I have purchased a hero splendor i smart - 06ax (tn 14 h 2604) on 31st aug'16 from m/s. vishnu motor plaza, ekkattuthangal, chennai. at the time of delivery odometer reading shows 120kms. within one week i found there is an abnormal noise within 300kms. after noticed the noise immediately i informed to the service center and they asked to come for the first service between 500 - 750kms.

I have given my vehicle for service on 17/09/16 with 721kms. after 1st service the problem remains same. till now i have done 4 free services and they have changed some major spares by 3rd and 4th services. but till now there is very high abnormal noise in the engine.

I have visited the service center more than 10 times within this 6 months period and leave my vehicle in service center for more than a months time. i have got a good support from service manager mr. michael and supervisor mr. murugan which leads to differ my complaint to escalate it to the higher authority.

I was so disappointed with this bike and request you to take immediate action to change the engine or else i am ready to get a new bike as a buyback option.

    I m rajiv Singh Dev i had purchased hero extreme 5 months ago the bike is sounding very much i had serviced it 2 time at service centre they are not listening to the sound coming from the chassis so please take the bike back or other wise I will go to court and will file case against hero company that's all. Please get it be rectified if not possible then take your bike back from me very unhappy with hero service and management

      I purchase a maestro edge in November -2016 3 months later have engine big problem I am not satisfied with maestro edge very bad response say what i, do, say and please help, thank u so much.much.i have a very big problem and three and four days I am not going office.because first i go for service than i say to mechanic about this problem then he solve that time after, 4, , 5, hours after problem start again..

      Sir, I Purchase i smart 100cc bike in 29 th novemver2016, but I have got mileage only 45-48 Km per liter .Many time i complaint in service station but not get response towards to me. please give me a salutation on my problem.
      I have a Hero ignitor which was 3 months old
      I hear a sound from the front wheel from the next week of purchase i compalint yo the dealer and they checked two times but still the problem was not cleared please solve my problem as soon as possible

        Mene 1st time servicing m jb bike diya to dealer k side se meri bike ka part's chng kr diya gya...Jisme pair rakhte h to rubber, or abhi meri 4th servicing k liya diya to bike band band hori h or andr poori mtti lagi hai.jb dealer se bola gya, to bolta h abhi light nhi h aaj laoge to krunga wrna kal laoge to nhi dhoke dunga, mene smjhaya ki mai 1 din poore gadi choda tha or next day liya gadi uske baad ye condition, mai try krunga aaj aane ki, but mera business ka kaam hai so agar possible nhi hua to kal morning m aunga, to dealer bolta h apke liye thodi baithe h jb laoge...or bhes kra or bhot battamizi se baat kiya...

        Plz ise jald se jald solve kriye... wrna mai apne side se fb or wtsapp me is complaint ko share krunga, jisse apke company ka naam kharab hoga

          My service at 16/03/2017 . finish service after bill explained every spare change for added labour cost what is that. And not given break up value. mechanic broken my engine layer plate i will show that Manager Mr. ARUN very cool answer for me that is no problem. u take bike not request order for me.
          billing side i want bill wait sir some one added missing. that say 2 hours.what is that meaning i no. i am service show reason spares rate low and service cost, experience mechanic. not at all for theafe very very poor of all .

          that is not service center that is ...!

          i want proper cost . i am confident for that my show room i am come inside. But go out unconfident. that is your service experience. my feed back. very very very very very very BAD BAD BAD. And i very Hate for manager Mr. ARUN. that man not proper customer service. very damage of your show room NAME becarefull.

            I'm owner of hero maestro Edge having vehicle no. GJ05ND6310.Today I went Jalaram Auto, Adajan, Surat for getting my byke 3rd servicing but they denied the said servicing period and accept 4th term servicing.earlier I serviced on 26/11/2016 & it's only 115 days.Even I request him that there must me some provision to accept this condition 10 or 15 days ahead or back.its not necessary that exact 100 days is only criteria it may be on that particular day i was nor free or may be Sunday.
            So please guide him to accept as a 3rd service.
            It's not justified in accordance to customer relationship.
            Hope for better service.

