Dear sir/ madam,

I have bought one hero pleasure on dated 31/12/2016 from dutta auto mobile, benachity, durgapur, west bengal showroom. My bike number is wb 40af-8631, but still i did not receive my blue book. I had contacted the showroom many time but they assist me for another day. I am really fed up regarding this type of worst service.
I will be thankful if i will get the blue book asap.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have bought a HERO GLAMOUR on dated 19/10/2020 from BASANTI AUTOMOBILE, Memari, Dist- Purba Bardhaman, west bengal. My bike number is WB42AX4485, but still i did not receive my blue book. I had contacted the showroom many time but they are simply ingnoring and asking me for more time. Its been almost 1 year and I am really fed up regarding this type of worst service.
I will be thankful if i will get the blue book asap and take a complain against the showroom.

    Dear sir above dealer service very cheap.
    Totally unsatisfied,
    Above mention dealer without my permission my bike insurance icici lombord convert into nsure plus.
    And charge 1735/- but i talk only renewal my old insurance policy.
    Why they convert my policy into other??
    2nd thing when i purchase hero ismart bike they say it averages near 102km per ltr but after i use averages only 35km or max 40km per ltr???
    What a big difference in average???
    Many times i service my bike in same showroom but average problem persist same???

    Still we notice hero motorcorp ltd dealer's fraud against customer's like a "campu"!

    I had given motorbike glamour for servicing but they do not provide proper service also damages some spare parts of bike in Pauni Bhandara Maharashtra there mechanical also underage and untrained so pleaSe consider my Complaints
    Hi, I taken Hero Glamour in January, 2017. Still 2 services completed. In the first service i got 55-60kms/ 1ltr mileage. Its Good but after 2nd service its decreases to 40km/1ltr. Its too bad. After second service it should be increase but its not. Where can i do complaint to get resolution. please help me to get good mileage

      Dear sir,

      I purchase above vehicle in the month of 21/11/2016 from aher motors, kalyan very next days i complete for vehicle engine making noise also got the temporary solution from them this was repeated twice and they are giving me solution on temporary basis but now this is high time and looking for some permanent solution for the same issue either you change my bike model or permanent solution for this issue. While visiting your service center in thane and kalyan i came to know that this the universal problem for this model.

      So request you to please look into the issue on priority or else i need to take help from consumer court/grievance.

      For me this is the big issue in future for my bike engine.

      I bought Hero duet one year back, I am having start problem from starting. Recently even kick rad is not moving downward. then i went Hero Service center, they are it's not covered under warrenty.

          Hi sir, i had my bike service in nidhi motors bangalore.. During service they changed my chain sprackets, oil change other such things which is there in the invoice copy-rs:1631. I complained them that my bike is not giving milage. Per 1 litre only 35 to 40 km. They told the reason for that is chain sprackets. Now after service again the same issue for 2 litrs of petrol am getting 85kms.
          Again i went to them one of the supervisor did some changes within 5mins time.. Even now same issue.. I cannot follow them up bcz i tooo have ofc to work, only thing is if we do service in outside hero side they wont give warrenty. So i given the service in hero showroom itself. Please help me to get it resolved.

            I have bought hero maestro from garam bikes chandkheda, ahmedabad on 1st june 2017. From that day i have faced many problems in my new masetro. First of all the sales person don't know the meaning of features. When we entered the show room no body sales person came to ask what we want. Then i went to one of the sales person to know about masetro edge he ask to other aged person to show us masetro. When i ask that person please tell me features, he was confused and told me what is features. When i confirmed and paid payment the person told me it will takes half hour for delivery, we will call you when your vehicle is ready. After 3 hours i called them to ask about my vehicle and they said your vehicle is ready we forget to inform you. When my wife went to take masetro she found there was some colour problem and she refused that colour and asked for white colour, they told it will takes some time please wait for half hour. My wife sat till 6.30 pm from 3 pm to take delivery. After one day i felt the masetro is taking to much load so i went to service station the person checked something and told me that your vehicle is new so it will takes some time to be regular. Then every 2-3 days my front wheel lost air. So i went again to service station, they checked and told that tyre was not completely fitted by main manufacturing unit. They gave it to road side punchered shop to fix this problem. I received my invoice and service book after 12 days and in invoice they wrote blue colour when i have bought white. At the 17 the day while i was coming from office my masetro was jammed​ and it was not taking pick up, i went to service station and they said there is some problem with belt and oil seal and it will takes 2 hours to repair. My wife went after 4 hours to pick them vehicle they did not completed work. My wife said some hard words to them and they have completed work only in 15 minutes and still i am getting load, heat and no average in my masetro. I will do consumer case on this dear if i will not proper reply from them.

