Your hero company is not respect a customers and not answering properly
My bike is mastero edge.i will acdident it in 14 april.Then i will give to your hero showroom on 15 may. Still now, they will not touch my bike. And tody i and my brother go to see tha situation of the bike. It is in the rain and hot sun. More then that, they'll not respect us as their costomer and not telling about my bike.

    A agent of your company have mistaken. He has given a insurance validity of one year instead of 2 year validity which was mentioned before purchasing it and charged 2 year fee of insurance. Infact i came from work to collect insurance paper but still i am waiting for more than 4 hours but nothing happen by them.

      Hai this naveed from karnataka, chamarajanagar-571313. I have purchased here duet from hero motors showroom after 20 days met with an accident and vehicle given for repair and it is almost 2 months is over. Every 2 to 3 days i used to visit the show room but service manager and sales manager is not giving proper response when the vehicle get ready. When ever i called their word is spares has not yet came. What type of service is giving by hero i donot know. I am realy fedup with the service of hero motors and iam not aware what to do futher.

        I requested to you that I've purchased a hero duet vx on 25/03/2017. But this is manufacture defective product, which're handover to me by vss enterprises showroom of hero motors in udaipur. I do complain to service manager of vss motors on delivery/handover the vehicle time. He told to that, it's normal complaint & it's run in mostly vehicles but it's automatically resolve after 1st service done on hero authorised service centers. Which're 1st service is done on 23/05/2017 but complaint continue run at this time. I do again complain to service manager at manama hero motors at udaipur. But no any action taken by service manager.
        Once again I request you that pls help me.

          Sir i pay the money for maestro edge in the month of march 31. But srisrisri hero dealer in warangal they are give the same bike to another person. But my amount is not give return. Still i don't receive my money from dealer. These dealer do the cheat on customer.
          Customer is suffer on hero bikes due dealer mistake.
          We pay the amount through the credit card, we have pay the monthly interest
          Is 5500. Who will bare the amount.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I have purchased a Maestro Scooter from UP automobile Roorkee Uttarakhand on 24 Dec 2015. In the purchasing time dealer told me that this vehicle give the mileage 58-60 Km/liter. In the starting it gives the mileage 40 Kim/liter but after 6 month it reduce about 30 Km/liter.
            I have complained it two times in the service center and they assured me that mileage would be corrected but the condition is same. I have completed five services of the scooter but the problem is same.

The insurance company already {Reliance General} given clearance for said case. Company dealer told ur bike no rdo registration. Delay of 4 month after ur bike delivery possible. Please help me my amount refund and bike issued.                     I am christopher and my vehicle number is tn21 by0104 and model is maestro edge. The vehicle was purchased at sriperumbudur vikram motors. Till now 3 free services are over. Service was at hm motors, porur. The day before yesterday the vehicle was suddenly stopped and the noise was too much. I handed over to sarathy bikes, thiruvallur. They said the oil of the vehicle is dried. I have the bill from hm motors which says oil was changed. If it was happened then why the oil is dried. I filed a complaint in chennai gopalapuram branch. They didn't even take it serious. I need immediate solution for this. What they are actually doing. If you don't take necessary action surely i will file a complaint in police station. The service is worst. Please do the necessary action as soon as possible.

                      Hello sir we take hero bike hf delux last month. We face a problem in assessory of bike. The rubber of bike kick is of very bad quality. Rubber comes out when we start the bike. We can't under stand that quality is bad or bike seller change the assessory. If quality is bad plz change the quality other vise checq that bike seller may change the parts of bike.

                            My vehicle vin:mbljf33aagh14919& reg no:ts08ev9584
                            My vehicle recently serviced on [protected]@ 3395 kms at... Krishan sai hero at malkajgiri for my vehicle all services carried as per schedule. But i my vehicle stalled in running at yadagiri gutta. I was very dissatisfied at that time. I called break down assistance team but they were not responding properly. Their help is zero. Break down service is too poor and too worst. I was taken my vehicle to workshop and according their inspection engine oil drained is almost zero
                            My vehicle was not cranking and kick start not possible
                            According to workshop and general inspection my vehicle engine was seized.
                            In general cases in that condition base engine needs to be replaced.
                            While enquiring the status of my vehicle the response from service team is too worst
                            According to my review on earlier service they were not poured new engine oil and they drained only old engine oil
                            It's purely workshop mistake..
                            Please provide new engine under warranty or workshop cost.

