I have a hero maestro - mh50d1248-. I had some issue regarding the scooter. It wouldnt start, and if it started, it stops automaticly. I went to anu agencies service karad-415110, they are unable to fix this. So i request to please help me. The manager over there has no time. The mechanics have no time. And they have a authorised service center of heroo moto corp.

    I had given my duet scoty to hero service centre (Bhumi automobile), patratu, dist - ramghar jharkhand. This is my first service 550kms. After 45 days we are face so many problem and after service damage the some part my scoty.
    This is the service of hero very poor ashame of this service. I had wagon r car, they never do this kind of things but this time i take hero scoty and this poor service.
    I hope you understand my problem and i request you please solve my problem.

      We are sorry to inform you that i purchased one hero duet scooty on 3rd may 2017 from avik motors asansol. Three months is near about to end but i didn't get my blue book till now. Since, i took vehicle by availing loan from sbi asansol main branch. Now, bank officials has told me two to three times for submitting blue book as soon as possible otherwise rs.10, 000/- will be charged as fine for not submitting blue book of above vehicle. I am feeling mentally tensed due to such unavoidable scenario. Kindly do needful at your end.

        I had given my splender plus bike to hero service centre (Shiv automobile), mubarakpur. This is my first service 500-750kms. They service my bikeand asked me for extra charge 340 ruppes, i said him why should i pay you because it is my first dervice and its free i had told the staff also that you haven't done anything then they misbehaving with us.
        This is the service of hero very poor ashame of this service. I had wagon r car, bajaj xcd bike they never do this kind of things but this time i take hero bike and this poor service.

          Respected sir/madam, i am perike mohan rao i buy a scooter (Maestro edge) (Reg no:ap16dr5558) on 01/10/2010, after one month i given for service in service centre in ntr complex and i continued my services recently i paid for engine oil also but i go for 5th service on 24/07/2017 at hero service center, near ntr complex, beasent road, vijayawada but they ask me 16000rs for my bike service they told me your bike engine is sezied so you have to pay 16000 rs for repair of your bike, at that time i am shocked and my mind is upset and now also i am so sick, so please do needful to me, they given 5 years warranty to bike, my cell no [protected]

          I bautght hero passion pro in 16/03/2017 .and i have faced tyre punture issue in fifth time in only three months. I changed my tube last week but again my tyre had punctured.when I talk service supervisor he can take any responsibility for that and furfill my answer.
          Please do something about it.

              1. Last month, my scooty maestro suffered with road accident. I claimed for the same, i got some external parts in exchange of some damaged parts.in that case, my product got damaged with some internal parts also.
              The handle continuously to quiver, but it is shocking, some of the labour here ignore it by saying it is moving vehicle & its not a problem. When some says its became critical, because its tremble very much. You should drive it. The behavious of labour is so rude. They did not accept customers problem. They speak very rudely.
              2. National insurance company limited - i renew my insurance on 31/05/2017. After about one month, when maestro got accident. When on claim process, they refuses some parts by saying, it is not damaged. However, as i explained above, the handle continues to quiver, infact very much. When i explained my problem of handle, one of the surveyor told that there is a problem of bushes, you should change them (Because bushes are not come in the claimed products, thats why they closed it by lying to their costomer). I changed it by purchasing them, but the same problem, i am facing again & again. Nobody supports the customer.
              3. When i again moved to hero centre, they say you please talk to the surveyor. What the hell is this! Why we will talk? It is not my duty. I paid the insurance bill to hero, then why i will talk to the third party?
              Every where, fool & fool. I am getting disturb from the hero product, both by the company & the insurance company. Only customer is getting piss.

              Passion pro bike is bad bike in hero company because i. Am purchase the bike in February and now whole bike is highly vibration and front shockr is leeked this bike is very bad to comparison to other hero bikes

                Dear sir/madam,
                I had given my i smart bike to hero service centre, bistupur. This is my first service 500-750kms. They take my bike and they take a ride of 7 km and use my petrol also of rs 150. The staff take my bike and went to their home for lunch and done all the work with my bike and then when the delivery time it came with my bike and just change the engine oil and given to me. They didn't do anything in my bike i had told all the problems, i am having in my bike but they nog done anything. Same thing they do with all the customer bike. I had told the staff also that you haven't done anything then they misbehaving with us.
                This is the service of hero very poor ashame of this service. I had toyota car, honda bike they never do this kind of things but this time i take hero bike and this poor service.

                  I have taken delivery of a her meastro edge scooter on 17.7.2017 from m/s hi speed bikes, guwahati-781011, but after driving some time i found engine oil is leaking out. Initially i ignored it suspecting excess engine oil is draining out, but when it does not stopped, on 22.7.2017 i have approached to the dealer workshop to set right the problem and i was told that gasket has torn out and they replaced it and with an assurance of rectification of the problem. But, actually the problem was not rectified and i was bound to see dealer for proper rectification of the problem, after keeping the scooter for some hours, the manager (As said) over phone intimated me that, gasket of piston block is damaged and causes draining of engine oil. The scooter yet to be delivered. Now, i want to say why a scooter with manufacturing defect has been sold? I want a replacement for the defective one.