              Dear hero motocorp,
              I purchased a bike from the your naihati west bengal showroom on 2nd april after suggestion of your sales person on that day he offer me bs3 glamour black as he informed me that you will get good discount in this bike because this is bs3 that time i told to your seller. Why i will spend my money for old bs3 that time he convince me that you will get 7500 discount i told but the date was only for the registration was till 31st march for bs3 model that time he told that we having setup with motor vehicle department so there is no tension for it we will register your bike after his convince i purchased a bike that time there was a scratch which i showed to the senior of that showroom he told no issue whenever you will come for the serviceing we will change it even he written it with sign on the back side of the paper that i will change but tomorrow i went to his showroom he told give me your insurance you will gate it after claim.
              He is one of the biggest miss selling person again i will never think to purchase any thing of hero motocorp such a bad experience i will also complain against hero in some where else.

                Service station :- hero motor corp authorised service station vijay cross road ahmadabad.

                I have done my last service on 16/12/2016. I already informed the staff that i stay in gandhinagar and is not possible for me to come again. While i gave my maestro i informed them that front part is bit loose and if its possible to make it tight. But on the next day when i reached to pick my maestro they informed me that when employee tried to open the front part by mistake inside part got broke and now nothing can be done and have to replace it. Additionally, on the next day of the service my speedometer stopped working, engine started making noise and my seat was not closing properly. I was not having time i just paid the service charge and decided not to come again.in last month i received 4 calls from the service station asking me to come for service in 2 of which i informed that i am dis-satisfied with the service and don't wont to give maestro for service.in return they give me assurance to give one more chance. On 16/06/2017 i gave for service again. I gave for full service on the next day i. E on 17/06/2017 at 4:00 p. M when i went to pick it up i got to know they have done some minor service. This time also i informed about speedometer and got to know they don't have spare parts in stock plus this service don't include washing. Nothing was informed to me in prior and staff also behaved very badly. I was just re-directed from one person to other and no one gave me proper response.

                  I purchased your product hero passion i3s on januaury from m/s. Nagappa motors kelleys chennai my vehicle reg no tn 02 bh 2763 name : ramesh. J
                  First service over, second service 10 days before 17.06.2017, yesterday i had a problem my bike metre is not working speedometer i went to service station of nagappa they told that the cable got cut, the vehicel kms is 2508.

                  See actually your product doesn't even with stand a cable for 6 months what kind spares you are adding to this vehicle, they charged me rs.140/- including labour for a new vehicle, i am completely disaapointed with your product and your service please try to deliver good services and products for the people.

                        I have given my vehicle hero plessuer for changing some guard covers last week because of one small accident on 9/06/2017. Till date there is phone call from hero motors.
                        I called them and asked what will be the cost for that replacement of parts and repair. They answered that will be claimed in insurance. And about 50 to 60 % claimed amount i will get back. But what will be that amount i do not know.
                        Last one wee not a single call from hero motors service department.
                        This is the way hero motors treating his clients. When we ask them they reply when ever it will be ready they will call us. When asked what will be the approx. Date they have not replied for that.
                        Such a great serive this hero motors are providing to custmers.
                        Thank you hero motors for great service.

                          My splendor+ regn no hr 31g 6251 had kick start problem during morning hours since aug 2016. Bike has undergone service with replacement of many parts for the same at millennium motors pvt ltd domlur bangalore on 02 aug 16 with invoice no.[protected]rinv[protected]/[protected]:23:27 & a bill of amount rs 1709/-. Bike had same problem even thereafter but i was told that problem would get resolved after some time with regular driving. Sine 10 jun 2007 same problem recurred as morning kick start problem and completely start failure on 15 jun 17. Millennium motors supervisor mr girish intimated telepathically about the problem on 15 jun 17. He assured to arrange for pick up my vehicle for service but no further action taken by his staff. Please help me as there is no alternate vehicle with me to go to my office & am suffering with a lot of problem without my bike.