                            Please don't cheat the customer. The brand of hero motor is good but the service team are unfit their responsibilities.

                            They don't know how to care the customer and how to repair the vehicle technically.
                            Please consider all above points.

                            Kindly do the needful

                                माझ्या mh 13 bh 6007 या गाडीच्या रिपेरी आनुभव अत्यंत वाईट आला आहे..
                                माझी वारंवार एकच तक्रार आहे कि, माझी गाडी चालवत असतांना गाडीचा हँन्डल हलतो..

                                परंतु लक्ष्मी अॉटो चे कर्मचारी मला वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारचे कारण देतात नंतर गाडी ओके झाली असे सांगून गाडी देत असतात..

                                या वेळेस माञ गाडी चालवून पाहिले तर त्याहूनही अधिक ञास जाणवत आहे म्हणून मी ना इलाजास्तव थेट कंपनी कडे तक्रार करत आहे..

                                  This email is regarding an issue i am experiencing with services performed on my hero splendor+ which i purchased on 1st july 2016. From the very first service i was unsatisfied with the setting of the bike chain, maybe i was loose and i created and unsettling and disturbing noise which bothers me most of the time. During the time of my second service, i also mentioned the problem about the loose chain and chain cover. He assured me that he will look into it the issue. Even after the service the same problem was there. I asked the mechanic if he had done it properly. He nods his head in positive manner, even when i visited the service center for my 3rd service, the same problem persists. Everytime i mention this problem and everytime the mechanic just assures me that it's done. And now during my 4th service the directly told me change the chain as well as chain cover, earlier whenever i asked they keep telling me that issue had been taken care of. Then why all of the sudden i am suggested the purchase new parts for my vehicle which i kept telling to make sure of. Even though after 4 services, i am not completely satisfied with the services perforemd by the mechanics. I hope you provide me subtle solution to this problem, and will look into this matter seriously. I shall be thankful to you.

                                    Booked on march 21st. Called them 20 times on phone and visited 5 times. Finally after filing complaint with the hero company, promised delivery. On day of delivery, found that the bike had full of scratches, seat cover was torn, mirrors were duplicate and with scratches. Gave fake reasons that they were transportation damages and are very common. Didnt allow me earlier to take the vehicle on temporary registration. And now, after one month, were forcing me to take the bike, saying that permanent registration is done!!!. They forgot that i need to put my signature at the rto office for the permanent registration to be completed. I had not been called or informed about any such program. Already filed a complaint about a week ago to hero moto corp regional office bangalore, but they didnt take any action and didnt even reply to the complaint. Filed complaint to toll free customer care no. 7 times. Shockingly they never contacted me, but slowly and calmly sent messages that the issue has been resolved.
                                    Filed a case in consumer court bangalore (Case no 241862).
                                    The consumer court has sent notice to company and dealer within 1 week of filing the case. Both company and dealer act as if hey didnt get any notice and are calmly forcing me to to accept the bike.
                                    Its been one month but still the company and dealer have not given their reply to the consumer court.

                                    The Dealer Name is RISHI HERO MOTO CORP, Thubarahalli, WhiteField, Bangalore. You can Check out the Google Reviews. People have openely shamed them about how they do the Fraud. Also they have taken Extra Rs. 5000 from me (mismatch due to Concession given on March 30, 31st on account of Supreme court order). Till Date they didnt even bother to return that Rs.5000.

                                      But to no avail, please see to that they either deliver the scooter or refund my money.

                                      I paid 67380/- for my hero I smart vehicle on[protected] but vehicle was not delivered as promised. Vehicle was delivered on 5-5-17 but invoice papers are not given me till date. When I call them, they are simply postponing. I am ashamed of purchasing a vehicle from hero.

                                      Self starting problem. During Kick start its not return back to original position. May be spring issue. Manually i have to operate.

                                      Its a new one of below 1 months. Pls share me the procedure to rectify it immediately.

                                        Hi i am rohit jha owner of hero duet scooty. I have given my scooty on 17th may 2017 just to change the lock system but today is 21st may and still they are saying it will be done on tuesday. Just to change the lock system they are taking 7 days. They are worse then the government officers. They are saying it is not in stock but in the market is available.
