Hello Sir,
I want to buy a bike and i call to your J& k automobile agency and i ask them to pay by card and they said to me that you will have to pay 1.75% extra charge for swiping. As i know that as per RBI guideline "If the Merchant insists on levying additional charges go ahead with the Transaction and retain a copy of the Chargeslip which contains the MID(Merchant Identification Number) along with the Invoice and complain to your Bank.

Your Card Issuing Bank passes on this to the Acquiring Bank of the Merchant and there are every chances of the Merchant being Penalized or end up losing the Merchant Account and once it's Terminated no Provider will Provide the Merchant a new Merchant Account to Process Transactions as his DBA(DOING BUSINESS AS) would be Blacklisted"
I want to know why you are taking extra charge ??????

    I am consumer of Hero bike. I bought a bike from Goldstar Hero Showroom, Fugewadi, Pune.

    At the time of purchase they quote me for vehicle at one rate of EMI but at the time of loan different rate of EMI occurred. On inquiry I found that down payment of loan was lesser than actual paid by me.

    When I go to collect difference amount of down payment return they were becoming rude and using very cheap quality of language, And they did not gave me my money.

    So I am requesting you to help me.

      I bought a new bike around 2 months back and having issues with front wheel since the first day, I went service centre 4-5 times but there is no solution till now. Finally engineer's told they need to change the disk plate and they will manage this through insurance, and there is no disk in stock. If there is no solution replace my bike. [protected]

      Please don't share your contact no here, there is a fraud person who will call u as a hero service desk person and will ask for debit card no otp etc.
      Don't share anything related to bank account. Hero will not charge anything related to your issue.

      Pratibha Motors charged me 2% extra amount by using card payment and they are not mentioning this on bill. And also charged 500 extra for -
      I have registered flat agreement but don't have police verification, they charged 500 extra without bill. But came to know that there is no police verification required if the agreement is registered.
      I paid around 1000 extra amount to buy glamour bike.
      My bike has issue since the first day. I went partibha motor service centre 5 times for this solution but no luck, finally they told need to replace the front disk break, but there is no stock. Now around 3 months completed but there is no solution.
      I am totally frastrated now, it's look like I bought a 2nd hand bike. Such a bad service and worst thing happened with me.
      this is the fourth bike in our family from hero and such worst thing happened first time.
      Now another problem is started as the front wheel is not easy, my bike starts vibrating after 2-3 km running. Please please please solve the problem it's very urgent and serious, if the problem will not solve then replace. [protected]

      from service centre they replaced the disk[not glamour disk, cbz disk they used] but issue is still there, and i am not getting any help to resolve this issue. this is frustrating now for me, i have complaint till zone manager level but still no solution, please please help me out from this hell and please don't ask me to go Pratibha motors service centre, i went there 7-8 times to get assistance but no result, and i am 100% sure they will not able to solve my issue. if there is no solution please replace the front wheel and all accessories from front wheel.

        I have purchased new Hero HF Deluxe - Vehicle no. MH14 GB 8466 from Sehgal Chinchwad, Pune 411019 on 19.02.2017

        When vehicle is idle for 2 to 3 hours it gets starting trouble. May be air blockage issue. This is the from day one. But there is no problem in self or kick start.

        Four to Five times I have left my vehicle at Sehgal Service station, Chinchwad but no body could got proper root cause. Pl check service record report at Sehgal Service station.

        How this problem comes in new vehicle ?

        Pl review this complaint on top most attention other wise pl arrange to issue me new vehicle.

Hero finance ki loan approval ho gayi hai bike ki policy a gayi hai. Rto ka bahana bana k delay kar rahe jab ki rto prossece jyada din ki nahi hai aap se reqeust kar raha hoo mera kam bike nahi hone se slow ho gaya please kripa kar k muze bike jald se jald mil jaye ye request hai.

            Hi Team,

            I have purchased motor byke (Passion X PRO 110 CC) on 8th Sept 2016 from RK showroom (Dilshad Garden Delhi) and there is a manufacturing defect in back tyre and due to that the service center

            Manager will issue a letter for replacement of tyre as per your RK showroom service center.

