Dear sir,

I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had at your auto repair shop. I have given my bike reg. No dl75ca8321 to your workshop at apex automobile pvt ltd, patparganj industrial area, delhi-110092 on 2nd may 2017. On 16th of may 2017 the insurance was claimed through icici insurance co ltd. On 22nd may 2017 when came to take my bike back home, i had came to realize that colors of the parts of the bike were different then what it supposed to be.
When i complained about this to the workshop manager, they told me that the same colored parts are not available with the workshop. It really destroyed the look of my new bike which was just purchased 5 months ago. I have also complained to customer care center but no replay received till date.
My bike is the only source of commutation and it’s really problematic for me to reach office on time on daily basis.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If however, the matter is not satisfactory resolved till 10.6.2017 i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through department of commerce or through the courts.

    Dear sir,
    I purchase a new bike hero HF deluxe on 09/04/2017 from Arya Angency, Bharatpur. Form the day one i am facing a starting problme in morning & noon when my bike stand in sunlight for 2-3 hours. In summer high temp. Bike does not start by kick or self. When I opened fuel tank cap then bike start in single kick. I talk about this problme on service center on 1st service. They slove it on service. But after 5 day same problem arise.. what shoul I do.. I am really tired.. Pls give me right solution

      We have purchased our new bike Passion Pro i3S on 17th April 2017 in cash. The issues are that the bike get stuck while starting every morning, N the major issue is mileage. We have been told 3 to 4 times by the sales executive that this bike will give us at least 60 to 65km average per litre but we are getting mileage of 30 per litre less than half of the said mileage.Till now we have spent more than Rs.2200 for approx. 30L petrol and bike has ran only 920KM. This complaint we have made thrice at the Hero Fort Point office, Mahim, Mumbai. They told that this is new bike will give average after 500KM n after 1st service but still after 1st service n more than 500KM running we are not getting the proper mileage. We are just wasting our money by filling petrol. The people inside the service center and in the fort point outlet Mahim are not supportive at all. While selling product they show that they care customer but after selling they are very rigid. Kindly support positive n help in exchange or whatever solution can be made. We were trusting Hero as a loyal brand but this has left us in complaints n disappointments.

      Sir meri hero ki aprender+ bike ki problem solved nhi ho pa rhi hai or mere ko is bike ko liye 14, 15 months ho gaye hai please solved my bike problem.

          Iam purchasing maestro edge on 21\01\2017. On the aman hero showroom kartar nagar delhi_53. My scooty has been shocking stop on the way road. And the fuel meter is not properly working. I have do the two service complete. But iam not satisfied this service. I have many time talk to the service authority please maintain my scooty service but they are not response me.             I am Annasaheb Yejgar, I have purchased hero hf Deluxe byke in March 2017 from Laxmi automobile mohol.
            When we started to use the byke within couple of week byke speedometer get down and not worked.
            After few days knocking started in engine and now engine oil leakages started.
            Same issue communicated with particular dealer but they are avoiding our complaints and ignoring to us.

            I buyed one hero Deluxe byke in March months.within couples of month few problems faced like, suddenly speedometer get stopped, knocking started in engine..we putted our complaint in where we buy byke.but there is no response from particular dealer.please guide me what we can do

                I am s. M. Haider from lucknow chowk. I have purchased a hero mastero edge from superb motor 67/1baraura hussain bari, hardoi road lko. Lucknow up. I had a very bad experience with the dealer. And staff its no present to the coustomer. After sale service and behaviour is totaly disgusting.. I have purchased in hard cash, my problem is that, my home address is wrong and when i have inform to him then told me that sir tomorrow sir next day when i am asking strongly then told me rude attitude and misbehavior,, and no correction on my rc from date of purchasing to till now. My purchasing date is 16/04/2017

                Sir i will never purchase hero motors bikes and other thing...

                  On 28.5.2017 i got my hunk serviced at pragati automobiles, bhopura, ghazizbad, u. P. 201005.
                  I complain about the charges that appear in the bill as below :

                  Bill no.[protected]rinv[protected] dtd 28.5.2017 time 18.35.11
                  Job card no.[protected]rjc[protected]
                  Hunk regn no. - up 14ba 1875

                  The charges for job code 307010 and 102017 are charged but no such job is done to the motorcycle (184+172.50 total 356.50).

                  As i complain abt the same to the dealer it was told to me that these charges are charged from company system ask to the company for refund???

                  I request you to please refund the charges as charged in the bill for the work not done but i paid the same to get my bike out from dealer place.

                    Sorry to say but i am facing very bad service by hero. I bought a bike 8 month ago and i had an accident 1 month ago then i gave it to sevice center it is under insurance also but till date bike is not ready and dealer giving me xcuse and some times misbehave also. My humble request is this either gave me new bike or return my money..

