First, my complain against your service, also complain in Maestro Scooter, Before some days, i had purchased a Maestro HERO SCOOTER FROM, Central Motors Bhagwanganj, SAGAR (M. P).
Many times i will complaint regarding for Service, but not satisfied service provide from your dealer.Now Its too much, I'm going to court to change my Scooter against this dealer or Hero moto corp....

I buy bike from n.s motors, ferozepur road, ludhiana in dec 2016 after 2 month only ..problem in ball point of handle occured..i know this is due to alignment of bike is not right..front tire didnot catch rear tier in same line...bike goes on one side...thats why in handle ball shrinks...handle also goes on one side above ans one side down ...fron where i buy my bike they dont help to...

The service is very very poor. They are takes amount but not doing well. I asking ... But they are misbehaving to costumers. My bike is passion pro. They are also not responding proper way. They are using unparliamentary language. Workers as well as MD. They said, we are unable to service proper way don't come to our service center. Sir here only one service center is there. Where we are go? Please take my request. This is not my request...

I bought hero splender+ bike from billaiya auto, gurusari (Jhansi) up. before 6 month. the chain of my bike looses after 200-250 km. when the chain loose a sound generat by chain kit kit ... i tightened it many time but there is no permanent solutions for this.
i am not satisfie with the service provide by your service centre that is in Gurusarai jhansi up....

I karumuri nagalakshmi kumari purchased hero duet this year 11/01/2017 from hero motocrop ltd agent Sri chittiauto mobiles nidadavole they give last year 03/2016 year model the showroom management not tell those thing just now ask to management not answer properly.

When I insert key in vehicle it shows a symbol of key and I again and again try to insert it when symbol goes it is able to start than I told to manager of sukhmani hero indore theytold me please try to start and finaly after 40- 50 attempt scooter start and management told me please come after 7 days for first service...

They checked my bike and said that there is issue with your chain that's why it was not running and because of chain, chamber was also damage...they will replace chain set and do service as service is also pending... I am paying around more than 3000 everymonth as service charge for my two wheeler maestro
Now it has poor milage and the service is very bad in chakyath mukku service centre Thalassery.
Every month we are complaining regarding this and they are not taking care of this
If this continues frequently we will complaint in consumer court for over and unnecessary charges....