            They asked me to go to MRF Regional office Moti nagar Delhi to change the tyre. I am staying in Ghaziabad its almost 75 kilometres from MRF regional office single sided. However when I went to MRF

            regional office at Moti Nagar Delhi on Saturday, office was closed. So on Monday I spoke with Noida office of MRF for tyre change someone named (Mr. Prashant Tripathi) Manager MRF tyres, he told

            me to replace tyre On Wednesday itself in Ghaziabad and he told me to call him up on very same day at 2pm due to that I had taken leave from my office. However when I called him, he told me that

            today he was on leave and the procedure for changing tyre is that you need to purchase new tyre from MRF service center and then service center will sent your old tyre to MRF company.

            Once your tyre will be replaced then only they will refund the money to me.

            I just wanted to know is there my fault to purchase a byke from Hero Motors. If not then why you people are torturing me?

            I don’t want to pay any amount for new tyre because if there is a problem in tyre then that is not my fault, Company needs to checked this before delivering the same to the customer. Kindly resolve this issue in Ghaziabad within 7 days otherwise I will raise this concern to Consumer Court.

            I am very fed-up with your services.

                I have bought Hero Duet scooter in cash and after making all payment, they have delivered faulty piece. The piece looked like, it had an accident. Corrosion bolts, dent in front body, heavy scratches on silencer guard, etc.
                Also I have paid full amount inclusive of full accessories. but as the dealer (Nanda Her, Sector-30, Gandhinagar) does not have good quality accessories. I opted not to fit them in my scooter. now I requested back the amount of accessories, they are saying that all accessories have been fit in my scooter, though there is no descriptive bill given by them of that of fitting the accessories and amount of it. After 45 days, I got stuck now, what to do with this kind of cheater dealer.

                    I'm Mr MD Sadab from Bhubaneswar. I bought my vehicle from Rohan Motors, Near Baramunda Fire Station, Bhubaneswar. (Hero Splendor Pro "OD 33 M 0526) on 17th March 2017. My complain is about my vehicle paint it seems like there are lot of scratches and seems like it has been hand painted. And when I repaired my vehicle's flattened tube I found several more (5) punctures has been repaired before. And when I complained about my problem to Rohan Motors they simply denied to help on this situation and also I wasn'nt treated well.

                    So please look after my problem as soon as possible. Or else I would file a consumer case on Rohan Motors and Hero MotoCorp.

                    I have April 2016 model Maestro Edge Scooty with in one year I'm facing engine problem two time engine siezed. Past 15 days complaint by help line no. and scooty park on Yuva Motor Faridabad but till now I'm not getting any update about vehicle. when I call he told me deliverd with in 2 days. Please exchange my scooty.

                    Although we contacted Vocar Motors, Thazhe Chovva, Kannur for more than 3 to 4 times, their response in this regard, was very poor and even they refused service. Do take this matter as a serious one and we have to get it solved.

                      My self rahul chandrakar went to ARIHANT AUTO SALES AND SERVICE, ARVIND NAGAR SOCIETY, BHARGAV ROAD, MEGANINAGAR, AHMEDABAD.As I wanted to purchase activa 4G on finance, they collected all documents needed for finance the vehicle, but it was not done, and as per my mutual understanding with owner MR. Naresh jain and Ajay N jain, I had given 3 blank cheque of HDFC BANK to deposit in the bank for the date 15/05/2017, 20/05/2017, 25/10/2015, But as on 12/05/2017 I went to showroom for payment of Rs.20, 000, as soon as I went to their showroom, they have taken custody of my Activa in their showroom, and Mr Naresh Jain and Mr Ajay Jain called me in to their office and told me to deposit remaining amount and get back your Activa. I humbly requested to them that i have already given u 3 cheque as per our mutual understanding.

                      suddenly what happened i dont know but Mr.naresh jain and Mr.ajay jain started fighiting with me as they were drunked and attacked on me with a still pipe not for once but for atleast 25 times. they ordered me make full payment and go to home. they did not leave me, I told several time to them that pls let me go right now and tomorrow early morning i will give full amount. somehow I begged to relieve me, finally they agreed to leave me with the condition that tomorrow as on 12/05/2017, i will make full payment.

                      truly speaking i was not able walk even as they remanded me for 25 times. i thought to report to the police station but i was afraid as i am a government employee. and the owner of the showroom are very powerful both politically and financially. there are number of criminal case pending against them ( company can investigate for the same) and many others cases may follow.

