I have been to "wheel magnet" authorized service center for hero karizma zmr bike for full service,

I wanted:-

1) full service of my bike. (Except engine oil change)
2) vibration of the front fairing to be repaired.
3) chain sprocket to be checked (Replaced if required).
4) battery check.

They called me next day as they said the battery has to be charged. Next morning i called to inquire about the progress they said everything is done and my bike is ready to be taken, i called back again to ask about battery which they said is done.

None of the above was done

Service manager said on summon that only air filter cleaning is done during servicing,

Chain sprocket was not even checked forget oiling it or changing chain sprocket.

One screw was missing of the front fairing which i had specifically highlighted to be replaced at time of making job card.

Wen i got my bike after so called service it had to be push start as service centre says they can't do battery related work.

After service

1) chain sprocket still makes sound.
2) fairing still vibrates.
3) bike doesn't start.

    I was purchased hero splendor from akar motors jaipur dated 02/6/2017 is name of mr mahaveer singh panwar!
    At tha time of delivery i exchange my old bike rj 14 sl 0573 in rs 6500/- and now i ask the delivery note for my old car than company executive tell me that my company not exchange the bike and your bike purchase out side broker and i not be resposible for delivery note & not for bike transfer! And where broker also seeting and who tell me that where bike is sell than if customer is transfer the ownership than you get transfer rc either not get transfer rc than i tell the broker please return my bike than he tell this is not possible!

    Please look in this matter!

    I purchase maestro scooty from aditya motors phulpur allahabad agency on sept 206. Afer 6 month i have problem with front pannel asseccory. After complaint in agency they replied from last 3 months that spare parts of said problem are not availabe. I want to know that how much days have to spent for solve to this problem. Please look into the matter for such type of lapse and neglegency.

      This is really pity on your Hero Company since 2 months we are searching for Glamour bikes in Bangalore but None of the dealers have information on the bikes when it will come.
      You should think on the customer point of view about the concern and take it as priority other wise you will loose customers from Hero.

      my question to Hero: are you going to provide Glamour bikes in Bangalore?
      If you stop the product let me know so that I can go for Honda shine.

          I purchased hero glammer fi new model 6months back, from day 1 full complaints with this new fi model, engine will get off suddenly when we change gear from high to low.. Even after 2 services, and complaints this problem not resolved, i am completely unsatisfied with hero

          Even hero service guys not caring about this problem. They are taking for service and giving thats it

            I have purchased splendor i smart 1.5 years ago, as the sales executive told me bike milege is more than 80km/lt... But i am not geting milege more than50 km/ lt. And the irony is that your company claims around 102 mileage so tell me what to do know as a customer how can we trust u. The lame thing is that even visiting to ur service centre @mayapuri it still the same.

                I did my bike servicing on 03.06.2017 at oswal motors pvt ltd.
                A - 17, mangolpuri industrial area, phase 2, delhi-110034.
                It was first service of my bike and i paid rs.450 for engine oil. I have invoice also.
                They did not add engine oil in the bike at all. I noticed when engine heated a lot after running around 30km, without engine oil.

                  नकली चावी के सम्बन्ध में महोदय मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 31 /05 /2017 को एक स्कूटी प्लेज़र आप के सुमित्रा मोटर्स टाउन हॉल शाहजहांपुर से खरीदी थी परन्तु बड़े खेद के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि मुझे धोके से स्कूटी की असली चावी न देकर हाथ द्वारा बनी हुई नकली चावी दी गई जिसकी शोरूम पर शिकायत करने पर मैनेजर अनुज कपूर द्वारा बताया गया कि पहली सर्विस पर हम आपकी गाड़ी का लॉक बदल देंगे ।
                  अतः मैं हीरो कंपनी की खरीदी गई स्कूटी की असली चावी न पाकर बहुत आहत हूँ इससे हीरो जैसी बड़ी कंपनी की साख भी गिरती है । नई गाड़ी खरीद कर मैं मानसिक रूप से बहुत आहत हुआ हूँ अतः इस क्रम में कार्यवाही न होने पर मुझे मजबूरन उपभोगता फोरम जाना पड़ेगा I या मुझे उचित छति पूर्ति दी जाये I

I would interested to buy passion pro, visited personally to Hero Showroom Hospet, he said no stock as of now, if you booked now you will be getting within a week that's for sure. So i have given 5000/- as a token advance on 19/05/2017. It's been 11days after booking, but till now they aren't responding us.

                    I have Purchase a Hero Duet white colour on 30/03/2017 and i booked this two wheeler with Full accessories and for this o have paid a Extra amount for same and i got a receipt for same.

                    Dated: 01/04/2017 i got a delivery for my two wheeler but i found my vehicle was not with accessories and two wheeler was a blank with out Accessories. so i asked him when you will give me a accessories .

                    At that time dealer sales person told me accessories is not stock with company once it will be stock at our place will cal u.

                    But i have never got a call from your dealer and meant while in this time this dealer didn't send me any other sales documents like Invoice, RTO appointment, and Insurance copy or a Service book with delivery.

                    today i again called him after 60 days again i asked dealer concern person to send my two wheeler for pending accessories works, Dealer person told me come and do your pending work.

                    in between this period i never got a call regards to collect my document or to send a vehicle for my pending works. when and when i called him same reply i got from dealer.