                      I am the owner of hero maestro edge matte blue bs4 variant i am facing a lot of problem from the day 1 of purchase. The first problem was of starting in the first service they fixed it but after 15 days of service my engine is making lot of noise and engine sucks when applying full throttle. The meter console isn't working properly and boot lamp is also fused. At 1000 rpm the engine vibrate badly. So i request you to replace the scooter.

                        I am devidas mithre i am using hero splendor plus i am purchased the vehicle on 06.03.2017. Yesterday i am driving my vehicle in that time clutch cable was broken in running condition i sent my vehicle to dealer work shop (Bhanu automobiles pvt ltd, eerragadda hyd) in that time the dealer work shop sr. Technician mr. Srinu said the part is not covered under warranty. I am asking to him i am purchased the vehicle on 3 months back why its not covered in warranty after a long discussion to srinu finally he is changing the cable but he is not fixing properly (Lever loose). My intention is they are not responding in time and they are not respect the customers. They are spoiled the company brand image. So, please looking the matter seriously.

                          I purchased a bike on 30/03/2017 from taran angad dealer in gwalior madhya pradesh. Repeated assurance of dealer yet i am waiting of registration for my bike so i request this reputed company to take appropriate action to get my bike registered. And i hope relief will get sooner and i am attaching my invoice also. Because of dealer employee mistake i am unable to drive my bike. And i also tried to mail hero company. But some reason it has failed.

                            Sir, i have purchased hero hunk (Kl 02 az 3019) on october last on 2016. On the first service onwards i have complainted that the chain socket is complaint i told to replace the chain socket. But the they are telling that there is no problem on chaion socket. On my bike has completed the 6 sixth free service. I have done the sixth free service on last saturday. Then onwards there is a sound from chain while running. Its difficulty to turn the bike while riding. I have purchased hero hunk from kiran motors paravur, kollam. Please take necessary action.

                              At the time of delivery they don't delivered the vehicle as per first in first out ...I came first they give me delivery after complision of 4 delivery..they took 3 hours for delivery...I never suggest anyone to buy the vehicle from Jagdeep auto...

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I bought a HERO MAESTRO EDGE vehicle on 02.11.2016 from Visu Motors, Guduvanchery, Chennai – 603202, now the VISU MOTORS showroom was closed permanently. I was done the two periodical service in Visu Motors. After that i surrender my vehicle for 3rd service in Vishnu Motor Plaza – Jafferkanpet, Chennai, On 4th July 2017. They was done the periodical (3rd ) service, after that i park my vehicle in front of my home. On 18th July 2017 i start my vehicle, it was started but the vehicle is moving for not more than 5km speed and air blowing sound also coming from engine side. I called the Hero Showroom –Jaferkanpet, Chennai, the service person told we cannot identify your vehicle problem, Your area is too far from my showroom and also chargeable basis only we will rectify your issues, better you can contact any other nearby showrooms. After that i called Hero Showroom- Tambaram, Chennai, they are also saying same story.

                                    Vehicle warranty is applicable or not? If the vehicle is suddenly stopped what will we do? For the minimum period this much of problem is possible?

                                    On the first day also i was facing lot of problem in HERO MAESTRO EDGE. The problems are mentioned below.
                                    1. Vehicle registration number was informed wrongly, I printed the number plate two times, due to wrong information and sending wrong SMS confirmation.
                                    2. Waiting for accessories more than one month
                                    3. On the first day also side stand indication is blinking, (they are not rectified the problem properly)
                                    4. On that beginning day Engine noise was came they was rectify the problem on second service only.
                                    5. On the first day also steering side wobbling was there, they will rectify the problem on second service only.
                                    6. Still speed is not moving more than 40km, speed limit increasing it will take long time.
                                    7. If i stop and park the vehicle every 2minitues we are hearing on Rrrrrr... sound, On the 3rd service only they are rectify the noise.
                                    In this regard i am really getting irritated for your HERO MAESTRO EDGE vehicle. I was wrongly chooses the HERO MAESTRO EDGE, i spend waste of money for choosing HERO MOTORS.
                                    In this regard i cannot keep the HERO MAESTRO EDGE in future, so kindly take my vehicle and refund my 100% payment. I don’t have a time and stamina for fighting and following your peoples for every time. So please consider my issue and discuss your higher authorities for refund my 100% payment.

                                    If we are facing the problem legally means i am ready to face the issue legally, because most of my family members are a leading lawyers in whole Tamilnadu, so legal issue is not a big problem for me. So kindly consider and sort out my issue smoothly for our healthy relationship. Because HERO MOTOR is an Indian company, every time i preferred to buy all the things are Indian brands only. So please improve to your quality. Vehicle details are given below

                                      I have purchase passion pro from saavya hero @ nalstop pune on 18-may-17 at the bike purchasing time showroom sales executive told me after purchasing bike we done passing after 12 day's, but after 12 days i was contact executive and manager they give me fake answers they told me next 8 day's or next 4 day's will bike passing done. Then after one month i am contact to showroom owner but the showroom owner also not give me proper response.
                                      Now today completed 2 months and 2 day still bike still not passing done by hero showroom.

                                        I bought a pleasure scooty on 31 march 2017. The showroom manager gave discount on that scooter worth rs 12500 but the actual discount is 14500. I asked for retail invoice than they give me a hand written cash memo, still they didn't give me original paper of my scooter, whenever i ask for paper they start fighting. Please kindly check it out, i will always grateful to you.