                      Respected Sir u know that company invest millions of money to maintain their brand value, brand image and after sales service.

                      it is well know that insurance means LIC, toothpaste means colgate, same way two wheeler means HERO HONDA.

                      It is my personal request to u sir that dont give franchises or tie up with such kind of persons with criminal records, as they will degrade your brand value and as u know that combustion beetween two product is enough to destroy all the plant and machineries with godown too with fire may incure loss of millions of rupees.

                      now the biggest question for me is to after sales service as i have no capacity to go to that showroom as i am totally frightened after that incidence as on 11/05/2017.as per my perception profit follows brand value.

                      Respected sir,

                      This is Niranjan pandey i would like inform to you that i have purchase a splender plus i3s from "ARC Motors" in march 2017 which is located in Delhi NCR at Ashram, actually sir what happen my bike had been damaged in a road accident then i went there for repair through insurance but what happen after completing on 26/10/2017 they return back my bike but after a week the odometer of bike just came upside due to poor service (Maintenance) so i visit to local shop that person told me that inside the viser 3 nut boulte not fixded thats why it happening . So sir you tell me that is it my responsibilities or your servicing team . They just hand over me without checking and one more thing in there agency a person which sir name is "Mishra" he talked mostly unprofessionally .And sir they charged me over the totally insurance amount paid by me was 3505 in zero deft but i get back only 2505, even i talked regarding this to respective senior i got information me i much charged for labour service it was approx 1120, which is too high for this normal issue and they not fully completed my bike .
                      1- They fixed viser and headlight but not fixded 3 nut for hold it tightly.
                      2- Saucer problem amount added but not maintained in proper .

                      My suggestion is to you that don't give any franchises such kind of person or hire such kind of bad behaviour man.
                      I hope you will take a action and will update me on this point . Although i have more and more faith on Hero bike even we bought 3 more bike of Hero but now this time i feel too odd please take a action . I will thank to you.

                        I have purchased a new maestro edge from r. K automobiles dated on 21/04/2017. When i first saw the scooty, the sales man told us that he will give scooty along with insurance, rtax, rc, side stand and other genuine accessories. Later on during time of delivery the sales man told us that the side stand is not available. And told "it will provide us on sunday i. E., 23/04/2017."

                        Today is 14/05/2017, still they are telling that company is not supplying the magnetic nut bolt which is attached with side stand is not available.
                        They have already taken full payment of scooty and still ignoring our complaint.

                          Hello Everyone,

                          My name is Sourav I am from Kolkata. I am writing this after having a really really bad experience with HERO Motocorp (which we all know the top bike manufacturer and seller across to our nation). After reading my story which I do have all the evidence with me hope you will think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Hero Motocorp.

                          I have purchased a snooty Pleasure for my father on 25th Feb, 2017 from a renowned Hero Dealership here in kolkata. They offered me 8K discount by saying they are clearing out their 2016 stock. I was very happy and took it the same by paying them full cash. Since that day I am moving round and round and round for registering my vehicle the dealer response was so bad that they never contacted me for the same. I need to follow up always and now on May 11th 2017 they called me up and said that the vehicle cannot be registered ! Can you imagine its after 3 months they are saying.

                          On the same day I came to know that the vehicle I have got is not from Hero Motocorp Its from old Hero Honda, I was completely shocked ! How can a dealer a Hero Honda vehicle in the year of 2017 where in 2011 Hero and Honda got separated. The sales guy told me that they will refund my money though. There is nothing for me that I have lost 3 months without riding the vehicle without the interest of my money, fully harassed both physically and mentally, faceless. Hero doesn’t care about it.

