I am Sawan Patel and I have new maestro egde.i serviced my bike first time and I told them of my problem but they can not solve my problem and second time I told them same problem than they not solve my problem.and don't give me any response and last time they told me for long waiting.and I am already wait for 4 hour.
It is very bad and I don't like them service and behaviour.
So my aim to told you that please you inform that showroom to they don't give good service and customers are not satisfied with them.

    CONSUMER COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

    The Complainant Most Respectfully Showeth:

    1. That the complainant is a law abiding citizen of India and is residing at the address as mentioned above.

    2. That the respondents are running the business of selling Two Wheeler in the name and style of Hero MotoCorp Ltd.

    3. That the complainant on 9th March 2017 contacted respondent no. 1 who is the authorised dealer of Hero MotoCorp. Ltd for purchasing a bike and after doing enquiry the complainant purchased a New HF Deluxe bike amounting to Rs. 48500/- with Engine no. HA11EPH9B14108 and Chasis No. MBLHAR057H9B20971 and got it registered through Registration Authority Kosli with Registration No. HR43C 8873.

    4. That after 7 days or running the bike about 172 Km on 16/03/2017 due to some manufacturing fault the bike was not started and the complainant contacted the respondent no 1 and they collected the bike and told that there is some manufacturing defect in bike. The complainant asked the respondent to change the bike but the respondent given lame excuses and asked my client to collect the bike on 17/03/2017 after repairing the Head of the bike and assured my client that there will be no problem in future. On the assurance of the respondent my client collected the bike from respondent no. 1 vide invoice no.[protected]RINV[protected] dated 17/03/2017.

    5. That after 20 days due to any fault the bike again stops starting in the middle of the market and after contacting again and again to respondent no. 1 an employee of the respondent no.1 came and repair or started the bike.

    6. That again on 1/07/2017 the bike stopped starting. The complainant call the respondents and they told that they will come on Monday. On Monday the respondent didn’t reply satisfactory and after that the complainant loaded the bike in tempo and brings it to the agency of the respondent no. 1 and requested to change the bike or to refund the amount of the bike but the respondent didn’t take any heed to the request of the complainant.

    7. That on 04/07/2017 the respondent no 1 asked my client to collect the bike after changing the Magnet coil and doing the Second free service. The complainant has no other option and collected the bike from the respondent.

    8. That the Hero MotoCorp Ltd is giving 5years Warranty and the complainant had done all the services of the bike from the authorised representative i.e respondent no. 1. That the bike is having some manufacturing defect and it can not be repaired so the respondents are bound to change the bike.

    9. That after these said episode, Complainant was frustrated and depressed and demanded either to refund her entire deposited amount i.e 48500 with an interest of 18% per annum and to change the bike.

    10. That since then Complainant is continuously visiting the opposite party for refund of payment with interest or to change the bike But, neither the opposite party is refunding the amount nor changing the bike.

    11. That the cause of action has arises on dated 16/03/2017, 01/07/2017 and on 04 July 2017 when the complainant denied for the refund and to change the bike hence the present complaint is within the prescribed period of limitation.

    12. That the Ld. Forum has got the jurisdiction to adjudicate and decide the present complaint as the property and the Office of the respondent is situated in Rewari which comes within the territorial jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum.

    13. That the respondents have inflicted enormous amount of mental agony and financial loss to the complainant.

    14. That the requisite court of Rs. 100/- has been affixed.

    PRAYER

    It is therefore most respectfully prayed that-
    a. The respondents be directed to refund the aforesaid amount of Rs. 48500/-with 18% interest or change the bike alongwith a compensation of Rs. 31000/- towards mental agony and Rs. 10000 towards cost of litigation.

    c. Pass any other order which this forum deems fit.

    Sir i am going to file this complaint after two days and also giving in press regarding this. If you can solve my problem plz reply soon

        Mane 20 august 2016 me meastro edge. Vikash automobile rampur mahiharan (Saharanpur) se purchase kya tha.
        1st service 445 km pr 13 october me krae thi.
        2nd service 2612 km pr 5 july me kra ne dealer ke pass gya to usne kha ki free service ka time pura ho gya h.
        Aap ko paid service krane hogi. Jbki 4 service bachi hue h.
        Mere pass other bike & car bhi h es karan mai meastro ko km use krta hu.
        Hero is not better service providers.