                            I have purchase hero i smart 110c byke before 5 month... Still my byke average is 45-50km/litr. And now m facing lots of problems for poor quality of product.. Within 4 months the speedometer was not working, telllight not working... Self-starter is not working.. I m totally unsatisfied with this bike. I m very upset with hero motocorp company.. I had purchased this bike due to milage commitment by hero corp.. But it's fake.. I will suggest to every one please don't purchase this byke... Please do something...

                              I bought my bike from dhanlaxmi auto, aurangabad in march 6 2017, did all the servicing on time, not a rash rider, still my bike is getting stop over and over, i told this to service centre of hero, don't know what they did, now my bike is not starting only. Give me the resolution asap.
                              This has happened several times
                              I have done the servicing on saturday 10 june 2017 and today is 14 june 2017 it dint even ran for a week this is the service dhanlaxmi auto has provided me.
                              If this issue did not resolved then i will fire a case in consumer court. I want this to be resolved on highest priority basis

                                I bought a hero pleasure from rs hero alambagh, lucknow on 15 june, 2016. Till my first servicing everything was fine but at the time of second service i dont know what has happened with my engine. Even after taking the keys out the pleasure engine was not stopped. I went to service station first they said it is lock issue, then wiring fault. I left my pleasure for 2 days then they returned it my pleasure but problem was not solved, again i called them they sent their mechanic and then they solved my problem without giving me some specific reason.
                                Then i feel some noise is coming from the vehicle whenever i gave race. Aagin i went to service center after checking it they said "kisi bewkoof ne engine oil top up kar diya h isliye gadi race nahi le rahi hai."
                                Then in my third service again my indicator and headlight were not working i asked them why is it so reply was"pata nahi taar cut gaya hoga" then they repaired it. But they never wash my vehicle i dont know then what is the use of servicing.
                                Then i met with an accident and some front rod was expand in that i gave my pleasure for repairing in service centre. They resolved my problem but misplaced my cover which is placed under the seat. Now none of the screw are tight. Pleasure becomes "khachra". Nobody is responding the calls neither mr. Gupta the owner of rs hero is taking action against the mechanic. They applied lots of polish in my pleasure but not washed..
                                I am really fed up. Dont know who will take the cations, it is my hard earn money. Kindly rectify my problem and take the necessary actions against them. I saw every customer is shouting on them. Plz do the needful otherwise no use of complaint cell.

                                  I has purchased a new hero ismart 110cc bike from vishal hero unnao & there is a extra sound form engine & seat also have too much sound.

                                  When i go to show room, they says that;s my bike's timing chain is not working properly that's why there is a extra sound form engine. They also open a complaint (No[protected]. Now today they are closing my complaint without any work.

                                  Pls advice what to do

                                    I have purchase hero bike month of march 17 from krishna automobile showroom deoghar under jharkhand state. After one month i visited showroom and asked about my reg. No and fees details of rto bill. Two of the staff inside showroom misbehave with me. For further i consulted customers care which provide the complain no 11080*333 but not even till date concerned be contacted with me. Pl. Resolve my solution soon.

                                      I mr paramananda sahoo purchased a glamour hero vehicle from dinesh automobiles khurdha odisha, on dated 31.03.17 at 10 am by full cash payment, of rs 60, 490/-i have contentious followup to dinesh show room regarding my vehicle registration no. They are reply within one week you have got your registration no by post they have several times same answare regularly reply and till date i have not received registration no plz help me

                                        This is prithivi raja, income-tax officer, coimbatore. I bought a hero glamour fi in the month of march from m/s. Gem motors, coimbatore. I paid around rs.74000/- for the same which included expenses for bike parts such as tank cover, seat cover, etc. However, so far, even after 3 months, the covers have not been fixed. Whenever i go to the agency, i am being told that they don't have stock or they don't have workers.
                                        Moreover, once my bike didn't start up. When i requested the agency to take the bike by trolling it, they refused saying that they didn't have workers. I myself spent my own money to rectify the mistake. Why on hell does they run a bike showroom if they don't have either stock or workers.
                                        Also, i was not called for receiving the rc even it was received by them. Only after i had gone to the showroom and enquired they gave me the rc.