              I bought my bike from Nishania Auto Care, Kanina, M/Garh on 10th September 2016 having engine number HA10EWGHD90531 Chassis No MBLHA10BWGHD74837.
              The problem i am having is that the front and rear tyre alignment is not proper due to which there is enormous amount of vibration in the handle and it goes to one side when bike is in motion.
              Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

                I am a customer of your motorcycle purchase on[protected], hero motocorp xtreme sports. Bike mileage 8, 600 km till today and third servicing has been already completed in your authorized dealer m/s borah brothers, dibrugarh, dealer code 11375.

                During third servicing following jobs has been initiated in your authorized dealer m/s bina enterprise, moran.
                -trap it cover gasket changed,
                Again repeat servicing in m/s borah brothers, dibrugarh following job has been initiated:
                -self relay change. Other problems till date.

                But after my regular intimation to the workshop manager and supervisor in every servicing the following problems of my bike could not resolved till today.
                1. Engine sound,
                2. Visor sound,
                3. Chain sprocket.
                4. Pick up problem.
                5. Body sound.
                As per information of workshop manager the visor problem can not be able to resolve due to manufacturing defect.

                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible so that i can continue with you as your customer. Thank you.

                  Problem faces1. Kick jam
                  2. Break shoe jam
                  3. Self start problem
                  4. Not start with cick
                  5. Corroborator middle wear out
                  Service station not cooperate in correct way
                  They always tell us left your scooter when spare arranged we replace it when we ask for why its have lots off problem they tell us ask to company.

                  Pl do need full on top priority

                      It is submitted that i bought Hero Super Splender i 3s from BM Enterprises Dhangu Road, Pathankot (District Gurdaspur)(Punjab) on Nov.-2016. But it was very disappointing and astonishing that inspite of complaint submitted (i.d.[protected]the authorities of BM Enterprises said that we can solve your compaint only when the higher authorties will mail to me(customer) that they are sending the motorcycle with MRF and Ceat tyres and tubes.

                        I Arunava Saha (M: [protected]) have purchased 'Hero maestro edge scooty from your authorized dealer Vinline Hero (Add: Narayantala (West), Baguihati VIP Road Kolkata 700059 West Bengal). For your kind information an accident occurred in Sealdhah, due to accident some parts is fully damaged. In this regards I booked the broken parts through your authorized dealer Vinline Hero vide order no. VOR 510 dt: 20.03.17. But till date parts not available, not only that your authorized dealer Vinline Hero has also not confirmed me when parts will be available. One thing I do not understand why a new model scooty parts not available with a reputed dealer. Hence I request you to please clear the matter and avail the parts to dealer to maintain a good relationship with HERO Motocrop.

                          I have purchased 'Hero maestro edge vx' scooty from your 'Kashmiri Gate' dealer who is 'M/S Upper India', on 5th March 2017. My concern is that at the time of purchase they actually gave me an accidental scooty, which I realise later, after reaching my home. As at the showroom the meter of the scooty was a 10kms, so I asked the sales person about it, they told me that it was due to the difference in their godown & showroom, as they had to drive new vehicles from godown to showroom. Then accidentally at that time I found that the left brake lever was broken from inside as I was checking that how the scooty brake is locked when standing in a tilt position, I asked sales person again that why is it broken, then they explained me that, it is a display piece so many people touches it, that's why it is broken later they changed it. Then when the clock reached 8.15 pm they started saying that 'please hurry up as it is time to close the showroom', I left the showroom after payment & reached home. After reaching home I & my brother noticed that the front panel of the scooty was different from all the scooty itself & the handlebar was tilted/bend from right side. The next day confirm my doubt I visited another showroom to see it a manufacturing defect or is it the problem only with my scooty. I asked 14 different persons that is it my doubt but each one said the same thing about scooty & that is 'yes front panel colour is different & handle is bend'. I asked 'Upper India' 5 times to please take my complaint seriously then 6th time they asked me took the scooty to their service center & get it fixed., But refused because I want nobody to open a new scooty from inside & use tools on it. You Upper India dealer is a fraud.
                          I request you to please take that matter seriously & please take back that accidental scooty & give a new scooty, for what I paid for.

                            First, my complain against your service, also complain in Maestro Scooter, Before some days, i had purchased a Maestro HERO SCOOTER FROM, Central Motors Bhagwanganj, SAGAR (M. P).
                            Many times i will complaint regarding for Service, but not satisfied service provide from your dealer.Now Its too much, I'm going to court to change my Scooter against this dealer or Hero moto corp.

