we enquired about the same it was communicated to us that concern person left earlier due to some personal issues
                                    3. They have taken rs 200/- extra by mentioning same amount manually on the invoice

                                    To my surprise, no one gave me any satisfactory response when i enquired this.

                                    One more thing i purchased this vehicle in oct'2015, but regret to inform milage performance in very poor even it is not giving 30km/ltr.

                                      Sir / madam am dharmaram i had purchased a new passion pro i 3 smart bike in june 2017 before 1 month ago
                                      Sir/ madam am facing a problem in bike the issue are
                                      1 - sometimes my auto klach does not start
                                      2 - my bike does nt give millar it's gives less than 30
                                      3 - very important is that when i ride bike for 6 to 7 km my bikes gets off while running and does nt start only i am feed up of this i had showed to showroom while 1 st service about this they said they had done repaired but am not stratified the same problem occurs so pls sir / madam pls help my problem
                                      4 - when ever i open my petrol tank cap i get a high pressure of petrol gas comes when i put 800 rd of petrol my bike had ran only 390 km only now when i see petrol tank there is less petrol so pls sir slove the problem sir
                                      I had buyed bike from (Max motors 2/6, doctor rajkumar road, 3rd stage, 2nd block, near suguna hospital, rajajinagar, udayam nagar, rajaji nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560010)
