I had purchased hero glamour fi on 8/1/2017 from sainath automobiles, kharagpur. I went to sainath automobiles, kharagpur with the same problem/defects four times, but defects remail as it was & did not rectified at all. If the vehicle is defective may kindly please be replaced by other vehicle as early as possible, or take the complain seriously to get repair soon. Defects are (1) there is a major striking sound at racer when the vehicle falls in pot holes of road and approach to the bumper of road. (2) on applying clutch when vehicle is running in 2nd, 3rd or 4th gear, head light becomes abnormally deemed. (3) on reliving clutch, vehicle gets sudden heavy jerk. And most of the time engine gets stop. (4) even trying four times the engine/fuel could not able to tune, some times tuned very fast with high race, some times very low race.

    I had purchased subject related passion pro on 10-Apr-2017 from your dealer(MB motors Basaratpur, Gorakhpur). On time of purchased found trip meter not working. Sales team assured me that there is no issue at time of first free service trip meter problem will be solved. But first service completed on dated 27/04/2017. During the booking of first service i complained that side mirror loose & trip meter not working. Service adviser assured that problem will be solve in 1st service. But after 1st service trip meter problem not solved yet & problem is as it's. Required your co-operation in this regards. Request to you please do the needful.

      I purchased your splendor i smart model:2016 in the month of feb 2016. After 3 consecutive services at your registered servicing centres as per the defined timelines, it is not able to give the minimum mileage i. E. 50kmpl. I esculated the issue with the service manager of your outlet service centres. He replied that the mileage will increase after 4th service. Even after 6th service, the mileage is around 45kmpl only. Earlier i had a splender+ vehicle which gave mileage of 60kmpl. Due to this reason i went for splender i smart next time with the trust on hero vehicles, but the vehicle disappointed me. During purchasing of the same vehicle, your outlet executive clearly mentioned that it could give more mileage than splendor+. But its not crossing the minimum mileage. Expecting to resolve the issue on priority. Thanks

        2 days ago i took my bike from the reparing of chain volume noising out from the showroom nd their workers are so lazy they ready my bike without feet the nut bolts nd some bolts of wheel were loose so now i decided to complain about hero services are so poor my chain wheel r good nd they told me to replace it just bcoz they want more selling. I hate there servicies of hero do some hard step against them they have no any right to play with customers lifes

          I gave my bike to k. S. Automobiles for servicing under job card no.6221 about a week ago and at the time of taking delivery i found the mobil oil was leaking from the tank. When i pointed this defect to them that the thread of the tank is spoiled by forcing the nut in the wrong grove, they informed me that they would get it right from outside for which they will charge me rs.450/- besides the service charges of rs.1, 000/- and they will not give any gurantee for the outside work.. It is due to their fault i am suffering and i have not taken delivery of the vehicle yet. I refuse to pay the extra charges. Further the cycle is under warranty and as such due to their workman's negligence the tank's
          Threading is spoiled and as such the tank is to be replaced free of charge. I am a defence employee and on the verge of being posted to outstation. I would therefore request you to instruct the dealer to replace the tank with a fresh one free of charge.               My hfdelux finance through hero fincorp. My loan account no 620697. My last emi 2860 is pending. Becouse làst emi present by you 10.04.17.in obc bank. Actually emi date 8.04.17. So obc bank deduct charges 170 rs two time. Total 340 rs. This is not my mistake. So please solve the problem. Than i am paid last emi. I want to last emi after less charges[protected]=2520). Last 23 instalment is continued paid by me without penalty. So please solve the problem.

                I have applied for a two wheeler loan but now I want to withdraw the same. Please let me know if there is any charges within 24 hrs of loan applications. Because hdfc has no facilities for the cancellation after application. And they have stated that if I did not submit the documents for the further process of the two wheeler loan and that would be a charge. But I don't know since it was just few hours say it has been only 3hr. I have applied for the same. Please help me with not disversal of loan amount to the dealer because I have changed my mind not to go for it. Please help me with it sir.

                  I had purchased a passion pro bike registration no - up32hk 3838.
                  I had visited to suneel auto sales, station road lucknow.
                  Rear left indicator of my bike got broken and during first service, i asked them to replace it but the same was not available in workshop. Same thing repeated during second service. Again i visited on 21-4-17 to get it replaced. Person who was generating job card confirmed me the availability of indicator & created the job card. I was there for approx one hour but nobody was there to attend me. When again i have asked to supervisor for the same he replied that technician has gone to arrange desired part. This is pathetic that after this i have returned without satisfaction. Pls look into the same n take necessary action.

                      I have purchased a Splendor Pro in November 2015 from Kota Motors, kota.
                      From its very first service i am continuously conplaining regarding Chain getting auto loose within 15 to 20 days. I got a reply that it got loose when you drive your byk.
                      So why i have purchased my byk.
                      Also I am having a issue with clutch auto loose. I am continuously conplainig regarding same. But they dont even check if any parts need to be replaced.

                      When i asked regarding jobsheets, the reply i got is we are not able to provide any jobsheet.

                      I need all jobsheets from 1st service to last service.

                        I have purchased a splendor I smart modal bike since Jan 2016, that time my bike milage is OK instead of 110.
                        But still last 3 months my bike milage is not going well.
                        How you and your staff commute the mileage that, every splendor I smart bike mileage is at least 80/kml.