                              I buy bike from n.s motors, ferozepur road, ludhiana in dec 2016 after 2 month only ..problem in ball point of handle occured..i know this is due to alignment of bike is not right..front tire didnot catch rear tier in same line...bike goes on one side...thats why in handle ball shrinks...handle also goes on one side above ans one side down ...fron where i buy my bike they dont help to get this problem right...problem is in main supporting (skelton of bike) part on which other bike part are fitted...i also show them by pratical that how alignment of bike is not right..they say complaint in company...plz contact in agency and get my bike problem done...(contact no of agency [protected]) (my mbl no.                                 The service is very very poor. They are takes amount but not doing well. I asking ... But they are misbehaving to costumers. My bike is passion pro. They are also not responding proper way. They are using unparliamentary language. Workers as well as MD. They said, we are unable to service proper way don't come to our service center. Sir here only one service center is there. Where we are go? Please take my request. This is not my request so many costumers suffering particular service center. Please take any necessary action. This only request. Thank you sir.

                                    I palaparthi srinivasulu - (manager in state bank of hyderabad) gave my glamour vehicle no. ap27ap5753 for engine repair (bore) on 23.02.2017 at dasarath motors, vijayawada, a. p., india.
                                    The company demanded for payment of rs.14640/- at the time delivery, though their estimation was rs.12000/- (including all charges) to repair the bike vide their estimate vide job card no.845 (invoice no.[protected]rinv[protected]/11.03.2017) upon my enquiry in to escalation of charges without any prior intimation and subsequent argument i was forced to pay rs. 13672/- for taking delivery.
                                    Customers have no choice to see when the repair is going on at its service centre, i have good faith on hero company to never cheet the customers. first time, i have very much doubt about, how many parts are replaced for to my bike and they have charged more.
                                    I have expected a professional behavior with the people of hero company, in view of its great stature. as a consumer i have every right to be notified prior to be charged. hence i request for refund of the excess amount collected from me by the dasarath motors, vijayawada, a. p., india, in arbitrary nature and send me the proceeds to my address in your records.

                                      सर 2014 में मैने 1 सुपर स्पलेंडर खरीदी थी। उस समय कंपनी ने मुझे उसका माइलेज 65 का बताया था लेकिन जिस तरह मेरी बाइक आयल पी रही थी मुझे संदेह हुआ की इसका माइलेज बहुत कम है इसके लिए मेने माइलेज चेक किया तो वो 21 किलोमीटर प्रतिलीटर निकला। मार्च 2017 में ही मेने कंपनी के वर्कशॉप में इसकी शिकायत की तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा कि हम आपको इसका माइलेज चेक कराते है इसके लिए उन्होंने बाइक पर बैठाकर लॉन्ग रूड पर माइलेज चेक कराया तो वो 85 का निकला। मेने उनसे कहा कि अगर बाइक लॉन्ग रूड पर 85 का दे रही है तो क्या लोकल में 20 का ही देगी? पर उन्होंने उल्टा मुझे कहा कि पता नही आप कैसे चलाते है। मेने कहा इतना माइलेज तो कंपनी ने भी नही दिया था आपने 85 का कैसे दिखा दिया पर उन्होंने मेरी कोई बात नही सुनी और उल्टा कहकर की आपको तो खुश होना चाहिए की आपकी बाइक इतना दे रही है। मेने कहा कि जरूर आपने किसी गलत तरीके से माइलेज चेक कराया है नही तो लोकल और लॉन्ग रूड पर इतना अंतर नही आता पर वो नही माने। श्रीमान मेरी इस समस्या का जल्दी कोई निदान किया जाए नही तो में निश्चित रूप से उपभोक्ता फोरम में शिकायत करूँगा।

                                        I bought hero splender+ bike from billaiya auto, gurusari (Jhansi) up. before 6 month. the chain of my bike looses after 200-250 km. when the chain loose a sound generat by chain kit kit ... i tightened it many time but there is no permanent solutions for this.
                                        i am not satisfie with the service provide by your service centre that is in Gurusarai jhansi up.