          I am regret to inform you that, I have bought Hero Maestro edge – Scooter from your dealer M/s. Vasanthi Motors, Annur and delivery from your dealer M/s.Raj Motors, Sulur, vide Inv No.11325/ 21.01.2017. From the date of purchase the vehicle have given more struggle to me.
          1. On the date of purchase in my convenient time and date ( 29.01.2017) they have not delivered and they have handed over at their own time ( 02.02.2017).

          2. At that time of delivery, while on the key it is not started due to battery problem. After that
          they have replaced or charged I don’t know and delivered in next day in my home.

          3. After using at 430 KM the INDICATOR switches are not working and your dealer M/s.Raj Motor, Sulur mechanic has repaired and said some loose conduct is there.

          4. After using 740 KM the same problem was repeated and repaired by them.

          5. Before 6 weeks back the same problem was repeated and compliant to the Showroom. They have informed to me to replace the entire Indicator unit.

          6. After that I have contacted in several times, they have said we have ordered and not yet received.
          7. Due to this poor performance of your product and dealer service, I am unable to drive the
          Vehicle in city without Indicator for the past 6 weeks.

            I brought a new hero dust from the showroom Hero Regent automobiles Panchkula and just after 7 days I have very poor performance of my scooty, it doesn't start without choke.when complained to the showroom they have no proper reply to my problems.
            They have submitted my documents for registration of the vehicle but whenever I ask them to take the payment they always replay their server is not working.This is very poor customer service which I'm receiving from such a big and reputed brand. it's been a month still there server isn't working.
            I believe need to file a legal customer complaint against such fraudulent showrooms and people who thinks of fooling around with people.

              I m own of a Meastro (UP 78 EC 5964) and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in Kanpur. It's unfortunate to state that, I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the paid service which is being provided by most of the hero service centers, especially Silver Wheels, Vijay Nagar, Kanpur.

              Each time when I give my vehicle for service, they just used to wash the vehicle and give it back to me. The average bill which I used to get for each service is approx. Rs.1000 (bi-monthly service or once in 2000 kms). Two times, I had the horrible experience of vehicle stopping in the middle of the road, post-servicing. Every time when I give the vehicle for service, they used to give bill for changing engine oil, rather than topping it up and Every time when i went to Dealer, they work only on normal service neither any complain on the time of service nor any addition problem which is noticed by the dealer.

              I have opted for hero since it's a reputed vehicle brand. And now I regret for my decision. and it's sad and unfortunate to state that, neither will I myself consider taking a hero bike in future, nor will recommend my friends/relatives for the same.

                This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased a new motor cycle model glamor i3s on 12.6.17 fro the above authorized dealer. On 13.4.17 the meter cable did not work, for which i came to the service section of jmg automobiles, cuttack, from whom it had been purchased two days before for checking the meter function. But no body attended the service and waiting for few hours, one person came and informed that the meter cable might be defective one and needs to be changed. But they did not change the cable with a plea that the hero company has not sent any spare cable of this new motor cycle for replacement of defective one even on payment. Since last one month though i am contacting the service wing of the dealer, they are telling one thing that no cable has been sent to our stock by the company. It is not not expected from hero motor cup which is not able to send spare cables to attend /change the defective one. On the other hand the servicing of your company at jmg service station, cuttack is very poor.
                Therefore, i request you to interfere in the matter and necessary redressal may be given for imparting proper service after sale of the motor cycle. I expect that your will be kind enough to attend the work/ service.

                  I am Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, has been a regular, valued and loyal customer of Hero Honda /Hero bikes since 2000.

                  I Had bought a bike of Hero Motorcorp Ltd, Splender Pro on dated 23rd May, 2016 From Globe Agencies, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad of number UP 14CX 3296 .

                  The Engine no is MBLHA10CAGHD08576.

                  I had done 6 services of my vehicle at the authorized service agency centre of Hero motor corp ltd, in Ghaziabad. The details of which i have already
                  submitted to the Globe Agencies .

                  The bike has covered a total distance of 13383 km only . i want to do some Engine works in my vehicle as my vehicle is under warranty, but the concerned authorized person for service at the Globe Agencies, Meerut Road Ghaziabad has refused to do so.

                  I want to know the exact reasons for their refusal and also requesting you to help me get my work done as i am a regular, valued & loyal customer of Hero Motor corp since last 17 years. This is my 4th bike of Hero
                  Motor corp which i have been using these years . The details of which can be checked from the customer database.