                        When vehicles reach in servicing point that time mech and other staff not got veh for servicing by que pl request maintain que for servicing. You orderef to all servicing point staff. I am one customer toaday reach in parbhani servicing point. That time i see it problem.

                          I have purchased a Hero Duet Scooty from Cynosure Manik's Auto Centre, 3/2 Jessore Road, PO-Madhyamgram, PS-Barasat, Kolkata-700129 on 31.03.17. From 03.04.17 I have been receiving calls from the dealer that the Scooty delivered to me has been registered against some other person. So I have to handed over the scooty to them and they will make some changes.

                          So I have asked to send a email (dipayan.[protected]@in.pvmgrp.com) with entire details and they should mention what they want to do? Even I have sent a email with a request the same request. But I have not yet received any reply.

                          I can take the decision only after getting the written clarification about the entire matter.

                            Dear team,
                            I complainting about vehicle automatically off even in moving condition.
                            One thing i would like to clear that i have sufficient knowledge of its i smart technology which help us to minimise fuel consumption but that technology works when you come from 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th gear to neutral position along with clutch in release mode.
                            Here i am not talking about it but sometime vehicle automatically off in any gear mode also for that i already visited more than three time and raised this concern to karnavati hero, bapunagar, ahmedabad which is authorised dealer of hero motocorp but i didn't get proper response from them side and they are ignoring me and my concern still problem is continue.
                            This problem will occur after 3rd free service of vehicle.

                            If this kind of problem will continue in future i will not recommend to anyone to purchase any hero vehicle.
                            This is my 2nd bad experience.

                              I have purchase a new passion pro bike on date april 10, 2017 from arc motors, s-9, okhla phase -2, new delhi. From the date of purchase after running some kms some sound comes from engine and when i report the same to dealer he said this sound is comes due to bs4 technology. I said ok please write the same in a paper. He said he won't. Request you to please help and look into this matter.

                                Myself Akhil anand K using a karizma R 2014 model, Starting of the month April 2017 i have given my bike for service, regarding issues like fork oil leak, disc break jam, accelerator cable replacement and so on in NIDHI Motors, No.281/8, Roopena Agrahara, Hosur Road, Bangalore - 560068, Near Silk Board Circle, Next To Jaguar Showroom . i have given the bike three more times for service in the same month because of the bad service.Bikes front wheel has been jammed in the middle of the road twice once i went Kerala came back with out front brake because it got jammed, during ma visit in ma native i consulted in one hero service center in Calicut Kerala then only i was able to bring back the bike. After coming back I directly went to the service center and given for service even after one by one service, bike has got more damage in the front doom kit like one side has been broken and paint, they are not taking care of the bike properly, Thrice i informed the service center people to change the accelerator cable they informed me everything is fine, today morning 21-Apr-2017 when am coming back from office the cable has been broken. with in 20 days i drive the bike only for less than1000 km and paid 10k still the bike is giving one by one problems daily. am using the bike daily and the service center people takes the money with out solving the problems. i recommenced an immediate solution for this soon. i will attach the bills what ever i paid within the 20 days.

                                  I have purchased Hero Duet LX (Panther Black Metallic) on 29th March 2017 from Venkateshwara Auto, Shop No. 12-10-30, 1st floor, Opp Indian Bank, Gunj Road, Raichur 584101, KARNATAKA vide invoice#[protected]SINV[protected], invoiced in the name of M/s Sriram Lahoti, Plot no.13, Shop No. 102, Gunj Road, Raichur 584101. The manufactured date is 03/2017.

                                  My complaint is - its not even a month and the vehicle has broke down thrice and each time we took to dealer, he used to do temporary service and return the vehicle. We informed him that if the brand new vehicle has broken thrice within a month, this should be a faulty bike or there should be some problem with the parts and to replace it as it is within warranty. The dealer's sales executive have not allowed me to meet the Manager to raise my concern. I tried calling the customer care no. to raise a complaint against the dealer and zero customer satisfaction, but unfortunately the customer service representative was so rude that I should have addressed him with filthy language rather with due respect.

                                  Kindly look into the concern narrated above. If there are any faulty parts to replace them with new one. Else I will be forced to take legal recourse against Venkateshwara Auto and as well Hero MotoCorp. This was such a disappointment that India's no. 1 motorcycle manufacturer treat its customer.

                                        My name is manoj verma, i have a new bike hero hf deluxe engine number ha11enh4a05145 and chessis no-mblhar209h4a05402, buying form mahadeep motors jhalawar dated[protected]. Yesterday i drop my bike at the showroom for first free service. Company person check the bike and take it and he told me a single word come tomorrow. Today dated 20 april 2017. I am going to the showroom receive my bike. When i reached there they charge me 350 rupees.290 rupees for oil change and fifty rupees for oil seal. I want to know that who gives them the right to place new parts without my permission, without informing me when i refuse to pay this etc amount. They said get rid the bike here, after a long discussion i pay the amount they are not give me the bill. Its never end with this bike then i drop my one more bike hf deluxe engine number ha11ege4f) 1276, chassis number mblha11ace4g03557 owner name uday bhan singh for servicing today i strictly told the service person, do not place the new part without my permission service person check my bike and take it after few hours, he call me and said to me that battery is not available in bike what to do. I ask him you check my bike there now you tell me battery is not there. How could be possible. Kindly provide me the solution for both bikes.