                          So guys please beware of the sales guy in the dealership and please checkout your vehicle properly before purchasing. I wont recommend anyone for Hero bike after such incident happened to me. Sorry Hero Motocorp, I hate you.

The complaint against him is that his behavior with hero authorised dealerships' management, where he unable to follow hero motocorp ltd.'s business communication ethics and principles.in addition, his bad attitude, disrespectful and poor coordination with other authorised dealers of hyderabad as well.

                              His work ethics seem to be poor as he has paid no heed to the previous corrective communications to his office in hyderabad's region. I would like to bring to your notice is, of inappropriate and rude behavior and lack of communication skills. Though, he has been a loyal employee of your company, such kind of behavior is unacceptable for the high standards of your company has set.

                              I suggest that he receive a formal letter from the hero motocorp and corporate communication training, especially when it comes to coordinating with dealerships, but his performance has drastically fallen as a territory manager and so has his behavior with the other channel partners with whom he is doing business and coordinating.

                              I would be of the opinion that mr. Jacob should be given formal warning to improve in all accounts. I wish your urgent attention in this matter as efforts from my side have gone in vain.

                                i complained before 18 days then after s.c das was call me he told me you come here in my service center the i resolve your problem. i was there 27 april 2017. then he was give me my bike 29 april 2017 but problem was as it is.again
                                i was call him and he told me again, you come my service center, i was go there again 4 may 2017 .after one day i was call s.c daas he told me there is no parts of your bike in my service center . my bike Leaving the smoke fro silencer and engine noise problem .so tell me what to do.

                                  Today 13/05/2017 it was my third visit to hero service center for average issue but all the time as usual the floor manager AMIT TAWDE is giving me the same answer that 110 cc of hero will give the average of 40 only and company can do nothing about he is very harsh and unpproffesnal towards the customer i just want to know is this is the way to be have with a customer after selling a product
                                  soon i will be going to the consumer forum to complain about hero motocorp

                                    I had submit written complaint against shivam motor service center rohtak.8 month before. But till date no one resolve my problem and no body contact me. I had many complaints regarding my vehicle but not satisfactory every time. Every time they closed my complaint but after some time same problem occurs. I also want to take soft copy of my job sheets till date.

                                      My name is s. Ganesa moorthy, am ex-service man. I owned a splendor plus in hero honda on 2005, i liked the manufacturing and style and engine performance.. So i loved hero honda team entirely.. Even the two team separated i go on to hero motocorp and am lover of hero two wheeler.. Am basically from ramanathapuram (D. T), tamilnadu.. Here i find a hero dealer named as ragem hero.. I owned a new glamour for my brother-in-law on 25/04/2017 but the matter is the corresponded vehicle is bs-3, but the sales team of ragem hero has cheated me and forced to get glamour with bs-3, which has been altered as bs-4. Now regional transport officer (R. T. O) inspector not able register my bike because of bs-3 model not been sale after 31/03/2017. When i complaint to sales manager of hero motocorp who has been visited to ragem hero, but the sales manager is supporting to the ragem hero yet sir... Soo please kindly take necessary steps, i complaint because am loving hero bikes soo only.. The brand name is going bad because of these dealers... But i enquiry about these to all other hero showroom in my district.. I requested them to refund my money but they are fearing me.. And said that i will complaint to head office, they told "no one can do anything"

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        Recently i had serviced my hero maestro number hr10z-9195 from sidak motors sonipat.
                                        After service i was hardly come 2 km petrol start leaking.
                                        Than i go back to agency told them about it next day they say problem is resolved. But today morning it start leaking again suddenly it, s engine stop while driving.
                                        It, s not my first time before this 2-3 times i faced this problem.
                                        I don, t know whats the meaning of service for them a local mechanic is 100 time batter than sidak motors staff it, s totally annoying.

                                        I will never buy any product of hero motor and never suggest to anyone.
                                        Please do needful if they fail to resolve my problem please take suitable action. For your reference here i attach a video.
