My self rahul chandrakar went to ARIHANT AUTO SALES AND SERVICE, ARVIND NAGAR SOCIETY, BHARGAV ROAD, MEGANINAGAR, AHMEDABAD.As I wanted to purchase activa 4G on finance, they collected all documents needed for finance the vehicle, but it was not done, and as per my mutual understanding with owner MR. Naresh jain and Ajay N jain, I had given 3 blank cheque of HDFC BANK to deposit in the bank for the date 15/05/2017, 20/05/2017, 25/10/2015, But as on 12/05/2017 I went to showroom for payment of Rs.20, 000, as soon as I went to their showroom, they have taken custody of my Activa in their showroom, and Mr Naresh Jain and Mr Ajay Jain called me in to their office and told me to deposit remaining amount and get back your Activa. I humbly requested to them that i have already given u 3 cheque as per our mutual understanding.
suddenly what happened i dont know but Mr.naresh jain and Mr.ajay jain started fighiting with me as they were drunked and attacked on me with a still pipe not for once but for atleast 25 times. they ordered me make full payment and go to home. they did not leave me, I told several time to them that pls let me go right now and tomorrow early morning i will give full amount. somehow I begged to relieve me, finally they agreed to leave me with the condition that tomorrow as on 12/05/2017, i will make full payment.
truly speaking i was not able walk even as they remanded me for 25 times. i thought to report to the police station but i was afraid as i am a government employee. and the owner of the showroom are very powerful both politically and financially. there are number of criminal case pending against them ( company can investigate for the same) and many others cases may follow.
Respected Sir u know that company invest millions of money to maintain their brand value, brand image and after sales service.
it is well know that insurance means LIC, toothpaste means colgate, same way two wheeler means HERO HONDA.
It is my personal request to u sir that dont give franchises or tie up with such kind of persons with criminal records, as they will degrade your brand value and as u know that combustion beetween two product is enough to destroy all the plant and machineries with godown too with fire may incure loss of millions of rupees.
now the biggest question for me is to after sales service as i have no capacity to go to that showroom as i am totally frightened after that incidence as on 11/05/2017.as per my perception profit follows brand value.

Fork was registered on 3 april 2017, but it was not completely solved.i was given assurance that it will be solved in the 2nd free service. I am giving my vehicle for service tomorrow or on 12 may 2017.kindly take care