                      Hero Honda Passion PRO vehicle Registration No TN25Q8177 Purchased 02/2011 and regular service maintained with A.S.Motors, kanji Road, TIruvannamalai, and every year insurance renewed intimation starting before 15 days and regularly renewed insurance without delay but my above vehicle theft on 27.05.2017 at around 9.00pm at samuthiram village, and police complaints lodged on 28.05.2017 and first intimation given on A.S.Motors showroom reception and second intimation given on 29.05.2017 due to paying regularly insurance in your company but today simply telling insurance claiming office go to villupuram district, i need insurance claiming who are renewed my insurance policy please

                        I sangam rajitha, bought a hero duet vechile from sri sai durga hero showroom on 30 march 2017 on ur discount sale of bs3 vechiles. But till today i was not received the tr papers from dealer. They ate not responding. What should i do? Plz justice my problem. Is it possible to generate tr for bs3 vechiles in future by the dealer.                           Hi team,

                          I am writing to your company about the worst service provided by your agent prime motors, kushaiguda, hyderabad - 500062. Yesterday i have given my bike (Maestro edge with no: ts08ev1571) for regular services to prime motors.. They charged the amount 540/- as services. I. E. Service charges. It shows that regular service means only washing of vehicle. I have explained the technician all the problem which i had for my bike, but they haven't do any thing. They just changed the engine oil and washing of vehicle. After the service my vehicle condition became worst, the break was very tight and was not working properly, apart from this there is a sound coming from front body as that part is not fixed properly.

                          I am very unsatisfied with the service provided by prime motors, kushaiguda, hyderabad - 500062. Please find the attachments for reference.

                            My new maestro (purchased from AMBIKA MOTOR'S, NARASINGHPUR)has lack of pick up & light issue, after 2 times visiting with personally meeting showroom dealer also still problem not resolved & showroom don't ask me about the feedback of vehicle servicing.
                            I observed that showroom is not serious about service by the dealer after selling the vehicle & workshop manager /staff are not punctual/ manner less /no body take responsibility for service with waiting hour 3/4 hours & after personal request also.

                            Please note I purchased this vehicle from hero & same has been financed herofincorp as per requested by your executive at the time of purchase.

                            So my overall view/experience was very bad with HERO.. Kindly improve this service because service is the important parameter for business growth otherwise People's are not believe to HERO in future.

                              My vehicle no MP 20 SD 2927 has been given on servicing at Sudarshan Motors Jabalpur since 25.05.2017 has not been serviced till date being regular servicing and the product has faulty lock being opened by any key needs to be changed from company.                                 I have purchased the scooter -Maestro edge in the month of October"2016 and since the purchase an abnormal sound is coming when the accelerator is made on.In this regard I have visited the service center of M/s Parvati Motors, Angul, Orissa many times to resolve the issue, but every time I have disappointed.Due to this i am not willing to ride the vehicle and till May 2017 I have the ride of only 2100km only.

                                  I bought a hero glamour in less than 4month... On 2nd servicing i have noticed that due to mis fitting of sit there is a lot of scratch on my bike tank. And after consulting the mechanic in hero service centre i have found that it is a manufacturer defect as per their opinion. But their reaction to this is very much dissapoint as they said that they have nothing to do with it. Their behaviour was just unacceptable. Please kindly contact me [protected]... To rectify these mistake or else i will bound to go for judicial action.

                                    I need to urge an request for my maestro vehicle which is gone for the service on to hero showroom service center since last week and the service was done in very bad condition that my vehicle is not even starting... They have not even clean up or wash the vehicle and one of the guy is there manish who is so rude and misbehaving to customers and not ready to accept his bad service work onto the vehicle. I am writing this complain in very harsh way because this guy hero moto corp like company should not afford as he is not suitable to attend the query of customer and do service of vehicle. He is not the right person for this job as he is not at all good in that work, never give attention, he is rude, arrogant, not willing to do any help. He never pick up the call of customer and not even help to customer.
                                    The service of the vehicle is not at all good in condition, as the vehicle is not starting, not properly serviced, not cleaned, not smooth in condition.

                                        I have given the bike for service at MM motors Gowrivakkam on 22/5/17 and the faults were clearly communicated to technician that there is an engine sound, Self isn't working as battery seems to be low/bad. Service was done to adjust the tappet considering the engine sound comes from tappet & Battery charged though it is weak & it was never highlighted to me. I have taken the bike from service centre next day post the message from MM motors that the service is completed. But the problem was never solved as technician have never looked at the actual problems & next day when I have complained again I was told there seems to be some issue with gears & I am charged for 2000 for 2nd service & 700 for 1st service though my fault was same for 1st and 2nd. I have queried the same at MM motors but was said that they have replaced something else on first service and my concern here is that why was a non-faulty product replaced and I'm charged for that? This looks really embarassing and really doubt whether Hero has right technician's to look at where the problems are than doing trial & error method to resolve problems.

                                        Can this be taken seriously and do the needful?