                    So i send a person for pending work since my person reached at dealer than again told me same answer who told you to come at our place for this work we dont have a stock of accessories and dealer person replied to us very rigorously and roughly with customer like us.

                    we just asked for a our pending accessories not for a showroom. once i asked him to share contact no for Manger he gave a call to Manager His name: Mr. Panchshil he also talked with same way.

                    He told us come after five days we will call u once accessories will be at our place.

                    Now Let me know what will be solution for same.

                    so i request you please inter fear this issue and please help me to complete my pending work as per our deal. i dont want any extra but i want my part what we decide at time of booking for this vehicle.

                    today i am very unhappy with the talking way and behaviour from Pro wheels management and there is no other person who can support customers.

                      मेरा नाम कपिल कुमार है। सर मैने अपनी बाइक एक्सट्रीम स्पोर्ट 01 मार्च 2017 को खरीदी थी। बाइक खरीदते समय बाइक की हेड लाइट पर चारो ओर जो वाइजर होता है वह स्क्रैच हुआ था तथा पेट्रोल टेक के साइड में लगने वाले आइटम को मैने कहा इसके आप बदल दें बाइक शोरूम इंन्चार्ज ने कहा मै आप के बिल पर लिख देता हुॅ कि जब आप अगली बार बाइक लेके आयेगे तो मै बदल दूंगा। मै सर पिछले 03 माह से शोरूम के चक्कर लगा रहा हू कभी कह देते है। बाइक लेके आयों तब लिखेगे कम्प्लेन, या 15 या 20 दिन बाद आयों तब बदल देगें। और सर शोरूम पर जो महिला कर्मचारी काम करती है। उनका व्यवहार बहुत की असंतोषजनक नहंी है। अच्छे से बात ही नहीं करती है। मुझे कोई सेटिस्फैक्शन नहीं मिला जवाहर मोटर शोरूम से ।

                            I have purchased hero pleasure scooty from "shiva automobiles" on 29/08/2016 with engine no : jf16eeggf08213 and chasis no : mbljf16enggf02744. I have observed there is a noise coming from front side on day 1 and took to service center and they said that there is some problem in shockobsorb and they have replaced one of the shock absorber under warranty, later also there is no smooth ness in vehicle and continuous noise is coming from scooty, 2 services were done so far and i did not see any difference. I want to escalate this on quality of the product and request you to do justice for my return on investment.

                              I got pleasure on December 2015, this scooter mileage is very poor. We keep on complaining from the first service but it has not been taken seriously. At present the scooter run 30-32 km per liter after 6th servicing. Is this the expected mileage?

                                I've purchased a bike from one of your authorised dealer sisodia automobiles chittorgarh.
                                One day i attend a call from showroom for refunding payment of insurance amount. Then i was go to showroom but they don't give me all insurance payment. They cut some payment form insurance amount. I've ask for reason of deduction of amount they told me some issues of interest amount of late finance payment. I don't have passbook that time.
                                My family and my many friends purchased many bikes of hero but now i'll tell all of them not to purchase any hero bike.
                                Please resolve these quickly and reply me...

                                    I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had at your auto repair shop. I have given my bike reg. No dl75ca8321 to your workshop at apex automobile pvt ltd, patparganj industrial area, delhi-110092 on 2nd may 2017. On 16th of may 2017 the insurance was claimed through icici insurance co ltd. On 22nd may 2017 when came to take my bike back home, i had came to realize that colors of the parts of the bike were different then what it supposed to be.
                                    When i complained about this to the workshop manager, they told me that the same colored parts are not available with the workshop. It really destroyed the look of my new bike which was just purchased 5 months ago. I have also complained to customer care center but no replay received till date.
                                    My bike is the only source of commutation and it’s really problematic for me to reach office on time on daily basis.
                                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If however, the matter is not satisfactory resolved till 10.6.2017 i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through department of commerce or through the courts.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I purchase a new bike hero HF deluxe on 09/04/2017 from Arya Angency, Bharatpur. Form the day one i am facing a starting problme in morning & noon when my bike stand in sunlight for 2-3 hours. In summer high temp. Bike does not start by kick or self. When I opened fuel tank cap then bike start in single kick. I talk about this problme on service center on 1st service. They slove it on service. But after 5 day same problem arise.. what shoul I do.. I am really tired.. Pls give me right solution

                                        We have purchased our new bike Passion Pro i3S on 17th April 2017 in cash. The issues are that the bike get stuck while starting every morning, N the major issue is mileage. We have been told 3 to 4 times by the sales executive that this bike will give us at least 60 to 65km average per litre but we are getting mileage of 30 per litre less than half of the said mileage.Till now we have spent more than Rs.2200 for approx. 30L petrol and bike has ran only 920KM. This complaint we have made thrice at the Hero Fort Point office, Mahim, Mumbai. They told that this is new bike will give average after 500KM n after 1st service but still after 1st service n more than 500KM running we are not getting the proper mileage. We are just wasting our money by filling petrol. The people inside the service center and in the fort point outlet Mahim are not supportive at all. While selling product they show that they care customer but after selling they are very rigid. Kindly support positive n help in exchange or whatever solution can be made. We were trusting Hero as a loyal brand but this has left us in complaints n disappointments.

                                        Sir meri hero ki aprender+ bike ki problem solved nhi ho pa rhi hai or mere ko is bike ko liye 14, 15 months ho gaye hai please solved my bike problem.