                    Meri complen yah hai ki Meri bike HERO Splender + jo maine [ DHRU ATUTO, SAGRAM PURA, SURAT. ] se liya hai.
                    broblem : (1) Bike chalu me agar slow karte hai to bandh ho jati hai. (2) Bike Agar 5 ya 6 hrs. ke bad start karen to bahut kick marni padti hai. Aur Morning me start karni ho to 10 Minit tak kick marni padti hai. Self start bhi nahi chalti.

                    Dhru AutoMobiles hai bhai. Defective piece diya hoga. Dhru AutoMobiles par bharsoa nahi karna chahiya

                      I have purchased on 19/06/2017 on the next day that have starting problem enlock meteralso not working twice I have shown in the service center there is no response they are telling that u have to ride your bike as much u can then this problem will be solved. But I I can ride my bike with out starting even kick
                      I want to take sevear action on this hero motercope was the best sell scooter in India but why this cheep problems are arriving

Digitizing india is the mission of our hon'ble prime minister. How can customers be penalised for payment through credit card?

                          Hi sir,
                          i am ramulu i purchased a new hero glamour from sree laharee motors(musheerabad, hyderabad) hero bike show room. after few day i noticed that left part of the vehicle is damaged (left part of the chassis is bent and uneven). At the time of servicing i raised a complaints about the issue three time but have not fixed it. showroom staff is not responding correctly to the customer complaints.
                          so, kindly take any action again`s the showroom

                            I am just complaining about ur one of the service station located in darshan lal chowk, dehradun.i just bought a hero meastro edge scooter and at the timing of first service i just register a complaint of oilmeter and just droped my vechile on the service station and at the time of delivery i checked up the meter and i see the problem exists so i gone to the service incharge(worker who works there) he told me that now the service station got closed and when u next come we will help u out but when i gone there they are not attending me the service incharge who said to me so further changed his words and not done my work.just take care of the customers.and m not going to buy any products from hero motorcorp and also going to post this in social media.that how hero motorcorp work.

                              Hello Sir,

                              I've bought Passion Xpro from the authorised dealer "Gautam Bikes" locted in Chandkeda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 5th July, 2016. After the first service, chain chukkar became loose and I registered the complain for the same in my second service, but they didn't resolve this issue. I've tried to convey this issue in all my services, but they never took this seriously and behaviour of the people working in this service center (Service Adviser) was very rude every time. There is no manager as well as management thing. I've asked them to replace Chain Sprocket Kit in my forth service, they said "do whatever you have to do". Last week, I was on the highway and suddenly chain broke. I felt down on the highway. I almost lost my life that day, but luckily God saved me. Next day, I reached the same service center but they still never took my complain and refused to replace the Chain Sprocket Kit.

                              FYI - My bike is still in warranty and will expire 5th July, 2017.

                              I've also registered the complain online by filling up the form on Hero's official website for the same, but I haven't heard back from them. Below is my complain number.

                                Sir, I have purchased new hero pleasure on 13 / June/2017. In Nagpur Maharashtra dealer Aditya motor. We trust on hero brand as compared to Honda activa 4G, but we are very dissatisfied, from 1st day diky or seat is not locked, and within 1st week self is not working, we kept new pleasure at home and using old TVs scooty 11 year old . It surprised quality control of hero motor, we u selling @58000/- u should used some quality product, trouble free, but ur product is worst, i[censored] cannot give why u r fooling the customer hope, my wife is using this pleasure for daily routine schedule of college .
                                My request is to improve the product, please buy back ur product, give any amount if desired to give, we will scrap this pleasure, and consider as we have lost money in lottery 58000/-

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I, Bablu Sharma have bought Hero Splender Bike HP 55A-6359 from Hari Om Motors ( Dealer code: 2066) Anu, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh dated 26 Jan-2017. This was first serviced on 23 Apr-2017 with less than 500 KM and it was brought to the same dealer for second service on 26 Jun-2017 have total km run 1231 as on date.
                                  Service centre was asked to carry out 2nd free service which was performed and coupon taken away however when bike ready to deliver, rupees Three hundred (300) was asked to be paid. When asked Why, It was stated that they changed Engine oil.
                                  This oil change was made not only unnecessarily but also without Owners consent. When I refused to pay for this, they removed the oil and put some dirty oil ( source unknown) and handed over the Bike. I wrote complain on their complain book but not sure if it is going to be actioned.
                                  I have warned that If my Bike develops problem due to this dirty oil, Hari Om Motors shall stand for all the claim. I shall be putting up the case in consumer court soon. As an Engineer one can very well guess how dirty oil can play havoc with engine mechanism having fine clearances on running parts and bearings.The behaviour of the whole staff including their Manager was so rude that it showed very very poor professionalism in dealing with customer.
                                  With this mail I would request you to inquire into this matter and instruct dealers about the correct procedure for free services and record this episode against their credibility.If I am not satisfied with the action taken, I shall take up the matter to the highest level possible . My written complain remains in their complain book which they did not even sign.
                                  Kindly take appropriate action and keep me updated of the action taken.

