I have purchase hero bike month of march 17 from krishna automobile showroom deoghar under jharkhand state. After one month i visited showroom and asked about my reg. No and fees details of rto bill. Two of the staff inside showroom misbehave with me. For further i consulted customers care which provide the complain no 11080*333 but not even till date concerned be contacted with me. Pl. Resolve my solution soon.

They are reply within one week you have got your registration no by post they have several times same answare regularly reply and till date i have not received registration no plz help me

This is prithivi raja, income-tax officer, coimbatore. I bought a hero glamour fi in the month of march from m/s. Gem motors, coimbatore. I paid around rs.74000/- for the same which included expenses for bike parts such as tank cover, seat cover, etc. However, so far, even after 3 months, the covers have not been fixed. Whenever i go to the agency, i am being told that they don't have stock or they don't have workers.
Moreover, once my bike didn't start up. When i requested the agency to take the bike by trolling it, they refused saying that they didn't have workers. I myself spent my own money to rectify the mistake. Why on hell does they run a bike showroom if they don't have either stock or workers.
Also, i was not called for receiving the rc even it was received by them. Only after i had gone to the showroom and enquired they gave me the rc.

I would like to highlight that i give my scooty to nidhi motors hero service centre from the time i purchased it from them in 2013. Every time i give it for servicing they just give me a bill of over 1500/- they just say this part has to be changed and that part has to be changed. They just wash the bike and give me which can be done for 60/- outside. I have always told them there is a starting problem for the bike but they never check that. The mirror is not in position, that is never rectified but only where they can get money from parts, they say that has to be changed. After service it never runs smoothly without stopping. Only once the tyre had to be changed so they charged me for it that was ok. Otherwise they simply say i[censored] dont change then your scooty will give trouble and indirectly make us say "ok change it". Pl chk. I dont give it outside because i believe that hero service centres will do a good job but im highly dissatisfied. Pl look into this. To this day my scooty gives trouble while starting. The battery is never charged by them until we tell them.

I purchase a bike splendor+ in feb 2014 (Only 26000km running) after few months in this bike many problem in battery problem, clutch problem and a another voice from engine. And oil tank lock in not working properly. Measure issue all bike paint side with jung. And this bike grips not set properly. Kick rubber daily miss place bcz horn not working properly when its purchase. Chain set ready for new installation and. Mirror not set properly. Screw is free. Break problem only 40 kmh speed not control. And 2nd measure issue in shock absober this is damage.
Many time i go in agency with these complaints feb 2014- to feb 2015 but there no listen any body me. What i do this bike please help me about this another i am going to take a action or case rti.

Today i visit auto deals narnaul haryana.. And observe mor noise in front side of byke and sevice manager says that kone set have problem and change it. And i dnt want any noise and you change as respective part.. After change the part the problem same and no resolve.
When i discuss service in charge give excuses that the rim have bend and shock absorber have fault... Means actual problem they dnt know and change the part that no need to replace... So this is wrong n worst stupid quality of hero bykes..

After few days i have self problem in my bike it was not working after that i was go to your service centre in auto need plot no41-47 sec 14 ggn they are telling that we don't have the part came after 1 week after week same thing is held for 4 week they are telling same thing... Myself ritesh sahu i am one of your loyal coustmer since 1999. At present i am having 3 bike 2 of hero honda and 1 z hero karisma. The problem nowadays i am facing is regarding service as well as behave both are going down. Today i visit on o[censored]r service center for replacement of speedometer of my karisma r i got vary i'll responsible answer. It is not the first time before also it was happen to me. There are so many time i told to workshop manager but nobody listen me. I complaint so many time but there is no time to listen me. As a your customer i request you to look in this mater. I purchased hero achier i3s on 28/02/2017 from m/s archana motors barhait, dist - sahibganj, state - jharkhand, pin - 816102 (Mob - [protected]) with the finace of sate bank of india at that time the show room owner told me that i would get registration number within a month, but till to date i have not get vehicle registration number. Within these 2 n half months i visited the show room more than ten times and asked for registration number, he makes many excuses and not providing the number.
Due to this i m facing many problems now, the major problems are some time traffic police asked for all bike papers and it is very hard to convince them that after 3 and half month i m not got bike number.
As bike has financed by bank, bank pressurize for registration number and i m unable to produce which lead disblive from bank side and may be bank take legal action against me.
So, i request u to plz take my complain as your priority, and help to sort out it.

We have purchased the hero scooty from shiva motors, faridabad. We are very disappointed from the service provided by shiva motors.

Following are the concerns which we have

- we are regularly getting scooty service from them. On third, fourth and fiveth service, they have not washed our scooty on one or other pretext.
- when we have purchased they have offered us pick and drop free facility and they had been providing the same but on the sixth service, they have charged us rs 115 without any initimation and knowledge.
- we are not satisifed with the services provided by them. It is wrost service we have ever seen by any company.
- moreover, at the time of service, they removed rc and other documents from our scooter and kept on someone else vehicle which we have collected from other vechile owner after six months on his telephonic call. During this period, we visited service center so many times but they had not paid any attention to our request.

I purchased hero passion pro on dec 2016 and my bike is not running good and when we go to the service center and he said your engine have problem then we ask regarding the same it is under warranty how it happen then he said it will charge around the 6500. Then we asked it is under warranty then he said under warranty spare part will be charged.,

We bought hero duet last year june 06 from gidderbaha, distt. Mukatsar punjab. Till date we have not received the documents from the dealer. Everytime we are visiting the store executive, they said, it is pending on hero. We are waiting for the response.
Is it really so that the documents are pending on your side? If so then how long will you guys take to release the papers. But if not then whom to chase with to get the documents.