                                  Sir I bought hero xtreme bike on 21march 2017 and I haven't received front side number plate stay on it I contacted atleast 20 times regarding this matter and 3 time at customer care on call but my problem is still not resolved.I'm not able to put number plate on it because of this problem..please solve this problem

                                    Hello Hero Motor Corp Team,

                                    As discussed today following are complaints on servicing of insurance claim no. : - MOT06566637 against Garage Pratibha Motors, Dange Chowk Pune, Vehicle No. MH 14 GF 1813 -

                                    1. Claim was raised on 3rd May 2017 and on same day vehicle was submitted to Pratibha Motors, while Garage personnels submitted the bill to ICICI Lombard on 26th June.
                                    They took one month and 28 days to work on my vehicle and submit the bill. I have approched almost 2-3 times a week after 15 days from the date when claim was raised and received answer as Garage has requested for vehicle parts and they have not received from company.

                                    2. Currently there are 6 parts which are specified in final bill and these were not informed to insurance personnels(Ashish) as we checked today, parts are

                                    a. 61321aab000vs - SET, R FR COWL SIDE COV(FBMPB380M)
                                    b. 90320gc3000s - Nut spring 5mm
                                    c. [protected]s - screw tapping 5x12
                                    d. 37800kve860s - unit assy fuel
                                    e. 18600ksp901s - valve assy air
                                    f. 6410aaab100s - fly screen sub assy

                                    = As informed by ICICI Lombard associate, Garage did not inform or mentioned these parts during final estimation, not even after second survey was completed. Second survey was also completed on 26th June and bill was published on 26, then why garage did not inform about these parts to insurance company.
                                    = Now garage personnel say that this was a miss, how come one will miss 6 parts even after second survey and when bike was ready.
                                    = Bike was ready before 26th and delivery was pending since I had requested this to be cashless transaction owing to personal reasons.

                                    3. For Labour charges of - 102013 - Fr.Fork-RH Alignment - as informed by Ashish from ICICIL, labour cost has never crossed 400 - 450 Rupees, while for my bill garage has charged Rs.950, now after inquiring garage people say that this was a mistake from them. When I approched initially, they were asking me the money directly(Sunil Waghmare).

                                    4. When I inspected bike today in garage, right side panel of bike was in the approved parts by ICICIL when garage told me initially that they did not approve and thats why they have not fixed or replabced it. When checked it was already approved and now they are replacing it.

                                    5. Lock below seat cover - ICICL personnel, Ashish already had informed garage that this part is damaged and include in bill. While garage did not include in the final bill and on their own decision they have replaced the lock with old lock from other vehicle having different key. When I asked them for reason, they are saying that this part insurance company does not approve.

                                    6. Left side panel of bike is not assembled properly which is a approved part.

                                    7. Bike seat is in the approved part list while they have used seat cover of old bike and Shinde(garage incharge) told that they have used seat of another bike in garage. Why are they using such parts of other bikes, when insurance company has provided them cost of new parts.

                                    Basically, they are working on their own rules to gain profit, by replacing parts of other bikes.

                                    I would request you to please escalate to the highest authority in ICICL or Hero Motor Corps, I am avaialable for any help needed from my side.

                                    If possible if someone from Hero Motor Corp will come to inspect bike condition and all the part that were ordered have been used or not, will be a great help.

                                        Dear costmers please dont buy hero pleasure due to several reasons..1) poor quality of disc they r bend during puncture..
                                        2) hazardous suspension of peasure it can cause problems to ur backbone..
                                        3) very less mileage 30 to 40 km per litr
                                        4) locking nut off rear wheel looses several times and sometime rear wheel get out from axle during running it will cause serious accident.. It happens with m 4 times..
                                        5) very cheap material used to peasure and it will unsatify u within 1 week.. Sometime i come on the point that i should file a suit against company.
